currently 3:42am and i just woke up from a CE dream where we were hanging out with a bunch of friends (i guess??) at a bar. he was showing me all these new drinks they had and explaining how they were really sweet and i’d like them bc of it (you’re so right dream CE) and then he was holding one of the cocktails and i jokingly leaned in for a sip of it but he laughed and gave me one. after i swallowed the sip i said, “mm, that’s delicious!” and wiped the sides of my lips where some of the drink spilled and licked it off my fingers, then made eye contact with him and he was already looking at me, at my mouth specifically, and then he met my eyes and smiled (?!!?!!!!??!!!??!!!?) he gave me that cocktail and got a new one, we cheers’d and for some reason downed them like shots (lmao??) then we had to move to a booth and he quickly pulled me in to sit next to him and suddenly his muscly arm draped across my shoulders to pull me that much closer to him and he acted like he had to wipe something off his face and just left his arm there and our friends (??) all laughed and joked about him being “smooth” and then i woke up 🥲

now tell me… which CE character could you imagine doing all that?? lololol

idk why people get super pedantic about the movie logic in Home Alone and start and try to pick it apart, because like, its a Christmas movie about a child accidentally being left home alone, the premise isn't exactly asking us to suspend our disbelief that much, and yet nearly every single "gotcha" question I see people bring up about this film is literally answered within the first 15 minutes :/
