You can imagine the sheer mayhem when Zuko returns to his ship and crew with a three-year-old in his arms. Iroh, of course, is ecstatic, and Zuko's been holding off a panic attack or two since finding out he has a little brother. The first thing he does upon spotting his Uncle is giving the kid at him, no explanations offered, and shut himself down.

It takes him a year or so to recover and figure things out. Parenting a young child isn't easy. Especially when you're a recently scarred and traumatised fifteen-year-old with a near-decommissioned ship for home and a mismatched crew of disgraced soldiers for company.

As it is, he never does figure things out.

It's reasonable that he doesn't look for the Avatar since...well, he's quite busy during that first year. And when time passes and Ten Ten grows and Zuko does have the time and resources to search for the Avatar—he still doesn't.

Somewhere along the way Zuko's priorities have shifted from going home to protecting Lu Ten II.

Chuuya presses the bell at the Agencies dorm building. Dazai, wearing a dressing gown opens it.

Dazai: I’m sorry this building has a height requirement. Come back when you reach it.

He tries to shut the door but Chuuya catches it by putting his foot in the way.

Chuuya: Believe me I won’t be here any longer than I have to be. I’m just waiting for Atsushi.

He grins.

Chuuya: For our date.

Dazai, narrows his eyes: And where are you taking our Atsushi?

Chuuya: Not that it’s any of your business but we’re going to dinner.

Dazai: You better be paying for it if it’s one of your favourite disgustingly extravagant spots.

Chuuya: Obviously. I’m not you.

Dazai, ignores that: And then?

Chuuya: Then I’m going to take him on a night time ride through the city on my bike.

Dazai: Atsushi hates bikes.

Chuuya: Nice try.

Atsushi, comes into view with a big smile: Chuyya, hey.

Chuuya, smiles and tips his hat to him: Atsushi.

Dazai rolls his eyes before smiling at Atsushi.

Dazai: Just say the word and I’ll have the slug escorted off the premises, permanently.

Chuuya, snorts: I’d love to see you try.

Atsushi, rolls his eyes: I won’t. Why don’t you go bother Kunikida or something?

Dazai: What an excellent idea.

Chuuya takes Atsushi’s hand and helps him on his bike.

Dazai: You better have him back for 11!

Atsushi: Dazai!

Dazai: You’re right, make it 9!

Atsushi: Good night Dazai!

Thinking about the tragedy that is Ciel and Sebastian’s relationship.

They have a twisted power dynamic. Sebastian’s stronger and is inevitably going to eat Ciels soul. Ciel has the power of the contract and is going to die in the end.

Sebastian is raising someone who refuses to be a child, raising him like cattle for the cultivation. Ciel know this, knows it well but he acts regardless, doesn’t let it deter him.

We, the readers, can tell that they have begun caring for each other. Against their better judgment, they care now. They worry when they get hurt, when things go wrong. But in the end, none of that’s going to matter.

Ciel is going to die at Sebastian’s hands. That’s as clear as day, a fact of life now. They both know.

Will Sebastian feel regret or will it just be another meal. Is Ciel going to be afraid or will it just be another night for him. What will they feel when the end is near?

A Tragedy is an story that is based on human suffering that culminates in catharsis.
