Why Tang Shen is soo interesting to me

Okay with all the Nameless Trio content I’ve been posting I feel the need to let you guys know why I find Shen so interesting. This may be a long one but I have LOTS of thoughts so please hang tight.

Donnie in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) S3 E19

First of all Shen is literally the reason the story happens in most iterations. If it weren’t for her death, Hamato Yoshi likely never would’ve moved to New York, never bought the turtles, and they never would’ve gotten mutated. Without her there’d be no story. And yet she’s barely ever mentioned in canon.

Now I could talk for ages about fridging women and why it’s a stupid out-dated, over-used, misogynistic trope. And I’m not even going to pretend that’s not what happened to her. But one of the main problems with fridging is the fact that after the woman’s death sets the plot into motion (usually for some sort of love interest) she’s eventually forgotten by the plot. Women in fiction deserve better treatment than that. Real women deserve better representation than that.

However there’s another way that characters who die before the story starts can be utilized. One that I’m absolutely OBSESSED with. And that is the idea of haunting the narrative. Two of the best examples that I can think of are Mara from She-Ra and Caleb Wittenbane from the Owl House. Both characters are dead before the series begins. For a while the only way that we know about them is through what the other characters tell us. And, of course, this is a very biased view of the person. Sometimes it’s very one dimensional. 

But even though we know almost nothing about them, they linger. They are everywhere in the story. So many things only happen because of them. Memories of Caleb are everywhere in Phillip’s mindscape. Hunter’s entire life is dictated by the memory of a man who died hundreds of years ago. And even the door, the things that brings Luz the the Boiling Isles and sets the whole story into motion only is opened for her because Caleb stole it from Belos and buried it in the backyard of his family home. We don’t know much about Mara but we know that Adora is in a way doomed to follow in her footsteps.

So we’ve talked about out-of-universe stuff. But what about what’s in the actual story? Due to the crossovers we know that all the iterations of TMNT sort of exist in the same way all the universes exist in the Spider-Verse world. They all have their own dimension. I can’t help but think of the parallels not only between the worlds but the characters who live within them. Gwen Stacy dies in every universe but one. She knows this. Unfortunately, the universe where she survives isn’t exactly kind to her. She loses her best friend. She loses Miles. She loses her father. She loses any chance at having a normal life. 

In 2012 the turtles have a conversation with Shen where she is trying to pick between Oroku Saki and Hamato Yoshi. Of course they don’t know this at the time, but one of the choices will lead to her death. However, it will also lead to the world being saved from a variety of threats. But what if she did know? What if Shen knew that she would be sacrificing herself? What if she knew that in every other universe she was doomed to die? In every universe but one, that is.

Tang Shen is never said to be dead in ROTTMNT. But we only see her once in a movie poster. We know she exists but she has no relevance. As far as we know, she’s out there living her best life. So what is she like? What would a person be like in the one universe where she gets to live?

“who even eats popsicles in winters?” you snicker, letting the flavour conquer your mind along with the cold ice that sends slight shivers down your spine.

“there’s no right or wrong time to eat popsicles,” he replies, and you find it funny. just ten minutes ago, heeseung was scolding you for not carrying a scarf and not having your jacket zipped up when you should be taking care of yourself in this cold weather.

there are times when he doesn’t make any sense. like back when he told you he doesn’t like cats, but you can still spot him having a fun time with the ones living by your street. or when he said he hates writing essays, but stayed up till one in the night to write yours because you weren’t feeling well. if you’re not mistaken, he also told you that he isn’t interested in relationships, only to ask you out just four days later.

you’re damn sure, heeseung doesn’t make any sense, but neither does love.

“if i get sick, i’m blaming you.” you speak up, a faint laughter falling off his lips before his eyes settle on your satisfied grimace as you devour on the delicacy.

“for someone who’s against eating popsicles in winters, you sure are enjoying it a lot, ” he holds back a laugh. “

“i’m doing it so that you don’t feel bad,” he laughs, saying something along the lines of ‘thanks, i’m honoured,’ before you both break into giggles. suddenly, the weather doesn’t seem as cold anymore. well, it has always been like this. heeseung has always been warm, literally and figuratively— and it’s something he takes pride in. just like now, his hand is wrapped around yours as an excuse to keep you warm when you know very well that he just wants to hold your hands and relive the feeling of your fingers intertwined in his’ over and over again.

and as much as you appreciate his ‘concern,’ heeseung uses that excuse a little too much.

because when he stops in his tracks, looking at you with a soft yet mischievous gaze, your heart speeds up a little as if you’re about to run for your life. and when heeseung takes a step towards you, inching closer to your lips before capturing them with his, the time ceases to exist, the minutes hanging like autumn frost on rose petals.

and you just look at him with a love-struck gaze, a question floating in your eyes; however you don’t voice the mess that your thoughts are. you don’t need to, he knows about them already.

“well, your lips looked cold, so I thought i could warm them up.” he clarifies as he continues on his path once again as if nothing happened. as if he didn’t just kiss you in the middle of the street, on a freezing winter night, and even though you both have the same flavour of popsicles, you can swear cherry never tasted so good before.

“you’re not helping, hee. i’m still cold.” you roll your eyes, trying to play it cool because if he can pretend nothing happened, you can too. ( and you both know it’s childish but one of you cares enough about it )

“is that so?” this time, he didn't wait.

instead, heeseung simply snakes his free arm around your waist, pulling you closer into a kiss, again. it feels euphoric the way his lips move in synchrony with yours, fitting like puzzle pieces. a faint gasp escaping your mouth that dissolves immediately into your breaths mingling together.

he pulls back, much to your disappointment, looking at you with love sick eyes and dust of pink sprinkled on his cheeks. “are you still cold?”

you press your lips into a thin line, nodding in acceptance. “maybe if you kiss me again, i won't be cold anymore.” and once again, his lips land on yours, your cheeks heating up a little as you smile in between.

the popsicles are long forgotten in your hands.

Who's your favorite Leverage side character? Like Tara, Hurley, Quinn, etc.

hi! ooh its hard to pick, i really like how leverage often gives a fair amount of personality to even just single-episode characters, let alone recurring ones. i love tara, love some of their villains-turned-kinda-allies like sterling & cha0s, etc.

however, maggie is probably my overall favourite. well, more accurately, parker is my favourite main character and her interactions with maggie are very sweet & funny, and therefore that makes me like maggie even more lol. it’s sweet how parker immediately becomes sort of attached to maggie when they meet properly in the second david job. see the following Q&A from john roger’s blog post about the zanzibar marketplace job:

but anyway, maggie is great just in general, too! i like how she can spot the con stuff that no one else in the leverageverse seems to see. she notices the button camera, mentions that "the receptionist" (parker) at the plane hangar disappeared, recognises sophie & doesn’t just brush it off when sophie pretends to be someone else, hears the difference in nate’s normal speaking vs talking into comms, etc. she’s very perceptive probably bc her whole job is spotting inconsistencies - seeing the little details that mean an art piece is a forgery.

i like to imagine that the leverage team runs into her about once every year or two, some way or another. like "ah no maggie got kidnapped again ://" or "why are YOU at this art auction??" etc. and i think parker, hardison & eliot would occasionally check in on her post-nate & sophie’s exit. she’d get christmas cards, you know? sometimes the team is in town and maggie knows this because parker has inexplicably appeared in her living room in the dead of night. etc. about 99% of the time, maggie lives a pretty normal life, and then occasionally she’s watching tv and eliot is on the news holding a puppy or hardison is advertising some children’s toy and she just has to exist with that knowledge lol.

recently i’ve also been thinking about peggy & hurley a bit too. in the girls/boys night out jobs, they met and it seemed like they might get together. and in redemption, parker has mentioned that peggy and hurley are still her friends. we’ve also seen that hurley has become part of leverage international. it would be cool if peggy & hurley were still together, and at some point peggy has had to learn a bit more about her friend alice white and what her bf/husband does for work! i mean, even if peggy & hurley are not together, i kinda wanna know what parker’s friendship with peggy is like now! it’s been over a decade, does she know what alice/parker does? or does parker like keeping that part of her life, her alice identity, somewhat separate? plus not knowing would probably help prevent endangering peggy. idk! thoughts anyone??

I find it funny how when I call out s/h and gore blogs on Tumblr everyone is quick to reblog and like. Everyone agrees with me, which is good I’m not the only one and we agree it’s an issue.

But as soon as I call out ED and Ana culture on Tumblr I barely get any traction on those posts.

Both are S/H. If you agree with me on one, the other should be no different. Even if you struggle. I think we should all be able to agree without argument that the Ana culture on Tumblr is just as (if not worse) destructive as the S/H and gore culture on Tumblr.

I wanna add that I say that whole-heartedly as someone who used to struggle w/ s/h almost a year ago now and would post my s/h on private communities years ago. I know exactly what it’s like the struggle and to post destructive content. If I can do it, so can you.

I don’t blame anyone who has a problem, but it’s the defense of these accounts that clearly are not made for recovery purposes and encourage others to have an ED that is a problem. Can we stop pretending that ED culture isn’t rampant on Tumblr and that it isn’t affecting people?

Reblogging self destructive posts about EDs isn’t going to help anyone’s recovery, let alone your own. And being self aware isn’t helpful or respectable if you aren’t using that to actually get better.

If you have a problem with or bothered by calling out ED/ Ana culture and communities and me saying that them existing is a problem, you are most likely also part of the problem. And that’s when I don’t feel sorry for you.

Some of you are genuinely hypocrites. It’s very clear to me the real depth of the problem when I noticed the shift in notes between those two posts.

It’s not even about the attention itself, idc about that. It’s the difference in that attention. One blew up that I didn’t expect within a few days, and the other is treated like it doesn’t exist. It’s wild to me.

VnC 58: the case study of astolfo

After a whole year of suspense, the Case Study of Vanitas is back with a bang and so is this tumblr blog. Time isn’t real, so let’s pretend that this analysis came out when I wrote it after reading chapter 58 rather than the day before chapter 59. Let’s go!

As always, although it’s been a while, this post will contain massive spoilers for VnC 58 and is intended for those who have read up to this point in the manga!

Chapter 58 begins with (an absolutely stunning shot of Vanitas’s tarte tatin) a quick recap of the plot so far and where the main cast is at the moment— Domi and Jeanne tragically finish their conversation offscreen; Domi and Noé have an adorable reunion; and Jeanne leaves the hotel alone, likely to report on her successful mission to a worried Luca. Jeanne looks adorably carefree as she heads out and I pray for a flashback to her conversation with Domi in the near future.

Moving rapidly along, we cut to the Archiviste Noé caught a glimpse of last chapter, traveling through the border between worlds. We learn that she’s familiar with Comte and likely Luna as well, and she and Comte sit down to have a very Pandora Hearts flavored tea break. Comte says that mystery Archiviste hasn’t travelled to the human world in ages, making it very unlikely that she was there explicitly to see Noé, although it’s possible she was (like Comte) waiting in the shadows to intervene if the fair fight reached a certain point.

Mystarchiviste in turn reveals that Comte’s existence is “unstable”. The only context we really have for that term is Vani and Misha, artificial followers of the blue moon lying somewhere between human and vampire… Comte certainly acts like a vampire, but maybe he’s actually something much more in between? My half-theory half-headcanon is that his obsession with Luna stems partially from feeling commonality with another being who doesn’t understand their own existence…

Speaking of Luna, Comte taking their form has interesting lore implications (can he take the form of anyone he’s met, or is there another requirement that has to be met first?) and also interesting fanfic implications but let’s move rapidly onwards to the real meat of chapter 58.

the chasseurs are insane

A majority of VnC 58 takes place in an extended flashback, as Astolfo reflects on his past. This flashback confirms a lot of what past chapters have implied about Astolfo— he was consumed by self hatred and guilt following the vampire attack, to the point of attempting suicide. The whole flashback could easily read as yet another parallel to Vanitas, who, after finding himself as the sole survivor a second time in a row, turned to a path he knew would culminate in his own death.

We meet two fun new characters during this section of the chapter— a guy wearing an earring (I was half-wondering if this was a younger version of Olivier’s assistant, but their eyebrows and earrings are different, so he’s probably one of Gano’s homeboys) and Charles.

Earring guy is suspicious. He might have some sort of plot relevant past (cough cough, No. 7- [i am escorted off the stage]), he might be an average chasseur with a vampire related incident in his history, or he might just be your standard issue psychopath. My favorite Mochijun Flavored Detail this chapter is the panel where, under the guise of breaking up Mira and Gano’s brawl, he moves to block Olivier’s line of sight and path to Astolfo. It’s just so Mochijun and i missed her so much—-

Charles is neato, but he sort of has this vibe where he’s not meant to be the star of the panels he’s in. It’s like Astolfo isn’t fully looking at him. Even though Charles is trying to inspire faith in Astolfo here, the only light Astolfo sees is Roland. In his double-page introductory panel Charles is exclusively lit by light coming in through the door as Roland opens it. Roland, meanwhile, looks like a savior, the light behind him blinding, and Astolfo bursts into tears when he sees him. I’m so excited to watch their relationship collapse as this flashback continues..!

Through Charles’s conversation with Astolfo, we learn a very interesting piece of lore: when a vampire bites someone they aren’t injecting an aphrodisiac or poison with their fangs— they’re actively rewriting their world formula, and sometimes these effects are permanent. I feel like I should’ve been able to riddle this out, given the whole mark of the blue moon thing, but the fact that this happens so frequently throughout the series, and that Jeanne has rewritten Vanitas, is feckin shocking and feels like it has some very interesting implications for the series. Perhaps Archivistes are unique in that, rather than rewriting with their bite, they read what’s already there.

I honestly don’t have many other thoughts on Charles. He gets carried around and nobody’s allowed see him, possibly implying that he’s become sicker/ his existence has gotten more unstable ;) since he originally became a paladin. Maybe he’s the head honcho Roland and Olivier are working against, maybe he’s actually dead by the time we hit the main plotline. At this point, it feels like he could move in any direction.

Vampires rewrite the world formula when they bite others, often leading to devastating and permanent consequences for those they’ve bitten. Misha and Vanitas aren’t the only two unstable beings in existence— while we’ve never heard of VnC vampires turning humans with their bite, maybe once a human has been rewritten enough times they too become unstable. Maybe Comte, in constantly changing his name and shape, has been rewriting himself to the point of instability. Maybe Noé struggles to rewrite because, as an Archiviste, he was born to simply read and record.

But you probably shouldn’t trust me on any of this because, as always, this is 100% my biased initial interpretation of Chapter 58! I hope you’re all as hyped to see this flashback play out as I am, and I’ll see you (hopefully somewhat) soon for VnC 59!

Your response to my message about WNGOOS was so interesting, and I hope my excitement didn’t come across as pressure, above everything I support authors writing whatever and whenever they feel like!

But it’s enlightening to hear you talk about how gwynriel fans can get pigeon-holed, and it’s strange to think that elucien doesn’t have the same fanaticism attached when we arguably have more canon characterization for both Elian and Lucien than we do for gwyn and az. And maybe that’s why? They’re easier to project upon because they’re more malleable? But at the end of the day, they’re still fictional and I can guarantee that the same folks who disagree with your interpretation of them will likely be disappointed with SJM’s actual canon characterization of them when the time comes too. It’s a good reminder to take all of this less seriously and enjoy the fandom and the fiction and the plotless smut and the smutless plot! And thank you for writing both so prolifically!! I know for one I read every word you write 😂 and will support you whatever you choose to do!

I think this happens in most fandoms, to be fair. A couple VERY well written fanfictions get dropped that are wildly popular, coupled with just the way people view characters and it shapes the interpretation of a character.

I don't think there is anything wrong with this, just for the record. I come from Star Wars and this runs RAMPANT over there. I think even for well established characters (please no one bully me but like, Dramione comes to mind), people create new thoughts and storylines and attempt to stitch motivations together in a way that makes sense. Other people enjoy them, they build upon them, and it becomes very popular (for a reason!), and a lot of people enjoy it.

Again, I don't want to speak negatively about gwynriels because I like both the ship and the people who ship it- and even within ACOTAR I see this. I see interpretations of Elain ALL THE TIME I'm like, cite your SOURCES, but its popular because people like this interpretation of her motivations, her potential, etc etc.

I also want to say that I think gwynriel as a ship feels difficult to write when you consider all the pieces you need to stitch together. They have a LOT of combined trauma that, when I was working on LIBTM, I found really hard to like...give a voice to? I think there are tons of very talented authors who have done a beautiful job with their characters- far better than I ever managed to- and deserve every inch of attention they've gotten.

And with all that out of the way, I do think if you really love a specific vision of a ship, and a person you like who writes a different ship steps in, you might be hoping to see that vision of it, too. I think for gwynriel especially, there is a lot of pressure to make it loving that also once existed in the elucien ship because of the outside criticisms. So we can't make it vaguely toxic, or enemies to lovers, or even tense because folks come in and are like "SEE EVEN THEIR OWN SHIPPERS THINK-" and I want to say that because I think it adds nuance and layers to how some of this happens.

I have done the same thing. Remember Exile? I wasn't afraid of other eluciens coming in mad at me hahaha. I was afraid of the people who stalk this blog 24/7 so they can write another vague I don't care about (but two years ago I cared SO much) (time doesnt it give some perspective) in which they paint with EXTREMELY broad strokes, as if a fanfiction I wrote is somehow speaking on behalf of every single person in the ship. Sometimes you just want to explore a dynamic, you know?

Anyway- all of this to say that I don't blame the people who felt like that, nor am I trying to victimize myself. A lot of my problems exist inside my own head. It would be a lie to pretend I don't want people to like the things I read, but I also get SO nervous when things get popular in a large way because I feel like I can't deliver the things people want and I'm going to let everyone down.

Whenever people send those nasty messages, it seems as if they’re not actual Shawols and instead trolls trying to harass us.

I have a screenshot of an account who has harassed me in my art blog and as you could see, they don’t even look like a Shawol at all. (I could be wrong, but they tend to look exactly the same — also I didn’t save the message since it was very triggering)

Which makes me wonder, why are they ONLY doing this to Shawols and not other fandoms? I don’t see them doing the same with TechnoBlade, XXXTentacion or even Michael Jackson. I could name someone who has also commit suicide but NEVER gets treated like this. Etica. I’ve heard NOTHING from them and apparently he doesn’t get treated well by his fans. Never did I see a post telling them it’s “disrespectful to a deadman” but when Shawols try to celebrate his life that works for us, then all of a sudden we’re doing a bad thing.

I feel like this also plays on with the whole “terrorising K-pop fans because I’m edgy” trope. Yet, that doesn’t give you the excuse to harass someone who just want to grief in their own terms.

If they are a K-pop fan and they’re saying shit like that then, how would it make you feel if you bias passed away and then everyone treated you like shit because you’re expected to mourn and then pretend they never existed in the first place.

What if a member of Loona passes away and you’re not even allowed to say your favourite quote from them without people harassing you to “stop talking about her?”

What if a member of Stray Kids passes away and you have to pretend he never existed just to gain the approval of people around you.

What if a member of Enhypen passes away and there are people spamming his funeral pictures and clips that you can’t even go onto YouTube or Google anymore without it being shown to you.

What if a member of BTS passes away and you can’t even celebrate his life because “oh, you’re disrespecting the dead.”

What if a TXT member passes away and you have to constantly check every single person just to make sure they are comfortable to talk about him.

You could apply any group to this, and would you still like it? But oh, you was just telling people, right? No. You go up to them when they are vulnerable and start to harass them. For what?

No, you’re totally right. It seems as if the messages are an attack on K-pop fans which makes sense due to the fact that people love to make fun of them for their music taste. This has especially been happening since the early days of when K-pop went worldwide and it has became this “alternative pop world.” I think it’s also the fact that since he’s the first idol that has killed himself, people use that to harass and terrorise others that may be otherwise trying to cope with no longer seeing their idols on vlive anymore and even music without them. You don’t see people doing the same to Sulli or Goo Hara. It’s only Jonghyun that gets this treatment.

People need to start being considerate and stop thinking that they have the rights to control how people grief and cope. Regardless if it’s a Shawol or not, they should really keep to themselves and focus on what coping mechanisms works for them. And if they’re not a Shawol and they’re harassing people for coping with death, they should be ashamed of themselves for terrorising them just because they do something that you don’t like that you’re otherwise not even a part of. They need to really shut the fuck up and know their place. They are NOT a Shawol mourning over the death of Jonghyun by referring to him as “dead man” and mentally harassing other grieving Shawols in their vulnerable state because they think they’re doing something “right” or they’re the “hero” in their story when really they’re making it so much harder for those people that they become traumatised and may need to go to therapy because of those people.

I’m not going to let that comment on hyunjin gf’s blog slide. The fact that they have the audacity to harass someone who is MENTALLY not in a good place by gatekeeping other ways to cope with FUCKING DEATH because they expect us to not treat him like he ever existed. For most people, that’s not how they cope, and it’s such a fucking unhealthy coping mechanism for most people since it could cause depression. Some people can do that whilst most can’t, and they need to understand that this is a thing that they can’t gatekeep for their own sake.

If any of these dumbasses decides to challenge me, I’ll screenshot their ask and I’ll report them to Tumblr because this terrorisation of K-pop fans needs to end. I would even bring them to the wall of shame so they can’t take back their words.

You are allowed to grief, mourn and cope in your own terms. Hello! This Temple is such a lovely space, it reminds me why I keep on coming back to paganism despite having so many struggles with it. Faith doesn't come easy to me after leaving the christian practice and I've spent over a year learning about paganism and trying to practice in that space. It never feels quite right to me though, just because I've never have had any indication the deities are actually truly existing. But then I see people like you, and even if I've never been able to find comfort in my own attempts at the practice, I find intense comfort in coming across blogs like this one. Scrolling through the posts gives me that feeling of faith that I've been looking for. It's comfortable and warm. I don't know if I'll ever truly be able to practice paganism myself, but I'm really glad people like you exist. You've created such a wonderful space and I'm so glad I've found it

Thank you so much for your kind message. I cannot put into words how happy it makes me to know that other people are appreciative of The Temple and the work I put into it.

I also want to let you know that you are not alone in how you feel about The Theoi/The Gods/Divinity. I will readily admit that I am not sure if The Gods exist.

Is the warmth I feel when I pray to Lord Apollo and commune with him through tarot all in my head? Is the success of my prayers all a self-fulfilling prophecy? Is the comfort I get from my morning ritual all a placebo? I have no idea.

Some days I feel like The Gods are so real I can feel their presence in the room with me. And some days I feel like I’m a child speaking to imaginary friends. And when I ask myself “which is the truth?” - my honest answer is “I don’t care.”

I personally don’t think it’s important if The Gods are real or if I’m playing pretend. What is important is living a life that gives me joy, comfort, and a feeling of belonging. And being a Hellenic Polytheist, in part, fulfills those needs.

So keep on practicing! If it brings you joy, and doesn’t harm anyone else, then there’s no reason not to. You don’t have to always be a rational, logical person - sometimes you can just be a human.

And really, that’s all The Gods are asking of us in the end.

The Varying Degrees of my Tolerance Levels

I have all the tolerance in the world for people that don’t ship any BTS member.  Seeing Jikook as a couple does take watching BTS content and seeing their progression. Minus GCFT there isn’t just one moment that makes them real, and if you are a hardcore Kpopper you may just simplify things to fan service.  While I disagree with this analysis I tolerate it because it’s ultimately harmless and I can’t force someone to take the time to watch content and see it.

I also have tolerance for the more insecure Jikookers that teeter between believing they are a couple and not for reasons such as not seeing them hanging out as much anymore. These individuals lie at the very edge of my tolerance but they are also harmless and probably very young and don’t understand relationships well. They see Jikook as a trilogy  but since the final volume hasn’t been released yet they suspend belief. 

Who I have ZERO tolerance for are insecure Jikookers that are insecure because of Taekook. I actually struggle to believe these people are Jikookers at All. I’m more inclined to think these are taekookers in disguise because who in their right mind goes from shipping Jikook to taekook???!! There’s literally nothing Romantic about Tae and Jks relationship. They are so obviously just friends that it’s comical to think they’re people existing that think otherwise. Taekook proof is : they hang out with each other! That’s literally it! 

With the plethora of evidence we have from Koreans themselves that they lived together, the numerous sightings of them on couple holidays, them wearing couple outfits, GCFs, Jikooks own words that they are always together,  I can’t see how anyone would then say no Taekook are a couple because they’ve been hanging out more recently ! Like the math isn’t mathing. One doesn’t become a Jikooker-watch GCFT see how JK negatively reacted to JM being busy etc. then look at recent events and think OH MY Tae are friends doing friend things…this must mean Jikook and all that we have must not be real and Tkk must be because we’ve seen that they hang out mostly in groups and they shared a car once…😒 y’all these aren’t insecure jikookers these are taekookers LOL don’t let them fool you! 

I’ve been in this fandom for a very long time. Taekookers are known for lurking on Jikook blogs and accounts and pretending to be harmless insecure jikookers. They even create dummy profiles with the bare minimum of Jimin and JK related post to convince you they are who they say they are but push and prod enough and you’ll discover they are taekookers.

I write this because I just encountered one on my blog! I deleted their comments to some of my post but my gut was telling me this was a taekooker. I went to their blog and like I thought they have 2 Jimin photos posted and 1 jk photo. It was a new account and no bio. Not saying true jikookers don’t lurk, I was once a lurker,  but because I’ve been here for so long my spidey senses were tingling. I could be wrong but I strongly doubt it. They come to our blogs to spread chaos and confusion. For us true jikookers it makes us angry and for those genuinely teetering Jikookers it makes them more insecure bc it makes them feel like they are not seeing something and maybe their perception is what’s off. Don’t listen to them don’t engage them. 

I will engage an outright Taekooker but I will not engage an “jikooker” insecure because of taekook. 9 times out of 10 these are taekookers in disguise coming to our spaces to spread chaos! 

Word to the wise! Every blogger should delete and not engage them! They spread chaos and sew seeds of discontent and it always leads to us bickering amongst ourselves.

I as a person that loves to debate and telling you don’t engage them! You can’t debate a person dishonest about their identity…so delete their comments and asks and move on! 

I have seen this horse and pony show ! Believe me taekookers are losers with no life and are actually so insecure in their ship that they come to our spaces to shut us up because they don’t want to believe taekook is t real and we make too much sense! Delete and don’t engage!

I will delete any comment from what I perceive to be a fake jikooker. I don’t mind disagreements but I have a good eye for snakes and wolves.
