I am begging you, if you are making an audio drama podcast, resist the urge to add in a lot of artificial white noise whenever your characters are speaking on the phone or listening to a recording to make it seem “realistic.” Unless you are a really good sound mixer, most of the time I just find it super distracting and I have to raise the volume because I can’t fucking hear what people are saying
