cause like the hotel thing takes place right after his weird fnaf 3 springtrap possesion cellar thing w vanny 1.0, long story short william can like switch between springtrap n vanny1 possesion style (partially)because of weird cassidy shit n whatever, so he basically has this era where hes like small white woman so he can get around n do shit during the day and also occasionally shanking people(🙄) n work on TortureTrap. anyways eventually detective golden freddy n cassandra get on his ass n he ends up getting shot......... 😨 mind you vanny1 is still like fully conscious and aware thru this whole thing btw while hes actively destroying her entire life♡ but he like gets away n does this weird like...... agony....... soul exchange tranformation thing ....... so he can like have his own human body again, its weird n convoluted but dw the specifics arent that relevant rn. basically just keep in mind hes technically an agony creature now n semi bound by weird agony logic. oh and also vanny1 is fucking dead forreal now grins 😁. OKAY.... HOTEL TIME.

So after that whole thing The Gals end up finding him n taking him home, they were probably gonna like eat him r smth or torture him for sustinence but they end up figuring out he can actually single handedly power the entire building because he just sucks that bad💕

(side note but agony can also influence certain inanimate objects so to speak, like electricity and entire buildings +another side note but also all buildings r technically alive in my fnaf universe just a fun fact 4 you dw abt the implications of this rn♡♡♡ anyways♡♡♡)

so anywho he kinda lives w them semi permanently for a while, he like goes out to do his own shit in Public (killing more people🙄 because its fun but also because he genuinely needs to now to stay alive yaay💖) and when the power starts to dwindle at the hotel one of the ladies goes out n hunts him down for a recharge. its literally like almosst exactly what you described too hsjsbbdb like they sit him down n give him cigarettes n snacks n shit until the power comes back on fully lol.

I love talking to kids about disability bc

1. they often just Get It, and

2. they have 0 concept of disability as a tragedy or something pitiable.

I've watched kids get into an argument with a teacher bc they thought wheelchairs were cool. I told a kid that I can't stand for too long sometimes and they replied, "That's okay, I can't do cartwheels sometimes, but I just do other stuff then. You can sit down with me if you want". Today a girl asked me what the headphones on a classmate's desk were for and I told her that headphones are important for some kids because noises bother them, and she said she wished she had headphones at home, because her baby brothers make a lot of noise and it makes it hard to think. The idea that different people could use tools at different times is intuitive and simple and when accessibility aids are explained neutrally, kids don't see them as bad or unfortunate, they're just things that are useful.

Even mental disability!! In Kindergarten the other day one of the kids asked me why his table partner got stickers when nobody else did. I started off by saying, "Well, when you do your work well, it feels good, right? That's your brain giving you a reward," and the kid just right away went, "Oh, and the stickers are like his reward?" YES! You are 5 and have a better grasp on ADHD than most adults! Kids blow me away every day.

ok not to be that guy but like. labor rights and working class rights can coexist with 24h services and late amenities. its certainly hard to do so without worker exploitation in this political and social environment, it’s not a conflict likely to resolve overnight. but 24h services are important and especially valuable to those of us that are disabled or are on a different circadian rhythm. in fact more professional, health, and government services should be available or at least possible to work on asynchronously (if applicable) during late or odd hours, while workers also get sufficient pay for their labor and proper consistent scheduling. this would be much easier on the workers with night schedules if the entire professional world didn’t grind to a halt at 5pmEST
