Pola Rooftop Bar is the latest project by The Lesmana Enterprise Co., Ltd (Del Sol Valley Branch). Situated right at the heart of downtown Del Sol Valley, Pola Rooftop bar is the perfect place to go for a chill night out, or daydrinking by the pool in the downtown sun. The building (The Seno) is a low-rise office building with an empty space on the 1st floor, Shinomiya Finances KK office on the 2nd floor, and The Lesmana Enterprise Co., Ltd Del Sol Valley branch office on the 3rd floor.

The Seno Building

The namesake of Seno Building is taken from a popular street in Jakarta (our OP's hometown) where minimalist bars and clubs sprawl along the street.

Our architects designed Seno to be a subtle, yes still a great piece of architecture to be placed right on Starlight Boulevard.

was thinking about it this morning as i was making tea and i think there's a fundamental gap in the advice we give to writers/creators to "first and foremost create for ourselves", bc yes. in the beginning, i am almost always writing for myself. i write all the time, and im sure that artists doodle and paint all the time too. there are things i've written that will never see the light of day and are truly just for me.

and then there are things that i choose to share, because i want to share them. because i'm proud of a story, and want to put it into the world. the act of sharing it is, above all, an invitation.

its me inviting you into a corner of my mind/heart/soul, opening the window and throwing open the curtains and waving, holding up a sign that says "hi! do you like this too? let's talk about it!"

what im asking for is a connection, a conversation. a shared space. digital or otherwise. and the so-called "harm" of "ghost consumption" is not that artists will stop creating art or that writers will stop writing -- no, that's not quite how creativity works (thankfully, and sometimes unfortunately). we will always create.

Los Banos – eat drink and chill – a lifestyle restaurant

On one of my trips, I was in a restaurant similar in style to this one and it always stuck in my mind, which is why I ended up building it. It's a small restaurant, you can eat on the pier overlooking the sea or on the beach. There are also places to relax and enjoy cocktails. to me the whole point of f1, and why i got into it, is that the cars are these meticulously engineered machines that - under the right circumstances - are fucking magical to watch. like for example, a wide angle shot of a car absolutely glued to the ground while going through a sleek S chicane?? 😮‍💨🤤

street tracks are just bumpy, with awkward super slow 90-degree corners, vision is obscured too, and it’s such a waste imo to have these incredible cars race in spaces where they don’t reach their full potential.
