Ceremonial Catastrophe

*Our story begins during the night time, at a theater in Hollywood*

*There are spotlights flashing in different directions, and there's vehicles surrounding the place*

*Inside the theater, we see several people and toons sitting in the seats, all of them wearing elegant formal attire*

*We then cut to a dressing room, the door to the room has a star on it that reads "Bugs Bunny"*

*Inside the room, we see Bugs sitting in front of a vanity set, he's brushing his ears*

*He appears to be dressed in a black tuxedo top with a red bowtie*

*Suddenly, there was a knock at the door*

Bugs: Come in!

*The door opens and Denise enters the room*

*She's dressed in an elegant, light purple ball gown, it looked like something a princess would wear*

Denise: Hi Bugsy, I just came in to say that it's almost showtime.

Bugs: Ok, thanks Deni.

*Denise gets the biggest smile on her face*

Denise: Oh! Thank you so much for doing this for me, everyone's gonna love you!

Bugs: Aw Deni, I wouldn't miss this ceremony for anythin'.

*Denise squeals in delight and pulls Bugs into a hug*

*Bugs smiles at this and hugs her back, he softly purrs as he's hugging her*

Denise: I'm still a bit nervous though, do you think everything will be ok?

Bugs: Deni, trust me on this, nothin' in the world is gonna ruin this event.*

Denise smiles upon hearing this*

Denise: Yeah, you're right.

*She turns to walk away*

Denise: See you on stage, Bugsy.

Bugs: Bye Deni.

*And with that, Denise leaves the room*

*Bugs chuckles a bit*

Bugs: Good ol' Deni.

*And with that, he goes back to making himself look good for the ceremony*

*The focus goes towards a window on the far side of the room, where we see the beautiful night sky with it's shining stars, and the full moon shining bright*

*We then cut back to Bugs who's straightening his bowtie*

*At that moment, one of his hands starts to shake*

Bugs: Hm?

*He turns his attention towards his hand*

*His hand starts violently shaking*

*Bugs gets a bit nervous upon seeing this, he grabs his arm with his other hand in an attempt to stop the shaking*

*Suddenly, sharp claws rip through the fingertips of his gloves, Bugs shouts in fright upon seeing this*

Bugs: What the!?

*In his panicked state, he thinks back to a frightening time in his life, a time where a terrifying incident led to him transforming into a ferocious beast, a beast known to the Looney Tunes as..The HareWolf*

*Bugs gets a horrified expression on his face upon remembering this*

Bugs: I--I thought I was cured! I thought Marvin cured me!

*At that moment, we hear the audience cheering in the distance, along with Denise speaking to them*

Denise: Ladies and gentlemen, people and toons!

*Bugs let's out a nervous groan*

Bugs: I can't go out now, what if I transform in front of 'em!?

*He puts his hands on his head*

*He let's out another groan*

Bugs: But Deni is countin' on me!

Denise: It is with great pleasure that I present to you a very special guest, he's one of the most iconic toons in cartoon history, and also a very dear friend of mine.

*Bugs gets a look of guilt on his face upon hearing this*

*He looks down at his clawed hand and sighs*

Bugs: It's just one hand, you can go out there, and then come right back.

*We then cut to Denise, who is standing at a podium, talking into the mic*

Denise: He's definitely someone you've at least heard of before, here to accept the award for best cartoon star of the year, I present to you, Bugs Bunny!

*Everyone starts clapping and cheering*

*Bugs walks onto the stage and walks towards Denise, waving at everyone with his non clawed hand*

*We see Lola in the audience, squealing in delight*

Lola: That's my fiance up there! Love you Bun Bun!

*Bugs smiles at her upon hearing this*

*Denise grabs a trophy off of the podium and hands it Bugs*

*Bugs takes the trophy and walks up to the podium*

Bugs: Thank you for this honor everyone, it's truly been a delight to bring joy and laughter to everyone around the world.

*We see Daffy roll his eyes at this*

Daffy: Oh brother..

Bugs: I'd like to thank everyone who came here to support me, especially my wonderful fiance, Lola.

*Everyone starts cheering upon hearing this*

Bugs: Yep, we're finally takin' the next step in our relationship.

*Lola smiles upon hearing this*

Bugs: And my dear friend, Denise, who is honestly the best friend I've ever had.

*Denise gets the biggest smile on her face upon hearing this*

Denise: Bugsy..!

*Bugs chuckles a bit*

*His laughter fades however when his other hand starts to shake*

*He quickly turns his attention towards his hand, just in time to see claws rip through the fingertips of his glove*

*Bugs gets an extremely nervous look on his face*

Bugs: Uh oh..

???: Mr.Bunny, what are your plans for the future, what can we expect to see next from the Looney Tunes?

Bugs: Uh, w-well, we've certainly got some great things in the works.

??: Like what?

Bugs: W-Well we uh.

*At that moment, his teeth start to change into fangs*

*Bugs immediately covers his mouth with his shirt*

Bugs: Y-Ya know, we can't give out too many details just yet.

*Denise gets a look of concern on her face, and walks towards Bugs*

Denise: Bugsy, are you ok?

Bugs: Y-Yeah, why wouldn't I be?

*He then looks down at his feet to see sharp claws grow from his toes*

*Denise notices the look of horror in Bugs' eyes*

Denise: You look really scared, not to mention you're covering your face.

Bugs: W-Well I-

*His fur starts to become wild and mangy*

*Denise becomes very concerned upon seeing this*

Denise: Bugs, what's going on with you?

*At that moment, Bugs let's out a worried whine*

*Bugs immediately covers his mouth, despite it already being covered by his shirt*

Denise: What was that?

Bugs: Uh..I gotta go, thank you everyone, you've been a wonderful audience, that's all folks!

*And with that, Bugs immediately dashes off of the stage*

Denise: Bugs wait!

*Denise immediately runs after Bugs, the audience watches on in confusion and concern*

*Bugs runs as fast as he can, until he feels like he's far enough away from the crowd*

*That's when he notices his fur start to darken into a dark gray color*

Bugs: No no no, please! Not again!

*His eyes become a yellow color, tears well up in his eyes*

*He holds himself as he falls to his knees, grunting in pain*

*We hear a dreaded ripping sound as his muscles start to expand*

*His hands rip through his gloves, revealing his hands*

*His body rips through his suit as it takes on a more muscular appearance*

*Bugs' grunts soon turn into growls, tears stream down his face*

*Parts of his suit fall to the floor*

*What was once a nice tuxedo top is now a tattered and torn piece of fabric*

*At that moment, Bugs let's a loud, powerful howl*

*We then cut to Denise, who is seen running around, desperately searching for Bugs*

*She shouts in fright upon hearing the pained howls of her friend*

Denise: What the!?

*We then cut back to Bugs, who is seen kneeling on his hands and knees, taking a second to catch his breath*

*Bugs catches a glimpse of himself in a mirror on the wall*

*He yelps in fright upon seeing his reflection*

Denise: Bugs! Where are you!?

*Bugs whines in worry upon hearing the distressed calls of his friend*

Bugs: I gotta get outta here..!

*He says in a rough voice*

*He immediately starts looking for a possible exit*

*That's when he notices a large window on the wall on the far side of the room*

*Bugs gets a hopeful smile on his face upon seeing this, and immediately starts running towards the window*

*At that moment, Denise enters the area*

Denise: Bugs! Bugs wait I-

*She immediately gasps in shock upon seeing the sight in front of her*

*Bugs turns his attention towards her*

*He gets a saddened expression upon seeing Denise's frightened expression*

Denise: Bugsy..

*Tears well up in Bugs' eyes, he immediately leaps onto his hands and feet, and dashes for the window*

Denise: Bugs wait!

*She tries to run after him, but Bugs jumps out of the window before she can catch him*

*She runs up to the window*

Denise: Bugs!!

*She's then forced to watch as her dearest friend runs into the night*

*Tears well up in her eyes as she hears a sorrowful howl in the distance*

We're still working on character designs so they are largely inaccurate for the warners and max, but this shows age and height comparisons! Character descriptions under read more!

We also included characters that appear outside the farm! Bugs Bunny is the Sheriff of the nearby city. He likes to take on challenges to show off his wit and pawns off smaller outlaws on his deputy, Daffy Duck. At night time, he goes undercover as a burlesque dancer to gain information about criminal whereabouts in town. Babs and Buster Bunny (no relation) live in a town (turning on city) several hours travel away. They both work for the sheriff and deputy. Buster is a deputy in training and Babs does clerical issues and cleans up buster's messes. She has a gun but doesn't use it as much. (Although she IS a better shot than Buster.) The other six characters are various people in the small town close to the ranch, or in the larger city. In order, left to right: Ms. Perla is a middle age dog who works in the same saloon as Mr. Bentley, she is a very serious woman and tends to handle the more complicated costumers but can be very sweet, she lives in a small house in town with her cousin Ms. Katara and Mr. Argus. Ms. Katara works as store clerk in town, she goes to see Ms. Perla whenever she has time during the day, even though she gets scolded, a very enthusiastic woman and very friendly. Mr. Argus works as carpenter in town, he's a widower but a hardworking man that tends to get in trouble with outsiders if they look suspicious enough but a very nice man otherwise, tries to keep Ms. Perla and Ms. Katara safe. Mr. Bentley is a jolly middle aged dog who tends the saloon in town. He always seems to have some long winded story for patrons and enjoys playing the piano at the saloon when he has extra help and he has the time. Mrs. Flame owns the small general store in town. She's a widow but she's very kind and while she doesn't really know the warners, she tends to very secretly give Yakko a discount when he comes in to buy things and hopes he won't notice. Ms. Belle is a stocker that helps Ms. Flame in her shop on delivery days. She's excitable and boisterous and loves making friends, but she's sworn off men for an unknown reason.

I had this concept for a while, so i'm just going to yap abt it under the cut but... these three as wacky magical girls-

So, basically it's a Looney Tunes Magical Girl show starring Lola Bunny, Melissa Duck, and Petunia Pig. It would be a fun mix of classic slapstick, meta-humor, and magical girl tropes, where they're not their animal selves but anime girls with animal motifs. It's like a parody animated in japan, like PPGZ.

Looney tunes: Magical Mayhem

Lola, Melissa, and Petunia are just regular high school students in a futuristic city like in "rocket squad", one day they get called to be heroes by mistical mentor tweety bird, now they must protect their town all while dealing with their ridiculous daily lives. The problem? They are absolutely terrible at being magical girls.

Their Dynamics:

Lola Bunny (The Overenthusiastic Leader) -

bubbly, hyper, over-the-top, energetic, and way too into the magical girl aesthetic. She thinks she’s the perfect protagonist, but in reality, she’s an absolute disaster—reckless, overly dramatic, and easily distracted. Somehow, she also got classic bugs wits and "toon force" to defeat the villain.

Melissa Duck (The Snarky Rival) -

The "cool" one—or at least she tries to be. She insists she’s the "lone wolf anti-hero," but she’s just as chaotic as the others. She complains a lot, is a bit grumpy and acts above it all, but deep down, she cares about the team.

Petunia Pig (The Reluctant One) -

The shy, sweet one who just wants a quiet life but keeps getting dragged into magical nonsense. She loves sweets and tries to follow the "responsible hero" role but constantly gets overwhelmed by the other two’s nonsense.

Supporting Cast & Villains

Tweety Bird (The Sassy Mentor)

A tiny, floating, magical guide but super passive-aggressive and constantly roasts them for their mistakes.

Love Interests:

Bugs Bunny (Mysterious & Unbothered) - "Cool Guy in the Shadows"

Similar to tuxedo mask. Shows up occasionally, but refuses to join in on their nonsense. Might secretly know more about the magical world than he lets on. Often trolls them by pretending to be a villain.

Daffy Duck (Wannabe Villain?)

At first, he tries to be a magical boy rival, but fails spectacularly and ends up their biggest headache instead. Might actually a real villain by accident.

Porky Pig ( Dependable Gentleman)

Porky is a senpai petunia has a crush on, he is a sweetie but is completely oblivious to petunia's affections. So, that'd be a cute comedic romantic subplot.

Villains:

Elmer Fudd (The Clueless Big Bad)

a Mojo Jojo-style villain means he can have long-winded monologues, overcomplicated evil plans, and constant frustration when the magical girls (intentionally or not) ruin everything. He could even have a group of incompetent alien minions who constantly mess things up for him.

He just wants to catch a "mythical magical creature" but Keeps getting defeated in the most embarrassing ways possible.

And some aliens appear to be villains too, like in "space jam" and "duck dogers".

Having both the Martians and Elmer’s alien allies as villains will allow for a mix of recurring antagonists and one-off alien threats, keeping the story fresh and chaotic.

Marvin the Martian – The Straight-Laced Commander

Marvin is a soft-spoken but highly dangerous alien who always tries to destroy Earth with advanced weapons. Marvin could be the primary Martian leader, taking himself very seriously despite constantly being outmatched by the chaotic magical girls. He’d be the "straight man" to their slapstick antics, reacting with deadpan frustration while his minions fail him.

K-9 – Marvin’s Loyal Alien Dog

A big green dog-like creature who is extremely loyal to Marvin, though not particularly bright. He could be a giant, overpowered alien beast that Marvin treats like a cute little lapdog.

K-9 could secretly love the girls, constantly trying to befriend them even when Marvin commands him to attack.

The Martian Queen Tyr’ahnee – The Elegant & Dangerous Ruler

She’s the ruler of the Martians, regal and poised but with a sharp temper. She could be a major antagonist or a rival to Elmer, trying to conquer the Earth before he does.

Instead of being an outright villain, she might have her own mysterious agenda, sometimes helping the girls when it benefits her but remaining an unpredictable force. She might mock the girls for their childish antics while secretly enjoying their chaos and shenanigans.

The Martian Army (Generic Soldiers / Minions)

Small green Martians in Roman-style armor, extremely loyal to Marvin and the Martian Queen.

Martian X-2 – Marvin’s Rival

He’s a Martian general who competes with Marvin for recognition. He could be another villain faction, making things even worse for Marvin and Elmer by interfering with their plans.

Marvin & his Martians are a serious sci-fi empire, while Elmer is more of a goofy villain who constantly gets in their way.

Anyway, i might actually seriously draw this AU later. But i'd be over the moon if someone actually enjoys this idea and makes their interpretation/fanart for it, so.. feel free to and tag me so i can see it! ^^ and if you want to yap together send me an ask abt it!

First post of 2025, officially! A little warning at the beginning, the following text will have some self-depressing messages from the character of Ace/Alec. If you identify with this, seek help. This scene is kind of from the "first episode" of my rewrite of Loonatics, I hope you like it. I accept constructive criticism to improve my writing. Thanks...

The rabbit boy stopped walking aimlessly for a while, finally deciding to stop and digest everything... He sat down on a holographic bench with metal plates... It wasn't one of the most comfortable seats, but it was enough for him to spend a few minutes with his thoughts. He brought his hand to his forehead, massaging it to try to control some impulsive thoughts. He wanted to scream, break something, anything to vent his anger about the phone call he had just received, but that would attract attention... Very negative attention...

— "I'm missing something"...? But I fit the requirements of everything they wanted in the film! — Alec asked himself, he hadn't accepted that excuse from the director. — I was one of the few who managed to do those maneuvers and I didn't mess up in the performance this time!

He lowered his head, pulling at his ears as he gritted his teeth... Until he felt a hand on his shoulder, a comforting touch...

— Alec, are you okay? — his sister's voice echoed in a worried tone, making him release his own ears and look at her.

— Ah... I... Hey, Lexi! Sorry, I just wanted some fresh air, you know? — Alec tried to maintain his usual calm demeanor, forcing a smile to show that he was fine.

— Sure, sure... Fresh air with that sky? — the rabbit girl pointed upwards, the holographic sky of the park was missing for a few seconds, but it was possible to see the smoke of the city in the meantime.

The gray-haired rabbit sighed, going to one end of the bench and resting his arm on one of its handles, while Lexi sat on the other side, giving him the space he needed.

— Look... I know this was the... I don't know... The tenth time you've failed, but... — she said, trying to be respectful of his situation. — On the bright side, I can help you with the bills now and, besides that, I found another place with a job offer.

— I'll pass... — the gray rabbit was dry in his speech, looking away. — I don't want to involve you in my personal problems... Much less cause you harm...

— Alec... You would never harm me! Okay, maybe one or two when you steal my clothes, but still? — the cream-haired bunny asked, slightly irritated.

He laughed in a somewhat forced way, his ears lowered a little, continuing to not look at his twin sister.

— Lexi, I don't know if you understand the pattern... I didn't get any leading roles in movies, only as an extra! — Her tone of voice almost rose, but she held back her anger to keep from shouting. — It's obvious that they don't want a "cute bunny" who came from the underground, from the poorest place, as the protagonist in an action movie or any other that isn't a comedy.

— Well, that's not true... — Lexi tried again to start a calmer dialogue, but she couldn't continue.

— I know it is... And anyway... This stupid dream won't give me money to pay the bills... — he finally looked at her. — But, you... He... You're working with what you love! You're working with something related to music and your students love you. And I'm proud of you.

The rabbit was going to say something, but hesitated... Thoughtful... Until she was caught by a sudden hug from her brother.

— I... I'm really proud of who you are now... — he repeated, tearing up slightly.

— Alec... — the cream rabbit then freezes... Seeming to have been startled by something...

— I... Have to go... Bye. — The gray-haired bunny then gets up and leaves the place, before his sister can say anything.

The bunny girl remained silent, she seemed a little shocked, but... Not even she knew why... But she remembered hearing something in her mind... And, definitely, it wasn't the first time and it was never a good thing when it echoed to her.
