“Daddy?”

A soft voice calling for him made its way to Harry’s ears, a voice that belonged to his three year old son, who was curiously peeking his head inside his home studio.

Ever since his little boy was born, Harry made the decision to switch everything up regarding his career, taking longer breaks between albums and tours and building a full equipped music studio in his home. He just didn’t want to be away from his wife and son, specially during his first years of life.

“Hey buddy, what are you doing over there?” Harry said as he moved his hands away from the piano tiles and looked over at the little boy who was just a replica of him: same green eyes, dimples and brown curls. It blew anyone’s mind when they saw how alike they looked.

He had been working on the same melody all day, he was in the process of writing his 5th studio album, the first one as a father, and he wanted everything to be perfect. The album was all about fatherhood, falling in love with his wife all over again and overall this new chapter of his life, he was happier than ever and that’s what the songs he had been writing told.

“Come here, baby,” Harry opened his arms, motioning the little boy to join him “I’ve missed you, would you like a cuddle?” his son curiously dragged his small feet across the room, Harry had noticed how much he liked his studio, and how fond of music his son was, always asking his mummy to play his favorite songs around the house and his daddy to sing for him. It warmed Harry’s heart every single time.

“Cuddle daddy.” the little boy mumbled as he climbed on the piano’s bench -with Harry’s help, of course- and placed himself on his lap. If there was something that Harry wouldn’t change for anything was cuddling his son, so when his baby adjusted himself on his lap and buried his face on his ribs, putting his little arms around his broad frame, he could feel his heart growing twice is size.

Harry kissed the little mop of curls and lingered his lips on the crown of his baby’s head, sometimes he couldn’t quite understand how he got so lucky to have the perfect little family. He found his soulmate when he was 22 and knew he wanted to marry her, he put a ring on her finger at 29 and now, at 31, he had a little bundle of joy that was a mixture of him and the love of his life.

Life couldn’t get any better.

So with a full heart and a sudden burst of inspiration, he went back to playing melodies on the piano, careful not to disturb the little boy in his arms.

“Music?” the boy beamed as he moved his little face from its position on his dad’s ribs, and Harry couldn’t help but smile at his enthusiasm over hearing him play “That’s right bubba, daddy’s playing music, you like when daddy does that, don’t you?” Harry cooed, he was man enough to admit that his little boy made him melt with every single thing he did.

“Play daddy” his son said as he sat up straight on his lap, his gaze fixed on the piano in front of him, and since his wish is Harry's command, he continued playing soft melodies for him.

Harry wanted to take that moment in and save it forever, he was unaware at that moment, but his wife was standing at the door frame, capturing the both of them in a picture that would be part of his album's booklet in the future.

Our Story Masterlist Summary: YN and Harry feel their baby move for the first time.

As it had become the norm for Harry’s hand to be attached to YN’s tummy, every chance he got, YN wasn’t surprised when he placed it on her bare skin once she laid down next to him on their sofa.

YN had been doing lots of reading and researching as the weeks went by and was learning how the baby develops in the womb and everything that came along with pregnancy.

Being eighteen weeks and a few days, she learnt that the baby could hear their mother but it didn’t harm for other to talk to them either.

“Bubba can hear us now.” YN explained as she felt Harry’s fingers run across her exposed bump.

“Really?” Harry questioned, still tickling her skin.

YN nodded. "Yeh..you should sing to them.". For once, Harry acted a little shy. "Aw c'mon...you can sing in front of thousands on stage but get shy when its for Bubba?".

Harry shrugged his shoulders. "Peanut might not like me singing.".

"Bubs...please just sing!." YN begged.

Not looking at YN anymore, Harry continued to rub his hand across the skin that hid their little one away, before the room was filled with Harry's soft voice.

What surprised them both was the tiniest little movement from YN's tummy. Harry's eyes found YN's, both in too much shock to speak.

After a few minutes, YN found her voice. "Was..did..did we just feel the baby?".

Harry now wore the biggest grin on his face. "I think we did babe.".

"Sing again!". YN was eager to feel the baby again.

"What should I sing?" Harry panicked, his mind now going blank.

"Bubs...you have three of your own albums and five albums with the band...how are you stuck picking a fookin' song?" YN let out a loud chuckle.

Ross looked up from his bass with a wide grin, immediately stopping his tuning. "Baby!"

Matty shifted you higher on his hip, looking slightly apologetic. "Sitter canceled, so I had to bring her in today, sorry."

Adam chuckled, shaking his head. "No need to apologize for this little angel."

Your eyes darted around the room, landing on George. "Bubba!" you called out, your tiny hands reaching for him.

George's face lit up. "You wanna play with your uncle? Say drum!"

"Bum!" you tried, your face scrunching up in concentration.

George laughed, ruffling your hair. "Close enough!"

Matty joined in the laughter, but then his expression turned playful. "Tell her about you and Charli."

George's smile grew even bigger. He stole you from your dad and positioned you on his hips. "Ah. Guess what, Bubs?"

"What?" you asked, eyes wide.

"Bubba and Auntie Charli are getting married!"

"Mawried?" you echoed, the word unfamiliar on your tongue.

"Yeah! She’s gonna be my wife!" George explained, his excitement contagious.

You looked a little confused, your small brows furrowing as you tried to understand. Your dad noticed and quickly started clapping his hands, a big smile on his face. The action made you gather that it was a good thing so you clapped along with him a “Yay!”

Everyone in the studio laughed in unison.

Later, as things settled down, Matty was sitting next to Jamie talking about designs for the next album. You tugged at your dad’s pant leg. “Daddy play.”

Matty looked down at you with a soft smile. “Not right now, lovie. Daddy’s working.”

“Daddy work?” you echoed, tilting your head.

“That’s right, baby, Daddy’s working right now. He’ll play later,” Matty promised, gently ruffling your hair.

You pouted for a moment but then spotted a small keyboard near George and toddled over to investigate, your earlier emotions easily forgotten. George watched you with a fond smile.

“Can you say piano?” George asked, his voice startling you slightly.

“Eano,” you responded eagerly.

George nodded approvingly. “Guitar?”

“Tar,” you repeated, a proud smile on your face.

“How about bass?”

“Ace,” you said, giggling as you ran into his arms.

George laughed, gladly accepting you into his arms. “Getting there, getting there.”

Your eyelids grew heavier as the soothing strumming of the guitar and the soft chatter in the room lulled you to sleep. Ross carefully adjusted his hold on you, making sure you were comfortable.

Adam glanced over and grinned. “Look at that. She’s out like a light.”

Matty turned to see you fast asleep in Ross’s arms, a smile spreading across his face.

“She must’ve worn herself out.” Ross said.

George leaned in, his eyes softening. “She looks so peaceful.”

“She’s absolutely adorable,” Adam added, his voice hushed as not to wake you.

Matty scoffed from the corner in his chair. “Yall are a bunch of fucking saps.”

. Drayton doesn't fully understand periods, all he knows is what you tell him. When you're having bad cramps he'll lay off the yell, and if they're really bad he'll even let you skip your chores for the day so you can lay in bed. when the time comes for dinner he'll bring up a blow of chilling for you and whatever magazine he can find lying around the house, he'll even cuddle with you at night

Nubbins sawyer

. like his older brother, nubbins is not educated regarding periods or most things related to the female or male body, with that said nubbins is not the worst person to be around. when you're stuck in bed with cramps he'll show you all the photos and roadkill he took/found that week. he'll spoon-feed you chill even though you told him you can do it you're self

Chop top sawyer

. Chop top doesn't care what you look like, he doesn't even get way self-conscious, I mean you look fine to him. but if you ever feel bad about how you look, Chop top will try to cheer you up in his own way. he'll tell you all the jokes he knows or he'll let you listen to your favorite album. now if any victims give you any trouble for the way you look, Chop Top will handle them for you and bring you a little part of them as a trophy

Bubba sawyer

. Bubba gets what it's like to be self-conscious, for him it's his face for you it's your body. he doesn't like to see you feel bad about yourself, Bubba doesn't really know how to cheer you up. He tries his darn best though he gives you hugs and kisses, he'll rub his cheek against yours as he squeals. if any victim makes any comment he'll have his chainsaw stared before you can blink
