it’s always been interesting to me the difference between how two major ‘fights’ within BTS are told, or three if you include Koobis banana incident 😆

The dumpling fight, and the rainy day fight TM.

I thought about it since hearing Jimin talking about how it took a while for him and Tae to get closer in AYS, and said they did after that big fight. That he shook with rage at the time. The fight never really made sense to me, the dumpling one, as Jimin said it was over petty things, that they often fought over silly things.

Then you’ve got the rainy day fight, and the way they spoke about it at Festa 2020, and in lives in 2023. Both pretty much recounting it exactly the same as the other. I saw a video edit mash up of it but couldn’t find it, where the stories interwove and it’s amazing to see it. But at Festa dinner, with the others reactions, the giggling from Jin and Joon, that it sounds like a k drama, that it sounds like something a couple would do. And it does, it sounds exactly like a k drama, the dramatic pause when JK is lost, the make up in the rain, the hug. It’s so cute, and so endearing to hear them talk about it. How their relationship is essentially so important to them, they made up that night, unlike the dumpling fight, which lasted.

It shows how they really do have a good way of communicating with each other, even back then. And for JK to feel sorry to Jimin for that, and it’s something they can talk about and look back on with fondness almost, is testament to their bond.

I think the Vmin fight(s) is relatively easy to piece together and understand if you have a solid understanding of their relationship….something many people unfortunately lack.

Jimin and Taehyung were among the members who got close almost immediately after meeting in my opinion. Looking at content from their rookie days, it’s clear that even the other members often pointed to them as the two who were closest. However, while they were friends and close, their relationship at the time seemed more surface-level. They didn’t fully understand, accept, or relate to each other yet. It reminds me of those teenage friendships where you genuinely like each other and have fun together, but the connection lacks a deeper level of understanding. That’s what I believe Vmin’s relationship was like in the beginning.

When Jimin says it took time for him and Tae to become as close as they are now, it doesn’t mean they weren’t friends or weren’t close before. It simply means that, over time, their bond deepened as they grew to better understand and accept each other despite their differences.

In the BTS book, Tae shared that when he first met Jimin, he struggled to understand him. He couldn’t grasp why Jimin pushed himself so hard, why he seemed so passionate, or why he was impatient about achieving his goals. Tae also described Jimin as intense….traits he found hard to relate to at the time. If you know anything about Tae and Jimin, it’s clear they’re fundamentally different people who approach life in very distinct ways. Add to that the fact that they’re the same age, and it’s easy to see how misunderstandings would arise.

I believe their many petty fights and arguments stemmed from these different approaches to life. The dumpling incident, while often highlighted, was more of a boiling point than the root cause of their conflicts. It forced them to address unresolved tensions and misunderstandings. This is why, after that fight, both admitted they’d gained a deeper understanding of each other, which ultimately strengthened their bond and brought them closer to where they are today. The way this fight is often described says a lot about their dynamic and the depth of their relationship.

On the other hand, Jikook’s “rainy day” story perfectly illustrates the foundation of Jimin and Jungkook’s relationship. Their bond is built on trust, support, and a profound emotional connection. While this wasn’t always apparent during their rookie days, anyone paying close attention could sense the nature of their bond and what it was rooted in.

The other members’ reactions to the rainy day story….rubbing goosebumps away, cringing, or making remarks like “That’s what a couple would do”, reveal how they themselves perceived the story. Even their singing of that angsty romantic taxi driver song adds to this perception. People might try to downplay it, but to me, it’s significant.

This story highlights the depth of Jimin and Jungkook’s emotional connection and how much Jungkook values Jimin’s presence and opinions in his life. It shows how their relationship has always been characterized by healthy communication and an innate ability to reach and support each other. Jungkook feeling bad about it years later underscores just how meaningful that moment was to him.

Don't try just be without questioning,without any doubt and without worries. I've been testing law just for fun and I must say that being worried ruin everything. When you make assumption you have about yourself like "I can't manifest"you just accepted that as a FACT,you persist in that assumption without realizing it.

Here is an example from my personal experience,I unintentionally hold this assumption that "college is no different then school it's all same the teacher and professor complain about us to the parents",it's jus a random assumption I held,and not even a day later I saw this tiktok and insta reel saying school and college is no different,I know I manifested it at that moment cuz every time I held some kind of assumption about college or school I see this relatable pov videos. And me getting relatable videos is also an assumption.

So the whole point is don't try, just become that version of yourself. You can go and be like "Oh I can manifest with 24 hours" and accept that as a fact BOOM💥 there it is your new story. You wouldn't doubt it,you wouldn't question or worry about your facts.

Here is a weird assumption I have about myself I never EVER doubt it,so every time I start liking underrated singer or bands they just somehow become famous😀like BTS I've known them since "I Need You" Era 2015 and suddenly a year later they are become worldwide popular😀the way i was gatekeeping them from everyone but my assumption come to reality🙃 there are more,if I like some trend it becomes popular💀. Also notice how I had those assumption as a kid I was literally 12 or smth. Be as stubborn as a child when it comes to manifestation.

If such weird assumption can be a fact then why not getting free money be a fact,being a Shifter,always getting free food,anything can be a fact it if you hold and assumption and persist.

Even when you affirm,affirm them as FACTS,well cuz they are facts right.

Also you are not gaslighting yourself,you can give yourself your desires in your imagination and become that version of yourself in imagination which is your actual reality.

We should treat our assumptions as facts when we are manifesting because our assumptions are the seeds that we plant in our subconscious minds, and they are the foundation of our manifestations.

When we treat our assumptions as facts, we are essentially creating a strong impression in our subconscious minds that our assumptions are true. This makes it much more likely that our affirmations and visualizations will be accepted by our subconscious minds and that our manifestions will reflect on the 3d. Therefore, it is essential to treat our assumptions as facts when we are manifesting.

This is the only video I made a paper storyboard first and then I essentially redrew it digitally; not sure why? just felt like it at the time I guess haha (though I will say nowadays often it's easier for me to get ideas when I'm using paper/pen!)

You can also see all my NOTES in the last image!!!! Every pmv/amv after that first draft of editing where the whole video is put together, I start watching the video over n over and looking for any weird timing, placements, art errors, etc etc and I make notes of all the changes I need to make, and then check them off once I do them. And I do that a BUNCH more times. that's essentially my editing process and it goes on until I'm finally happy with it or I call it good enough cause I've been working on it for too many months LOL

I just saw ask you got on G-dragon and based on what I saw in kpop/jpop/cpop throught the years it feels to me like people in Asia have kinda very detached approach when it comes to nazi symbol, that in some cases even looks like admiring it from fashion point of view (there is even this term called "nazi chic"), which I find it really bizzare, because there is no way they don't have anything on Holocaust in their curriculum plus China and Korea suffered horribly from the hands of Japan and it's common there to have very strong negative reaction to any japanese symbols from WWII - when group called SNSD had comeback with military concept, an image of what appeared like japanese fighter plane was used in their promotional material and it was met with instant backlash, company apologizing and reediting it.

But nazi symbols? Unless international audience makes noise about it, then it's crickets and it keeps happening over and over again, which makes me feel like it's mostly heavy ignorance happening there, because with how careful companies are when it comes to image of the idols I don't see them putting it there on purpose, but really considering it as unimportant.

There was this period of time when sooo many kpop idols were dressed head to toes in Boy London, which has logo of essentially slightly edited nazi eagle. Once BTS was basically taking fashion photoshoot on Holocaust memorial in Berlin (which to be fair gets disrespected constantly by people from like every country, so it's not just Asians doing that, but it's still so gross). There was also situation with Gfriend's member posting photos of herself looking lovingly and caressing mannequin dressed up in nazi uniform and deleting it not because she realized it was messed up, but because fans were jealous. And in the same time this mannequin was part of interior design of some cafe, where they were filming some content, along with a lot more of WWII elements and prior to backlash no one in that cafe stopped for a second and had a slightly deeper thought on whether or not it was appropriate. yeah, this problem runs very deep. it’s turned me off from entertaining kpop because every time I look someone up there’s a hate symbol or equally gross and antisemitic promo. it’s fine to like the music but to stan the groups/idols without acknowledging this problem makes you incredibly sus and I’m staying away from you, too. that space is just not safe for jews. not to mention the racism in kpop stan spaces.

Dynamic Pricing & AI

According to the Hybe Q1 conference call held on Tuesday, May 2nd 2023, the company has chosen to apply the dynamic pricing system to SUGA and TXT concerts in the US, with plans to opt-in to more dynamic pricing in the future.

"Dynamic pricing" is the strategy of constantly adjusting prices in response to demand. It's basically an auction model, where more bids drive up the prices. Meaning, you could select a modest concert seat for $175 and while in the cart, other people selecting seats will drive the price up to $975 right as you check out. You won't know until right as you pay. You can easily be blindsided.

While legal (for now), it's essentially price gauging, and it's unnecessary. ARMY is desperate for Hybe to restock merch (like JK's mikrokosmos lamp) and to sell again any discontinued boxed sets and special edition items. If done right, restocking merch and selling content from the last 10 years would absolutely help carry profits through the two years BTS serves. Additionally, many ARMY are willing to pay to see official live streams of concerts, or are comfortable with the company raising prices of concerts at a flat rate to keep up with the cost of inflation.

Dynamic pricing is short-sighted and will hurt the artists, because only rich people and scalpers will be able to afford concerts. In this hellscape of an economy, regular ARMY will have to make hard choices between merch, albums, paid content, premium streaming services, and concerts. The last thing BTS ever needs is to see empty seats during their performances. This decision is motivated by pure greed and in my opinion goes against the ethics BTS writes about. It's not BTS' fault, but the company needs to be held accountable. This is a serious breach of trust between Hybe and the fans that helped build BigHit through pure love, dedication, and hard work.

Furthermore, I will say this with regard to the recent Billboard article in which Bang PD comments on exploring AI artists. I recognize that AI and virtual reality are the future, but absolutely nothing will ever match an authentic, organic, human experience between a real-life artist and a real-life fan. I will never support AI pop content, personally. I have an aversion to such things and you can totally blame the children's fable The Emperor's Nightingale in my case.

I bring this topic up because I'd like to ask that ARMY stop feeding BTS' voices into AI to make cover songs and parody content. Any anti can manufacture one hell of a deep-fake scandal once our boys' voice and likenesses has been completely mapped. Please don't do it, and please politely encourage other ARMYs to not do it, out of respect for the artists' work and reputations.

As individuals, we none of us have much power to wield against a major corporation. As a collective, ARMY is powerful and can actually affect change. But it only works if you work it. Let us use our voices for good. Let us do what we do best: fight for our artists.

reader is an artist and posts mural concepts based off kpop bands and someone in BTS’ staff finds out she made one for them and hires the reader to actually paint that mural in a practice room

so uhhh reader live streams their process and has the boys guest star on some of the streams for fun as like part of some promotion thing to keep the hype around both the artist and the mural high

reader has their own pretty big following that love reader before getting hired by the company, but the sudden attention from the BTS fan base kinda backfires because some of the fans get jealous that the reader gets to hang out with them for like hours on end at least twice a week

a majority of them like reader though because the fan base is honestly pretty chill

i want this to be sooo cute, like the boys celebrate reader’s birthday on stream. reader gets sick and the boys make little secret missions to go to her apartment and take care of them. dinners to celebrate milestones of the boys and they invite reader because she’s a friend now

maybe smut??? but not like “OH GOD THEYRE F U C K I N G” but more like “they’re experiencing each other for the first time because they’ve been dancing around dating for so long that the wait was worth it” kinda thing

if i ever do write smut, it’ll probably be in its own separate post opposed to have it within a chapter

⚠️spoilers for my own fic that i feel might be a big plot point and i probably should let it be a surprise but i want validation⚠️

so i want to have a scene where a sasaeng finds a way into the building to basically attack reader, but reader ends up outsmarting them or something and locks them IN the practice room from the outside

then the sasaeng starts having a tantrum essentially and throws paint all over the mural (like halfway done at this point) while reader is like “security hello??” and like freaks out in the hall because what the fuck that’s terrifying

uhhh sasaeng gets arrested and taken away and the room is an absolute mess, the boys are all there trying to comfort reader while they basically just kinda blankly stare at the mess on the mural

but surprise surprise it just wiped off easily because reader is smart and puts varnish or something on after every stream (don’t ask why i don’t know i just wanted reader to be cool)

so reader gathers their jacket or rag around their arm and takes huge angry swipes at the “ruined” mural to reveal the untouched painting underneath. people take videos, making it into the news outlets and magazines and websites saying like “look at this badass, don’t fuck with her”

(edits get made out of that footage because i said so, and honestly good for reader)

Trolls Headcannons (Royal Family Edition)

Peppy

°Peppy suffers from some type of memory loss due to PTSD. It got to the point where he had to trust most of the older trolls to help him keep his mind as they all settled in the Pop Forest.

°Peppy started the chant of "No Troll Left Behind" after finding Viva's Hug Time Bracelet in the rubble. He made those who made it out swear to never mention Viva in order to give Poppy only happiness in this new chapter.

°Peppy became protective over his daughters after their mother was chosen as one of the first Trolls of Bergentown's first annual Trollstice. He became even more protective of Poppy after the split™ because of Viva's presumed death.

°Peppy's memory has started fading in and out, making him believe that he went on adventures that didn't happen or didn't happen as he remembered them.

Viva

°Viva is 15 years older than Poppy, being around 16-17 at the time of The Great Escape™ and around 37-38 at the time of their reunion.

°Viva was a huge fan of Brozone prior to the arrival of the Bergens. However, she didn't recognize Clay when he showed up with the rest of the Putt Putt Trolls. She didn't even know his name until they all settled in.

°Viva quickly took up the role as the leader of this new tribe due to her royal training, but was scared. Thankfully, Clay was there to be an amazing assistant and friend. No one will admit it, but she thinks of him as a co-ruler rather than an advisor or an overseer and gives him the same power as her.

°Viva braided her hair out of anxiety, needing something to fidget with in the early days of separation. She also took up knitting and crocheting, making a majority of hers and Clay's clothes.

°Viva is still wary around Bergentown due to all the trauma and mental scarring they put on her. As much as she wants to go with Poppy, she just volunteers to kingdom-sit for however long they'll be gone.

Poppy

°Poppy essentially started ruling at a young age due to her dad's decline in health, being around 10 years old when people started turning to her over her dad. They never really asked for much, but it was quite overwhelming.

°Poppy started scrapbooking after her dad's memory started to go. The little pictures remind him of the history he told her as she grew up, and ultimately became Pop Village's main collection of history books. She did have help editing them after the World Tour.

°Poppy credits most of her big personal changes to being because of Branch. He has been her voice of reason since the beginning, but never really listened until they both gave each other chances.

°Poppy was around 1 or 2 during the Great Escape™, making her around 21 or 22 during the events of the first film and around 22 or 23 during WT and BT.

°Poppy didn't discover Brozone until the Return to the Troll tree where she found a bunch of their records in what she assumed was meant to be her old room. She later found out it was Viva's old room and collection.

Bonus: Ladies' Night

°Brandi, Poppy, & Viva get together once in a while to just escape the pressures of their jobs. They'll usually stay on Vacay Island, but have gone to Mount Rageous on several occasions. Poppy still keeps in contact with Crimp for visits like these.

So I posted about the fact someone posted a picture of them DM'ing Tim about a spin-off idea they had for Tommy and it's been like hours since I posted that, but... A BT fans saw it and well, they commented this on that post:

Like I knew that BT fans (or at least the majority of the ones I see) are like pushing the narrative that Buddie fans are faking screenshots and posts to make the BT fans look bad, but for some reason I really thought they had moved away from that narrative.

Just a note for anyone who thinks the statement above is true, please don't interact me. No hate to you or anything, but I personally don't believe it and thus I don't want you saying it on my posts. You can believe what you want in terms of people on the other side of this ship war but right now, it's essentially not really true because there's no real proof that people on either side are faking posts. And I try to stray away from repeating anything that's not factually true (I say try, not that I always only say things that are true, for clarification).

Anyways, I'd like to clarify that anyone who sees this, shouldn't try and figure out who this is because I didn't give this screenshot for people to attack them, hence why I omitted their name. And after this post is posted, I will be deleting the comment.

I just wanted to tell y'all that the "Buddies are liars" narrative is still alive and kicking in the BT part of the fandom which I'm lowkey surprised at.

EDIT: Also, please don't be using any of the ship names that are used as insults to fans from either side in my comment section/reblog section. While most Buddies fans I see don't seem to take the acronym "BoB" as an insult, y'all still use it as one. And I'm not going to stand for that. I don't use the insulting ship name for BuckTommy when talking about the ship or the fans, so please give me the same respect of not using "BoB" when interacting with me, even if I'm not a shipper in general.

**Rachel was an 18 y/o emotionally vulnerable traumatized naive girl with abandonment issues, commitment issues and a father complex who was a victim of predatory grooming.

More often than not, girls like Rachel (yes, I’m calling her a girl at this point) find themselves in the company of questionable older men because of their unresolved personal issues and lack of proper guidance. Just because someone turns 18 doesn’t mean they magically transform into this wise mature grown up who’s achieved clarity in what they want or know. Just because they’re finally legal doesn’t make a 30 something yr old going after a barely legal girl any less wrong than a 30 yr old dating a 16 yr old. Just because a girl is confident and smart doesn’t mean they can’t be exploited.

One can see why an 18 y/o would want to date a 30 y/o. But you can’t possibly fathom why a 30 y/o would want to date an 18 y/o— unless it’s for sex or you enjoy the power imbalance, which again you can’t possibly blame the girl because that's just the adult exploiting the barely legal girl. And that would, SHOULD still earn a side eye. One can easily see why Rachel would be attracted to the prospects of sleeping with Frank if it meant being able to facilitate her drug abuse and him being a possible lead to her birth mother. One can easily see why Rachel would be attracted to a world-renowned photographer who's suddenly taking an interest in her of all people, someone who can essentially give her her shot to stardom and give her dreams on a silver platter. It's hard to run the other way if everything you've ever dreamed of is suddenly being offered right in front of you, harder if you've already been charmed to feel falsely safe with them.

You cannot blame a girl for falling for men that manipulated and took advantage of her vulnerability, exploited her, especially when she had no commitments or obligations to anyone whatsoever, no one telling her ‘stop, this is wrong’— completely no one to warn her that this was a predator and she’s the victim that they’ve been eyeing since she was 15-17.

Still think this wasn’t what was happening to Rachel? Her relationships with Frank (32) and Jefferson (38) were kept in absolute secrecy even though Rachel wanted to tell Chloe (who wasn’t even a student anymore) about Jefferson. I don’t know about you, but that doesn’t sound safe or healthy at all.

EDIT: Even if somehow you dismiss the messed up predatory grooming aspect of this, the thing going on between Rachel and Frank was highly inappropriate and predatory because they were always under the influence of drugs. Consensual or not, Rachel was most likely always high around Frank which means she would've been in a vulnerable state each time and with drugs and alcohol clouding her judgment. A person under the influence— a drunk person CANNOT give consent. One of the letters she wrote to him even suggests that he was abusive at one point which indicates this wasn't a functional, much less healthy relationship at all. Heck, there's even an unused audio line where Max says: "Frank, I actually believe that you do hurt Rachel."— which just screams abuse. No idea why they decided to cut that out (DN is already sus with the way they try to make players sympathize with abusive men), but it still definitely is a reflection to what generally happens when drugs and sleeping with an older man that can facilitate their addiction is involved.

This would be different if Rachel was messing with guys their age, but no. This is specifically a girl who was being taken advantage of and exploited by men twice her age instead; one who was a drug dealer and the other who turned out to basically be a psychopathic drug rapist.

It’s just downright messed up to victim blame and demonize the girl who was being taken advantage of and groomed. Rachel didn't 'choose' Frank or Jefferson. She was victimized.

With all things considered, even if we don’t take BtS into account— we still have all these things to properly analyze what their relationship was.

If we were to include in the words of the developers/writers about the girls’ relationship to make it more credible and not just an analysis of a random fan, from LiS1:

Jean-Maxime Moris: There is ambiguity. (Creative Director)

They never confirmed whether Rachel and Chloe were in an actual relationship despite it not being up to the player like Max and Chloe. And relationships that are described to be ambiguous usually means it was complicated and not the usual standard of a monogamous exclusive relationship.

From my emotions/feelings post, this was gonna be the one I used for Roo, but because of the lighting it looks like his mouth is open and not him just showing his teeth in frustration (which was the intent), so I changed it to be closed

I think you can instantly see something is off with Kyneva's eyes... 😭😭 The lighting made her eyelashes look weird so I had to adjust the lighting to be more central (lots of lighting issues with these panels...)

As an introduction of the "story" name for Roo and Leo, I was gonna do a post (which is why I learned to make text in blender) where Roo talks about the significance of the word "Hiraeth" in his life, which is that uhhh he learned Hiraeth from Leo lmao. But now he feels "Hiraeth" for Leo essentially. I still like the idea but for some reason I just haven't vibed with the scene and just haven't been motivated to go back and make that scene now esp. since I've introduced the story name now
