This isn't a knock to you in particular, but I'm just wondering why some jkk never really talk about Jimin and how he is with Jk. It's always how Jk is with Jimin. I keep seeing posts about Jk being a Green flag, but why do jkk never really talk about Jimin being one? I feel like the things Jimin does gets looked over cause he's considered the reserved, silent one, while Jk is considered the bold, loud one. And while I agree, Jimin tends to keep things more serious, he has his moments. Like Jimin encouraging Jk in everything he does, including getting him to speak up when he gets drowned out by others & constantly bragging on Jk, his voice, his handsome looks, calls him beyond human category when complimenting him. Letting his guard down & putting Jk on Letter with those sus song lyrics and put Jk on his first ever solo album (esp after Jk sulked about not hearing his songs, but he gets his own song to be on) which clearly made Jimin feel some type of way cause of all the blushing he does when Letter comes up and constantly skipping past talking about it, even tho its supposed to be a "song for fans". He even made a video about his trip with Jk to Japan, but only Jk's GCF Tokyo is seen as something romantic. How Jimin would drop everything to be with Jk when he was sick, but it seems to be praised more about JK and his stone tower for Jimin when he was sick. Jk being praised for planning the surprise trip to Japan for Jimin's bday, but people skipping past Jimin pushing AYS ahead knowing it was something he and Jk wanted to do, took the time to plan it out with Jk and planned a bunch of activities he knew Jk would love to do, catered specifically for Jk, where at the end Jk admits they're the best trips he's ever taken in his entire life. It's not a competition by any means, since they're both crazy about each other and really there is no outdoing the other, since they're equals and are there for each other in everyone, but I guess what I'm saying is, I'm just curious why jkk tend to lean toward talking about things JK does, while barely writing about what Jimin does. It's always compilations of how Jk looks at Jimin and hardly how Jimin looks at Jk. When I think Jimin looks at Jk like he's his entire world sometimes. Anyways, I know it probably seems like a silly rant, but I been seeing it happen more lately. Jk being called a green flag and Jimin being called Lucky. When I think they're both green flags and both very lucky to have each other. I just feel a bit sad for Jm sometimes, cause everything he does toward Jk is put down by antis, but often overlooked even by Jkk. IDK, maybe I'm the only one who feels this way. They're both so lucky in my eyes.

I completely understand where you’re coming from, and you’re not wrong in saying that a lot of Jikookers tend to focus more on Jungkook and the things he does for Jimin especially in recent years. There’s some truth to that observation.

Of course, I can’t speak for every Jikooker, but if I were to offer possible explanations for why more people tend to highlight Jungkook’s actions over Jimin’s, I’d say it comes down to a few things.

First, Jimin is inherently more difficult to “read.” He’s incredibly warm, affectionate, and giving by nature… toward everyone. Because of this, it’s sometimes hard to distinguish the subtle differences between how he treats Jungkook and how he treats others. His sweetness is so consistent across the board that the lines blur, even though, to those who look closely, there are distinctions.

Second, a lot has already been said about how Jimin treats Jungkook. From the earliest days, Jimin was the more visibly expressive one, the one openly talking about Jungkook, going out of his way for him, and wearing his affection on his sleeve. That’s not to say Jungkook wasn’t doing the same, but Jimin’s gestures were often more noticeable and consistent. We’ve had endless discussions over the years about how Jimin dotes on Jungkook, how he allows him liberties no one else gets, how he visibly seeks his attention, and how even though Jimin can be physically affectionate with many people, there’s a distinct tenderness in the way he interacts with Jungkook.

So, in a way, people aren’t ignoring what Jimin does… it’s just that we’ve already explored those patterns in depth. And quite frankly, Jimin is just… Jimin. His love language flows effortlessly. Words of affirmation, acts of service, attention, quality time… he gives all of these things generously to the people he cares about, which makes it harder to isolate what’s unique in his bond with Jungkook without deep context.

Jungkook, on the other hand, expresses affection very differently. His gestures tend to be less frequent, but when they happen, they’re often more dramatic or significant. While Jimin shows love in countless small and consistent ways, Jungkook’s style is more about impactful moments that stand out and that’s what people latch onto. His way of showing care is also more distinguishable; it feels specific. Also, it’s worth pointing out that while Jimin can be romantic, Jungkook’s way of expressing romance tends to be incredibly intense and memorable…sweeping, even. Isn’t it incredibly sweet how Jungkook made a sure to turn up the volume just so he could still hear Jimin even while stepping away to use the bathroom? It’s such a small gesture, but it speaks volumes… he clearly didn’t want to miss a single moment of what Jimin was saying or doing.

And then there was that little peek he stole when Jimin mentioned his shirt being see-through🫠. You’d think that after all these years of knowing Jimin.. having seen him in just about every state imaginable, Jungkook wouldn’t be so quick to sneak a glance just because of a see-through shirt. But nope. Some things never change and I love that.

I honestly don’t even know what you want me to say. Everyone’s allowed to have an opinion (even if it’s a painfully stupid one) so by all means, let people go wild with their delusions if it helps them sleep at night.

If this tkkr genuinely thinks the only way to validate their ship is by constantly dragging Jungkook’s bond with Jimin and trying to measure it against whatever they think exists with Tae, then… well, bless their heart. There’s really no saving that level of insecurity. Personally, I’m running low on energy for the cult these days because you really can’t fix stupid.

The fact that they think ‘roughhousing’ and ‘softness’ are mutually exclusive says more about their media diet than it does about Jikook or Taekook. Hate to break it to them, but some of us live outside the walls of Wattpad/ Fanfics and know that real bonds… romantic or platonic can be messy, goofy, soft, chaotic, AND intimate all at once.

They tend to overestimate how “intertwined” lives are just because two friends hang out together. And since they seem to love playing the comparison game, let’s indulge for a moment. If their lives were truly as connected as they claim, Jungkook would’ve known where Tae’s room was in a house they’d all been living in for over a week. But he didn’t. Meanwhile, he not only knew exactly where Jimin’s room was, he visited it every single day. So maybe things aren’t quite as intertwined as some would like to believe.

I’m not sure whether you’re asking this in good faith or if you’re simply trolling (especially since I’ve seen similar asks circulating on other Jikook blogs), but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and explain the context you’re clearly missing.

Maybe you haven’t seen many people talk about it because, quite frankly, most people do understand the context. You see, there’s something called context… that means understanding what happened before and after a particular moment instead of isolating a single statement and twisting it to support a specific narrative. What you’re doing intentionally or not is fixating on one isolated line without taking into account the surrounding situation or dialogue.

Jimin and Jungkook were listening to a song. The song is titled;

And these are the lyrics

In other words, Jimin is playfully suggesting that the song’s message reminds him of Jungkook… specifically Jungkook’s habit of sneaking into his room at night and filming him while he sleeps, which mirrors lyrics in the song.

And then Jungkook says this:

This wasn’t some deep denial or rejection.. it was Jungkook reacting to Jimin’s playful association of the song to them. Essentially, Jungkook was like, “Okay, but I don’t literally go into your dreams, unlike the guy in the song.”

And then he goes further to say this:

So anon, let me explain this to you like you in baby language;

That is Jimin publicly calling Jungkook out in a teasing, affectionate way. Jungkook gets a little flustered, and to deflect, he responds by focusing on the song’s literal lyrics to downplay what Jimin is implying.

This isn’t either of them saying they don’t care about each other’s personal details. They’re clearly joking around, using the lyrics as a playful script to riff off each other.

And if you need even more proof that this wasn’t a serious denial, let’s look at what was revealed during that very same live:

• Jungkook knows what song Jimin hums to himself when he’s alone.

• He knows the name of the science program Jimin likes to watch.

• He knows what Jimin does during the day.

• He visits Jimin’s room every single night to film him while he sleeps he even said he wakes up and gets curious about what Jimin is doing, so he goes to check.

• He knew Jimin had a conversation with Namjoon the night before and made a point to say he was “sleeping” then, as if clarifying why he wasn’t there.

• He knows Jimin won’t go to bed, no matter how tired he is, until he plays his games.

• He knows when Jimin might or might not be asleep.

So be honest, does this really sound like someone who isn’t interested in all the little details about Jimin?

This is where a lot of people get it wrong. You need to learn how to distinguish between playful teasing and serious declarations. Idols are human. They joke, they deflect, they tease. Not everything they say is meant to be taken literally. The problem with takes like yours is that you strip away that humanity and treat every word like a legal contract.

This moment is actually very similar to what happened with GCF Tokyo. Jimin was clearly the main focus he was Jungkook’s subject. But when Jimin brought that up very publicly, Jungkook got flustered again and said he didn’t have a “main model.” His words didn’t align with his actions at all.

I must say I am kinda happy we are getting to see these little Taekook interactions these days. From the Car Live to them at the airport. I am happy because for so long, I watched taekookers talk shit about Jikook. Talking about them being awkward, or judging every little interaction of theirs while in my opinion every interaction we’ve had of Taekook recently has only proven how different jikook are with each other. There was a stark difference in the Lives and a glaring difference in Jk’s energy while with Jimin at the airport and while with Tae.

I’m not by any means saying this means anything negative about Taekook as a duo or their friendship but just that, taekookers are getting to eat their own words over and over again because everything they try to project on jikook’s bond becomes true for their own ship. After jikook did their Live, they said Taekook would have way more chemistry if they did one but we all saw what a “mess” that car Live was with Jk clearly not being in the headspace for any of that. They also talked about Jikook at airports and said Jk was running away from Jimin because of Jk being a few steps ahead of Jimin sometimes even though they were mostly shoulder to shoulder and even when Jk was ahead he kept turning back to check on Jimin only for us to see Taekook at the airport today with Jk zooming into the airport not even looking back at Taehyung and Tae later asking if Jk had even arrived. Let’s not even talk about how tkkrs mocked Jikook for arriving in separate cars only for Taekook to arrive in separate cars today and all of a sudden it’s crickets from their end.

There was a time when I used to dread Taekook interactions because of the hate Jimin always got but I am glad when we do get to see them interact these days, it only further proves how different jikook are.

I am not even just saying this because I am a jikooker but since their discharge, I have seen Jk’s biggest smiles mostly when he is around Jimin or when Jimin is mentioned. The way his entire demeanour changes completely when he sees or hears about Jimin. Nothing compares tbh.

There’s naturally going to be a difference in how Jikook interact compared to others, simply because Jikook are different around each other. They’ve always stood out, and whether people admit it or not, everyone has noticed it. The only difference is that some choose to interpret that dynamic negatively or twist it to fit whatever narrative they prefer. But at the core, it’s clear to everyone: Jikook share something unique.

Lately, I’ve actually been enjoying watching the cult contradict themselves. I can’t even imagine what they would have said if it were Jikook who did that car live or if it were Jungkook arriving at the airport with Jimin, then rushing inside without even a glance back. They would’ve had a full narrative ready about how Jungkook supposedly hates Jimin and wants nothing to do with him. But today? That same energy is nowhere to be found. (Not that overanalyzing idols/ people is ever really okay but at the very least, if you’re going to do it, be consistent across all pairs. That’s only fair.)

And this isn’t even about comparing bonds because, frankly, there’s nothing to compare. But as you said, it’s still interesting to observe how Jungkook behaves with different people. It’s not about point-scoring; it just genuinely helps in understanding the nature of his bond with Jimin better.

Just saw the minimoni content that just dropped and thought about how beautiful it is that Jimin is someone who makes time for each and every member. You wouldn’t see him only choosing to spend time with one or two people, rather he creates time to bond with everyone.

He bonded with Jin through his “Eat Jin” Vlives

He goes on bicycle ride dates with Namjoon and they also spend alot of time talking about serious things

He makes time to hang out with Tae and listen to his worries, listen to his songs admidst other things

He spends time playing games with Hobi, talking about serious stuff and just being goofy all together

He has drinks with Suga, plays games with him too and they also spend time bonding over serious conversations

And with Jungkookie, he dedicated most of his nights to just be with him “doing nothing”, 🤨watching movies, having late night drinks, eating together, working out with him etc.

I love how no matter what, he makes it possible to spend time with all his members and he didn’t stop even in the solo era when we know he was really busy. He still made sure to spend time with Hobi and was there to see him cut his hair before leaving for the military, he went on a Shushi date with Suga before he enlisted, spent time hanging out with Tae, showing up to support him and apparently spending some time texting each other and talking on the phone, he went on a museum date with Namjoon and also filmed some content with him, and with Jungkookie, i don’t know if it was by chance or design but he made sure he was there with him when he made his solo debut, travelled with him, filmed content and made memories with him, spent time doodling with him on boats etc. He makes sure he is constantly present in the lives of everyone he cares about and this is one of my favourite things about this beautiful human being.

Reminds me of him going to send Sungwon off to the military even though he was busy with his album prep and how be carved out time to do a challenge and other things with Taemin.

We don’t really get to see many people like this anymore, that is why if there is one thing i am beyond grateful for, it is the fact that my heart led me to fall in love with an Angel like Park Jimin💛

Apparently there is a particular song Jimin plays whenever Jungkook drives.

Apparently Jungkook’s private’s are “precious” (I don’t know don’t ask my to explain)

I was able to watch Jikook’s entire Live yesterday. Yes, those two kept me up late and now I look like a panda… but it’s okay, because I love them.

Let’s do a little recap of some of the things we learned from that Live:

• Jimin and Jungkook are, without a doubt, closer than ever. It’s so evident in everything… they genuinely love being around each other.

• Jungkook works out a lot… but he still ate six Krispy Kreme donuts and then had ramen right after with Jimin

•Jikook watched AYS in the military together.

• Earlier in the day, Jimin went shopping with his Yoongi and Namjoon hyungs. He was just tagging along since they were the ones who said they wanted to shop but somehow he ended up with three large bags of stuff while the others barely bought anything. Jungkook said he wants to go too.

• For some reason, Jungkook really wanted to apply lip balm on Jimin’s lips (he said they were dry) and playfully wrestled with him over it but Jimin wouldn’t let him.

• Just like in the past, we learned that Jungkook is still obsessed with going into Jimin’s bedroom. He goes in, takes tons of photos and videos of Jimin, some of which he sends to their group chat. According to Jimin, Jungkook comes in, watches him while he sleeps, takes pictures and videos, and then leaves.

• They take funny pictures of each other while sleeping and we actually got to see two of them during the Live. Doesn’t that suggest they’re around each other a lot when they sleep?

• Jungkook said he thinks Lives are better when it’s just him and Jimin.

• Jungkook desperately wants that YouTube channel. (Please!)

• He loves drawing cute, silly pictures of Jimin or with Jimin. We’ve seen some of his masterpieces before, and we got to see another one during the Live. (So cute!)

• Jungkook is tactile as hell. He’s always been touchy, but now it seems like he genuinely can’t keep his hands to himself when he’s around Jimin. And we’re not just talking about handshakes or shoulder and nape rubs… he literally wants to put his entire hands inside Jimin’s clothes because “it’s warm in there.” 😏

• Jikook still fluster the hell out of each other. Jungkook is much better at handling it now, while Jimin still can’t quite hold his own like Jungkook can.

• Their giggles? The most beautiful thing ever.

• Jungkook watched and loved K-Pop Demon Hunters. Jimin hadn’t seen it, but he had watched a few clips and knew a bit about the songs. Jungkook said he cried while watching it.

• All the other members had gone out and Jikook were the only ones at home.

• Jungkook read a comment out loud: “You guys look so good together.”

• Jungkook is still Jiminipedia. He knows his man isn’t going to sleep until he games a little. And let’s not even talk about the huge smile on his face when he said it.

• They did a pinky promise playfully and cutely … Jungkook held Jimin’s little hands and sang, “I promise, I will come to you.” (Do with that information what you will)

• Jungkook still finds Jimin incredibly cute and endearing.

• They watched some of their old performances together. Jungkook visibly cringed at his younger self.

• Jikook are back with the memes and inside jokes.

• Jimin still gives the best hugs.

also let’s talk about how jk reacts when jm talks. the man physically lights up. like he’s witnessing a miracle in real time. no matter what jm is saying, jk is there looking like “this is the most important information i’ve ever received.” and honestly? he means it.

people say jm is louder with his love, which yes, king of soft touches and vocal affirmations. but jk? jk is a stealthy menace. his love is quiet, precise, relentless. the kind of love that settles into his bones and stays there. it’s in the way he steps aside so jm can shine, but is always close enough to catch him. in the way he remembers every detail, even the ones jm forgets about himself.

he’s a simp in a black tee and big boba eyes that sparkle every time jm so much as breathes. silent but completely, hopelessly down bad.

he doesn’t do grand speeches. he just shows up, stays close, remembers, pays attention, looks at jm like he’s the only person who’s ever mattered. and the wild part? he’s not doing any of it to prove anything. he just cares. deeply. instinctively.

you can’t fake that. you can’t copy it. you either move like that or you don’t.

The way Jikook have seen each other at their worst and are still attracted to each other and can't keep their hands and eyes off each other, says alot. From being trapped in a small cabin together with one having a bad stomach bug and barely any ventilation & cuddling all over him while being sick knowing you can get sick too, to Jk coming to bed covered in flies & them having to go days without a shower cause of training. Both worn out, smelly, a mix of food and sweat and they still got heart eyes. That's real love lol. When you sleeping with someone sick as a dog or sweaty and still telling them they're pretty and all over them and complimenting them. Yep. That's domestic. That's settled. That's married. lol Attracted at their best and attracted at their worst. It's okay. We just observe, we don't judge lol.

This is one of those topics we could talk about all day, and still barely scratch the surface. Jimin and Jungkook are the very definition of domestic. They’ve seen each other in every possible state…emotionally, physically, and everything in between and not only have they witnessed those sides of one another, they’ve gone through thick and thin together. The experiences they’ve shared are uniquely theirs, and it’s those very moments that seem to have forged an unbreakable bond between them.

The way Jungkook loves to draw Jimin just because he feels like it. The way he instinctively captures photos and videos of Jimin in his most natural, vulnerable state (sleep). The fact that checking in on Jimin, at any hour, has become a consistent part of Jungkook’s routine. It’s these little things… these soft, unforced habits that speak volumes. What they share is rare, and honestly, I feel a little sorry for anyone who never gets to experience a love like that in their own life or even support a bond that genuine.

Scrolling through tiktok and seeing so many army accounts actually acknowledging jikook has been one of the most disconcerting things about the boys being back 😂 I don’t know, I’ve been in the jikook circle for so long and have watched everything they do together get ignored/downplayed so much that it is genuinely surprising to me seeing army accounts calling them best friends and joking about how Jungkook is obsessed with Jimin

You and me both. I think it’s becoming harder for people to ignore. While I’ve never really believed that most people were deliberately overlooking Jikook’s bond, it’s clear that even those who may not have realized just how close they are and have always been are starting to see it now, and they can’t help but talk about it.

I’ve noticed that more and more ARMYs are acknowledging their closeness, and what’s even more interesting is that many are beginning to see them as something more than just friends. As you mentioned, they’re picking up on how “obsessed” Jikook seem to be with each other (especially Jungkook) and deep down, they know it’s hard to explain that away as simply friendly affection. So even when they try to stay cautious or neutral, their observations still reveal what they really think about Jikook’s dynamic.

I’ve seen plenty of people joke about Jungkook sleeping in Jimin’s arms, filming him while he sleeps, or just being incredibly touchy and physically affectionate. Some ARMYs have even said that the Jikook ship feels like it’s kept alive mostly because of Jungkook or how some fans have taken to calling Jungkook “Jimin’s sasaeng” People are noticing more than ever before, and they’re finding it harder to look away or dismiss it.

Personally, I think it’s great that more people are openly discussing and appreciating the bond between Jikook. I honestly don’t mind what they choose to believe about what Jikook are to each other, as long as they’re finally acknowledging the depth of their connection.
