after tkm the perception of andrew becomes so reliant on his personality through neil's love-tinted eyes, and there's such little about betsy that we know because neil avoids her like the plague. and then you get her pov.

you get her pov at one of the most damaging points in the series. and andrew minyard, in the middle of it all, still trying so hard to be seen as strong and unaffected, trying to look past all of it, and his mother, the truest, realest one he'll ever have, tells him: listen to me. i am proud of you.

and for a moment this indeterminably strong character is just a boy. he's just a twenty-ish year old boy looking at his mother, upset and possibly even afraid, before saying: everyone knows now, bee.

Headcanon that Bi Han only wears traditional clothing when he isn't in Lin Kuei garb. He looks amazing and regal in it yes, but it's kind of embarrassing to Kuai Liang and Tomas, who usually wear normal civilian wear when they're relaxing and out. They beg Bi Han to do the same because why is he so formal at a hole in the wall noodle shop? Bi Han isn't even trying to embarrass them as older brothers do, he just doesn't understand the point and refuses to change.

Just rewatched season two episode two and my God the LOOK Five gives Luther when Luther tells him to fuck off about the apocalypse, I’m actually in shambles? HE JUST WANTS YOU TO BE SAFE AND LIVE!! Nobody in that family truly appreciates the shit Five went through just for a chance to save their lives. He doesn’t care about the world, doesn’t care about the commission, he cares about his family. I mean shit, Five Hargreeves has loved his family longer than they’ve been alive, and they just don’t realize how profound his love for them is. To know, they have someone who spent forty years alive on hell on earth just for a CHANCE to keep them safe? And to become an assassin and be experimented on, just to see them again???
