Fuck Stephanie Meyer to hell!
Bree Tanner is a precious cinnamon roll and that bitch Stephanie Meyer should've written a better ending of the third Twilight book in which the Cullens are able to adopt the poor girl instead of Felix killing her under Jane's orders.
I mean, come on! That poor girl was abused by her POS father, kidnapped by Riley and Victoria, turned into a vampire and forced to join Victoria's army and then forced to fight against the group of vampires who had the chance to show her some kindness! Why the fuck can't the Volturi lot understand this?
If I had owned the Twilight series, I know what I would do with Bree Tanner: let the fucking Cullens adopt her into oblivion!

H20 just add water
Kingdom Hearts
Alot of cartoon shows
Harry Potter (I still hate Jk Rowling just had alot of aus and ideas)

Ship kid post of age names (at least undertale wise).
■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□
《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》
Aus I've created.
Undertale and Deltarune
Underway (Wayfinder from au)
Witchtale
Soulstale (another six soul au but based more off what if Frisk saw all the dead children throughout finding there items till the end.)
H20
I'm a mermaid? (So this based off an idea I had of like a what if years later Kim got turned and finding stuff bout her sis like maybe her senior or junior year of high school struggling but more so think it'd be a nice thing to see her grow character wise)
Bree Tanner
Imprinted on a vampire? (Listen I always just thought what would happen if like Seth, Leah, Jacob imprinted on Bree before well she became a vampire but it still was there)
DC
Superlords (or at least my take on it)
Cartoons
Timmy Effect (so you know how Timmy wished to never age this is a what if the magic effected other universe like Jimmy's cause they had a crossover. and might reference the game crossovers to)
Worlds collide (disney show crossovers just in general)
Kingdom Hearts
Quincy Project (kh oc au)
Destiny Embrace (Kairi centric fanfic eith Venkai and Soriku. This is of a story of Kairi abusing the power of waking due to her blaming herself for Sora's death doesn't help the nightmares of Xehannort still echo in her head.)
Princess tutu
A chance as human again (same with this one but mainly for wholesome content of Fakiru)
Harry Potter (again I hate Jk Rowling I made ocs and you gonna probably see alot of beef with her)
Just me drawing my ocs if I'm being honest I've might have changed up a bit of the canon lore of Harry Potter for this but to be fair some of the lore isn't consistent to begin with.

Bree Tanner deserved better, and not just from a narrative standpoint (although I think it would have been interesting to see how the story changed if she’d remained alive), but in regards to Bella. Bree gets only a handful of paragraphs in Eclipse, but we see Bella describe and empathize with her, even noting that the girl looked young, perhaps only fifteen. And then Bree is dismembered by Felix, and she’s never mentioned again.
Tumblr media
Imagine if Bella had hung onto that little girl, felt remorse and sympathy for her. Bree was, after all, turned and then subsequently killed because of Bella. All of the newborns were. But we don’t hear anything about them, only how they were violent monsters. They were all human once, but the narrative ignores this. Bree was an actual child. If it wasn’t for Bella, and by extension, the Cullens, Bree would have lived a normal life in Seattle.
Bella should have thought about all of this. It should have been in the back of her mind: guilt and sadness and maybe a little self-loathing too. And the continued fear that maybe when she went through the change, she would be that uncontrollable, bloodthirsty creature too.
Tumblr media
But of course, Stephanie Meyer chose to ignore Bella’s trauma per usual, and so we never hear of Bree again; instead we get sappy romance and a vampire-hybrid baby, Bella’s trauma forgotten and never truly addressed. But that’s nothing new here.
Anyway, Bree Tanner deserved better.

August Books
1. Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer
. . . 3/10. One of those points is purely for the insight on Rosalie and Jasper's backstories and the other two points is Alice Cullen. I detest the Twilight series so very much and the only thing keeping me going is Alice. I hate how Jacob was turned into. . . Whoever he is now. He's not the same Jacob from the first/second books. I didn't really like him then either, but did he have to be turned into such a creep? Bella was insufferable as always, as was Edward. Stan Alice, I love her and also we're the same height (4'10) and we love that.
2. The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer
2/10. Again, it's apart of Twilight. Also, why does my mother have everything Twilight related? Anyways, I felt this was unneeded and I wish we were given a book like this from Riley's point of view. I feel as if it would've been more interesting than a character who only said her name and then a few sentences (maybe a paragraph or two?) about how she didn't know stuff and then was killed. I think seeing Victoria's manipulation being done to Riley would've been much more interesting to read. However, this is not me saying "Oh please Mrs. Meyer, write more!" She very much so does not need to do that.
Note for books 3., 4., and 5.; I read them at the same time. It was a strange week of reading.
3. Chainsaw Man Buddy Stories by Tatsuki Fujimoto and Sakaku Hishikawa
7.5/10. Love me some chainsaw man. I miss Angel and Kobeni though, so I couldn't give it an 8. Other than that, it was well written and I tend to take issue with short stories branching off from mangas because a lot of the ones I read in the past seem to get the characters wrong in the. . . word-ification of them, but I have no such complaint here on that. Power was still Power-ing and Aki was the same exhausted single mother Hayakawa that he's always been.
4. The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath
9.7/10. I loved it from start to finish. Some bits were even relatable (don't worry, none of the. . . bad(? questionable?) bits). I liked experiencing the slow mental decline and then the very end were Esther seems to be doing better. It was a bit saddening to find out that Plath died not even a month after this book was published, but I do hope that whatever afterlife there may or may not be, that Sylvia Plath is proud of what she's done and how far this novel has come.
5. Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer
2/10. 2 points are for Jasper and Alice. I hated every minute of this. I honestly wish I had something nice to say other than "It had Alice Cullen and Jasper Hale" but alas, I can not. Okay the wedding seemed cute but other than that it was like your typical white teenage boy. No redeeming qualities. Carlisle and Esme were great as always, but I have mommy/daddy issues so sorry<3
6. Chainsaw Man Volumes 10 and 11
9/10, still upset about Angel's death (even though I read it months ago), bur at least Kobeni is alive and well (. . . As well as she can be). Also, Makima was great. Do I think she was a good person? No. Do I love her as a villain? Absolutely. However, I'll never forgive her (or Fujimoto) for Angel. Rip.
7. The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman
7/10. Rather slow paced, but a good solid plot. Unfortunately, I did clock Bogdin (or whatever his name was) as Tony's murderer. . . pretty much as soon as the murder happened, so reading the truth at the end didn't do much. Also, I assumed that Penny would've have something to do with one of the murders, considering you don't normally have a character like her and her husband, John, without them having some secret in their pasts. Overall pretty good though.
8. Death Note Volumes 11-12
8.5/10. Glad Light finally got what was coming to him. I hated that man. Misa deserved so much better (coughMEcough). Rip Matt and Mello though. Also, I don't care what other people think, I like Near more than L. Do I think Near was smarter than L? I'm not sure, however I do believe he used his resources much better than L did. Also to anyone who may be like "Oh, well, Mello was smarter than Near-" shush. I loved both of them, but I'm autistic so Near takes forst place for me. If Near has one fan, it is me. If he has no fans, I am dead.
9. Death Note Volume 13: How to Read
5/10. These sorts of books don't tend to interest me, however some content was good so it felt wrong to rate it anything under 5. That being said, I also couldn't rate it anything above 5 because. . . I don't know.
10. Death Note Short Stories
6/10. Near<3 I was happy. Overall entertaining, but ultimately nothing special in my opinion.
11. Death Note: Another Note The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases
7/10. The Death Note fan in me is tired of Death Note. I still enjoyed it, it was well written, the "L's a dom" part killed me. I think if I read it a few months ago it would've been rated higher, but alas.
12. Scott Pilgrim Comics (1-6)
6.5/10. Kim Pine, my love<3 snd wallace<3 really I have no commentary. It was Scott Pilgrim, that says it all. Love the art style though.
13. Blue Period Volumes 1-5
9/10. I started watching the anime while in school and it inspired me in a way I haven't been in a long time. Watching just one episode gave me the motivation to actually try with art again, and I think I'll always be grateful for it. I bought the first 5 manga and after reading them I've fallen in love again. Unfortunately, at the time of writing this, I'm about to go off to college as an English major, but who knows, maybe English will be miserable to me and I'll switch to art. Either way, this manga has helped me a lot. I also see a lot of myself in many of the characters, Yotasuke in particular. It could be that I'm autistic, however I relate to his whole "art is all I have" thing. Although I'm what many would label a "jack of all trades," I only have one thing that I'm really passionate about and that I consider "mine." It was nice seeing someone else like that and it not being shown in a (purely) negative way. Plus, if he can make friends then that means I have a chance at it too, which makes me feel better about moving away for college.
14. Bungou Stray Dogs Volumes 8-13
6/10. Didn't hate them, but my original love for them is steadily declining. I'm also just trying to get through all of my manga at this point. . . I crave a novel so bad but still have to get through Ouran High School Host Club. Huuh.
Update: I never got to OHSHC since I went off to college and didn't want to bring manga with. Ouran will be "books I read whenever I visit on weekend" books.
15. I'm Glad My Mom Died by Jennette McCurdy
9/10. Do I need to even explain myself? Minus one point because at some points it was lowkey triggering for my. . . 3D, we'll say (don't worry, I'm okay and nothing happened), but it was so well written and just raw. Jennette is a talented writer in my opinion and I'm so sorry for everything she's gone through. She's much stronger than I am.
16. Notes from Underground by Fyodor Dostoyevsky
7/10. Love me some Dostoyevsky. Anyways, I didn't hate it but I didn't exactly love it. Rating it under a 7 though makes me feel disloyal to my boy. Also, I finished this is in like 5 days. College is pretty easy right now (I say as literally an hour ago (around 5pm on August 31st) I was freaking out because I didn't know how to use the Canvas app).

Title: WWE Smackdown
Rated: G
Words: 1290
Fandom: twilight rennaisance fic babayyyyy
———————————-
Summary: Bree may be tiny, but she is mighty.
A warning those who may be effected: mentions of past child abuse.
This one was a request from JaneMalfoy on ao3. So you have them to thank for this one, haha. I’m hoping I’ll be able to churn out more Bree fics with the same gusto. This fic is, as usual, also posted on my ao3.
Please be sure to tell me what you think!
————————————————
The sound of shattering ceramic has Bree cringing. She braces for a blow while stuttering out a hasty apology.
There’s dead (ha) silence throughout the house. No one is even fake-breathing.
“Bree, sweetheart, no one is going to do that here.” Bree peeks from beneath the heavy curtain of her hair. Esme is looking at her with kind and knowing eyes. The woman reaches out a hand slowly and tucks Bree’s hair behind her ear. Her touch is so gentle that Bree doesn’t even startle. “You never have to worry about someone hitting you or harming you. I promise,” Esme vows with an assertive tone.
“I—I didn’t mean to break it, Esme.” Bree believes the matriarch when she says no one will hurt her. From what she’s seen of this family in her short time with them, they don’t cross Esme. And more important than that, they are kind to each other. Even when Emmett ribs or mess around with Jasper and Edward, there is a line. No one hurts each other here. It’s not like the home she was raised in or the foster families she bounced from. Despite being ‘monsters’, they’re gentle. Especially to her.
“Oh, I know, baby. Don’t worry over it. We all broke many things in our early days. No matter what, you can’t be worse than Emmett.” Esme grins widely, nose crinkling as she teases her rowdiest son. Bree cracks a smile that grows even bigger when she hears an exclaimed ”hey!” from the upper floor.
“Yeah, don’t worry Bree. Carlisle makes sure Esme can have everything she wants. That vase wasn’t even an antique. I’m pretty sure it was just from Pottery Barn.” Bree tries not to let the thought of Pottery Barn being just a dispensable brand to anyone. She grew up with plastic chairs in the kitchen and a fold up table and was lucky to have season-appropriate clothes.
The Cullens’ wealth still boggles her mind. She was immediately given a closet-full of clothes by Alice and toiletries from Rosalie and a laptop from Jasper. They didn’t think anything of spending money on her, even in the very beginning. As much as she enjoys those things, she likes being able to regularly shower the most. And the hugs from Esme. And the calm, receptive presence of Carlisle. And the way they’re all so kind.
“If you’re sure,” Bree says doubtfully. She begins to pull herself out of her instinctive cower.
“1000%,” Esme assures. “Anyway, you’re pretty strong now yourself,” the woman winks.
“Sure, she’s strong, but she’s so tiny. Like, tinier than Alice!” Emmett booms. His raucousness has drawn the rest of the family from their rooms.
“Emmett, you know I can kick your ass,” Alice says, eyebrows set in a challenge.
Emmett tuts and waggles his finger. “No, no, no. You can evade me. Probably for days. But you cannot kick my ass. Not even close to the same thing.”
“It’s an important distinction.” Edward shrugs with a crooked grin. “But, actually, Emmett, you're not the strongest in the house right now.”
Bree cocks her head. Emmett certainly looks like the strongest one. Jasper is pretty stocky, too, though. Edward was lithe and fast, but not really one for brute strength. Rosalie was certainly formidable, but Bree didn’t think it could be her, either. Esme and Carlisle were simply too gentle to be the strongest ones.
“Edward means you, Bree.” Jasper offers. Bree blinks. Her? Not a chance! She was barely over five feet! Jasper must sense her confusion because he goes on to explain, “the human blood still in your body from your recent turning makes you stronger than any of us right now. And because you spent your early life drinking human blood you also have that as an advantage.”
Riley hadn’t told her any of this. She was still very unaware of a lot of aspects of being a vampire.
“I mean, I know that’s how its supposed to be, but look at her, Jas!” Emmett gestures towards Bree with exuberant hands. Bree looks down at her slight figure and skinny arms and has to agree with his assessment.
Jasper scoffs and shakes his head. “Newborns half the size of me could take me down before I was trained against them.”
“You’re telling me I could take Emmett down?” Bree inquires disbelievingly. She certainly felt stronger as a vampire than a human, but the very idea of taking down Emmett’s hulking mass is unthinkable. He’s easily 6’5”.
“If you can get a proper grip around him, yeah.” Jasper is grinning now like he knows what’s coming next. Alice is practically vibrating beside him.
“Well I won’t believe it until I see it,” Emmett says stubbornly. “Try me, short stack.” He holds out his arms and gestures for Bree to attack him.
“Emmett Cullen, not in my house you don’t.” Esme isn’t even in the room, but somehow she knows what’s happening. Bree shakes her head in wonder. This family is very in-tune with each other. It makes her undead heart a bit warmer.
“Yes, Esme,” Emmett intones like a begrudging child, “ Outside then, short stack.”
Emmett is already dashing to a cleared area behind the house. Bree looks at the others. They’re all bemused but unsurprised by the turn of events. They don’t seem concerned at all by Emmett’s determination to fight her. She knows that Emmett won’t hurt her, so she shrugs and follows him outside.
He’s already poised to attack when she gets to him. She tenses for a moment before lunging at him. She perches on his back and pushes down with all her might, sending him windmilling forward. A helpless cackle slips from her lips at the sight. She is strong!
“Oh, you’re sneaky!” Emmett booms, turning on his heel to bulldoze towards her.
She isn’t scared of Emmett. His open face is nothing like that of her father before he hit her. Emmett is smiling sunnily and laughing as he dodges her and tries to grab her waist. Bree can’t help the giggle that escapes her when she slips from his grasp. He looks so bewildered as she continues to evade his attacks. There’s the sound of Rosalie’s laughter in the background, but Bree doesn’t let herself be distracted. She hadn’t fought with the other newborns when they attacked the Cullens. It was an odd rush to get to use all the power given to her.
When Emmett finally gets his hands around her hips, she throws herself towards the ground and flips her center of gravity, sending him careening into the rocky bank beneath them.
“OHHHHH!!!!!! Em, she got you!!” Rosalie is full-body laughing now, bent over in mirth. The sight of this tiny girl flinging her huge husband over her body is just hilarious. Alice is grinning widely as Jasper guffaws at Emmett’s grumbling as he climbs up the bank. Edward is smirking. Esme, who came out to witness her son be put in his place by their newest addition, is also laughing.
“I did tell you she’d be able to,” Jasper reminds his brother who is picking leaves off his now-torn shirt.
“Yeah, yeah.” Emmett waves him off, narrowing his eyes at Bree. She grins, putting her hands on her hips and tossing her hair behind her shoulder. The much larger vampire shakes his head and breaks out into a good-natured laugh. “It won’t last forever though, short stack!” He scoops her up in a hug, twirling her. Bree shrieks and giggles, smacking his back but also clinging onto his shoulders.
She never imagined what it would be like to have a brother, but now it seems she will have a few brothers for the rest of eternity.

Bree Tanner is canonically a fifteen/sixteen year old runaway who lived on the streets and when Riley offered her a cheeseburger her first thoughts were “I know what he wants in exchange for that. At least I get food.” And the fact SMeyer still allowed the Volturi to kill her instead of allowing her to heal and become a surrogate daughter to Rosalie, proves she doesn’t deserve her.

Okay so marcus and bree are the most underrated characters
Marcus literally had his mate killed because he wanted to leave and live a life with his wife but literally Aro killed her. In new moon you can literally just see him sitting there like he is done with everything and in breaking dawn part 2 he literally is happy to die when Vladimir and stefan kill him so he could be with his mate and suffer no more. Marcus deserves better.
Tumblr media
And dont even get me started on bree. We literally get a book but no move Stephenie did her dirty. Like she didn’t know what she did was bad and wrong. She did NOTHING wrong and then Felix killed her after the Cullens told jane that they would take responsibility for her. Like I know they said the volturi don’t give second chances. But the cullens break so many rules, bella knowing, bella not being changed in a timely manner, edward exposing himself in newmoon . Like they broke so many laws and they got chances after chances WHEN bree not no chances. Bree deserved better.

Title: Second Chances (Maybe Third?)
Rated: G
Words: 681
Summary: Jane, found in the precarious position of losing favoritism, makes a different choice. Aka, Bree begins a new life.
A/N: I haven’t read Life and Death, but I just had this idea and wanted to go with it. I’ll most likely be expanding on this as a series or something because I love the thought of Carlisle and Esme having another kiddo. Crossposted to ao3 as well for cleaner reading.
———————————
“Do not mistake this for mercy,” Jane spat the word out, “this is only because Aro would be displeased to hear that I disturbed his old friend.” The new vampire shifts closer to the eldest Cullens and Esme wraps an arm around her thin shoulders. “But do be sure to keep your... pet... in line. Any whisper that things are out of hand and we will be back to end her.”
With that, the Volturi slithers away in a haze of black.
Everyone releases a collective held breath. Bree looks at all the Cullens, disbelieving. She’s still alive (though a new kind of alive). The yellow-eyed vampires are likewise stunned by Jane’s actions.
“She made Aro angry with her inaction. She’s hoping that the news that she indulged Carlisle will please him,” Edward voices. Bella is held tight to his side. He ducks his head down to breathe her in - a reminder that they all made it.
Emmett huffs and wraps Rosalie up in a hug, lifting her feet off the ground in his eagerness. Alice flits to Jasper’s side. Esme smiles to the girl tucked under her arm. “Well, whatever Jane’s reasoning, you’re safe with us now.” Bree just stares at the kind woman with unblinking red eyes.
“I... You’re really going to let me stay with you?” She can’t quite believe that this family she was sent to fight is suddenly welcoming her into their lives. If she were them, she wouldn’t trust someone this quickly.
“Of course. But just know that this family is different from most covens. Riley lied to you when he said you attacking us because we were a threat to your hunting. We don’t hunt humans. Our eyes are yellow because we only feed from animals.” Carlisle looks earnest and gentle, taking on his doctorly affect. “We don’t require you follow this diet, but we are certainly open to helping guide you.” Carlisle stands before his wife and this small youngling. Her red eyes are still full of fear despite.
“I’ve never had a family,” Bree admits quietly. Carlisle watches as Esme’s eyes grow even more sympathetic. He can feel his own heart clench at this admission. His family has often accused him of being too compassionate. To him, there’s no such thing. “I never liked the killing. It felt... wrong. Good, but not right,” she looks up with ashamed eyes at this admission. She finds no judgement from anyone present.
“I’ve slipped up,” Esme readily admits, “Most of us have. We don’t pass sentence for that. We’re here to assist each other in our endeavor to be more human.”
Jasper steps forward. Bree shrinks into Esme at the sight of the tall, scarred man. He is terrifying in a primitive way to her because all those scars meant he was truly formidable. A wave of calm rolls over her, however, and Bree meets his eyes. He quirks her a smile. It makes his face a bit softer. “I wasn’t raised on this way of thinking, as you can tell. But it is doable. And you’ll never be in want of a better support system.”
Bree feels so comforted by his words. Of all the outcomes she had foreseen after waking up from three days of indescribable pain, this was not even her best case scenario. This was so much better. She was lucky. She was alive and these kind people were offering her stability. Even as a human she hadn’t had that. With an abusive father, absent mother, and lack of money, she was well acquainted with suffering.
“I’d really like to try,” Bree says. Esme squeezes her shoulder and smiles brightly. Bree can’t help but smile back at this warm woman.
“I’m so glad! We have an extra room and you can start picking out colors and furniture if you’d like.” Bree is a little overwhelmed at the level of hospitality being thrown at her suddenly. Overwhelmed, but excited. She casts a glance to the other Cullens and sees no distrust or anger. Maybe they’re used to picking up strays like her?
