for the past several months, palestinian men have shown a great amount courage and bravery in the face of danger.
they have dug people and children out of rubble, sometimes alive and sometimes dead. they have travelled miles and miles to provide food and water for their family.
they have come online pleading with everyone to help them. many travel long distances for internet connection. they have been on the frontlines for months, providing for their family, documenting the genocide, helping people and in many instances, dying.
in return, they have been dehumanised, their lives are not counted as 'precious' because they are men. people have been indifferent to their suffering and death. they have been called scammers, all while they face the dangers of airstrikes, food and water scarcity, and disease. they have been dehumanised to such an extent that people refuse to help their fundraisers.
i urge you all to share the linked posts and donate what you can spare to those who are suffering. we owe it to them, for we never talk about their suffering.

Link stands against genocide. Link stands against the killing of 22835 people, humans with lives and memories and stories and ambition and favourite music and favourite movies and melodies they would hum while walking home. he stands against the brutality of collective punishment, of bombing refugee camps, religious buildings, universities, and the erasure of what made the land of Palestine so beautiful in the first place. (source: Gaza ministry of health, OCHA)
Link is the representation of courage in the face of total darkness and erupting of evil. His character stands to represent that even if young, weak, or powerless, you can fight evil, you can raise your voice, you can persevere. And what bigger bravery isn't there than of those living in the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza? what bigger symbol of courage is there in the world right now than the palestinians who are despite the countless oppression and violence resisitng against genocide, mourning their loved ones and fighting like hell for the living? Link is right there with them. They are Link. And we should be Link too.

The “choice” of this election, like all elections, presented us with no choice at all: one program of open reaction and the other friendly-faced genocide. Still, a Trump victory was far from inevitable. Presented with an opportunity to overhaul their platform, the Democratic Party instead swapped one stand-in for another without any significant change in position. This was most glaring in Biden and later Harris’s willingness to sacrifice the votes of Muslim and Arab Americans by refusing to even slow—let alone stop—US facilitation of Israel’s genocidal wars in Gaza and Lebanon. But other factors prevailed too, including the Democrats’ failure to articulate anything resembling a plan to address compounding crises around profit hungry price-gouging, the cost of living, housing, bodily autonomy, or healthcare. It is impossible now to argue that Trump is an aberration. He is as American as apple pie, a product of the system of domination that structures our society. If we are to confront a second Trump administration, we must also confront this system of domination—a task that will require organization, bravery, and commitment. So here we are. While you might be feeling fear, anger, and despair right now, it’s not a time to back down. It’s time to step up.

I know next to nothing about Delta Sans lol... what are some of his main traits and characteristics? /nf
I GET TO RAMBLE ABOUT DELTA LETS GOOOOO
Funny enough, Delta’s canon material isn’t very vast, considering most his canon story is animated, so you can imagine how long it takes to animate and how few animations there are, despite that i just can’t help but love this bitch
Let’s start with basics since you don’t know much, you might see Delta’s Au with 3 names: Ultratale, Vitaltale, and Delta’s tale, which are all canon as they’re all used by Delta’s creator Animated Zorox
Ultratale is the Au’s series old name when it was first animated (and is now cancelled), Vitaltale is the Au’s current name which refers to the new repooted series, Delta’s tale use is honestly unclear for me, but i like to believe it’s more of a general name for the Au
Kay so with that out of the way, Delta is a sans that fused with the human soul of bravery, that’s why he has his signature orange gloves, (and Delta can talk and communicate with the bravery soul inside his head)
Delta is from a Genocide timeline and is the only survivor, so after he defeats Chara (who’s called “Omega Chara” in the Au) Delta takes it upon himself to become a protector of Aus (imagine it as his coping mechanism for losing his own Au fused with Bravery’s sense of protection) but he’s not a protector in the same sense that is Ink, Delta travels from Au to Au pretty much looking for a fight, looking to see if the Au he’s in is in trouble and fighting whoever causes it to save it from the same fate his own Au faced
So he’s kind, brave, righteous and honest… too honest chchchch
But he’s also egotistical, super hot headed, and can easily rage, and despite deeming himself a protector, he’s only a protector to those who need protection, so the poor bitches who threaten the Au? Yeah Delta isn’t above tainting his hands with someone else’s blood (ma boi is passionate about murdering fr fr) in his defense tho he tries listening and talking to them and convincing them (for roughly 10 seconds) if it doesn’t work then he goes for the kill
Look at him telling Cross he’ll kill him (god I love him)
Tumblr media
But he’s also willing to put himself in danger if it meant protecting someone else (basically putting the life of others above his own)
What’s also fun is the fact Delta can easily give up like a normal Sans would, It’s Bravery that keeps him going
But what I also really love is his way of fighting/using his powers, Delta tends to use his own blaster’s jaws as a super speed jet pack, and his fighting style tends to mostly be up close and personal, like this bitch will break bones with his bare hands, and believe me, this bitch sure got stamina cause DAMN
He can even fully fuse with Bravery, like he becomes a glowing orange lamp hcchchchch
Tumblr media
he’s a bit reckless but still smart to know when to stay a safe distance or change tactics
One of my fave things is him using his gloves as armored shoes cause why the fuck not y’know?
Tumblr media
Delta is also semi canonically friends with Color and Epic (semi-canon as in the creators of these three drew them together as the “Epic Sanses Trio” but are not necessarily part of their own respective timeline’s stories chchhcch) but it’s fully canon in my heart <3333
If you’d like to see the actual canon content for Delta, I recommend checking this doc made by @howlsofbloodhounds they’ve done an amazing job at collecting as much as they can <3

My Ranking of Genocide Jack Sprites
IMPORTANT!: I love each and every sprite she has, so when I rank one low, it's still a 10/10, I just like the others more. Please do not misinterpret this as anything other than Genocide Jack appreciation.
Honorable Mention: Empty Eyes
Tumblr media
- I cannot consider it to be an official Genocide Jack sprite, but this is most certainly her. The iconic tongue and eccentric behavior can’t be confused for anyone else but the glorious Genocide Jack.
12) Frustrated
Tumblr media
- Looking as gorgeous as ever, it does bring some pain to my heart to see a lack of tongue. However, I understand the sacrifice. Hopefully her frustrations will be resolved soon, it’s nice to see a smile.
11) Agreement
Tumblr media
- Nodding her head. It’s always good to see Genocide Jack coming to an understanding with her classmates. The bonds she forms allow her to open up more, revealing her complex emotions.
10) Agreement (Eyes Open)
Tumblr media
- A step up from 11, as in this, you can see her eyes. They say that eyes are the windows to the soul. Is Genocide Jack’s soul black, often associated with death, or pink, like the blood she happily sheds?
9) Surprised
Tumblr media
- Due to her personality, she feels more silly than surprised, but not everyone displays emotions the same. It’s important to understand that the beauty of Genocide Jack comes in more than one form.
8) Enchanted
Tumblr media
- While she is a bit riled up, she is capable of reaching higher extremes, but this lighter excitement is just as thrilling. She can’t help but hold her face to contain her dirty comments. It’s good to be comfortable.
7) Serious
Tumblr media
- A calm yet stern sprite. While relaxed, the feelings her demeanor gives off do not disappear. She carries herself with dignity and bravery, in both expression and stance. It’s a good choice for her default.
6) Intense
Tumblr media
- Someone’s pissed. I hope she is able to overcome the obstacle blocking her from her goal. This sprite also shows her tongue is longer than first suspected. It adds a lot to her design and I love it.
5) Smile
Tumblr media
- This sprite oozes with confidence. The hand she holds up has killed 37 boys and men. Even without holding scissors, you can sense her strength. While introducing herself, she presents a huge smile!
4) Throbbing
Tumblr media
- What is Genocide Jack if not a maiden who follows her heart? Her squinted eyes full of passion look beautiful. Whether it’s yaoi, yuri, or murder, it gets Genocide Jack all excited, it’s very cute.
3)🥉 Scissors
Tumblr media
- Genocide Jack in her element, with her trusty scissors by her side. The predatory look and the positioning of the weapons puts you in the scared perspective of her victims. Her braids flow well here.
2)🥈 Smiling Face (Refreshing)
Tumblr media
- A warm and wholesome sprite capable of purifying even my darkest days. A face showing not only a big smile, but a satisfied individual. The hands held and the slight head tilt add to the overwhelming charm.
1)🥇 Smile (High Tension)
Tumblr media
- An undeniable classic. It’s power is simply unmatched when it comes to the most authentic portrayal of Genocide Jack as a character. It’s impossible to look at such a big smile and feel any sorrow.

HAMAS DELIVERS A MESSAGE TO THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE, THE PEOPLE OF GAZA, AND THE WOMEN OF PALESTINE
Hamas delivered a statement today to the Palestinian people, and reported on by Al-Mayadeen News.
The statement begins by addressing the Palestinian people generally, but the people of Gaza in particular, delivers it's sincere message.
According to Al-Mayadeen, "The Palestinian Resistance movement expressed honor and pride in the Palestinian people in Gaza who have endured what no other nation could bear."
The statement then emphasizes the resilience of the Palestinian people of Gaza, "teaching the world meaning of patience, patriotism, and sacrifice for the sake of the dignity of their homeland, despite abandonment and silence that left them to face this brutal war on their own."
The Hamas resistance movement goes on to point to the Gazan people's support for the Resistance, "affirming that this Resistance emerged from these people's suffering and sacrifices and fought with honor and bravery."
"We behold you crafting your own victory," the Resistance is quoted by Al-Mayadeen as saying.
Hamas says that it is working on many levels, and fighting on all fronts along with other Palestinian factions, striving to "offer a little for the people of Gaza" and "correcting the paths to avoid missteps and errors caused by the ongoing Israeli genocide."
The Resistance movement goes on underline its efforts through emergency committees to "correct governmental, relief, humanitarian, security and economic actions, acknowledging its successes and mistakes and exhibiting commitment to pursuing work to this end."
Next, the Hamas movement addresses the women of Palestine, describing them as "the best among women on this earth, and the symbol of victory," and further expressed gratitude, appreciation and respect for them.
The Resistance goes on to declare that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood represents a strategic shift at a critical historical juncture for the Palestinian cause.
The Resistance says its leadership in Gaza decided in this moment, under siege, to excercise its right to resist occupation and respond to the occupation's crimes in the West Bank, dividing the occupied territory and building settlements.
Occupation Al-Aqsa Flood was also a response to the "Judaization and division of the Al-Aqsa Mosque" and "complete control over occupied Al-Quds (Jersusalem), its Mosques, and its Churches," the Hamas movement added.
The Resistance goes on to affirm that the battle was a reaction to the occupation's "discriminatory practices against Palestinians in the 1948 occupied territories," along with the "continuous aggression against detainees," and the Israeli occupation's expansion and presence in the region.
Hamas also emphasized that the Israeli occupation "showed it's true colors to the entire world with its Nazi-like behavior and exposed the true nature of criminality and terrorism of its diminishing entity, which the [Hamas] movement would not have been able to do even if it tried for many years."
Lastly, the Resistance group turns its attention to the Israeli occupation itself, asking the occupation, "Can you just stand there for one moment in your occupation sites or continue your ground operations safely? Can you build fortifications to protect you from our resistance or live a moment of safety in our country?"
Hamas concludes by saying, "we will not answer you, as our answer will be delivered via our actions and not mere words."

Uhh have a feeling you might like this request haha so-
Can I ask for Longan Dragon x reader? Specifically a reader who’s relatively hard to scare and occasionally says the most out of pocket things. I don’t know what forms of writing you do but HCs are preferred, anything’s fine though 👍 thanks for reading!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
★ 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: 𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗵𝗵𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗶 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁? 𝗵𝗺𝗺𝗺 (𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗳𝗽, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲, 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘆𝗻)
𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗘 𝘅 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥
𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴
★𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗘 is the definition of fear, one’s eyes that stare to one's soul only to make them crumble and harden to stone with fear evident to their faces, pitiful cookies, truly! such pathetic display of cookies being frozen in fear especially in their last moment of living as walking dough, hm.
★so my dear, explain why is it SO HARD to scare, someone, some cookie like you?
★when longan dragon cookie began to obliterate your place of living to proceed with their plan of complete genocide, you, in the other hand are unsettling, fearless, longan dragon cookie resents the face of bravery especially with cookies like you, to face a dragon? a second place to a primordial entity? who do you think you are?! It frustrates them to see such fearless cookie, aside from that pest, Gingerbrave, you are second to him by Longan’s list of cookies that I hate so much.
★but! Being someone who has the interest of a dragon has a positive and negative side! the pros; you are most likely to live than most cookies and receive the benevolence of the might ivory dragon, cons; no sense of freedom or whatsoever, visualize longan being someone watching national geographic and you are the one being filmed.
★longan’s pride gets in the way on trying to make measly attempted to scare you, be scared for once! the thought of doing this repeatedly makes their eyes twitch, eye twitch. So they leave you be for the most time but they are there to see if you will be scared or not for the sake of their sanity and your survival. So if anything be scared, but not too scared because if you swing with one of them, bye bye life!
★and the out of pocket part──there might be a chance were both of you become a little bit close, but not too close, where you let longan in your house, and they actually agreed without complaining and comparing their extravagant palace to your simple abode, win-win, no?
★while longan is waiting for the day for you to be scared, you said one of the most, by far, stupidest thing you ever said. “if we swim to the water, does that make us boats because we float in the water?”, you say, and longan dragon cookie is this close to turning you to stone, cookies are obnoxious, prideful, undeserving, and most importantly stupid, and you just proved it, right in front of them, good job! you are this close to ending cookiekind! are you happy with yourself?
★whenever they foresee that you will say the stupidest thing once more, they will cover your mouth with their hand, shut up, shut up! nuisance! you caused enough trouble in their life, give them a break! dragons have feelings too!
★is longan happy about this? no. is longan real about this? also no. they find you unbearable but you keep good company, they will keep you for now, just know your place and your life will go smoothly than you expected.

I want to remind everyone that antisemitism is alive and well on this site and should be taken seriously as a dangerous form of bigotry. Honest to got Nazis have been emboldened by Israel's bullshit and taking every opportunity they can to "justify" their behaviour. Denounce Zionism, but keep love in your heart for human beings. This love will allow you to see who is a true ally and whe is using social justice as a vehicle for their own evil agenda. Remember you have Jewish allies who know what a genocide looks like and wish to protect Palestinians from the one being waged in their name. And remember a Nazi will never be your ally, remember they are scum beneath our boots. Block and report.
Free Palestine
Love to the Jewish allies, I commend your bravery. I'm so sorry you're facing bigotry while you're standing up for genocide victims. This isn't fair to you or them. Your people have been persecuted and used as scapegoats for millennia, and your people's genuine fears have been manipulated by a genocidal regime to justify mass murder. I hope you know that I will never tolerate Nazis, not just because they're my enemies too as a disabled Black queer person, but because I believe that no human deserves to be treated the way you were.
(Btw, Palestinian Jewish ppl exist, but Israel doesn't care and kills them just the same. This was never about religion.)

Hi again!
So like you, I've been seeing a steep rise in people being openly antisemitic and just hateful in general to people, both in Israel and anyone who so much as shows compassion for people on that side of the conflict (even to Palestinians and Israelis showing solidarity for each other! Which is maddening to think anyone would condemn such a thing). And I know it must be hard, to be living through such horrible things, and then to be hated as if you're somehow part of the cause of such atrocities.
I know it isn't much, I'm only one voice out here in the void, but I felt like you deserved some positivity today, and to be reminded that what you're doing is good and important. You've always brought a smile to my face, back in the day for silly fandom things (Buddie metas, my beloved), but seeing what you do now... I don't think I have the words to exress how much I admire your bravery and relentlessness in the face of such adversity.
So to you, and to all those trying to survive and stay sane, my thoughts and prayers are with you. There will be a light on the other side of all this. Stay strong, my friend. And remember too that when your strength alone fails, it's okay to lean on someone for support. *hugs* ♡
My darling Jesse! *hugs you so tight*
I'm so sorry it took me a while to reply, but I swear I'm doing my best, and I appreciate you so much. I will never forget that time on that discrod server, I won't go on too much about it, but you were the only one with a humane reaction, and that is invaluable. Please know that I see you for the strong, brave, compassionate human that you are, and I am sending you all the love! <333
even to Palestinians and Israelis showing solidarity for each other
Which says it all, doesn't it? Those people aren't pro-Palestinian, they're not pro-peace, they're just anti-Israel, which is actually anti-Jewish (they're indifferent to the well being of Israeli Arabs, just as they are to that of Palestinians. It's Israel, as a Jewish state and the world's biggest Jewish community, which triggers them).
It is hard to live through these atrocities, and then realize the world will absolutely kick you when you're down for being Jewish, even though it's veiled in (and sold to others through) all sorts of excuses.
In our Holocaust museum, we have a short movie of testimonies from survivors who had lived through Kristallnacht, but managed to make it to Israel after that and before the outbreak of WWII, so they lived. It has an unofficial title, "The blow came from within." For all other European and Middle Eastern Jews who were there, the Holocaust happened due to another nation, the Germans. With help from local collaborators for sure, but the initial blow came from the outside. German Jews experienced this blow as coming from within, from the innermost part of their identity as both Jews and Germans, when they didn't know how to separate these two parts.
Because they so believed in the idea that they're now a part of the German nation, they had lots of German friends. And they were sure that these friends saw them as them, as people, rather than through the lense of antisemitism. When Kristallnacht happened, German Jews experienced a devastating betrayal. We have a much higher number of suicides among German Jews at the start of the Holocaust, than in any other Jewish community, because they really did feel like this blow, of discovering they're not people to their own friends and countrymen, destroyed a part of who they thought they are, and how they're seen and accepted by their society.
This week, when I came across even more people I used to be friends with, who have engaged in de-humanizing me, it dawned on me that this is now my experience, too. This blow comes from within, from people who I thought knew me as a person, knew that I'm kind, knew that I'm humane, knew that through my grandparents' experiences as Holocaust survivors, I care deeply about the issue of genocide, and yet apparently none of that matters, and they went straight ahead with vilifying me personally, in addition to vilifying my people, and engaging actively in spreading the narrative that harms us. It's truly startling to realize that it's been over 85 years, and this is still how we're treated by too many.
But for every mob full of hate and ignorance (and that's what online echo chambers have become), a single voice that does listen and does care means that much more. So please know how much you matter to me, and that you make a difference, too. Thank you SO MUCH for the kind words, you brought tears to my eyes, in a really good way, and I cherish you so very much. It's my honor that we're friends (and I'm extra happy that you enjoyed my fandom stuff).
I hope you're doing well, lovely! Gonna keep sending love your way, always. xoxox

Free Palestine!
I was six…six years old when I was taught about Quds, shown the beautiful golden dome of Qubbat al-Sakhra, when I was taught about the beautiful olive farms, the welcoming people, about the richest and deepest history a land could have, the prophets that had walked this land, the people who stood against crusades and kept alive religion and peace in Masjid-al-Aqsa, the deep love and courage that is carved into the souls of palestinians for their land, when I learned to love Palestine like it was where my heart always belonged.
I was eight when we painted flags and watched our parents shed tears over the loss of lives of our palestinian brothers and sisters. When they marched in solidarity and gathered communities together to donate to help our brothers and sisters in Gaza, Ramallah, Jenin, the West Bank, Nablus, Haifa…I was eight when I saw the blood of martyred Palestinians on a bloodied hospital floor and the media calling their resistance terrorism.
I was ten and I sang From the River to the Sea, for my brothers and sisters in palestine.
I was twelve and I made bracelets with my friends to sell and raise money to send to our brothers and sisters in Gaza. and I was twelve when they called people who looked like me and my family, terrorists.
I was fourteen, and then sixteen and eighteen and twenty, and I still said FREE PALESTINE! When I cried when I saw photos of the elderly being abused at Al-Aqsa when they just wanted to speak to their creator in the house his holy prophets constructed in his remembrance.
I was twenty two when I witnessed Israeli brutality in Gaza, in Ramallah, in Jersusalem. Persecuting the people of Palestine for simply being. Walls constructed to keep them in, bombs dropped on homes, children orphaned and still I cried Free Palestine but Palestine had a smile on its face. It’s people loved and lived and said:
“حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ”,
“Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”
Then I was twenty four, and twenty six and we still cried Free Gaza, help the children of Palestine, free Palestine.
And now I am almost thirty, and I am watching and my heart is crying, broken, my eyes have not been able to look at the world the same, I feel as if I am watching my own brothers and sisters die again and again. We are watching Palestinians die by the thousands, every video brings me to tears and i feel as if I cannot breathe, the sadness that has taken over me is a shadow when I compare it to the horrors the Palestinians are living at this very moment. We beg the world to see us as more than human animals, we beg the world to help Gaza and the children of Palestine. We have to convince you all we are humans, who deserve a chance to live, that this is immoral, we have to justify WHY we want the right to live? We are watching a genocide, children dead by the thousands and hospitals unable to cope with the death tolls and no one who wants to stand up to this oppressor but the Palestinians … The Palestinians' bravery and courage and absolute devotion to their faith is simply stunning. They repeat again and again “God is sufficient for us” and I feel as if I am the loser…they have such a love and fervor for their land and their faith that even in the face of death it isn't something worth giving up.
And their love of Palestine has brought such unity around the world, that we all feel as if Palestine has been in our very souls from the beginning of time.  We are in the streets by the hundreds of thousands now, screaming FREE PALESTINE, and I am so filled with pride for their resilience that has driven us all. And Palestine will be free from the river to the sea, they will rise up again and every Palestinian child who left their heart in the beautiful lands of Al-Quds will get the chance to return and walk the land the prophets walked and sing in the fields their ancestors were forced to give up and they will be free.
As I grew older I began to realize, the saying Palestinians shouted with such fervor “By soul, by blood, we'll defend you oh al-Aqsa!” is the embodiment of Palestinian resistance and love for their homeland. And now I know love, dignity and courage were born in Palestine, a land that was created for peace but never saw a peaceful day.
Free Palestine…

It's so terrifying to know about the genocide taking place in Palestine, but everyone's courage and unyielding bravery gives me hope that things can be changed for the better.
And by everyone I mean the people Palestinian, they have faced so much cruelty and apathy from the world but they are still fighting for their home and human rights with courage and bravery. You are amazing.
By everyone I mean the reporters in Gaza who are risking their lives to keep everyone well informed and get the word out about what is happening and not letting the people's stories go unspoken. You are amazing.
By everyone I mean the protesters who go out and are unrelenting in their support of Palestine. You are amazing.
By everyone I mean the people who donate to the right organisations, such as ones that will bring SIM cards to people in Gaza so they won't be cut off from the world. You are amazing.
By everyone I mean the people who spread real information and inform people of ways they can help and support Palestine. You are amazing.
By everyone I mean everyone who has joined the global strike. You are amazing.
By everyone, I also mean people who are helping in anyway they can, if you aren't able to do the most, do what you can, it's okay. You are amazing.
This world is scary and dark sometimes but every time I start losing hope for the future, I think about how many amazing people there are that are willing to do something about all the scariness and darkness. You're all amazing and you give me hope that things can be changed! I'm sending you all love and well wishes, you guys are all beautiful people and I'm thankful for your bravery everyday.
Never give up hope! You have an impact! You're brave! You're talented! You matter and are beautiful! Thank you for giving me hope and courage!!

The Resistance on the Jordan crossing operation, including a word from Abu Obeida and The Jordanian Youth Gathering
Ansarallah Political Bureau:
We commend the heroic operation at the Karameh crossing between Jordan and occupied Palestine, which resulted in the killing of 3 zionists and the martyrdom of its executor. The jihadist operation expressed the bravery and faith of its executor in the Palestinian cause and reflected the popular sentiments toward the genocide crimes. This operation affirms that the zionist enemy will face difficult days as long as it continues its aggression and crimes against the Palestinian people. The blessed martyrdom operation is but a minimal and justified response to the zionist killing machine and its U.S. support.
Abu Obeida:
We congratulate the heroic and qualitative operation at the Karama crossing carried out by the Jordanian martyr, the hero Maher Al-Jazi, one of the heroes of Al-Aqsa Flood. The Jordanian hero's pistol in supporting our Al-Aqsa and our people was more effective than massive armies and a stacked military arsenal. The operation expresses the conscience of our nation, the consequences of Al-Aqsa Flood and the nightmare that awaits the zionist entity from the heroes of our nation. Our fighters in their combat positions, ambush points, and frontiers in the Gaza Strip performed the funeral prayer in absentia for the martyr hero of the operation.
Popular Resistance Committees:
We congratulate the qualitative operation at the Karama "Allenby" crossing and consider it a rightful response to the horrific massacres and the genocide in Gaza, as well as the zionist Nazi crimes in the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds. The heroic and qualitative operation at the Karama crossing embodies the complex failure of the entire security, intelligence, and military apparatus of the zionist enemy and its supporters. The message of this qualitative operation to the zionist public and their cowardly fascist leaders is that those who ignite the fire will be burned by it. The sacred flame of revenge within our people and the sons of our nation intensifies every day due to the escalating crimes and zionist genocide war against our people, land, and sanctities. The heroic operation at the Karama crossing is a clear message, signed with blood, fire, and bullets, that the determination of our people and the free people of our nation in the arenas and fronts of confrontation has not weakened or diminished. The zionist soldiers and settlers will be surprised by the rising Arab and Islamic tide that will shatter the arrogance and pride of the zionist occupiers. No warships or aircraft carriers rushing to the region will provide you with protection, security, or stability. We call on the masses of our people, our nation, and our revolutionary youth to ignite the flames of resistance and revolution against the zionist occupiers and their supporters, who provide them with means of life, and to aim their bullets at the chests of the zionist criminals and fascists who commit massacres and atrocities daily against our people in every part of our blessed land. Media Office of the Resistance Committees in Palestine Sunday, September 8, 2024
Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:
The Karama Crossing operation is a painful blow to zionist security and a fiery message from a Jordanian youth in response to the crimes of the occupation in Palestine. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine commends the heroic shooting operation that took place this morning near the "Allenby" Karama Crossing in the Jordan Valley, resulting in several deaths among the zionist settlers. The Front affirms that this operation is a legitimate response to the ongoing crimes committed by the occupation against our people in Gaza, the West Bank, and inside the prisons. The revelation that a Jordanian youth carried out this heroic operation at point-blank range is a shocking surprise for the zionists, a blow to their security theory, and an indicator of a new phase in the situation. This courageous Jordanian youth represents the conscience of every Arab youth, and confirms that undertaking such bold and qualitative operations is a victory for Palestine and its martyrs, and a support for its ongoing resistance. This operation proves the failure of the ill-fated peace agreements in subduing Arab youth or undermining their national duties towards the Palestinian cause. The Front calls on Arab youth to follow the example of this heroic Jordanian and engage in the battle of honor and dignity to defend the Arab identity of Palestine and its oppressed people. The only option for our people and our Arab nation is resistance, and the enemy should expect more surprises and qualitative operations that will continue everywhere in defense of the blood of the martyrs and the suffering of our people. Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine Central Media Department September 8, 2024
Hamas:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful The heroic Karama Crossing operation is a response to the crimes of the occupation and a confirmation of our nation's solidarity with our people and its brave resistance. The heroic operation carried out by a hero from Jordan is a natural response to the holocaust that the Nazi zionist enemy is committing against our people in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, as well as its plans for displacement and the Judaization of Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Karama Crossing operation reaffirms the Arab peoples' rejection of the occupation, its crimes, and its ambitions in Palestine and Jordan. It also confirms their strong support for our people and its brave resistance in defense of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa. As we honor the martyr, the brave hero who carried out the operation, we call on the Arab and Islamic peoples to rise up against the aggression and the war of genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip, and the vicious assault on our people in the proud West Bank. Gaza, which defends the nation against the zionists and has been fighting a harsh battle for almost a year, calls on the nation and all the free people of the world to rise up against the occupation in support of Gaza, Al-Quds, and the West Bank, and in defense of the dignity of our nation and its national security. The Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas Sunday, 5th of Rabi' Al-Awwal 1446 AH Corresponding to 8th September 2024 AD
The Jordanian Youth Gathering to Support Resistance:
The victorious Aghwar operation renews the memory of the Battle of Karameh and the long line of martyrdom that stretches from Kayed Mufleh Al-Obaidat to Saeed Al-Amro. This operation is the truest expression of the people's pulse, and its martyr is the martyr of every Jordanian home. This morning, one of the heroes of the Jordanian people carried out a heroic and victorious operation this morning against the occupation soldiers on the zionist side of the King Hussein Bridge, which connects Jordan with our occupied lands in the West Bank. In light of this victorious operation, the Youth Gathering for Supporting the Resistance confirms the following: First: This heroic and victorious operation, which resulted in the killing of three zionist soldiers before its executor ascended as a martyr, is a new chapter in the continuous line of martyrdom written by the blood of Jordanian martyrs. From the martyr Kayed Mufleh Al-Obaidat, who achieved martyrdom during the first revolts in Palestine during the Nabi Musa season in 1920, to Saeed Al-Amro, who attained martyrdom during the Knife Intifada in 2016, along with the thousands of martyrs of Jordan and its Arab army who passed while fighting the zionists in Jenin, Al-Quds, Al-Khalil, and Karameh. Second: This heroic resistance action is the truest expression of the Jordanian people's conscience and their unwavering belief in resistance as the path and approach to confronting a treacherous and sinful enemy that engages in successive wars of genocide against our brothers and people in occupied Palestine. Third: This operation targeted military objectives at the border point that separates the West Bank and cuts off our connection with our people and brothers on occupied land. It is an operation that possesses all forms of moral, national, Islamic, and even international legitimacy. The Jordanian government is required, at a minimum, to refrain from condemning it and must demand the return of the body of its heroic martyr. Fourth: On March 10, 2014, members of this same military unit killed the Jordanian martyr, Judge Raed Zouaitar, and diplomatic tools did not lead to any results regarding his murder. Today, this operation serves as the fair and decisive response to that crime. Fifth: The movement of goods and people between Jordan and the occupied territories is a natural human right for the people living under occupation and is not a gift or favor from the occupation. The fact that the occupation has chosen to assault and impose its control over this right does not exempt it from being targeted. In fact, its military teams tasked with this duty remain legitimate targets. Finally: The Youth Gathering renews its call: the people want to overthrow Wadi Araba [Jordan-zionist peace agreement]. This is a demand that has been expressed through every popular means of expression, from protests and sit-ins to patience in the face of repression and arrest, to resistance and martyrdom today. Comrades: Rise... Revolt ... in every corner of the world. 🇵🇸
🔴 Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:
A call from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine to all the honorable people of our nation and the free people of the world:
In the face of the flowing blood in Gaza, words no longer work: Rise... Revolt... Storm the embassies of the aggressor nations... Burn them... Destroy them.
Demand a halt to the flow of oil and gas to countries complicit in the aggression.
Time is of the essence, and history is unforgiving... Be assured that the people of Palestine will not let you down.
O free people, the fascist enemy seeks revenge on the Jabalia refugee camp, as well as the Nuseirat and Shati' camps, committing horrific massacres, which exceed in brutality what the Nazis did in their dark history, using six tons of destructive American bombs. A tragedy that appeals to human conscience; anyone who remains silent towards this killer is complicit in the genocide and depriving Palestinians of their humanity.
A morally, politically, and militarily defeated entity wants to claim victory over our Palestinian blood.
The Jabalia camp is the womb of the revolution and a symbol of Palestinian resilience and resistance, standing first in the battle of honor and duty, a spirit characterized by its strength, steadfastness, and high bravery. With its ground campaign, the enemy wants to cover its inevitable failure with massacres against Palestinian civilians, saluting the men of resistance in their various formations who are facing this aggression, and our steadfast people who reject displacement plans despite the genocidal war waged against them by the enemy.
Great Gaza, with the stature of its heroes and the blood of its children, is our roots deep in the ground. It will rise from the ashes.
Verbal stances don't shoot down planes or prevent missiles from falling on the heads of the innocent. Therefore, we call:
- To expel the ambassadors of aggression.
- A cry of anger and dignity to the entire the Arab street to stop the flow of oil and gas to countries complicit in the aggression.
- It is time to close the American military bases in the Arab countries.
- For the workers' unions in global ports to refuse to unload or load any weapon shipments from or to the zionist entity.
Let us trust in our people, our self, our dignity, our freedom, and our right to life.

I know, I know, don't read youtube comments, but while looking up a scene from Inglourious Basterds for a voice reference, I ended up at the famous "Bear Jew" scene where Eli Roth, y'know, beats a guy to death with a baseball bat. If you don't know it, Brad Pitt and the gang have three German soldiers captured, and they're trying to get them to give up the position of the nearby regiment. So, they bring up the commanding officer, and he's very stoic, and he won't give up the position under threat of getting beat to death in front of his two men with a baseball bat. So, Eli Roth comes out to beat him to death with a baseball bat. And he's continuing to be very stoic and noble, and Eli Roth points to the medals on his chest and says, "you get that for killing Jews?"
And the Nazi officer says, with a righteous look, "Bravery."
And then I scrolled down to the comments, and comment after comment is going,
"Man, that little nod Eli Roth does after he says, 'bravery'. He can't help but respect him."
"Wow, he really was brave."
"Eli Roth's character got owned by, 'Bravery'."
And... did we watch the same scene? "He can't help but respect him?"
Yes, the officer is decorated in all sorts of medals for valor, bravery, courage, whateverthe fuck. He's incredibly clean-cut. He's, to take a word from the comments, "civil," and presented very nobly as he faces his death.
But he got those medals from the government of Nazi Germany. He got those for defending the machine that operates the camps. All that 'bravery' was in service of keeping the genocide going.
Have you ever looked someone in the eyes who hates you for what you are? Someone who sees you as less than human? It's chilling. There's no recognition there that you have within you the same spark of humanity they do. They could do anything to you. You are an insect.
So when the officer says, "Bravery," Eli Roth's character does nod. Not in respect, but because he knows this man will sacrifice anything, even his own life, to keep the machine running. This man thinks that's noble. Eli's acknowledging that the officer has embraced Nazism to its core.
So he beats him to death with a bat.
Why a baseball bat? Well, one, because baseball. Extremely American symbolism. Positions the Jewish character as just as American as the non-Jewish Americans. This is important: this is 1941. There are still places Jews cannot buy property and businesses that will kick us out, and this will remain the case for another 20 years.
But the other, more important reason is dignity. You threaten this guy's life; he doesn't break. You shoot him, he and he's dead very quickly. He gets a clean hero's death in front of his men. Maybe his expression doesn't even change. The front of 'civility' goes with him to the grave.
But a baseball bat. You can't kill someone nearly as fast with a baseball bat. Concuss, sure, permanently damage, but it's not over in an instant.
So when people react to, "Bravery," they're stopping a conversation 2/3rd of the way in. Act One: Eli Roth says, "you get that for killing Jews?" Act Two: the officer says, "Bravery."
And Act Three: the moment the bat connects with the officer's head, the cut the heroic music. He wiggles and squirms. His hands snap up to his chest like a dead bug while his mouth gapes, brain too damaged to scream. He can be as stoic as he likes; as soon as Eli connects, he's a blood-soaked parody of himself. He doesn't get to die with dignity. He tells the world that he is proud to represent genocide, and for that he is made into a mockery.
That's why you use a bat.

Matt Shuham at HuffPost:
The national group representing college Democrats released a statement Tuesday standing with pro-Palestinian campus protesters and criticizing President Joe Biden for his “bear hug” of what the group called “the genocidal acts of the far-right radical extremist Israeli government.”
The statement, released by the College Democrats of America, illustrated a break with the Democratic Party — of which it is an official arm. It was approved by an 8-2 vote of the group’s executive board, which is made up of national leadership that has been elected by representatives of campus and state college Democrats chapters across the country. “Since the beginning of this conflict, College Democrats and students from every walk of life have had the moral clarity to see this war for what it is: destructive, genocidal, and unjust,” the CDA statement read. It commended the “bravery” of students facing arrest and disciplinary action for their protests, and condemned college administrators for those responses. Across the country, student protesters have called for an Israeli cease-fire in Gaza, and institutional transparency and divestment with regard to investments in Israeli firms, or those linked to American military aid to Israel.
The statement also called for the “release of all hostages” and condemned the rise in domestic antisemitism and Islamophobia in the wake of Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack on Israel and Israel’s subsequent invasion and air barrage of Gaza, saying Jewish and Muslim students had no control over the conflict. Still, it said, “it should be abundantly clear that calling for the freedom of Palestinians is not Antisemetic [sic], and neither is opposing the genocidal acts of the far-right radical extremist Israeli government.” The statement’s harshest criticism was directed at the president and his reelection campaign. The White House, according to the CDA, has pursued a “cold shoulder strategy for its own base and all Americans who want to see an end to this war.” “Each day that Democrats fail to stand united for a permanent ceasefire, two-state solution, and recognition of a Palestinian state, more and more youth find themselves disillusioned with the party,” the statement read. It earned praise from progressives across the country including Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) and the former Ohio state legislator and prominent Bernie Sanders supporter Nina Turner.
[...] The national College Democrats group began working on the statement after Columbia University’s president, Minouche Shafik, called in police to clear a pro-Palestinian encampment on campus two weeks ago; overnight Tuesday, Shafik called in police again, this time to clear a building where protesters had set up camp after Shafik began suspending students for their protest. Both instances resulted in several dozen arrests. Pyarali cited other campus protests as inspiration as well, including at Indiana University, where police snipers were stationed above protesters. “It’s insane, it’s not a war zone, it’s a college campus,” he said.
The statement doesn’t necessarily represent the thousands of Democratic college students whose campus chapters fall under the larger College Democrats umbrella. Rather, the only binding vote on its release was held by the CDA executive board. Two members of that body opposed it. One of them, Joshua Martin, the former student body president at the University of Houston, commented on social media: “The only way to bring peace is to destroy Hamas, who through years of terror have subjugated Palestinians to decades of violence.” Allyson Bell, a Meredith College graduate student and chair of the College Democrats Jewish Caucus — and who collaborated with Pyarali in a December call for cease-fire — told HuffPost in an email that earlier statements focused on condemning instances of campus antisemitism had been “voted down by the executive board and replaced with what was released.” She called the final statement “one sided.”
The College Democrats of America's response to the nationwide protests against Israel's genocide campaign on Gaza that criticized President Joe Biden for being too close to Israel Apartheid State government is spot-on.
