The Coprophagic AI crisis
I'm on tour with my new, nationally bestselling novel The Bezzle! Catch me in TORONTO on Mar 22, then with LAURA POITRAS in NYC on Mar 24, then Anaheim, and more!
A key requirement for being a science fiction writer without losing your mind is the ability to distinguish between science fiction (futuristic thought experiments) and predictions. SF writers who lack this trait come to fancy themselves fortune-tellers who SEE! THE! FUTURE!
The thing is, sf writers cheat. We palm cards in order to set up pulp adventure stories that let us indulge our thought experiments. These palmed cards – say, faster-than-light drives or time-machines – are narrative devices, not scientifically grounded proposals.
Historically, the fact that some people – both writers and readers – couldn't tell the difference wasn't all that important, because people who fell prey to the sf-as-prophecy delusion didn't have the power to re-orient our society around their mistaken beliefs. But with the rise and rise of sf-obsessed tech billionaires who keep trying to invent the torment nexus, sf writers are starting to be more vocal about distinguishing between our made-up funny stories and predictions (AKA "cyberpunk is a warning, not a suggestion"):
https://www.antipope.org/charlie/blog-static/2023/11/dont-create-the-torment-nexus.html
In that spirit, I'd like to point to how one of sf's most frequently palmed cards has become a commonplace of the AI crowd. That sleight of hand is: "add enough compute and the computer will wake up." This is a shopworn cliche of sf, the idea that once a computer matches the human brain for "complexity" or "power" (or some other simple-seeming but profoundly nebulous metric), the computer will become conscious. Think of "Mike" in Heinlein's *The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress":
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Moon_Is_a_Harsh_Mistress#Plot
For people inflating the current AI hype bubble, this idea that making the AI "more powerful" will correct its defects is key. Whenever an AI "hallucinates" in a way that seems to disqualify it from the high-value applications that justify the torrent of investment in the field, boosters say, "Sure, the AI isn't good enough…yet. But once we shovel an order of magnitude more training data into the hopper, we'll solve that, because (as everyone knows) making the computer 'more powerful' solves the AI problem":
https://locusmag.com/2023/12/commentary-cory-doctorow-what-kind-of-bubble-is-ai/
As the lawyers say, this "cites facts not in evidence." But let's stipulate that it's true for a moment. If all we need to make the AI better is more training data, is that something we can count on? Consider the problem of "botshit," Andre Spicer and co's very useful coinage describing "inaccurate or fabricated content" shat out at scale by AIs:
https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4678265
"Botshit" was coined last December, but the internet is already drowning in it. Desperate people, confronted with an economy modeled on a high-speed game of musical chairs in which the opportunities for a decent livelihood grow ever scarcer, are being scammed into generating mountains of botshit in the hopes of securing the elusive "passive income":
https://pluralistic.net/2024/01/15/passive-income-brainworms/#four-hour-work-week
Botshit can be produced at a scale and velocity that beggars the imagination. Consider that Amazon has had to cap the number of self-published "books" an author can submit to a mere three books per day:
https://www.theguardian.com/books/2023/sep/20/amazon-restricts-authors-from-self-publishing-more-than-three-books-a-day-after-ai-concerns
As the web becomes an anaerobic lagoon for botshit, the quantum of human-generated "content" in any internet core sample is dwindling to homeopathic levels. Even sources considered to be nominally high-quality, from Cnet articles to legal briefs, are contaminated with botshit:
https://theconversation.com/ai-is-creating-fake-legal-cases-and-making-its-way-into-real-courtrooms-with-disastrous-results-225080
Ironically, AI companies are setting themselves up for this problem. Google and Microsoft's full-court press for "AI powered search" imagines a future for the web in which search-engines stop returning links to web-pages, and instead summarize their content. The question is, why the fuck would anyone write the web if the only "person" who can find what they write is an AI's crawler, which ingests the writing for its own training, but has no interest in steering readers to see what you've written? If AI search ever becomes a thing, the open web will become an AI CAFO and search crawlers will increasingly end up imbibing the contents of its manure lagoon.
This problem has been a long time coming. Just over a year ago, Jathan Sadowski coined the term "Habsburg AI" to describe a model trained on the output of another model:
https://twitter.com/jathansadowski/status/1625245803211272194
There's a certain intuitive case for this being a bad idea, akin to feeding cows a slurry made of the diseased brains of other cows:
https://www.cdc.gov/prions/bse/index.html
But "The Curse of Recursion: Training on Generated Data Makes Models Forget," a recent paper, goes beyond the ick factor of AI that is fed on botshit and delves into the mathematical consequences of AI coprophagia:
https://arxiv.org/abs/2305.17493
Co-author Ross Anderson summarizes the finding neatly: "using model-generated content in training causes irreversible defects":
https://www.lightbluetouchpaper.org/2023/06/06/will-gpt-models-choke-on-their-own-exhaust/
Which is all to say: even if you accept the mystical proposition that more training data "solves" the AI problems that constitute total unsuitability for high-value applications that justify the trillions in valuation analysts are touting, that training data is going to be ever-more elusive.
What's more, while the proposition that "more training data will linearly improve the quality of AI predictions" is a mere article of faith, "training an AI on the output of another AI makes it exponentially worse" is a matter of fact.

No, they're not twins, but there is something about sorority girls all looking the same. In this case, the nerds who help keep the sorority grade point average on track find themselves with new priorities after using magic hair dye for the Spirit Week blonde out. Yes, this might mean the downfall of the sorority in the long term, but in the short term, there are two bimbo sluts who are about to entertain an entire basketball team.
Bleached Brains is available from Amazon, Smashwords, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Everand, Google Play, and Ream. So many places to get ebooks.
Hannah and Melanie are the grade point average boosters in a sorority. Their good grades offset the lackluster grades of the other students. But when they are required to take part in the blonde out for the big basketball game against Thatcher College’s in-town rivals. That means wearing yellow, and more importantly, dying their hair blonde. But waiting until the last minute to buy hair dye is a bad choice. There’s only one option left: Bimbo Blonde. And since they have to share a package, they decide to bleach their hair first, enhancing the effects of the magic hair dye. Before either of them know it, Hannah and Melanie are bimbos with only one thing on their minds. And they know just what to do when Thatcher College wins the big game. Will Hannah and Melanie find their way as sorority bimbos? Can they really give up their academic pursuits for the carnal activities their new bodies are built for? Find out in Bleached Brains.

I suppose you already saw the new DC Gods and Monsters announcement by gunn. What are your opinion and speculations?
Anonymous asked:
Commentary on James new DCU plans ?
At long last: the wait is over.
youtube
Running through the list:
Film
Superman: Legacy - Not really much to go off of other than the name being rather boring. Probably chose it over something like Superman: Man of Tomorrow simply to make sure people wouldn't confuse it for a MoS sequel. It's coming in 2025 and will be the first "proper" DCU film, which means we will get casting by the end of 2023 at least. I've seen some folks speculate that "Legacy" means the real focus will be on Clark mentoring Kara or Jon and I don't see that happening. If that was the plan then there's no need to drop Cavill, since he just would be playing support. Whoever the new Superman will be, he will be front and center.
The Authority - No one saw this one coming. How the hell this will work in the DCU is anyone's guess. I think they'll have Manchester Black form the team as a reaction to Superman, and ultimately there will be a clash between Supes and the Authority that ends with Black being ousted in favor of Jenny Sparks. Perhaps it will even lead into an adaption of Morrison S&tA given the Morrison influence seen elsewhere in the slate? Either way I'm very excited to see what Gunn does.
Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow - I loved the mini, I'm excited for this.
Lanterns - I get both of my favorite Lanterns in the DCU! Surprising that they would scrap Berlanti's show right after signing a big deal with him. I'm going to guess that they discover evidence of the White Martians invading, and that's what leads into the DCU JL forming.
The Brave and the Bold - Skipping right to Damian is surprising but that might be to avoid stepping on Reeves toes. I guess there will be another age gap between Superman and Batman?
The Batman Part II - Batman fans eating good, you'll get solo gritty dark Batman and more comic-y Batman.
Swamp Thing - As if you needed any more confirmation that the Abrams JLD projects are dead. I love Swamp Thing but I'm going to need more info.
Television
Creature Commandos - Exact sort of obscure property we were expecting Gunn to love. Good to see DC is investing in animation still.
Paradise Lost - Might be good if they look to Historia for inspiration. "Game of Thrones with the Amazons" could go sour really quickly depending on how they characterize the Amazons.
Waller - If Bloodsport shows up here I'll watch it, otherwise I think I'm good.
Booster Gold - Never really cared for Gold myself but this character is exactly the kind of character Gunn loves. If he casts Pratt in the role all hell will break loose and I would be there for it.
Misc.
Seems like Levi, Gadot, Momoa, and even Miller(!!!) might get to continue in their roles. You won't see actors play two characters at the same time in the DCU, so I guess Momoa won't be Lobo after all? Look, part of the problem is that Gunn can't say anything that will negatively impact the box office returns for 2023, meaning he's not going to say they're done even if they are because then people might go "these don't matter", and stay home. The Wrap claims that The Flash is going to get the Elseworlds brand which makes it unlikely Calle would continue on as Supergirl, but it's too early to say at this point.
Keeping any of the main Leaguers in their roles is going to cause the same kind of continuity clusterfuck as the New 52 not rebooting Batman and GL did, but you know what? At this point I don't care. Not my problem, all I want are good Superman and Supergirl movies, with some exciting spinoffs like LoSH too. Don't give a rat's ass if the JL film sucks or the continuity makes sense as long as I get what I want. I'll follow the projects that look interesting and ignore the ones that don't.
There's a "brain trust" of writers advising Gunn, one of whom is Tom King which is sure to piss off plenty but leaves me rather happy. Maybe King is even writing the script for Supergirl? Morrison and King are clearly Gunn's guiding lights, and far as Superman goes they're two of his best writers. Adam Strange fans are in for a rough ride no doubt.
Gunn also confirmed that they continue to plan on synergy across multiple mediums which makes me nervous. If his Superman sucks then I'm going to be stuck with a take I don't like showing up everywhere in a way not even Snyder/Cavill's take did. On the other hand the emphasis that the synergy will include DCU games makes me hopeful that maybe we might finally get a goddamn Superman game, and if that happens then I'll take that synergy. S&L may get to run for 1 to 2 more seasons - wasn't clear if S3 is included in that 1 to 2 more - but that will hopefully let S&L last for 4-5 seasons which is a solid tenure for a show. Not sure how MAWS will fit into Gunn's plan, but I hope he just lets it run and makes his own Superman cartoon if he wants one.
Feels nice to be excited after years of flinching and dreading every DC announcement. Not a perfect slate, not what *I* would do, but there's a healthy mix of A-Listers, B/C-Listers, and oddballs that appeal to Gunn. Not all of the slate has been revealed, and I'm sure we will get another JL movie before the decade is done, but for a starting slate I think DC's future looks bright.

I’ve admittedly been holding back on asking this on Tumblr, since I didn’t want anyone I ask to go stir crazy in trying to compare Sonic characters with characters from DC and Marvel, but I can’t hold back anymore. What do you think from either comic universe can be comparable characters from throughout the Sonic franchise? Not counting the intentional parodies.
Discounting certain alien characters who look Human enough like Superman as well as Amazons and Atlanteans for the sake of argument, I can see some comic characters being compared to certain Sonic characters. Fair warning, I’m familiar with some superheroes and supervillains more than others.
Shortfuse the Cybernik: War Machine (Yeah, he didn’t build the armor, and he wasn’t exactly a soldier, but he’s gotta be the closest example).
Rotor the Walrus: Iron Man (Only in the Pre-reboot comics with the nanite suit, but close enough, I guess).
Silver the Hedgehog: Booster Gold (Might be a bit flimsy, but the name of the time traveling X-Man escapes me at the moment).
Hypnobot: Ultron (By virtue of being made by one of the good guys, even if he lacks Human brainwaves).
Regina Ferrum: Doctor Doom (In the Marvel comics, Doom is a sorcerer, a scientist, and a dictator mixed together, so yeah).
Black Doom: Darkseid/Thanos (I’m sure you can imagine why).
Nicole the Holo-Lynx: Vision (Even if she lacks a solid body and a villainous origin, she’s close enough to me).
Bunnie Rabbot: DC’s Cyborg (I can imagine her or Shortfuse having similar adventures that deal with their circumstances as the guy did in the 2003 Teen Titans series).
Naugus: Marvel’s Dracula (The one I saw in Avengers Assemble was King of his own vampire nation, which sounded somewhat similar to me).
Rouge the Bat: Black Widow/Catwoman (Obviously).
Mimic: Marvel’s Chameleon (Sorta fits).
Ebony: Doctor Strange/Fate (Of course).
Sonic the Hedgehog: Flash/Quicksilver (Almost excluded this, but yeah).
Vector the Crocodile: Luke Cage (For the sake of argument).
There's been more than one time travelling X-men member, most of whom have come from one flavor of Bad Future or the next. Bishop, Cable, Nate Grey, Rachael Summers... it's a cornucopia of People From Bad Futures that could align with Silver.
Insert joke about the Summers Family Tree here, heh.
Truth be told I don't really dwell on the comparisons between Sonic stuff and Marvel/DC heroes much these days. I find that nobody really correlates 1-1, and honestly that's for the best.
Though one thing that has crossed my mind recently is that I can name two people who are kinda like Grodd.
First up is Akhlut.
Larely because while Akhlut is a big bruiser who relishes defeating others in physical combat, he's also a lot smarter than his appearance would suggest, gifted with a power that lets him affect the minds of others. So really, there's a similarity to Grodd in the sense of being a smart bruiser mind powers.
On a somewhat deeper level? Weirdly enough, Robotnik/Eggman is a kind of counterpart to Grodd when you take a look at what he is in the franchise.
Grodd is a super genius ape, an outcast from his society due to his criminal ways, who battles against a super fast hero and seeks to conquer the world due to his belief in his own superiority over humanity being justification for his right to rule.
Be he Eggman or Robotnik, he is likewise an Ape who battles a super fast hero and who likewise believes his superior mind grants him the right to rule over the masses, and is an outcast from his fellows due to being a criminal megalomaniac. While the details change from continuity to continuity, at the end of it he is basically a mirror to Grodd in a lot of ways. And while he doesn't mix it up physically the way Grodd is prone to, he IS still a good deal larger and stronger than Sonic is.
Heck, sometimes he even LOOKS kinda like a gorilla.
Prolly not the answers you were seeking, but that's kinda where my brain's been these days.
I suppose though with a slight bit of thought I might say..
Finitevus is comparable to Ra's Al-Ghul due to his similar desire to return Mobius to a 'pristine' state.
Mogul is blatantly derivative of Vandal Savage without being a parody.
Eggman (as defined by the games, Post-Reboot Archie and IDW) you might say is rather similar to Dr. Sivana, being that he is a super scientist who delves in mystical stuff fighting against a primary colored teenager, with his motives essentially boiling down his own genius making him deserving of ruling the world.
Snively, I suppose, would be DeSaad, a sniveling, ultimately traitorous lackey with ambitions of his own.
Knuckles is perhaps comparable to Wolverine, especially in Archie, due to his solitary nature, his spurs, his preference for Close Combat and his memory issues. But then you could perhaps say the same about Shadow given his own backstory and status as an anti-heroic loner.
Naugus I would think is more comparable to Kulan Gath or Mordru than he is to Dracula, given that he is THE Evil Wizard Out To Rule The World in Archie Sonic.
Sally at one point I might have compared to Cyclops due to her strategic mind and the strength of her convictions... but given where X-men is these days I don't think there's much to compare now, so, at a bit of a loss.
Truth be told though, none of these guys really align 1-1 save for Mogul, and that's because he's so derivative. I think that's for the best though. Kinda highlights the ways in which the Sonic cast is actually pretty unique in the wider pop culture world.

Running Around Tuesday
This morning’s blood sugar was back up a couple of points to 165. After our coffee and brain games, Nancy and I took a quick walk of about 1.35 miles, which included a circuit of the magnolia garden. There’s a house in the neighborhood north of Thurston that we pass through on the way to the garden which already has some big balloon characters out on their lawn for Halloween. Which is more than a month and a half away still.
We got back in time for Nancy to call Peggy, her spiritual advisor, and while they were talking I took the car to get washed nearby. It was the first time for our new car, and the windshield especially needed some cleaning. So did the front end, which picked up quite a few bug parts during our Saturday trip to the coast and back. The outside was cleaned well, but an inside cleaning required an appointment, which we did not have. So we likely will not go to that car wash again.
For our breakfast brioche sandwiches, we cooked up some Jimmy Dean sausage we bought recently. They tasted pretty good, but the cooking smell lingered for several hours.
Nancy had an appointment for her TDP shot at 2:30 p.m. this afternoon at the Target on the west side of Eugene. We stopped by Costco on the way over to check up on getting our next COVID booster. We can make an appointment via Costco’s web portal, but we might wait until our Friday appointments with the new PCP to see if they can give us the shots.
We also got gas at while we were at Costco. At just after 1 p.m. there was no waiting on the self-serve side. The price was down to $3.15 per gallon, more than 30 cents lower altogether over recent weeks.
While we waited at Target for Nancy’s appointment time, we wandered about, getting in a few more steps, and also looked for another bathroom shelving unit to go over the toilet. The one we bought at Jerry’s not long after moving here is too flimsy. We did not have any luck at Target, but we found one on Amazon after getting home. It is supposed to arrive Thursday.
When we got home, we finished off the last of the delicious birthday pie. I immediately tried to think of a reason to ask Kathleen to make us another one, but she might do it if we simply ask politely.
For dinner we made a salad with some of the leftover Greek chicken. We chopped it into small pieces to make it easier to chew and threw in more feta cheese along with the lettuce and tomatoes. It went down easier than it did in bigger chunks yesterday.
I picked up Henry and went to men’s recovery meeting. The reading covered the topic of “thrill-seeking and adventure.” There was some good sharing, but I did not connect with the subject because I have not been one to seek thrills since getting into recovery. It’s not that life is boring, but I am not one who needs to sky dive or bungee jump to appreciate recovery.
After the meeting, Nancy and I streamed Colbert’s Monday night show, glad to be able to avoid the live debate between the presidential candidates this evening. We’ll get enough feedback on that from the usual media, including social. It’s not like we don’t know who we support. Then we wrapped up the evening with the newest episode of “Only Murders in the Building.”

Saturday Morning Coffee
Good morning from Charlottesville, Virginia! ☕️
So ends my week of relaxation. In the past I’d start becoming angry about how quickly my time off flew by. Not this week. I made the most of each day with some lazing about thrown in.
I managed to get some time to work on Stream for Mac and do a bunch of things around the house I’d put off for far too long. Today I plan on cleaning up Kim’s car and working on my dumpster bike. But I’m open to change.
Anywho, my coffee is ready. I hope you enjoy the links.

Nikki Haley got asked a straightforward question: “What was the cause of the United States’ Civil War?” She staggers back, stalls for time, and finally coughs up, I think the cause of the Civil War was basically how government was going to run.
This is one of the most pathetic things I’ve ever seen. Everyone, and I mean everyone, knows the Civil War was fought over slavery. So, either Nikki Haley is a racist piece of crap or extremely stupid. I don’t think she’s stupid.
This was the easiest of softball questions you could give a Presidential candidate and she failed miserably, that alone should disqualify her from holding office in any federal, state, or local government.
Of course she’s competing with the biggest asshole of all for the GOP nomination. Good luck with that, Ms. Haley.
Maybe this was part of her audition for the Vice Presidency? Gotta show the Orange Man how racist she really is to get the job. 🤬

Over 15 years ago, GitHub started as a Ruby on Rails application with a single MySQL database. Since then, GitHub has evolved its MySQL architecture to meet the scaling and resiliency needs of the platform—including building for high availability, implementing testing automation, and partitioning the data.
It’s wild to see how big services can become. GitHub — the company that centralized a decentralized version control system — has over 1,200 MySQL databases. That’s a metric crap ton.
It also seems strange given Microsoft has their own SQL Server offering continues to use MySQL, owned by Oracle. 🥴

Testogen Review 2023 update: Is Testogen Ingredients Legit and Worth it OR Scam?
Testogen is the safest way to increase testosterone naturally and it keeps the body fed with perfectly designed minerals, vitamins, and testosterone boosters that came from the natural source as opposed to the use of testosterone replacement therapy and anabolic steroids. Click Here to Buy Testogen
Testosterone is responsible for the physically active benefits and it's crucial for men in many ways. From your energy to virility and confidence, everything is managed by the testosterone hormone (with other compounds also involved). Testosterone deficiency is impossible to ignore because it's coupled with the deficiency of physical energy, male vitality, and brain functions. As men age, testosterone deficiency becomes more possible especially if you have been following an unhealthy diet plan with a sedentary lifestyle.
Lack of testosterone is also the reason for Gynecomastia, one of the most embarrassing conditions known to men. No man wants to have man boobs because it's humiliating and not healthy at all, testosterone does prevent the over-growth of pectoral muscles so they don’t look like female breasts. Low testosterone symptoms appear before diagnosis and there are a wide range of treatments.
Does Testogen Work?
Over-the-counter testosterone boosters like Testogen tend to work in men. Many Testogen amazon reviews and research-based articles and Testogen before and after results were published about the efficacy of natural testosterone boosters that are indeed effective to elevate the testosterone hormone following the right pituitary functioning. Testosterone mostly contains lab-tested and scientifically backed ingredients which makes it a safer alternative to many testosterone-targeting steroids like Sustanon.
According to TRT alternative Reddit, natural T-boosters work within 2-3 months by offering some life-changing benefits i.e. muscle bulk enhancement, energy boost, libido support, and overall maintained testosterone production.
Animal studies show that the main component in Testogen (D-Aspartic Acid) raises testosterone levels and its deficiency could trigger testosterone deficiency in males. People who take the daily dose of DAA tend to be more physically active and mentally agile which is probably because of maintained testosterone influx.
Testogen Ingredients - What makes Testogen the Right Testosterone Booster for Men?
Testogen is the best TRT alternative and what makes this possible is nothing but Testogen ingredients. Without an effective composition, the testosterone booster market has hundreds of Testosterone pills and supplements which have nothing but a few grams of protein and unverified compounds. Before buying them, do take a look at the ingredients label.
Testogen has many natural supplements to increase testosterone which came from the following sources.
1. D-Aspartic Acid
Every serving of Testogen provides 2,352 mg of D-Aspartic Acid; the compound regulates the influx of useful hormones in your body. DAA focuses mainly on testosterone production and makes sure its equal distribution is done to the brain and the body.
2. Magnesium
350 mg of Mg is recommended for adults, Testogen provides only 200 which is okay because there are many trace minerals available besides magnesium. The purpose of magnesium is to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Obesity is linked to testosterone deficiency and Testogen gives maximum support to treat high sugar levels.
3. Nettle Leaf
40mg Nettle extract is Testogen’s offering to its users so they get an effective touch of a natural substitute. Nettle leaf brings normal sugar levels with marked anti-inflammatory behavior in the muscles. This will prevent muscle rupture or fatigue during the workout session.
4. Korean Red Ginseng
With 40 mg Red Ginseng aphrodisiac effects, the supplement also tends to improve libido by augmenting testosterone hormone bars in the pituitary gland. Ginseng is a Chinese herb that in the latest scientific research has been dubbed effective for male virility.
5. Fenugreek
Another 40mg of fenugreek is added which is the famous testosyeorne booster online. You may see thousands of people searching for fenugreek benefits every day and most of them use it to gain high-powered stamina and endurance. Fenugreek is a testosterone booster but it also does other special acts such as lower cholesterol levels and breaking down estrogen hormone.
6. Vitamin D3
The daily recommended intake of Vitamin D3 is 400-800IU which is 15-20 micrograms. In Testogen, you will get 50mcg of Vitamin D3 which is famously effective for regulating bone health and strengthening the immune system against testosterone-reducing agents. In trials, Vitamin D3 improves body composition by improving muscle growth.
7. Vitamin K1
Vitamin K1 is an underrated but useful hormone for the regulation of blood clotting, bone building, and testosterone secretion from Leydig cells. The body makes testosterone more when the estrogen hormone is lowered; K1 makes sure these processes are running smoothly.
8. Vitamin B6
If you are buying Testogen with muscle building objective in mind, Vitamin B6 is helpful for muscle recovery, and it's available in the diet of bodybuilders and pro athletes. As an essential vitamin, B6 purpose is to rapidly convert food particles into pure energy.
9. Zinc
10 mg of Zinc serving makes Testogen an effective testosterone booster than most available in 2022. Zinc aid sperm production and folic acid availability which are two important factors to maintain testosterone influx in cells.
10. Boron
Healthline confirms boron improves the metabolism of free testosterone in your body and reduces the effects of aging. The decreased energy and weight gain is often the reason for Boron deficiency in the body. Testogen suffixes its regular dose that promotes muscle growth and reduces inflammation.
11. Bioperine
Nearly every testosterone booster or natural bodybuilding supplement on the market contains Bioperine. The compound improves the absorption of Testogen ingredients in general and it has other effects such as sex drive boost and anti-obesity results.
Testogen Side Effects
Testogen users never experienced unwanted or dangerous side effects. If you experience any effect uncalled for, you may file a complaint from the official site of MuscleClub which sells and markets Testogen through the online channel.
Where to Buy Testogen Online?
Better than the Amazon website and moreniche stores, Testogen the official website offers a safe and secure buying experience. It has also got some valuable information about the supplement which may urge your intellect to know the difference between a worthless and useful testosterone booster.
On their official website, the following pricing of Testogen is mentioned.
Testogen One Month Supply: $59.99
The first offer contains 120 capsules and 3 free gifts from the manufacturer. You can order this package and get a free shipping offer, a money-back guarantee, and secure packaging.
Testogen Three-Month Supply: $119.99
This is actually 2 month supply with 1 month's supply for free. We recommend buying this package because it’s at a lower price and gives you continuous supply for 3 months.
Testogen Five Months’ Supply: $179.99
Based on 1,800 reviews, this is the Most Popular and Best Results offer which gets you 5 bottles of Testogen (every bottle contains 120 capsules). This offer is best for men who have a pre-workout notion in their minds and are about to be on a prolonged bodybuilding cycle.
Final Conclusion - Is Testogen worth it?
For the best hormonal support and to improve certain masculine traits, the Testogen supplement is a far better choice than many T-Boosters especially TRT and Hormonal Replacement Therapy. Users of Testogen found the supplement effective for increasing the overall availability of free testosterone.
From building muscle mass to improving sex drive and physical performance, in 2023 most people buying Testogen are more than 40s and have been diagnosed with testosterone deficiency.
Whether you work out or not, Testogen results must appear because the testosterone levels increased. However, using Testogen with regular workouts and a testosterone-friendly diet is preferred for having the desired results. Buy Testogen from the original site to have a safe buying experience and for easily-available discounts.
