Bikini Body Workout: Booty Blast

So I have completed the 21 day booty blast. It has helped me tone up my legs, reduce my love handles slightly and shrunk my booty. Did I want it to shrink? Definitely not. Anyway, considering it is bodyweight exercises and you do it for three weeks, I’m surprised to see that it has had an effect, although not what I wanted. Maybe I did something wrong. I was hoping the part of my legs directly under my butt would tone up and give a look of more of a lift, but it hasn’t. Oh well....

Fun fact: I have arcanist headcanons, and they are headcanons I’ve legit just ported from Fire Emblem because they’re the exact same thing in that spells are essentially “code”.
