Who wants to come spend the week by the pool with me?? I am co-hosting a Self Love Yoga Retreat at @azureretreat in Turkey this July with my friend Donna of @curvesomeyoga. It's set to be a week of sun, sea, rest and relaxation in gorgeous private surroundings. We have the retreat all to ourselves for the week with its own pool. The week will include daily yoga sessions with Donna and tailor made @boostfit_classes for all bodies regardless of fitness level or ability. There are excursions planned to a local hammam and spa plus a day's boat trip. The cost for the trip is £700 and that includes accommodation, all vegetarian food for the week, yoga and BOOSTfit classes, airport transfers and excursions. The dates are from the 9th to the 16th July. @fullerfigurefullerbust and @curvesncurlsuk have run successful retreats at Azure so you can rest assured that this event will offer the same kind of opportunity to have a laugh, meet new people, relax and try new things in a safe and judgement-free zone. Being part of the @boostfit_classes family allows us to help give back to our local community. Both Mya @inspired.my and I have been part of the #boostfitfamily since day one and it is a real honour to have been able to celebrate it's success at the 3rd Birthday #BOOSTathon Every class we hold at #boostfitclasses gives back to the community. Our #BOOSTers nominate and vote for a local charity of the month, a percentage of each class fee is then donated to said charity. In addition to that we hold charity events throughout the year to raise money and awareness for many local causes. This is a huge part of being an instructor in my opinion and it really ties into my own desire to help others and give back to my local community. #BOOSTfit have been extremely pivotal in both our #pageantjourneys and we are grateful to have them in our #sponsorteams. I also had the pleasure of allowing our guests to experience @boostfit_classes. I taught daily 25 minute #BOOSTBursts comprising of a track from each of the sections of a traditional #BOOSTfit class and on the last full day of the retreat the ladies took part in a full hour's class. For some of these ladies they had never done anything like this before and it was so fantastic to see their smiling faces enjoying the class and taking each session completely at their own pace. The journey to #selflove is so important and exercise can play a crucial part of instilling confidence and self worth. #BOOSTFit has been designed to look after not only your body but to care for your mental health needs too so it was a perfect fit to be able to share a little #BOOST with these ladies too.
