I think it’s funny how much better this one is compared to the last one haha. The power of taking your time on something.

Birthday gifts ♡

So, in 9 days, I'll be turning 31 (gasp), and my dear friend @crystalwolfblog already sent me a package filled with goodies!

Here's what I received!

three beautiful handmade bookmarks painted with acrylics:

a small Bakugo portrait on a flexible canvas, a lovely birthday card featuring Dabi, a cute hamster plushie (I named her Ayame after my MHA oc!)

three glass paintings - 2x Dabi and my beloved Douma

And let's not forget about all the sweets included in the package!

I'm incredibly grateful, and the gift truly moved me. I've always believed, and still do, that handmade items are much more precious than things we can simply buy ♡

Side note: Bakugo already accepted the new family member ☺️

Tell us about the paintings! I'm looking for new artwork rn and it feels like a little gift from the universe you're releasing new works soon :)

That's so sweet, thank you for asking! This collection is called Celestial Gardens. I've been experimenting with abstract paintings lately, I began by just filling the pages with colors, shapes and motifs that felt natural to me. After some trials I discovered that they remind me of a garden on another planet, so I chose this to be the main theme of this collection. There are florals that look almost like on Earth, sea-life inspirations, a lot of celestial details and stars, pastel colors and lots of shiny paints that give them an otherworldly look. I haven't taken proper pictures yet, but here you can see some details of one of the paintings when I put the shiny bits against a suncatcher light. I love creating these magical, almost alive paintings that show different details only when you look at them in a certain lighting. This painting is called The Portal. There will be 8 original artworks in this collection and no prints. I also posted a sneak-peek here. I hope this will be something you'll enjoy! ✨
