journaling (have been looking up once more my current personal year themes and topics)

reading Haunting Adeline

household chores

working on book design for about 2-3 hours

workout & yoga (had a little solo dance party as well)

cooked dinner

heading to bed early, still recovering from having been ill but am actually feeling really good as of late.

grateful for every new day, for with it comes a new opportunity to take another step into a better life that i am crafting with my own two hands. bisous

On that “how many books have you read” poll, I see a lot of responders being embarrassed they’ve only read a single digit amount of books. As if their book count makes them inferior to those who’s is higher.

Just remember, if you read any books you’re a star! Seriously! Be proud of what you have accomplished and don’t compare it to what others have done. And if you’re a reader going through a slump who just can’t bring themselves to pick up a book at the moment, for whatever reason, I see you and you count too.

No, books, one book or a thousand books- you can still say reading is a hobby and make it a huge part of your personality (if that’s your thing), no matter the count and the number in your read pile does not equate to worth or intelligence.

For my Clexa readers, this story began 14 years ago as Lexa has left you a comment. In this book, our MC is a fan fiction writer! And the other MC is a commenting troll. As someone who has been writing clexa fanfic for so long, I have always appreciated the support of this community. I learned to write because of this community and I could really use your support on getting Paramour Promise out there. For those that don’t know, each of my stories is a book in the Collection of Colorful Choices. The basketball book so many of you were waiting for will be out in October. Late in Life will hit shelves at Thanksgiving. New years will bring our billionaire and bartender to the page. And yes, Simply Simping is the blue book. I’m so excited to continue sharing the Collection of Colorful choices early stories with you. I am asking for your help in passing Paramour Promise to people you think can help me get through the publishing stage. :)

My top reads of 2024. 💐☕️ I read a lot of quality romance books this year... with only a few duds per my goodreads ratings and book reviews with the worst being a LJ Shen book... and these are top of the stack for the novels I was most captivated by in 2024.

I read 94 new romance books (my goal was 80) thus I am pleased how that turned out. Going to have 80 as my goal for 2025 as well. 👱🏽‍♀️ 📚
