✨I was sent another book too but I’ll be featuring that one in a few days from now.

✨ Actually there will be a few book features this week so please bear in mind and I will try to add some book reviews this week. I just need to still take some new photos (or maybe reuse some?) and edit. So, there may be double posts from me. ☺️

✨Let’s talk about Just Morning by Joyce Chua. I am hoping to get around to it very soon since my mood has been struggling lately and I can barely concentrate on reading. But this sounds really good.

✨Just Morning is marketed as for fans of Letters to the Lost by Brigid Kemmerer and You Reached Sam by Dustin Thao.

✨We meet our FMC Lexi who feels like she has met her soulmate but the problem is: he doesn’t even know who she is and she technically doesn’t know him either. He goes by the name Night and is an elusive street artist. Lexi ends up in a coma following a car accident and finds herself wandering Night’s paintings and his childhood memories. Then, there is Christopher who keeps having these dreams with a free-spirted girl name Lexi. Fate brings them together when Christopher’s dad plans to take over the land of Lexi’s fathers inn and Chris has to face the decision of staying loyal to his father or helping Lexi return back to her life.

✨Until Morning is around 250ish pages and came out on September 12th. I think this will be a fast, emotional read and I’ll update everyone once I get around to reading it.

I’m standing in the corner, or one of several, I am naked and looking over I can see Lucy in another corner. Our worlds changed from that day onward and it had culminated in me kissing her. Why? I didn’t know why or what to expect, but my actions this morning had brought me back later when her car pulled up. I wore a short tight-fitting dress and nothing else whatsoever underneath and now, hours later I was standing naked in her bedroom awaiting her attention.

‘I prefer you didn’t, do you mind? We can catchup tomorrow, besides Lucy has a little task to perform.’ I’d forgotten the shaving. I wondered about the wisdom of doing that. I loved my little red bush. I sensed tension in the room, possibly one borne out of fear. I didn’t know what was going to happen but I sensed there was a score to settle. I didn’t want to sit in the middle of something only two out of our trio could resolve so I got up, made my excuses, and went upstairs to dress.

I will admit I just barely started Hollow this week, and I've been slowly reading it. It's been a very long and stressful week-well it's been a long few weeks with stress of work and getting sick and better than repeating.

So, with the bit of Hollowed, I got to say this is an awesome premise and definitely a great book to read in October. I love the mental health rep a lot. Katrina does experience anxiety, and I just love the coping skills that she uses in the book. I am really enjoying the writing and the fast pace of this book. I know nothing about Sleepy Hollow since this is a retelling, so I can not comment on that.

I'll most likely make a more in depth review when I finish this book, but I would like to thank: authorjessicataylor and bookofmatchesmedia for allowing me to read this book and share my thoughts with you all.
