izuku headcanon post war (izuku still has some parts of his quirk!!)

i headcanon that izuku has nightmares about katsuki dying A LOT after the war. everytime izuku has a really bad dream about it, more often than not you’d see streams of lightening. katsuki would have to spoon him, rub him and comfort him in order to soothe him and remind him that he’s there and certainly not going anywhere. most of the time it works but there was this one particular incident were the dream was so vivid that izuku accidentally manifested blackwhip and it had wrapped him like a cocoon, suffocating him. katsuki was scared shitless that night abandoning all rationale and ran to wake up aizawa, tears flooding, barely comprehensive begging him to erase izuku’s quirk. izuku had woke up in cold sweat and the moment he saw katsuki, aizawa and the rest of class A hovering behind katsuki dorm room, izuku had cried apologises to everybody he’d woken up and felt so unbelievably guilty.

(should i adapt this into an angst+fluff fic?)
