It's been so fun blocking blogs that are crying "hinduphobia" on here. I'm glad y'all learnt how to pretend to be the victim and cry wolf all the time.
But it has been simultaneously exhausting and I'm fucking done with these assholes as well. Nobody is out to get you. But the people you're putting in power sure are trying to get others killed. Hindutva is a dirty word because of people like you.

not to get all 'anti-theist' on my blog, but the way some fuckers on this site really act as if there's some perfect religion and all other ones are the absolute worst is absolutely delusional and downright stupid.
There is no fucking perfect religion.
Every religion has atrocities attached to its followers and texts. Racism, sexism, homophobia, casteism, classism, antisemitism, islamophobia and every other bigotry that you can think of will apply to at least one religion. No religion is clean. Stop fucking pretend as if there's some cheat code in a religion that makes it better than everything else.
(fair warning, if i see anyone use this post to be hateful towards any religion, especially islam and judaism because i know that you fuckers will try, i will report you. this post is not to diss any religion, but merely to criticize people who believe that one religion is the best and every other religion is horrible. if you see anyone use this post to harm anyone, report them)

Chhattisgarh Congress is facing internal discord over the Mekahara Government Hospital project. Senior leader T.S. Singh Deo praised the ongoing developments, acknowledging the groundwork laid during the Congress tenure. However, state president Deepak Baij criticized the hospital as "ailing," citing shortages of basic medicines. This disagreement highlights divisions within the party and has been noted by the BJP, which views it as evidence of Congress's internal contradictions.
Integrating digital solutions like One Health Assist (OHA) can further enhance these efforts by securely managing health records, streamlining operations, and fostering innovation for a sustainable and efficient healthcare system.

Heyy I saw some posts about the India health crisis bit I'm confused as to what actually happened could you please explain?
Hii, yes of course!
So officially India has the world's second worst covid-19 outbreak. unofficially,it's almost certainly the worst.
Total cases we have had : 15 million
Active cases : 1.6 million
No. of cases/day : 200k+
And the hospitals are running out of bed. They have had to accommodate three people in one bed. wanna see a glimpse?

The dead people have it worst. They are waiting to be cremated because India is running out of cemeteries as well. Even garbage vans are being used to carry the dead bodies to the cremation ground.
while all this is happening, close to 3 million devotees are taking part in religious festival of kumbh mela and the BJP govt has done nothing to stop it. this is the same govt whose mouthpiece channels called it corona jihad when 3-4 thousand muslims had gathered last year before lockdown was announced and when govt had denied that covid is a health emergency. How ironic is it that Modi tweeted today calling Kumbh symbolic because it shows the devotion and that it will strengthen the fight against the virus???

They had one whole fucking year to prepare for this. yet they didn't. they knew the severity of the issue. they knew how people suffered. today we're short of vaccines, ventilators, hospitals, beds and cemeteries ffs. Modi on one hand, blames people for being careless but in the evening he goes and attends rallies with lakhs in attendance while beaming with joy saying," oh wherever I look,I see people"
they are refusing to stop kumbh mela. thousands have already tested positive from whatever number of people they tested. Kumbh visitors are gonna go back and risk infecting more. shit is gonna get worse. but unfortunately, this time they can't scapegoat muslims and blame it on them. and also not only kumbh, people all over India don't care at all. so little common sense or any sense of self preservation.

Ok so I come bearing bad news.
The farmers protest, now raging on for 10 months, was heading to protest in Karnal in opposition to a BJP meet there. On the way, they were mercilessly beaten by the Haryana Police. For those of you who don't know, Haryana is a BJP state. For those of you who still don't know, BJP had passed capitalistic, disgustingly colonial-era-resembling laws last year in November, which snatches power and financial autonomy from the farmer and instead serves it on a platter to the corporate sector. 42.6% of all Indians, or approximately 554 million Indians, are working in agriculture. Farmers all over India, though it is especially farmers from North India and Punjab who're getting coverage (Northern Plains are often called the "Granary of India" and have high population density), have been protesting against the govt and it's laws for the past ten months. They've endured poisonous propaganda, police brutality, flooded roads, scorching summers, harsh winters, even suicides, in these past ten months. And yet the BJP refuses to back down and instead choses violence.
This is sickening. This is setting my blood on fire. This makes me want to just shoot all BJP members in the head.
The Brits beat up our farmers and our patriots mercilessly when they protested. The BJP also beats up our farmers and our patriots when they protest.
This is not the first instance of police brutality in India. The cases are increasing at a frightening rate since the past few years, especially under the second term of the fascist BJP. The CAA protests, the Hathras protests and the farmer protests, to name a few, are instances wherein the police has blatantly shown that they live to lick the ass of the BJP.
If you're staying silent on the farmer's protests. If you're staying silent on police brutality in India. If you're staying silent on the BJP's atrocities. If you're "neutral" or "support Modi but not the BJP" or whatever half cooked bullshit lie you have, fuck you and please don't ever talk to me again.
Just. Fuck it all.

And can I just say that it's beyond cowardly to use "It's my culture" as an excuse for shitty behaviour? First off, cultures evolve. Just like people do. Second off, everyone in the community isn't homophobic OR misogynistic even if it suits someone's agenda to pretend they are. If someone wants to espouse terrible values, that's on them. They have no business throwing everyone else under the bus with them.
#personal#rant tw#kuwait#india#poc problems#and this attitude isn't reserved to just Muslims btw no matter how much certain 'progressive' Islamophobes like to pretend that is the case#one only has to look at the reaction that one MP BJP politician had to that Dabur ad#and propped up and echoed by many BJP supporters#the truth is#far righters have more in common than not#across communities/borders#even if they support leftists/liberals if they move abroad because suddenly THEY are on the receiving end of similar oppression#basically#some people are raving hypocrites#indian politics#world politics

If anyone wants to know exactly what's going on in India:
excerpts (please read the whole thing):
..Kashmiris greeted Modi’s decision with protests, claiming that his real goal was to inundate the state with Hindu settlers. After the initial tumult subsided, though, the Times of Indiaand other major newspapers began claiming that a majority of Kashmiris quietly supported Modi—they were just too frightened of militants to say so aloud. Television reporters, newly arrived from Delhi, set up cameras on the picturesque shoreline of Dal Lake and dutifully repeated the government’s line.
As the reports cycled through the news, the journalist Rana Ayyub told me over the phone that she was heading to Kashmir.
...Mobs of Hindus prowled the streets, yelling, “Take revenge and slaughter the Muslims!” According to eyewitnesses, rioters cut open the bellies of pregnant women and killed their babies; others gang-raped women and girls. In at least one instance, a Muslim boy was forced to drink kerosene and swallow a lighted match. Ehsan Jafri, an elderly Congress Party politician, was paraded naked and then dismembered and burned.
...We rode in silence for a while. I suggested that maybe it was time for her to leave India—that Muslims didn’t have a future there. But Ayyub was going through a notebook. “I’m not leaving,” she said. “I have to stay. I’m going to write all this down and tell everyone what happened.”

I am so fucking enraged. The person who endorsed state sponsored attacks on journalists and justified it by calling said journalists 'anti-nationals' and threats to the nation felt confident enough to cry out 'curbing the Freedom of Expression!' and 'silencing journalists' at his own arrest.
Where was this advocacy for Freedom of Expression when other journalists were being attacked, you fucking douchebag!
Also, the RW did not disappoint. At all. Lets take a look at some of the tweets :)
And the irony once again takes me by surprise. Honestly i should just be used to it by now. Satan and his fallen angels have more dignity than all of these clowns combined.
So, Arnav Goswami was arrested today. I'm still trying to process it but okay
