“Low Spoon” witchcraft doesn’t exist.
This is a post for all my disabled siblings. (But it applies to broke or low-income siblings as well.)
By the way, you heard me. What does exist is capitalism, consumerism and scarcity, all things that don’t belong to witchcraft. Witches in the past were mostly poor, unprivileged and unhealthy individuals with just one skill: knowledge. Yes, for today’s americentric standards they’d have been called “low-spoons practitioners”.
No fancy candles? No cauldron? Just one heavily used tarot deck?
Yes, no fancy candles Susan, you can keep those paraffin toxins to yourself.
Cauldron, Deborah? I have no money to waste for your pinterest aesthetics. We cook in this house, I can simply use a kitchen pot.
Mais oui Elizabeth, just one old tarot deck. It’s used my dear Elizabeth, you know… that’s something that happens when you actually use… tarot instead of purchasing 15 decks, then ending up using just one or two of them and leaving the other 13 to collect dust and resentment towards you.
*Sigh*
This is all to say, witchcraft doesn’t need a 9-steps process to be achieved. Calling it “low-spoons” practice just means “high spoons” practice is the norm. It is not. Most importantly, it never was. You don’t need 30 specific crystals to perform a spell, you don’t even need one most of the times.
— Addition: If you fit into the “Low Spoons” type of witch and you noticed that your spells or rituals don’t work, then let me share one of the possible reasons why they fail: you followed a “low spoons” recipe or spell preparation, consciously or unconsciously gave the title “too much power” (your subconscious registered your spell as something lesser than a proper ceremony) and any energy that you and the ingredients released just plopped like a pudding on the floor.
Branding something as “lesser” in spirituality can lead to two results: failure or high delays. Yes, the herbs you use still have, nourish and release power, but without YOUR faith, their power alone can do so much; in most cases, your subconscious skepticism rejects your desired manifestation leading to a delayed or completely failed magickal attempt.

bread bites —bf!jeongin thoughts.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/N: the bf!thoughts series is finished! I’m so happy I could finish it. I had so much fun coming up with these lil scenarios. Feel free to check them all out, they’re all linked in my masterlist!
(ps: he’s just ethereally beautiful. Like. I can’t.)
jeongin, who hasn’t realized just yet the little habit that he picked up because of you.
jeongin, who’s known to be quite shy and not too fond of long, dramatic skinship.
jeongin, who falls helplessly in love with you, and sheepishly struggles, not knowing how to show it through actions.
jeongin, who one day was cooking with you an easy pasta recipe for lunch, and feels a dented shape graze his shoulder.
jeongin, who blushes, equally confused and flustered, because, well, you quite literally just bit him.
jeongin, who one day finds himself sheepishly biting your finger when you lovingly —and teasingly— stroke his cheeks like the smol smol baby he is.
jeongin, who goes absolutely bananas the moment he bites your cheek.
jeongin, who can feel you blush in the midst of pecks and kisses he gives you between soft bites.
jeongin, who has to tackle you to the couch as you giggle and squirm in his hold. “Jagi, your breath stinks!” You let out jokingly, faking disgusted sounds as you laugh.
jeongin, who tenderly grazes your soft and plush and so so cute cheekies with his teeth, careful not to bite too hard.
jeongin, who can bluntly start chasing you around the house just to bite your cheek. “C’mon! Don’t you love me, yeobo?!” He’d chant dramatically with loud cackles behind.
jeongin, who engulfes you in a bear hug. “That’s right. Right where I wanted you,” he snickers as he mimics shark-like bites, sound effects included as you giggle and squirm again, not actually trying to escape.
jeongin, who at first struggled to show you love, but now makes sure to let you know gently.
…nom nom nom <3
~Kats, who’s sick with an extreme case of cuteness agression because: nom nom nom.

Cheek biting – Types, Causes, Side effects and Treatments
Do you know? This is a self-destructive habit because it causes oral tissue damage and jeopardizes your dental health. Many children, teenagers, and adults have major dental health difficulties as a result of persistent cheek biting and chewing, which begins in late maturity and continues throughout life.
Continue reading to learn more about its negative implications and how to break this dangerous habit.
Types of cheek biting
The cheek biting habit is categorized into five categories, as follows:
Accidental cheek biting
Regular accidental cheek biting
Cheek biting while asleep
Habitual Cheek biting
Chronic Cheek biting
What are the hazardous effects of chronic cheek biting?
To put it simply, cheek biting can be caused by stress, ill-fitting dental appliances, tooth misalignment, jaw difficulties, or as a response habit. Whatever the source, cheek biters inflict damage to their mouth tissues, which can lead to major health complications. The common side effects are:
In general, cheek biters favor the inner cheeks. Constant biting would damage the skin on that precise location, leaving it lighter and smoother than the surrounding tissues.
As the skin softens as a result of repeated biting, the underlying tissues are more vulnerable to harm, causing mouth ulcers.
Chronic cheek biting can also cause soft tissue erosion.
How can I stop biting my inner cheeks?
Cheek biters are unaware of their stress-related habit. Fortunately, this issue can be addressed, and therapeutic alternatives exist to help break this habit.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and commitment therapy
Dialectical behavioral therapy, or DBT
Comprehensive behavioral treatment
Habit reversal training
Inner cheek biting is a self-injury habit that is usually caused by depression. Meanwhile, dental alignment issues cause one to bite their cheeks on occasion. If not handled on time, it will have a negative impact on our health. Once the triggers have been recognized, it is possible to break this habit using the appropriate treatments and practices.
