Finally.... After almost 2 months! YAY!!!

At July they found tumor from my liver, took enough time to have MRI and other stuff, I was stressing like no tomorrow because some idiot comments nurse made at tummy ultrasound. Anyhow, good kind , very small. All ok. I can finally stop stressing again. And play, even o.O

Did you know you can make sims look in a specific direction whilst they're posed?

Hit shift+tab to enter first person mode

Aim the camera where you want your sim to look (make sure your game isn't paused otherwise the sim won't move - you can press 1 in first person mode to set time running)

Hit pause (by pressing P)

Hit shift+tab again to exit first person mode

Voila! Your sim is now looking in the direction you pointed 'em!

A neat little cheat to get multiple uses from the same pose! 🤸‍♀️

Top surgery - RFF Phalloplasty - Hysterectomy

I've wanted phalloplasty scars in the sims4 for eons now as a few of my OCs (pictured above) have had bottom surgery, but no one had made any yet, so I decided to make my own.

I ended up going all out and also making a set of hysterectomy and top surgery scars to match the style of my phalloplasty scars.

This is my first ever cc!! So if anyone has tips or tricks or really useful tutorials pls send them over I'm very fresh to all this.

I've tried to make them all be Maxis Match and Base Game accessible!

God forbid a cast of characters be multifaceted and have actual flaws and unpleasant aspects other than "grr angsty hero" and "whoops i'm so clumsy". Sometimes character dynamics and arcs need to be prioritized above "who would i personally be niceys with irl"

Fewer Visitors on Community Lots

I've thought this little BCON tuning is too low effort to share but recently @grilledcheese-aspiration was looking for something like this and then reported that using this mod made a larger community lot of theirs more stable to play, so. Maybe it would be useful for others, too?

If this aspect is unmodded, when you visit a community lot the game summons 3–8 non-playable sims to populate the lot with, the maximum number depending on the time of the day.

With this tuning mod, there will be only 1–3 sims instead. The cap doesn't affect OFB businesses or how many playable sims you can bring to community lots.

Download (SFS) (alternate)

Conflicts with other mods that edit the BCON Avg. Lot Populations (of Townies). If you want to tune the cap it's easy, just open the mod with SimPe and adjust the numbers.

I recommend combining this tuning with this mod by @belladovah that makes the game only populate community lots after your playable sims have arrived.

✮ Portia was born and raised in Evergeen Harbor, an industrial port town known for it's huge import/export businesses and even more so - it's heavily polluted environment especially at the shores of the sickly brown-ish sea. The early death of Portia's mother directly caused by the affects the bad air had on her health has instilled somewhat of a love-hate relationship towards Evergreen Harbor into the then 8 year old girl.

✮ Her father tried his best to raise his daughter by himself but despite his long working hours in a local shipyard the money was barely enough for them to survive, the possibilty of moving away far out of reach.

✮ Early in her youth she found her talent and passion for skateboarding, winning many prizes in junior competitions all over the country. After barley graduating from highschool (some ppl just aren't made for the educational system lol) she became a promising professional and quickly made a name for herself in the skating community all over the world. Her biggest successes were two back-to-back street skateboard world championship titles and several self-invented tricks where named after her. Life was good for Portia not only professionally but personally too after meeting Davide Montez who became not only her manager but als her husband.

✮ Sadly, as the saying goes though - nothing lasts forever and about a year ago, Portia found herself forced to retire from competing professionally because growing up in the bad environment of Evergreen Harbor finally started to catch up with her own health. Her retirement caused her marriage to suffer as well and soon after she announced the end of her career as a professional, Davide called it quits and they agreed to divorce on good terms.

✮ Now with her financial stability and free time to pursue new things, Portia took the chance and applied for the bachelor challenge to win Jackson Roth's heart. This is mostly thanks to her friends pressuring her to try after catching her gawking at one of the billboards with Jackson's photo on it (i mean HELLO?! he's hawt! °-° she just... doesn't like the music lol). Portia is (somewhat) ready for a new adventure and maybe, just maybe she'll find love again! <3

Part of him hoped his father wouldn’t wake, but he was a notoriously light sleeper so the chances were slim. Sure enough, Oscar stirred, sleepily wrapping an arm around his son with a cosy hum] Oscar: Mmh-.. what time is it? Robin: I don’t know. Oscar: Late, then… [Robin shrugged a shoulder, the steady rhythm of his father’s heartbeat soothing his frayed nerves; he wished they could just stay like this forever-.. Oscar’s breathing softened as he threatened to drift off again though, reminding Robin why he’d clambered out of bed in the first place] Robin: Papa.. can I ask you something? Oscar: Anything. [Robin held his breath, readying himself for the inevitable barrage of Oscar’s unpleasant memories] Robin: Can you tell me the truth about what Larry said? I asked grandma, but she made me promise I’d ask you too-.. that you’d explain it better than her. Oscar: Is that what you’ve been thinking about this whole time? Robin: I don’t want you to die again… Oscar: I’m not going anywhere, I promise. Robin: You can’t exactly promise something like that. Oscar: I promise I’ll try my best not to, then. I think you’re as bad as me for bottling stuff up, but it’s so important to talk about things n’ let people help, ‘cause otherwise you’ll just end up finding unhealthy ways to cope instead. Robin: So, it happened by accident? Oscar: Yeah-.. it was pretty scary, to be honest. Robin: But it definitely wasn’t on purpose? Oscar: Sometimes I figured it’d be easier, but I didn’t want to die, no. Robin: I don’t want you to either, not ever. Oscar: It’s normal to be frightened of losing the people you love. Robin: Really? Oscar: Yeah-.. I used to worry about my grandad dying when I was your age. Sometimes it’d randomly pop into my head and I’d wonder what I’d do without him n’ get all pissy with everyone ‘til I could be alone, then I’d cry about it. Said I was gonna redo Iris' room since I deleted the last one LoL. And I think I'm happy with it. Gonna do her dorm room as well in the near future..but I think it's gonna be like an exact copy of this.

Side note: If you have NO idea about who this Iris character is..welll. She's gonna be the main character of a voice over series I've been working on for over a year now..soo yeahhhhh

I luvvvv making the characters for resonance, it's fun to try out diff styles cause its set in college hehehe.

Mixing him with chemicals and exposing him to extreme temperatures back and forth to weaken his cell membrane and extract his DNA. Running him through 26 PCR cycles. Cutting him up with restriction enzymes. Running him through a gel electrophoresis to see how long each piece of DNA is
