Sims 4 Phalloplasty Scar Pack!

I had originally created phallo scars (back then limited to RFF and ALT) for personal use in 2023, but i knew eventually i wanted to upload them since there is so little custom content for trans sims & simmers.

I decided to redraw them aswell as adding more types of phallo scars since ive educated myself a lot more on the process of phalloplasty since i first made them. Ive also thrown in edits of some basegame tattoo sleeves for fun, since ive seen a lot of people have tattooed graft sites.

And incase youre wondering, the tat *does* transfer if you have wicked whims installed.

Pride Thigh High Socks

I finally decided to do some pride CC this year!! I started a bit late and had some technical issues so please forgive the late upload, but I’m pretty excited to finally post something for pride! This is the biggest CC project I’ve done thus far and I would love to do more in the years to come! this was mostly a warmup to see if I’ve learned enough to make more CC for the public and I’m very pleased with myself!

I made sure at the very least the first word of every flag is visible over the swatch bar! I have very poor memory so I figured it’d be useful.

I will note some flags [specifically the unlabeled flags] are a bit hard to see, I decided to leave them as is since I don’t feel comfortable altering the colors of the original flags, I’m sorry about that. There are also a few with very compressed symbols, I tried fixing it but I couldn’t figure it out. Hopefully it isn’t too bad :\

I have to give a gigantic shoutout to my partner @yeehaww-sims for not only the insane amount of resources they shared with me to be able to do this, but their incredible help and advice along the way! If it weren’t for them this wouldn’t have happened.

I may do requests for these after pride ends, this was a massive undertaking and my first time making something this big. I would like a break until after pride, but please feel free to drop an ask! If I get enough I may do a huge request dump in the future.

Top surgery - RFF Phalloplasty - Hysterectomy

I've wanted phalloplasty scars in the sims4 for eons now as a few of my OCs (pictured above) have had bottom surgery, but no one had made any yet, so I decided to make my own.

I ended up going all out and also making a set of hysterectomy and top surgery scars to match the style of my phalloplasty scars.

This is my first ever cc!! So if anyone has tips or tricks or really useful tutorials pls send them over I'm very fresh to all this.

I've tried to make them all be Maxis Match and Base Game accessible!

glitches appearing: the stomach will appear wider (the sim can't wear high-waist pants) and overbuild shoulder and neck muscles. As the clothing uses the male built (to flatten the chest) this glitch is unfortunately unavoidable:( (At least i don't know how to fix it)

I love the strip lights from High School Years, but I was always like "why is there no rainbow option?!?" Obviously I had to fix that! Introducing: GAYmer Lights!

These still function as normal lights, but as you can see, changing the colour will affect how rainbow-like the strip itself looks (the purple actually makes it look like bisexual lighting :D happy accident?)

Please excuse my use of the backrooms in the photos, but it was the best way of showing them off...
