It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!

Taking hrt is something presented as simple easy and safe and generally it is but there is a certain risk when reducing hormones without giving enough to keep the body healthy. I experienced this and i would never want to scare anyone away from starting hrt, everyone i see is doing amazing and so happy with their changes and i am so happy for them

But im scared for myself and im hurt and im tired and i want to share this cause,, idk why i just need it out of my head i need to not feel so alone with this

High dose Tblockers and low dose Estrogen can and will cause many side effects, two key ones being menopause and osteoperosis. I experienced the first for about a month and it was hell and its still unclear if i have the second but if i do its basically permanent.

I was put on this dose cause uk doctors are fucking useless and hostile to trans people. I was lucky i questioned it early, i was collapsing from exhaustion just from getting up to spend time with my boyfriend to the point of aggravating him with how tired i always was. I barely made it through november before i just stopped functioning altogether.

Im trying now im really trying but im scared im broken. I have more work to do for trans people ill be running an exhibition in march for trans day of visibility and something else for pride. I want to help people be okay but im not okay myself im scared im so scared and tired

Im scared i might have lost control of this body, that ill never look how i want, that even if i do ill be stuck unable to do what i want, some days im still scared to move im scared im not enough like this if its permanent if all i ever get from hrt is side effects im deeply envious that i cant be like those other trans girls and im hurt i almost dont want to share this cause i want to grab every trans person and hold them tight and tell them go take hrt go live happily its worth it but my hearts not there im not the right person to tell them that anymore.

Hi! I've been mutuals with amal for a couple of weeks now and her campaign is starting to stagnate.

She's like my own sister in a lot of ways. Smart, kind, well spoken, and 26 years old studying for her masters degree. But instead of getting to pursue her passions, her university was destroyed and she has to focus on the survival of herself and 20 other family members while also bearing the weight of massacres she's witnessed.

Considering I've amassed a big following over the years, it's only right to expose her campaign to more eyes to help Amal, her husband, one year old daughter and extended family stay warm, fed and as healthy as feasibly possible during an ongoing genocide.

Currently she's residing in her uncle's tent since hers was washed into the ocean last month. A new tent alone costs four thousand dollars USD, which is especially hard to come by when you have no income and food is just as expensive. Everybody, including Amal, deserves a place to call their own. Somewhere they can have room to stretch and privacy to study, even if it's just a tent. I hope one day they can move back into a house and give their daughter a peaceful childhood like every kid deserves, but in the meantime @amalashuor needs aid now.
