The short answer is: unlikely but not impossible.
Scientists have intentionally and successfully revived 45 thousand year old nematodes simply by placing them in warm water. (Source)
The odds that any random parasite from tens or hundreds of thousands of years ago be compatible with a human host is quite small, but never zero.
To speculate, we’ve seen how diseases that leap cross-species can, occasionally, be much deadlier than expected; I would predict that diseases and parasites that manage to make the temporal leap would have similar calculus.
In other words: it is rare but possible for ancient diseases or parasites to be revived and transmitted in a glass of water, and they might be even deadlier to us than they were to their original hosts in their day.
Sweet dreams!
