Le lendemain matin, le bus de la classe arrive devant la Tour Avengers. Tout le monde descend existé de rencontrer les Avengers surtout après les belles histoires de Lila. Dont sa dernière où elle est là fille de Tony.

« Tu nous présenteras les Avengers, Lila .

- Bien sûr, Lila ! Les élèves rentrent dans la bâtisse.

- Je peux répondre à cette question, sur tout. Elle n'a jamais dit la vérité ! Ma fille a essayé de vous prévenir, vous n'avez pas voulu la croire. Maintenant vous l'avez tous perdu ! 

Tony leur fait visiter la tour. Après trois heures, la classe est de retour à l'hôtel.Alya repense à la rencontre avec Marinette à la tour. Si Marinette avait dit la vérité depuis le début et qu'elle n'est pas la brute. Alors c'est elle la brute depuis le début ?

Le reste de la classe a la même réflexion qu'Alya à l'exception de Lila qui elle se fera toute petite lors du reste du voyage. La classe se demande s'ils ont vraiment perdu Marinette.

J'embarque dans le jet privé de mon père avec Chloé. Lila a fait une crise déclarant que cela n'est pas normal que Chlo et moi montions dans un jet privé alors qu'elle avec ses acouphènes, elle monte dans la classe économique.Nous l'avons ignoré et nous sommes montés dans le jet. Après huit heures de vol, nous arrivons enfin à New York.

Après avoir passé les douanes, une limousine nous attend. Je souris, je suis enfin chez moi et à la fin du voyage je resterai à New York vivre avec mon père. Encore deux semaines à les supporter et ensuite je serai libre. Et à la rentrée prochaine je ferai des cours à distance la mode, seul tout ce qui est pratique je devrais participer à mes cours.

« Comment s'est déroulé votre voyage Miss Marinette ?

- Très bien merci Happy ! J'ai juste hâte d'être à la maison ! J'espère que mon père n'a pas trop causé trop de problèmes ? Je le connais assez pour savoir quand il a appris pour ce qui se passait dans ma classe, il aurait volé en une seconde à Paris pour leur donner des leçons !

- Il le voulait, mais le reste des Avengers l'a empêché. Maintenant que vous êtes ici, elle risque de les avoir.

Je finis de saluer tous les Avengers. J'emmène Chlo dans ma chambre que nous partageons pour son séjour.J'étais contente d'être de retour chez moi après un an loin de la maison. J'ai peut-être une famille un peu folle sur les bords. Je l'aime comme elle est et je ne la changerai pas pour rien au monde.

Giving a complicated tragic childhood backstory to your favorite character is all fun and games, until you realize you need to account for how old all the other adult characters would have been at the time and realize that scenes that would work perfectly if one character was twenty three and the other was fourteen stop working when you need other characters who are played by adult actors clearly younger than they are to be in college at the same time so your story beats line up thematically.

My favorite thing about Tumblr polls is that I can use them to quell my internal debating by putting the majority of my decision-making process on literally anyone else.

I've started a Bio Dad AU that involves a good bit of backstory and a lot of twisty turns that have required me to do a lot of plotting. It's getting really convoluted at this point, and I'm thinking I would really like to make it a No Powers AU as well. But I also feel bad about leaving out the powers (Even though I ADORE reading No Power AUs!)
