A piezoelectric bimorph is a specialized bending actuator or sensor comprised of two bonded piezoelectric ceramic layers separated by an inner passive layer. When subjected to an electric field, one ceramic layer expands while the other contracts due to the converse piezoelectric effect, causing the composite to bend. This bending motion can be harnessed for precision actuation and vibration control applications.

The central passive layer, typically made of a metal or polymer, provides mechanical support and prevents electrical shorting between the two active piezo layers. Oh sorry dude sunscreen wasn't invented back then and the sun here in Greece is unbearable especially during summer, what color do you want us to have, the "whitest" like the British and Swedish whose sun almost never reachs them??
I swear because we are in the middle of Europe people can assume anything they want 😅
Fun fact for them, Greeks legitimately go through a bimorphic process every year: often a Greek does not look like the same person in winter and in summer 😂
But they should also see what North European tourists look like after 3 days in Greece in summer 😂 They change much more rapidly than we do because they are not used to such conditions at all. You haven’t had peak summer if you haven’t seen a roasted brown-pink Norwegian with a bare back covered in sunscreen or yoghurt 😂😂😂😂 But I shouldn’t laugh as I am no better, I personally don’t tan and one noon once upon a time that I tried I ended up with a sunburn / red-ish tan patch on my feet that lasted for the next one and a half years. Corporal Angua
Captain, chief tracker and werewolf, her full name is Delphine Angua von Uberwald.  For most of the month she is a young lady with ash-blonde hair (which she washed in Willard Brothers’ ‘Good Girl!’ Flea Shampoo).  A classic bimorph: at full moon she transforms into a werewolf.  She has a human intellect but with certain additional powers, such as the ability to smell colors and tear out a man’s jugular vein.

Let’s Talk About Pokemon - Indeedee

I'll give Gen 8 one thing, it does seem to have more taxonomically vague Pokemon than usual. We don't really heave any clue what Indeedee is supposed to be, other than a mammalian... bunny-rabbit-esque sorta thing. I like them enough as competently made furry critters but. Hmm. The more I think about em the less I like them.
No matter their animal origin, they're undoubtedly meant to be a butler and a maid, male and female respectively. Putting the arbitrary gender difference aside for now, I'm a little indifferent on the male Indeedee but am more toward liking the female, perhaps if nothing else because it sorta looks like Audino. In fact, when I first saw it ingame, I thought it WAS a Galarian Audino. Other than that, there really isn't that much to say about them, other than I'm lightly surprised we wound up getting a maid Pokemon that doesn't look completely tasteless, especially considering what Mega Lopunny looks like.
But... speaking of Audino, remember when I praised Audino for not only having a traditionally “girly” looking design, but also a traditionally effeminate role as a Poke-Nurse while still having the normal 50/50 gender ratio like it ain't weird? Yeah, you can probably already see where my hitch with these two is coming from.
It's not completely bad because they're both roles of servitude in some description, but even then it rings odd to me that you'd bother with the gender bimorphism in the first place when it seems largely unnecessary. It then really doesn't help that the male Indeedee has stats more focused on offense while female Indeedee is more of a support Pokemon because of course they are. I'm not opposed to different forms of the same Pokemon doing different things, but shouldn't BOTH of these forms have a more supportive role?
Eh. It gets cute fanart but that's the extent of its appeal for me.

Yet more bullshit: the Ironfounderson bunch
Argent von Überwald: blond blue eyed bimorph. Angua's nephew through her brother Andrei, a wolf who ran away from home to become a champion sheepdog. It's hard to say who was more surprised: the farmer who watched his prize winner's puppy turn into a little boy, or Angua and Carrot when he showed up on their doorstep at age 13 with a letter dictated by Andrei asking for them to pay for his education. Baffled by big city life but thrilled with the intellectual stimulation.
Delphine "Danger" Ironfounderson: human, pretty, and vibrantly redheaded. The oldest and most vicious of her siblings, which causes her mother no small amount of concern. Currently a post-grad at the Assassin's school, despite her parent's reservations.
Elsa Ironfounderson: bimorph with dark red hair and her father's figure (which is to say, carrot shaped). Sharp eyed and sharp tongued. She has a simple mind but a logical one, and is currently thriving in the lower levels of the watch. Assumed to be the gay cousin.
Sybil Ironfounderson: bimorph with shaggy blonde hair, tallest of her siblings and also the shyest. Tends to avoid eye contact as a human and messes up conversational cues in both forms. Closest to Rolfie out of all her siblings. Makes a mean dog biscuit and a rock solid scone.
Rolf Ironfounderson: wolf, shaggy brown and red fur. The baby of the bunch, and well known among Ankh-Morpork's population of talking dogs. A bit of a Mama's boy out of necessity, since his father can't understand him. A little sheltered and very close to running off on his own due to sheer frustration. Is actually the gay cousin.

YENNORK.  A yennork is a werewolf who is not the classic bimorph (human-shaped but with the ability to change into a wolf at any time) nor a wereman (like, say, Lupine).  A yennork is unable to change.  They are either stuck as a human all the time (like Angua's sister Elsa), or have to spend all their time as a wolf (like her brother Andrei).  Technically, the yennork does change at full moon, but because their biological makeup lacks a cogwheel somewhere, they change from the shape they are in to the same shape again, and don't notice.  Because some yennorks may not even realize that they are technically werewolves, and will live and breed quite happily as a human or wolf while innocently passing on the complex werewolf gene, they are believed to be the reason for the many gradations and varieties--and also why a werewolf may occasionally crop up in a family with no known werewolf history.
Terry Pratchett and Stephen Briggs, “Turtle Recall: The Discworld Companion So Far” (I’d guess therefore that Ludmilla Cake is the result of a yennork somewhere in her family background.  It’s mentioned she had an ancestor who sometimes had to eat under the table, but we don’t know how HE got into the family tree.  And Ludmilla herself doesn’t become a wolf at full moon, she becomes a hairier, toothier but still humanoid wolfwoman.  Lupine’s variety of wereman (he’s a wolf most of the time and becomes a big hairy man at full moon) could also be a result of a different mixture of werewolf and human or wolf genes.  This is all very interesting.)
