𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: Trust - Compared to the other categories, I performed worse in the trust category, indicating that this may be an area where I should concentrate on improving. Since it facilitates candid conversation and teamwork, trust is crucial to creativity. Resilience - One of the qualities I score the highest on is resilience. This demonstrates my capacity for perseverance in the face of difficulties and my ability to pick myself up from setbacks—two qualities essential to innovation. Diversity - I received a modest diversity score. I might want to concentrate on being more receptive to various points of view because it's important to embrace multiple perspectives and ideas in order to stimulate innovation. Belief - My high Belief score indicates that I am confident in my abilities to come up with original ideas and execute them. Allocation - I'm also strong in this area. It demonstrates my aptitude for devoting time, effort, and attention to creative endeavors. Collaboration - Although it's not as high as some of the other components, my collaboration score is still good. Also took the Berkeley Innovation Index and it shows my traits and where I need improvement and where I excel at. From the results, it states that I need to improve my trust the most as I got low score on it, and my highest scored trait is diversity, maybe because I have been with different types of people and I have seen many different types of personalities.
