it’s officially 1990, robin and steve are flipping through the five channels that they have and stumble upon the premiere of “Beverly Hills, 90210”

they watch the two part premiere and actually love it??

it’s nice to watch high schooler’s live a life that doesn’t include fighting monsters and simply be teenagers

robin and steve are both hardcore simping for kelly taylor.

steve hates steve. so much. every time steve sanders opens his mouth, steve (harrington) just yells “BOOOOO!!!!”

robin is convinced that there is something going on between brenda and kelly (she’s just like me fr)

episode four absolutely alters steve’s brain when luke perry as dylan mckay comes on screen

after episode four, it officially became routine that every wednesday the two would watch the new episodes

they could only watch the episodes with each other

on one of their 90210 nights, eddie is over, and he’s complaining that he doesn’t want to watch the “stupid rich kid soap opera”

but it’s very important to both steve and robin that they watch the episode

so eddie finally agrees

he ends up getting sucked in very quickly

“who is that? do we like her? why do we hate him? why are they doing that?”

eddie goes home that night and watches all the previous episodes

on halloween that year, steve, robin, eddie, and nancy decide to be the core four of 90210

robin as brenda, steve as brandon, nancy as kelly, and eddie as dylan

robin is a blushing, flustered, mess when she sees nancy in a blonde wig. it also doesn’t help that robin very much ships brenda and kelly

they all giggle at robin and eddie being brenda and dylan bc they’re the furthest thing from the relationship b & d have

steve and robin cry at brenda’s departure at the end of season four

a new crush unlocks for the both of them when tiffani amber thiessen as valerie malone is on the screen during the season 5 premiere

with the two of them getting older and having “real adult lives”, it’s harder to get the time to watch the new episodes when they air at night

there’s a new episode airing one night where steve couldn’t get that night off with robin

steve confirmed it would be okay to watch without him, but robin didn’t want to. she invited nancy over and they decided to watch it anyways because the cliffhanger from the past episode had them on edge

during this episode there was some type of message about not betraying your friends, which lead to robin having a breakdown. she called steve immediately.

“rob, it’s fine. i promise i’m okay with it– yes i know we always watch it with each other but i swear it is okay that you did without me.”

a few years later, it’s 1998 and season 8 is airing. steve is kind of over the show, so many plot lines and episodes it’s getting overwhelming. it’s also been eight years.

robin is still very hyper-fixated on 90210

but season 8 is WILD and steve gets hooked and refuses to miss ANY episodes (and almost gets fired from his job for taking nights off)

(spoilers if anyone hasn’t seen the show & is interested) with season 8 having plots of kelly getting shot, revealing valerie killed her father, and brandon & kelly almost* get married was quite insane. but one episode triggers something in them

there’s an episode where donna is being held hostage and threatened to be killed, which gives both steve and robin a bit of a ptsd attack; thinking back to the russians at scoops ahoy. this is what opens steve’s eyes as to why robin is still so attached to this show, it was to help her escape the trauma that they both went through years prior. steve had thought she’d move on, but seeing a character they’d both grown fond of and having been in that same situation, it was hard to watch.

skipping info abt season 9 and most of 10 due to the fact i barely remember those seasons (cuz they kinda sucked ngl), steve and robin make a whole event for the series finale in year 2000

the party is at robin and nancy’s place, since steve and eddie have gotten their own place (they live next door to each other.) the fruity four get decide to wear their 90210 fruity four halloween costumes from years prior, along with telling everyone else they invite to come in costume

(spoilers again) after 10 years of the show, this is an emotional night. everyone is spending their night watching donna martin and david silver finally get married. seeing characters that have left the show comeback for the finale made the night even more emotional.

seeing nat walk donna down the aisle made steve hardcore sob. like. his eyes were red and puffy.

the sobbing doesn’t stop when donna and david say their vows and tell each other “i do.” which leads to eddie getting down on one knee and proposing

steve truly cannot take anymore crying.

he says yes, obviously.

getting back to the episode, dylan and kelly are back together which comes to everyone yelling out “BOOOOO!” bc they’re dylan/kelly anti’s

the finale comes to an end and everyone is a jumble of emotions.

steve realizes that robin is crying. “rob, what’s wrong?” he asks her. “it’s just…” she starts, “i can’t believe it’s over. this made us closer than ever, i loved spending my 90210 nights with you, and with it being over and you now getting married… i don’t want to lose my best friend.” steve softly chuckles, “you’re not gonna lose me, rob. i’ll always be your best friend. i also live right next to you, if anything you’ll be begging to get rid of me.”

and that’s their night.

Over all: I want to know what happened to everyone (Isaac, Theo, Alec, Kira, Monroe and her hunters, Kate, Cora, Stiles, Corey, etc). I feel like some of it was iffy. Idk like it's been over 10 years since the end of the show but Malia and Scott are still weird around each other? What happened? No mention of Kira? Liam and Scott didn't interact at all? A lot of unanswered questions. I'd watch it again for Eli and Derek but overall, it's fine.

I've always seen Helluva boss as a show that try so hard to be something isn't, and after reading your articles about BoJack horseman and how hb directly borrowed some of its ideas . It's started to make sense so here's my take:

Helluva boss can't be BoJack or anti-BoJack , there is room for inspiration sure . But the difference between two shows make it odd whenever someone try to compare them. Since BoJack is story of American man who happened to have a horse head, therefore the protagonist is forced to obey the morality rules that we as audience have . Helluva boss is story of demons live in society that only value violence , the rules of morality is broken in this world so where it makes sense for the show to calls out BoJack's toxic dating patterns, why should i care for blitzø's that man cannonly makes fun of children deaths of cours he's not a good partner. Another thing that BH like other many adults cartoon is critical of American culture (Hollywood culture for BoJack case) and while HB trying to do the same it only water down its world , you can point out to something relatable to our society without loosing the fantasy elements in your world especially if your otherworldly character travel to the human world constantly and see it from stranger point of view, but hb didn't do that it just turned the hell to american , and maybe this is thing bugs only me as non-western . It would be more entertaining if we explore the hellish society as something new and fresh.

But even if we want BoJack-like show the writer clearly don't know why BoJack works but I don't need to tell you since you already wrote about that, I remember watching a clip of livestream where medrano admit she blind-love her favourite media without critical thinking and I think this is her biggest weakness, she's the kind of person who would see something cool in TV so she applies it to her OCs without a further thinking which explains the directe reference of others show like BH

These are excellent points. There's a saying in writing that goes "Write what you know". The team who wrote Bojack knew the ins and outs of that Hollywood bubble due to professional experiences. And because Bojack was written by a diverse team of creative people, they even addressed how eating meat would work in a universe with sentient animals. They had the experience and knowledge of setting as well as basic life experience to ask obvious questions in the name of world building.

It's why I argue that Medrano appears to be someone with very few life experiences. Not only does her story lack emotional depth, having a shallow well to draw from, but basic rules of world building are neglected in a way that is very obvious due to a lack of human curiosity.

Writing what you know isn't supposed to be limiting. Instead it's supposed to challenge you to ask more questions. Expand what you know to incorporate it into your imagination.

It doesn't matter how detailed your spreadsheet is. We will never know all the times any of them spend together -- and we shouldn't. So picking the ones we know, or think we know, and saying that's 1) comprehensive or 2) that we know the significance is dumb.

People are allowed to have friends. I will never understand this argument that in order for one ship to be true, the other dynamics must be negative. There are several reasons why these are the two top ships, but one is that there is a genuine closeness. Jk and JM stayed up and played video games. Ok. So? If either was dating a woman, would this late night game sesh make you question it? It's weird. It also ignores a prominent third dynamic (which I think should get more shine): vmin - who are clearly close and love each other and have done for over a decade. JM is one of both of their best friends. Spending time with him isn't a gotcha. There is no villain here (unless it's BH/BPD, then cool, I'm fine with that).

But ok, if birthdays are your thing...none of them have said it's actually their thing. In fact, hasn't it been said that JM is the only one who is really into birthdays? JM and Hobi are regularly the only ones doing postings for everyone. The rest are pretty inconsistent. Tae who has said him and his siblings don't even recognize each other's birthdays. The same way people hype that video of JK wishing JM happy birthday -- would make sense if your close friend really prioritizes birthdays. This sounds more like a difference of personal preference.

And of course there is just the blinding inconsistency. They are closeted and need to hide their love; no they are filming their honeymoon! They are hanging out (from what we, the anonymous strangers of the internet know) and that is the measure of romance; nope, psych, they are tooo busy and it's actually kinda suspicious if you hang out publicly like that, clearly bro behavior. You can't only point at a specific period of time (that time being the present) to prove a relationship; see, it all comes down to a few nights in 2018.

You've got 8 weeks of content coming up (and merch!). Half your ship as an album coming out. Just put the spreadsheet away and relax.

I don't want to seem superior but I feel like if we had 8 weeks of Taekook coming, we'd be having so much fun with it. Remember when Friends came out, and Inkigayo and type 1 and all these things this year... Maybe it's because I'm not hugely on twitter but we seemed to have so much fun with theorising and joking about and whatnot. But even if that's just my inaccurate reading of events, I know personally that my first thought upon getting a TKK moment isn't to go find the nearest JKKr and throw it at them. I tend to want to seek out other TKKrs to be silly and happy about it with. That's why I started a tumblr! I wanted to share my excitement.

So I don't know why 8 weeks of the travel show they've been talking about since Suchwita has brought out such bitterness when they call it a win (But then to be honest I never saw a jikooker talk about it with excitement, only in the context of how it was a victory over tkkrs or hypersexualised)

I wish they would just have fun with it and enjoy it. At this point, I genuinely feel like there are TKKrs more excited to see JK&JM interacting than the JKKrs are?!

Couldn’t we say the same thing about Jimin though? Wasn’t he the one who said his favourite thing was waking up to Jungkook? He’s the one who also sat infront of Tae and Jk and said Jk spends almost all his time in his room and he is the same one who has constantly taken his face right infront of Jk’s like he was going to kiss him on the mouth with Tae sitting right there, why do you think he would do things like this if Taekook were together and how would Tae have felt about those things? Jimin has done and said way more suggestive things about himself and Jk than Tae has ever done and that is one of the reasons why some tkkrs hate him so much because they believed he was being a bad friend to Tae. Y’all are just witnessing Jimin in his quiet phase. You needed to hear the things he constantly said and did prior to 2021 because if he was still the way he used to before, it would have been a bloodbath between these two ships because while we have tae dropping bombs, we would have had Jimin dropping even bigger ones lol.

Jk too has done a few things with Jimin that wouldn’t make sense for him to do if he was dating Tae, like that naked bed Live he did inviting himself to shower at Jimin’s place, (if you think Jimin should have a problem with Tae’s captions if he was with Jk then how do you think Tae should feel about Jk openly asking Jimin to let him come over and shower infront of 5 million fans?) or when he made that “thirst trap” birthday video for Jimin (many people interpreted it as one), or him making a blatant sexual innuendo Joke with Jimin on ITS “Do you want ramen? ” This is a conversation I probably shouldn’t be in because I personally don’t think the boys are dating each other but I think this logic works both ways and that is mainly the reason why we have jkkrs hating on Tae and tkkrs hating on Jimin because they feel like Vmin are crossing lines.

Posting this ask in good faith and trusting you are actually neutral in this.. please don't go crazy on me.. I just went through that with another blog last week 🙈.

I'm sure that when you are someone who doesn't believe any of the guys are dating all shipping fandoms look the same. I'm well aware that while I am answering this ask right now, most will look at my answer and say 'she's a Tkkr, she's delusional and not give my words any actual thought. And to be honest, most of my beliefs do stem from how I interpret Tae and Jk's interactions and the way their body's speak. My thoughts on that should not actually matter, because I am a stranger on the internet 😂.

I think for me, the biggest difference between how Tkkrs think and how Jkkrs think is that Jkkrs believe a queer couple from the same band are being allowed so much openness. I mean, Jk and Jm are not limited in their interactions at all. We can beat around the bush, but Jk and Jm are the main focus of Bh when it comes to BTS. They are made use of hugely. That does not undermine that their friendship is real (it's making use of your biggest strenghts really) but it does undermine that they are in a relationship, in my opinion. I do not believe that BH (a SK company) would treat an in band couple the way they treat Jm and JK.

I understand why Jkkrs believe though, at least.. to a certain point. The moments they use, like Rosebowl, like hickey gate, like those times Jm comes close to Jk's face and acting like he's about to kiss him.. those look sus when you isolate them BUt, when you look beyond those isolated moments, you know that that is exactly what they are. Jm has those moments with Hobi and Tae as well for instance. Probably not as often, because Hobi doesn't entertain it as much and Tae actually gets Jm flustered when he goes that way. Jk and Jm though have the same type of banter... they are.. matched in that way I think. They aren't actually flirting, they are play-flirting. And these are my words ofcourse and no-one will value those, because I'm a Taekooker, but I do think that that's what it is. Maybe because you are neutral, you recognize that that's what it is also. I don't see anything actually sus between Jm and Jk. I think everything they do fit easily in the realm of friendship. A friendship that has a lot of banter and is definitely deep, but a platonic friendship nevertheless. I never feel the need to downplay anything Jm and Jk do, because it just is what it is and I love that for them.

Tae and Jk is a whole different story though. And admittingly, you do have to believe in things being hidden and lies having been told. You have to believe that there are ugly parts to their story. I don't even really want to believe those parts, because they are hurtfull and they mean that Tae and Jk (and all members by association) have gone through shit. There will have been many tears and fights, and feelings of shame and insecurity. That's not something I want for them, but I do feel that has been a part of their lives. I think there is no way that a company like BH would allow a queer couple from the same band to freely interact. I think BH would have come up with a way to keep the band from being in a potential scandal. They had big plans for BTS (which they accomplished) and the risk of queer allegations becoming too strong would have been too high in the eyes of those who call the shots. What I see between Tae and Jk fits how I feel a queer idol couple would be treated in SK music industry. It does set us as a fandom up for misunderstandings though, it can't actually be any other way. So our thoughts willl always be hunches and never about having actual proof. A closeted couple can't give us proof. What we do have, is a ton of patterns and a ton of repetitive behavior. It's the shear amount of consistent bahavior that makes us feel strongly about them being together. You can only understand this, if you look into that amount.. it is simply not possible to understand this if you don't. Me explaining this with all the words I have will never do the actual situation justice. So basically this whole ask is just me ranting without actually being able to convey the realness of Takook 😂.

I think many people don't actually realize the amount of times Jk and Tae are holding back movements, and biting away smiles, or are holding back jealousy. It's something Tkkrs know, because we pay attention. It's not something we invent, the moments are there and people can just look them up. You will not find that between any other pairing within BTS. Another thing is that many people also don't realize how much Tae and Jk actually move towards each other. After 2016 they weren't the focus of footage much anymore, so people are quick to miss it. But in the background, when other members are the focus.. they gravitate to each other. Again, not something we make up.. it is all in the footage, people just don't notice.

Without wanting to open this up to Jm hate (and I'm gonna elaborate.. don't worry😁), I think Tae did have a problem with Jk and Jm at times. This is what I mean with the nasty parts that come with this. It's not all pretty, and it probably affected the other members too. It was pretty obvious actually at times. Rolling his eyes and whatnot. I'll do you one better. Jk also had a problem with Tae and other members at times, we can clearly see him annoyed at times when Tae was close with someone else. They were fickle about it though, there's times when they didn't care and there were times when it probably just hit differently. People are fickle in their reactions though. Different situations make for differnt reactions, that are influenced by many different factors. The reason why I don't blame Jm for this is that Jm did nothing wrong. On top of that, Tae, Jk and Jm know each other so much better than that fandom knows them. When Jm and Jk make a joke about ramen in front of Tae, Tae knows how to read that. When Jm goes to flirt with Tae, Jk knows how to read that. These men know each other, they know what each other's intentions are. Tae knows that Jm isn't trying to steal Jk from him.

I'm fully convinced that vminkook had conversations about the shipping wars. I think I see an adjustment in how they deal with it. It is clear to me, that Jm is aware of Tae and Jk. I think these three obviously chose to not let fandom shenanigans stand in the way of them interacting. While Tae was annoyed at Jkk moments at times, he cares about Jk and Jm too much to want them to adjust the way they interact. I can't speak for Jkkrs on this.. but I'd hope it's the same for them.

Comparing Tkk and Jkk is not something that I actually do when consuming BTS content. I know I've done it on here, because I literally get asked to do it 😂. But Jkk isn't a factor for me. Jm is their best friend. Obviously he plays a role in their lives, but I don't go and think.. wait Jm did this with Jk how does that affect Tae? I'm sure Jkkrs want to do the same, but yet everytime one of them comes here they hit me with the comparisons. I do wish that things were different. I think this is very unpleasant for Jm, Jk and Tae. Those men love each other to bits and I think large parts of fandom make it really hard for them to keep loving us.

Well, I'm sure this has been hugely unsatisfactory and I made no difference in your understanding of Tkk fandom😂 . I'm also a very small part in all this, I'm fully aware that there is madness going on everywhere.. Tkkrs are not excluded from that at all.

I totally see Wrec/ker eating contests being a thing? Jackie is one of his favorite opponents. The little guy can give him a run for his money, but he hasn’t been beaten once.

The prize? More fuel! Plus whatever the loser didn’t manage to drink! Don’t be silly! He’s tough!

He’s a massive guy, so he already has plenty of room for fuel. He’s a big ol’ truck, too, so it kinda demands that he have a bit reserve on hand. It’s understood on his team that he needs heavier rations than the others.

(Doesn’t mean their medic doesn’t bitch a little about it when he’s tempted to take a bit more than he should, though he’s pretty good about sticking to his fair share in times of crisis.)

Rude in habit but polite in manner. He drinks like he has a hole in his lip. The medic has had to snap at him to slow down, so they don’t lose more precious fuel as runoff. He just licks his lips and apologizes somewhat half-heartedly, albeit sheepishly.

Burping contests are totally a thing between him and Jackie, too. Another thing he’s never lost. One time he drank so much that he made their base rattle with the eructation, and their leader sternly (and disappointedly) suggested that they take it outside. (He and the doc are trying not to purge a little. They don’t understand how bots can just act like this.)

Now they go out to the canyons where the acoustics are better, anyway.

Bellyaches are a stranger to him. He doesn’t really get them. His tank is made of the sternest stuff.

When he’s nice and full, he loves to lounge around and rub his gut, not caring who sees or who admonishes him for being “lazy.” He just chuckles that he’s a big guy! He needs to let everything take its time to filter through!

I think the thing that's really bothered me and made me drift from CR in the past few months is just how rushed it's felt. I truly don't know if it's because the cast are tired of doing this after years, if Matt's tired of DMing after years, or if they thought a faster paced campaign would be better but personally I have not been fully vibing with it since the start.

The fact that a character tied to VM was introduced as their guide in the first episode, already distracting from the story because everyone was going crazy for more VM cameos. That he died in episode 3 and they named their group after this stranger who knew them for 72 hours. This felt like Matt trying to recreate the heartbreak of losing a party member in C2, but because it was a scripted death from a character that was only around for 3 episodes and had made almost no meaningful connections to others in the group, it didn't feel that impactful.

The What The Fuck Is Up With That game took away so much from finding out the characters backstory slowly. C2 characters were so cagey about their backstories, it was a treat to find out more things. I don't think we even found out about Caleb's real training until episode 60? But with C3, suddenly we have most of the characters revealing their backstory or at least big chunks of their backstory by episode 6.

That they were pushed into finally choosing a group name when, at least for M9, the name came more naturally.

The fact that it seems like the big bad has already been revealed and they've been working on taking them down for over 40 episodes now. C2 Big Bad was revealed after episode 100. (I'm hoping this is all a red herring and the real big bad will come later but it's hard to top Evil Moon as the big bad)

I haven't watched C3 since episode 76 but downtime was so little last I watched, it felt like M9 got a lot more downtime to fuck around and have these deep and funny moments. Idk it all feels rushed to me and it's been hard trying to stick with it.

I really hope that if we get Campaign 4, we have a similar structure to C2. More downtime, less immediate backstory reveals, AND especially not doing constant callbacks to C1. Having VM get involved is cool for fans of C1, but even with how little Matt has them do, it still feels like they're supervising BH. BH are supposed to come into being heroes in their own right but it feels like so much of C3 since VM was introduced has been BH looking up at VM like "is this okay? Should we do this? How can we save the world like you guys did?"

It's just how occurring to me how long it's been - if ever - since the Hells met people just. Organically. Not shopkeepers they were looking to buy from or captains to fly their ship, not a guy experimenting on werewolves or beat cops that half recruit them. Deanna and FRIDA are (so far) not here to accomplish anything but getting team Wildemount to Uthodurn. As far as we know, there's nothing they want from BH as a group.

And that means this is the first time we've seen people interacting with them as just that. People. Deanna wraps a blanket around FCG as a gesture of kindness because her very heart friend is an aeormaton and she knows they need and benefit from kindness. FRIDA plays back the sound of Imogen's laughter and earnestly asks after her. Nobody asks why FCG can operate autonomously. Nobody asks to pop him open. Imogen doesn't have to lie them out of anything. Our new friends ask, reasonably, if they're safe with these four people who are equally strangers to them, but that's it. Everything else is just some fresh outside perspective on part of a group we've spent 200 hours with.

Things are still going down in the background, of course, but the fact that there's nothing they can do about that but keep moving enforces a kind of downtime and casual stakes outside of their established dynamics that's doing so, so much for the story. I can't wait for more. The solstice picked up the story and set it off, but this episode maintained that attention without the immediate stakes in a way that's been needed for a while. Excellent choices. A breath of fresh air, despite.

- adhd KING.

- mike is actually pretty good mates with julian and robin specifically - as good as you can be with incorporeal enteties you cant see or hear. he and robin both learnt a sort of morse code to communicate with general lights, and a stranger things system in one of the non-public rooms of BH. julian uses fridge magnets (word ones and letter ones) to talk to him, as well as keyboards. yes they often use their skills to take the absolute piss, but sometimes they INVOLVE him in their mischief.

- similarly, he can sort of communicate with mary? she walks through him if she really needs his attention, or sets off a smoke alarm (not the house ones, but extra ones they put at person-level). she always says good morning when he and alison come for breakfast :)

- even after he figures out the ghosts arent floating above him, he still looks up and away from them if they've been pricks just to piss them off.

- him and obi have known each other since nursery or reception. when alison married mike she FULLY understood that she was getting obi as part of the package. mikes parents ring obi every christmas and send him presents. they are like his second set of parents.

PLAGUE GHOSTS

- mick absolutely has a crush on cap after s4. cap is far too oblivious to notice though.

- geoff and jean are absolutely an item now. divorce wasnt really a thing back in their day? so geoff and his wife (lollys ghost) just kept on trucking until news of divorce trickled down to the basement (DECADES late) and they immediately were like "oh fuck this marriage." they're better friends now, and jean and geoff are happy :)

- speaking of jean, when walter left nigel behind during "about last night", jean absolutely tore him a new aresehole when she found out. nobody can stand a sad nigel and his big baby blue doe eyes.

- jemima isnt part of the plague pit. shes from a later plague, but she visits reasonably often because the basement folks are like her. she doesnt scare or disgust them, they're like a big family of uncles and aunts to her. however... she doesnt stay down there. she knows she makes the basement folk a little sad, since she reminds them of their own kids - none of whom have stayed as ghosts until the current time. so she drifts in and out. the basement folk are actually delighted by her visits and encourage her to stay more - yes, she does remind them of their long gone kids, and that is sad, but they dont hold it against her and love her company enough it doesnt matter. she doesnt quite believe them though :(

- nigel is very much a caretaker of the group. which is funny because ALL the other ghosts take care of him <3. especially jean. shes very much a mum of the group.

do you ever consider that maybe we’re a little too caught up and stuck in the taekook bubble that we are over analyzing every tiny thing way too much and that taekooks interactions just aren’t actually as deep as we’re assuming? ofc they’re close but sometimes i double back and think i’m just too focused on their interactions so every tiny thing they do i am blowing out of proportion. especially when i watch content of the whole group, regular footage from award shows etc. i feel a bit ridiculous believing two of the members are actually in a relationship. ofc their relationship is not meant to be noticeable but rlly sometimes i think i am just having taekook tunnel vision. we see so little of their lives and interactions, i’m sure they have super deep and meaningful relationships w ppl that we don’t even remotely know about. sometimes i think we believe just bc tae and jk r the closest that we can know of, but there’s so much we don’t see

It took me a while to come around to the idea of taekook being real, anon, so when I finally did, I was pretty confident about it. It wasn't a random or split-second decision, and I certainly don't have a habit of thinking kpop ships are real. I've said this before, and I'll say it again. I dont believe in taekook because I want or need them to be real. I believe in them because that is the logical conclusion for me after everything we've seen from them. One or two 'suspicious' or 'interesting' moments might not be a big deal, but we're talking about consistent patterns of behaviour and multiple questionable moments year after year after year.

Do the things taekook do tend to get over-analysed? Yes. Does that automatically mean we're seeing something that isn't there? No. Of course we're biased, but that doesn't mean we're completely incapable of critical thinking. I never assume that everything they do is related to each other, nor do I view everything they do as proof that they're in a relationship.

People meet and fall in love with each other all the time in all different types of situations, anon. What's so ridiculous about it happening to taekook? Some people like to act like the chances of it happening are zero, and I don't understand why. I'm certain people have fallen in love in much stranger circumstances.

Yes, we see so little of their lives, but why are you assuming that what we don't see would show us that taekook are not together when it could just make it even more obvious? We probably see the bare minimum, and they're still suspicious enough to have people like us taking notice of them. BH have tried their hardest over the years to hide the true nature of taekook's relationship, yet so many people still clocked on to the way they would behave around each other and how their relationship seemed different to the rest of the members.

I would never blindly believe without questioning things, but nothing I have seen from taekook in 2023 has made me doubt their relationship. If anything, their antics last year has only solidified my belief 🤷‍♀️

So what can we do to thwart BangPD, BH, and Hybe without hurting Jimin?

I mean, I've only seen the documentary through the kindness of strangers because I am not giving them money directly. But that's such a small and petty thing, I know.

I wish I knew the answer. I actually don't support a Jimin boycott because he does earn royalties on his music thanks to his writing and producing credits. Also, boycotts almost never work. There was a huge boycott of Nestle starting in 1977 in protest of the company aggressively pushing infant formula on women in poor countries with no access to safe drinking water with which to mix the formula. Babies died! Today, Nestle is the largest publicly held food company in the world. So much for citizen activism.

Fans do have room for improvement when it comes to trending requests, though. I'll make a list of suggestions after I've listened to Jimin's new song!
