My Tav on a shelf , Hunter. She is a Half-Orc Barbarian Folk Hero, Lawful good.

Hunter is the most straight forward and dependable charicter. She calls a spade a spade , and Hunter is the living emodment of "No one left behind". On the nautiloid, Hunter LITERALLY ripped the lid of the pod Shadowheart is trapped in. That is the core of who Hunter is; she will fight tooth and nail to protect those that have a need.

Of all the dnd characters i have played, I would trust her with my life wholeheartedly. Hunter is almost Druidic in the preservation of life. If there is a way to save a life, Hunter will find a way. And if she can't think or brawl her way through a problem, then damn it she will get someone else to figure this out. "My friend? You are hurt? I will carry you to Shadowheart! She will prove her cleric training today!" , "What do you mean there is a door I cannot smash??? There is someone who needs help on the other side." *** picks up Astarion and shakes him in front of the door*** "Elf! Pick this lock or by the gods I'll knock down the wall NEXT to the door!!"

Is there any shame in changing the backstory of my Durge?

I’m considering changing Cadaver’s class to an oathbreaker (former paladin of the crown). I’ve changed his class numerous times in the past with him going from a ranger, to a barbarian, to a monk, to a paladin tweaking his backstory along with it. Because I’ve made so much content with Cadaver’s backstory changing so much I feel like at some point his story will become confusing to an outside perspective with so many retcons and inconsistencies to the point of him losing an identity as a character.

Maybe I’m being silly, but I feel bad about my guy not having a solid finalized story when compared to other bg3 artists and writers with Tavs and Durges that seem so solidified and figured out.

I want to hear y’all’s thoughts and opinions on this because I’m not sure about how to approach this
