My roommates just got back from a con in Philadelphia! Callie has always adored The Little Mermaid, and she got the chance to meet Jodi Benson, voice of the animated Ariel! @spark-of-jenius made her an entire costume. She got the sewing pattern, started putting it together, and realized that the pattern was sized wrong and the waist size was TWENTY INCHES off what it was supposed to be! But she’s such a good costumer that she managed to remake the pattern to make it all work and look amazing.

Astarion opened his mouth to protest, but he needn't had bothered. A rise of boos came from just above your head, followed by a thud and a swift cheer. Moments later a small troop of goblins brought down the clown on a stretcher, groaning while clutching the arrow at his side.

The master of ceremonies then stuck his head down, gesturing your upwards.

"C'mon bard, you're up. Crowds getting antsy."

For the first time in years, you felt yourself having to swallow before a performance. You had a feeling imaging the crowd in they're underwear wasn't going to do you much favors.

Before you could dwell on it too long however, you felt Astarion take your hand before dramatically pressing his lips to your palm.

"Goodbye, Love. It was an honor to have known you," he said, gravely.

You gave a solemn nod. "Remember me to the old Sea Gate."
