Let's Talk #TheLoudHouse: Season 6 Final Thoughts
While it lacked any major changes, Season 6 of The Loud House built upon the fifth season with a variety of highs and lows.
For my thoughts on Season 6, feel free to keep reading. There will be spoilers.
The sixth season for the most part followed up on the fifth's change in the status quo by expanding upon the siblings. It also felt like the writers rectified some of the fifth season's flaws, as there were less episodes about Lincoln at school and more featuring his sisters to varying degrees. Nearly every sibling got an equal amount of episodes and Lily began to play a much more active role.
During the season's absurd length of 14 months, including hiatuses, the show saw both the end of The Casagrandes and premiere of its live action spinoff The Really Loud House. The former's cancelation appeared to occur at some point midseason, giving the show a chance to reintegrate Ronnie Anne and their respective original characters. Their reappearances were basically the spin-off's unproduced episodes, especially by how the Louds were often sidelined.
For Ronnie Anne, it marked her first appearance on the show since Season 4. It also followed up on the spin-off's finale with Bobby now living in his own apartment and Lori finally meeting his father Arturo.
Season 6 also surpassed The Fairly OddParents to become the third longest-running Nicktoon, with the season finale "Love Stinks" surpassing that show's individual segment count. It is an impressive feat considering how it took ten seasons over multiple hiatuses and inconsistent episode orders for OddParents to reach that goal, while this show did it after only six seasons with no breaks.
When it comes to the season's best episodes, there were a few.
The Taunting Hour: Seeing how people can't stand the family made this come across as an unofficial response by the show's writers to their online detractors.
Time Trap!: After teasing the concept, the show finally embraces time travel in a half-hour episode in the vein of Back to the Future.
Puns and Buns: A rare episode focusing on a supporting character, in this case Luan's boyfriend Benny.
Small Blunder: Lily plays an active role in this episode and for the first time ever speaks in full sentences.
Fashion No Show: This felt like a salvaged story from The Casagrandes, especially by how Carlota plays a bigger role compared to Leni. It finally offered the opportunity for the two fashionistas to clash in the perfect premise.
Despite those positives, there were still several bad ones.
Sofa, So Good: A retread of the ending of "Come Sale Away", right down to the siblings running around town, the only difference being Lily getting involved in lieu of Lori.
Eye Can't: A lackluster Lisa story that sets up a conflict about her eyesight but instead focuses too much on her robot Todd.
Sleepstakes: Lana's fears about sleepovers could have worked better with a sibling whose friends have previously appeared, such as Lucy, Lincoln, or even Lori (albeit the latter two as flashbacks).
Food Courting: This was straight up boring, and the most memorable thing to come out of it was a GIF of an excited Leni.
Doom Service: It tries to turn Vic (a recurring character) into an ongoing antagonist. Instead, it just comes across as being written by a fanfic writer who hated the show only to then be hastily rewritten to have a happy ending.
If there is anything else left to say about Season 6, it was overall enjoyable. Possibly the only other thing to say would be that it would have been great to see more stories with Luna and Sam as well as Benny and Luan.
Season 7 will be much shorter, with only 20 half-hour episodes rather than the usual 26. It remains to be seen if the show will get an eighth season. Considering Really got renewed for a second season and has an upcoming Halloween TV movie, the recently announced Casagrandes movie, and a second animated film (unintentionally confirmed via a LinkedIn profile), it is only a matter of time.
It will also break another record. At some point during Season 7, the show will surpass the episode count of the original Rugrats. By the end of Season 7, The Loud House will become the second longest-running Nicktoon (by episode count).
As for the upcoming season, it will feature the show's first serialized arc where the Louds go on a road trip. Within those episodes, they will visit not only Great Lakes City (the setting of The Casagrandes) but also the White House.
Hopefully, Season 7 will feature more great episodes and preferably less vitriol from certain commentators.
Until next time, thank you for reading!

Oh wow, what a Saturday it's become! These episodes came out of the woodwork, and holy smokes I got so excited to watch em!!!

Okay......how many episodes have we had involving Royal Woods Elementary? Not complaining, just needed a headcount. Also, with an episode name like "Stall Monitor", I was expecting something different. Hmm......ah well, on with the show!!!
Tonight is Parent Teacher Conference night, the single most worrisome day for any student in elementary school.....and maybe middle, and Mrs. Johnson aims to speak to each student's parents. Yes, that also includes Lincoln's as well and he's beyond worried (thank Clyde for the paper bag assist). With all the potential moments he listened, he feels it's gonna be rough for him once Mrs. J speaks to Lynn Sr. and Rita. As such, the man with the plan intends to put a halt to it, but not without some help from the gang...
Okay show of hands, how many actually dreadend Parent Teacher Conferences? It always feels like it wasn't as terrible as most shows made it out to be (well.....unless you were that one mischievous kid, that is.) But I digress, not too bad an episode this one was. It's always interesting seeing what kind of plan Lincoln cooks up because there's many different things he can think of, which makes for some pretty entertaining shenanigans. I'm also glad we got to see the gang's parents show up as well, and even they gave me some good chuckles too (plus seeing Liam's Mee Maw was every bit as crazy as I had thought she'd be). I'll admit the ending was just as I had figured, but it wasn't bad. Overall a solid episode, gave the gang more to work with, and shows Lincoln in his lovable goofy environment.
Also, always count on the McBrides to deliver when on screen!
I was wondering when Luan was gonna get another episode, lo and behold! Not only that......it's a ship episode too! Great!!! But, even something this good is not without its blemishes....
In the lovely residence that is Casa Loud, awakens a bright and very chipper Luan Loud! It's for good reason too, as it just so happens be her very first date with Benny (yeah, Benny! Ya know, from such classic episodes as L is For Love and Stage Plight)! It's such a joyous occasion for her, but unfortunately it gets cut short as Luan seems to have grown a bulbous boil (no one tell Elmer). Timing........it is impeccable and it hits Luan like a truck! After some helpful (and pretty much ignored) advice from dear big sis Lori, Luan sets out to get her pestering pimple remedied before her big date and the siblings are here to help!
Ohhhh wow this was just a treat! I know it's the typical zit plot, but this was a good way to do this to be honest. Luan, even when she's trying to handle a serious situation, continues to make light of it in her own way and I love it (plus Mr. Coconuts is at his A-game this time around)! Is it ever a doubt in my mind why she remains my third favorite Loud sister? No.......no there is not! We also needed an episode that helps add to the newfound ship that is Luanny (ship development is a damn needed thing), and this one delivers a tad bit! Credit to Benny too, he comes off as a pretty decent character in this! Hard to believe he was just some random teen without a single line of dialogue before. See, this is something I want TLH to do more of, expanding the world and fleshing out the extra stuff (whether in the show or comics, I don't mind it). It would help add more depth to characters that people in the fandom like but are very underappreciated. As for the closing moments, it is sweet, simplistic, but cracks me up in good Luan fashion! It's a very nice episode, but not something to be overly hyped about tho.
Well I guess that's about it for this double feature, and another Saturday done! Until next-
Oh......oh my......it's.....it's a......a.........TRIPLE FEATURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay so, remember after The Great Lakes City Tour I said I "wasn't" going to do impressions on episodes of The Casagrandes? Well........THIS ONE IS A HELL OF AN EXCEPTION!!!!!!! Yes everybody, I'm talking about "The Horror-Scope", and for good reason too! I see great things out of this one, so says the fortune! Let's get underway, shall we?
We begin this episode with.....astrology? Yes, it seems Rosa is about to watch a fortune telling show by "Ernesto Estrella" (voiced by George freaking Lopez, yes! Wait, he voices a character named.....Ernie? Ha!), and young Ronnie Anne is being a bit of a skeptic. However, it seems today's fortune reads that fire signs are gonna find love, and wait a second......Ronnie Anne's a fire sign (conveniently). She may deny, but then "COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED AND NOT WELL TIMED FOR THE PLOT", she gets a call from Lincoln......and he's on his way to hang out with her! Rosa, possibly overhearing somehow, sees this as a sign, but Ronnie Anne is quick to deny it saying the two are "just friends" (Careful when saying such a thing Ronalda, the power of love is always so strong). So the snowy haired boy arrives and the two set off to spend the day, but is the fortune proving true to Ronnie Anne? We'll find out!
Sigh.........ya know, I ship these two so much, and if I have to go through so much slowburn to see this at the endgame.......hit me with EVERYTHING YA GOT IN THE COMING EPISODES!!!! Let's be honest, this was Ronniecoln fuel in every step of the way, and by gosh do I love it! The interactions, the dialogue, even the many scenes it had were filled with shipteasing and it'd be hard to miss any of it (they know full well what to do with these two, I'm sure of it). I will admit I'm a little bummed that Sid didn't play a bigger role in the shipteasing as well, but one can't leave a pet bird flying away forever (unless you're Sergio). Also, love the callback to previous TLH episode with Lincoln, it kept some good continuity which is always welcome! Even the closing moments were just a bundle of feels for me, I was so happy by the end of it! Now I may not be the top Ronniecoln shipper around (I'd be "flying too close to the Sun" if I claimed I was lol), but I'd still recommend this even if you like the dynamic these two have when they're together! A fun episode, good choice of a guest star, and tons of shipteasing that I'd watch over and over!
Well then, I guess that's it for our triple feature! I just couldn't let this slip by me, not by a longshot! This was a crazy good day TLH/TCG fans and I couldn't be anymore satisfied! Until next time everybody when the next new episodes come by!!!!

Let’s Talk #TheLoudHouse: Season 3 Final Thoughts
The third season of The Loud House was an overall great season.
For my final thoughts on the third season, feel free to keep reading. There will be spoilers.
I have previously stated my thoughts on most of the season, so this post will mainly focus on the fifteen episodes that aired from January to March. Additionally, I will present an updated version of what I consider the season’s best and worst episodes.
The third season continued to expand the show by having several episodes where Lincoln either was a supporting character, only showed up briefly, or did not make an appearance outside of the title card. It was much more free to present stories without shoehorning him into the situation.
It also appeared to jokingly poke fun at Lincoln’s role as the protagonist. The episode “Sitting Bull”, where Lynn Jr. joins her sisters’ babysitting business, has her prevent Lincoln from getting involved. “Predict Ability” pokes fun at the idea he is a bland character by his family and friends pointing out how he wears the same attire every day and his habits.
Several characters introduced in the second season returned in bigger roles. The Casagrandes made several appearances throughout the season, such as in the Thanksgiving special. One episode, "The Spies Who Loved Me”, focused exclusively on them with Lincoln only appearing over the phone.
A couple of characters from “L Is For Love” also returned later in the season. Luna’s crush Sam had a few silent cameos before she played a major role in “Racing Hearts”. Luan’s crush Benny also returned in "Stage Plight”.
This season had four half-hour episodes, twice the amount of the second season. Two of the episodes were the season’s first and last to be produced, “Tripped!” and “Cooked!”, although they aired out of order. “The Loudest Thanksgiving” served as the season’s lone holiday special. “Really Loud Music” was the show’s first musical episode appropriately centering around Luna.
The season also featured several celebrity guest appearances: Bill Mumy (Lost in Space/Liliana Mumy’s father), Jennifer Coolidge (American Pie), Jane Lynch (Glee), Yvette Nicole Brown (Community), Alyson Stoner (Phineas and Ferb), and Sean Giambrone (The Goldbergs/Kim Possible).
The season had a lot of good and bad episodes.
The Best
Rita Her Rights: A rare episode of a show aimed at a young audience that features a mother avoiding her family.
Tripped!: The standard road trip story but with a Loud House twist.
The Spies Who Loved Me: Basically a test pilot for The Casagrandes.
Home of the Fave: A good Lynn Sr. story centering around the concept of playing favorites.
Racing Hearts: The follow-up worth the wait, it officially confirmed Luna and Sam’s relationship with a fun episode showing how the two surprisingly have very little in common.
The Worst
White Hare: The final episode written by disgraced series creator Chris Savino, it wasted the opportunity to present an outlandish story with the original concept.
What Wood Lincoln Do?: While there are a few funny moments with Walt, no explanation is given for Lincoln’s inability to build stuff. If it was meant to reveal that he has panic attacks, as some fans have theorized, then it should not have been played for laughs.
House of Lies: Someone’s bad fan fiction was adapted into an episode only without the forced angst.
The Write Stuff: A boring episode about Rita taking over a writing class.
Cooked!: The weakest of the four half-hour episodes, with a story that could have easily been cut down to a quarter-hour.
It will be a while until the fourth season airs. Considering how the season’s first five episodes will serve as the lead-up to The Casagrandes, which premieres later this year, it is highly likely Nickelodeon will air a later episode from the season before those episodes sometime this Spring.
In the meantime, the sixth graphic novel Loud and Proud and a DVD of the first half of the second season are both coming in May.
Something worth noting about the show is that Nickelodeon has recently begun airing a Spanish dub via the Secondary Audio Program available on most cable/satellite providers. It is the version broadcast on Nickelodeon’s Latin American networks and available on DVD as well as on the Nick app. At the time of writing, most of the show can be seen in Spanish via SAP.
The Loud House airs on a daily basis on Nickelodeon. Check your local listings.
Until next time, thank you for reading!

So at first I wanted to rewatch L is for Love in german because I wanted to make sure I caught something right
But then I also noticed something else
Let me just point out that there is one (1) thing I find absolutely hilerious about Benny in L is for Love
So when we first see Ben is here

When they are both in mime costumes (WHY ARE THEY IN MIME COSTUMES? WHAT PLAN WAS THIS? WHY WAS LUAN IN AN INVISIBLE BOX IN THE FIRST PLACE? WERE THEY PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK AS MIMES FOR COMEDIC EFFECT AND LUAN ENDED UP IN A BOX? NICKELODEON I NEED CONTEXT WHAT IS GOING ON???!!!) And as we can see Benny is definitly taller than Luan

Second time we see him and even tho it may not seem like it I'm pretty sure they are standing around the same level and Benny is way taller
AND THEN JUST

All this time Mr 'I wear huge fricking shoes everywhere I go' was way taller in every shot and then just SPLAT. Benny is just smaller than Luan and it's hilerious as heck (No really, without the floof he would be smaller).
[Listen I know very well that Benny is PROBABLY standing at a way lower ground in this shot (by that I mean sometimes characters, especially in this show, will stand farther down or up (or in three dimensional terms farther back or in front) and that will make some of them appear taller or smaller than they are) but it's still hilerious as heck to me I don't think you can imagine how hard I laughed when I first noticed]
