I just recently returned to the tiva fandom and was wondering if you have any fic recs on ao3? saw your posts in the tag

I also recently returned to reading Tiva fics, so I don't have an exhaustive list (yet!) but can definitely give you a few ideas!

Previously, I used to read on fanfiction.net but have since switched over to AO3, so I'm discovering a whole new world of Tiva fics.

Assuming you're caught up on the show, including [SPOILER] Ziva returning in season 17, here's a few recs:

1. Literally anything by @benditlikepress (AO3 page here)

I've been reading through her page basically top to bottom, especially her post-season 17 fics.

These two especially stood out as painfully beautiful, which is what I have been in the mood for lately:

no man is an island (Cairo fic - also read the other two in the "fill in the blanks" series)

i think your house is haunted (past present future fic, this one is heartwrenching)

2. LittleSammy fics

Of Doors, Beds, and Relevancy (Tiva goes furniture shopping... completely platonically of course)

Fate's Design (more past present future between the scenes)

3. (Self promo) I also write Tiva fanfics, used to a lot more but I'm getting back into it now that I'm on AO3 and fully back in the fandom. I go by ContentsPriceless and while I wouldn't say I've got any masterpieces quite yet, here's a couple I really enjoyed:

How Does a Moment Last Forever (post-Family First new dad Tony and Tali)

Worth It (season 9 what if Tony swooped in to save the day when Ray stood Ziva up for their date)

I'm also writing a Tiva fic for every episode seasons 3 through 11.02. Only on season 3 right now and it's gonna be slow going, but I'm enjoying it so far!

I also recommend you check out @indestinatus (AO3), born33 (AO3), and probee (AO3), and I'm sure I'm missing many more, maybe I'll work on fic recs in the future that are more comprehensive! This is just what I've been reading lately!

yes these are my favorites ever ever ever

Common Sense - by @loudlooks : Tony starts wearing glasses, and Ziva ends up having the most unproductive day of her career because of them.

My personal favorite piece of writing by a mile always has been and always will. This is the best Tiva fanfic ever written, please just give it a go!!!

Fate's Design - by LittleSammy : The missing scenes from "Past, Present, Future" and "Family First". Because clearly, you weren't shown the whole story.

This fic changed how I saw 11x02 and honestly minimized my trauma from it lol it's a really good Ziva POV about what happened (I'm trying to write Tony's POV in this style but it's still a work in progress).

Heat Wave - by jelenamichel : What was it they said about excessive heat having an effect on a person's ability to think clearly? A heat wave in DC brings the tension between two agents to boiling point.

This author is a fan favorite for a reason and this is my personal favorite fic from them so here it is! Very hot (pun intended).

for lovers, running away - by @benditlikepress : After the events of the last three years, Ziva goes home (via an Airbnb in downtown Madrid). Post 17x02 reunion fic.

Just go on and read all of her fics down on AO3, I recommend all of them in any order but this one is special because we were really angered at the time of 17x02. So it marked me personally. Tony and Ziva written by her are the real Tony and Ziva, they're canon, always.

The Last One to Find Out - by lostonaseaofdreams : You'd have to be blind not to see it. Right? The NCIS team and friends realizing over time that Tony DiNozzo is in love with Ziva David.

This one is just the newest favorite of mine, it is so clever. Tells the perspective of other characters how they discover about Tiva.

Can I get some good Tiva fanfiction recs?? Itake been so long since I read some and I feel like I need it lol
