But jaune is one, a Giganotosaurus meaning he's much larger than other faunus on the size of an elephant faunus (just to give you an idea he dwarfs over yatsuhashi and elm) however he's not only he's a rare he's also an apex on like an alpha, apex's are extremely more powerful and aggressive. For jaune case he gets it from his great, great, great, great, great, gre-uh skip a generation, great-grandmother who had a rage semblance when she takes enough damage she goes crazy and it didn't help for the fact that she was a dino faunus but a Brachiosaurus.

Because of that jaune developed a rage mode where he will lose control and hurt/kill everything especially when he was a kid occasional he'll wander in the forest and will be later found surrounded by destroy trees, dead grim or the occasional bandits of course he managed to control it however like many faunus it's that time of year... Mating season where many find a mate but for jaune that's a difference because being an apex means that many faunus are afraid of him whether they are alphas or other small carnivores.

Plus jaune never thought about having kids yet but because of that jaune went through the season so many times he became extremely aggressive towards everyone and everything plus his rage Jaune with a walking bomb.

Team rwby and team npr were all saddened as Ruby spoke up. "There's got to be a way to help him."

Late at night

She avoided his attack as she wished to bring her shield as jaune swings at her Pyrrha again avoided it however she didn't see his large tail.

God I'm so done. Ever since I found out abt void (or got into reality shifting) I've put hold on life ever since, it'll be almost an year, I really don't want to keep living like this, it's like god. I can't. I just want to leave this reality. I'm so done. I want to enter void state. I just. God. Oh my god. I can't. I've idolized these things so much I know but these are my only saviors. I do believe all of this is real, but I don't trust my own ability, I know, I've been trying for so long, am I even trying at this point? I know i should give up, but how? I just can't keep living like this, it's hell...

1. Save what you need to

Find a handful of concise posts that center you and remind you who you are and what you are capable of/remind you that manifestation isn't actually hard

Screenshot them, save them, print them out, whatever you need to but save them in a way that doesn't require you to reopen Tumblr. Maybe make a google doc with them/any links to videos or subliminals that you ground yourself with

2. Address your phone addiction

I fell down a rabbit hole on dopamine addiction a couple months back and I've learned a bit about it. If you want to stop overconsumption you have to stop doomscrolling.

Don't put your phone by your bed. Do not let the first thing you do in the morning be checking your notifications and scrolling.

"think of it as a lemon that you're squeezing the juice out of right? ...at the very beginning you can squeeze very little and you can get a lot of juice out of. But at the very end you need something very very powerful to squeeze out the remaining juice. So the more dopaminergic the task the less dopamine you need to engage in the activity " - DR K

The problem is your phone releases INSANE amounts of dopamine. It's this flashing color crack box that immediately spends all of that dopamine and because you used it first thing you need extremely dopaminergic activities or you can't focus.

Other extremely dopaminergic things include: video games, pornography, seeing people you hate attempt to bleach their hair, gambling, etc.

If you're trying to kick your phone addiction there's a couple things to remember:

You are going to get through the first day and think "I'm doing so well what's a TikTok break going to hurt" DONT FALL FOR IT. Your brain is lying to you. If you were good at moderation you wouldn't be trying to kick the addiction in the first place

It's ok to be bored. You have to accept being bored. It's good for your brain. Be bored.

Do not quit because you tripped up. The best advice I've heard for addiction is not to treat it as "I have to have an unbroken streak" this leads people to go on benders because of small slip ups because they "ruined it anyway". Instead think in percentages. You made it through 6/7 days. That's still an improvement and yes the goal is 7/7 but you are getting there if you keep your discipline.

3. How your day should look

Wake up and take a couple minutes to affirm and saturate your mind. This is basically bragging to yourself about how much you have it and it's yours. Affirm things like "oh my god I just woke up in my DR" or "Oh my god I shifted"

Do the shit you need to do. Don't put it off. Why should your life here have to stop??

Whenever you think about the things you want remind yourself that you already have it and it's yours. Think about it as if you have it. Do saturation sessions throughout the day if you want to.

Stop searching for a new method, advice, whatever, think as if you have already manifested it instead of spiralling into "I don't have it. this next post will help me have it" Do. Not. Think. About. It. As. If. You. Don't. Have. It.

Actually stick to it. Yes even if it takes longer than you want.

What you're doing wrong

What do you mean you've put your life on hold? Please do not do that. There is no reason to. If you ignore the obvious downsides to neglecting yourself and your life, you should know that isn't helping your manifestation at all either.

Right now you're suspended in a waiting state. You're entire life revolves around "I have to figure out how to do this", "I haven't done this yet so I can't focus on anything else"

What is that telling your subconscious? That it's not here and that nothing can change.

The point of LOA is to think as if it's already here. If you put everything on hold until you have it the only state you are thinking from is "it's not here". If you were thinking from the state of having it you wouldn't be doing any of that. "I can't do ____ until this manifests" you just affirmed that it hasn't manifested/you have not shifted. Not only are you frozen in the physical world but the internal one.

"I know I should give up but how" who told you to give up? I don't think you should do that. Why would you give up on something you have?

Both manifestation and shifting work the same way. You think as if you are there or that you have what you want and the physical world has to change to fit that. Has to.

These things are not your saviors. These things are not things. They are not outside of you. It is not a magical ability you need to tap into, it is something you are already doing. Your assumptions choose what your physical world looks like 24/7. It doesn't turn off that is just how you work. Your reality has ALWAYS shifted to match your mind. You aren't harnessing anything you are just realizing your own potential.

I know it sounds absurdly simple, that's because it is. You are creating your reality. Create. Sit down and think as if it's here. Bask in having it.

Do you know what the void state is? It's you. It's your consciousness. Are you consciousness ? Then you can enter. The reason you aren't experiencing it now is just because you are telling yourself that you are your body. You are not your body. You are the consciousness. Void state is just a return to self.

It is ok to focus on yourself and your life. You are going to be ok. You are going to shift. Please please take care of yourself

Now prepare for the long answer:

Amon

Let's begin with Amon, he is represents an extremist consequence of an untreated problem in Republic City: the corruption and unbalance of power.

While we don't have a direct connection between the escape of Noatak from the Northern Water Tribe and the uprising of the equalists, we know that life wasn't fair on him and his brother. He had a peaceful life until He and Tarrlok discovered they could bend. And not just waterbending but also bloodbending.

Such a rare skill and difficult to dominate, they were capable of handling it with impressive determination and effort. The problem is, as we know, it was not his decision nor Tarrlok's to develop it...

With the turn of events, the way Yakone saw them after figuring the potential they held, changed their entire world or Noatak's world to be precise. This leads me to believe Noatak generated an inner hate for being born the way he was, because he saw his world slowly collapse since he learned about his skill.

This continued for years, leading to the breaking point when he escaped. After that we don't know how nor why he specifically had this hatred towards benders, however I have my own theories.

My bet is that he saw bending as the root of his misery, the ultimate cause of the pain in the world when he saw all the destruction and crimes it brought to the world, not only for Yakone's making him the man he is and destroying his family, but also because he probably had a lot of time to travel around the world and learn. Time to see the atrocities brought by nasty gangsters and organized crime, taking advantage of vulnerable people and unable to do anything (or at least enough) about it, frustrating him and making his resentment grow rapidly.

You might think "sure organized crime is horrible but it is not exclusive of benders or non benders, it doesn't make sense for him to dislike benders so much if both are capable of instigate fear and destruction and non benders are also able to protect themselves and even others as we saw in ATLA".

Well you have a point about it but we need to keep in mind the context of Noatak's life, the circumstances he grew in: he grew in times post war, in an abusive environment. He saw bending as the destructor of his peaceful life, which provoked him to distort his vision about it and see it as the root of all problems. And the end of the war left nations, cities and towns in poverty, they had to fix the damage from the war, people were desperate due to the lack of basic needs and not everyone could access a decent paid job. This environment allowed to expand organized crime, leading many to seek a semi-decent life in crime.

We have seen in some fragments of ATLA and TLOK how people have shown preference for benders (even royal families), because of the enormous advantage it brings to handle an element.

I believe this issue to be made less by the Avatar community and it is frustrating because as much as we want to believe it doesn't make a difference to be a bender or a non bender, it does. We saw how Bumi II struggled with self value issues, among them it is believed being a non bender contributed. I also believe it is easier to get a job as a bender because we see how much money industries save by hiring benders, saving money in tools and energy to complete processes because if we pay attention to the scene in which Mako works at a factory, we realize how much it would cost to get the equipment necessary to do his job.

Even if we let aside that, we only need to think for a moment how useful bending is and how much of a disadvantage it is not to have it. If you are trapped, lost, hungry, thirsty, alone in the desert or the tundra or if you have someone ill by your side, bending makes an enormous difference in the circumstances you are going through. Sure you can use weapons, medicine, start a fire of your own but the problem is that you need resources to do that and may not always be available and require time and knowledge to use them, while bending allows you to do multiple things way quicker, sometimes even more efficiently (even with no items at hand in some cases), giving benders higher possibilities to complete tasks or survive.

Of course this doesn't mean benders are weak or defenseless, much less that they can do no wrong and become a potential threat with proper knowledge and training but the point here is how those small details can make the difference in particular circumstances.

Now you may be wondering "How does this relate to Amon?".

Amon/Noatak is a person who lived the bitter side of life, someone who got to see the worst of the world and noticed the negative impact bending could have in the definition of one's personality and the perception of the world towards one's self.

He saw a problem, a flaw in the systems of the four nations and Republic City. An issue based in what you are, somethingout of your control.

Frustration took over. He wanted to do something about this issue, to protect non benders specifically. Amon said he was seeking for equality but what he truly wanted was justice. He looked for changes to protect those vulnerable and lessen the crimes... or at leas I believe that's what he might have wanted first.

The problem is... he lacked the power to do much, and he probably knew many tried to do things right, before him ,and they were disappeared for trying to make a change, probably beheld it with his own eyes.

Finally exhausted, furious and desperate to make a change, his sense of justice tainted the worst part of him, looking to fight against the system through extreme ways and that's where the corrupt, ruthless Amon became the character we know.

What I like about Amon is that he wasn't born a monster but he came to be a monster out of need, after he found how unfair the world could be and wanted a change but the authorities nor the own society could do much about such problems.

Unfortunately, we know his vision was undeniably corrupted, he knew how much damage he was going to cause and yet stayed firm to achieve his goals.

The interesting thing about Amon is how extreme he can be, and how he tries to justify it, sometimes he may have a point, sometimes absolutely not and I find fascinating how far he is able to go for his cause and the and knowledge he has gained.

It's something I find fascinating, because it shows if you don't treat problems, people will voice their complaints, and when they are desperate and not being heard they will search for their own solutions, even if they need to go for extreme ways no matter how morally wrong or how unlikely of being successful they are. It's like the butterfly effect, small actions can scale into something tragic.

Korra

I find her a complicated character to analyze because I like her a lot and she is flawed. But that's precisely what I like about her, her flaws!

Korra is one of the few characters who doesn't have a tragic past and gets along with her parents most of the time. She was sheltered all her life from danger. She was taught the practical part of being the avatar, she believed it was the coolest thing over the world and that the avatar is indispensable, the most powerful being of the four nations.

However, not being allowed to leave her little bubble and travel had consequences for her spiritual side and her perception of the world.

When she arrives to Republic she is faced with the rough side of life she was protected from. When she sees how things work and that she needs money for her of basic needs thet not everyone likes her nor can she do whatever she wants merely for being the avatar, that's the beginning of her awakening.

But the true cold water bucket finally settles in when she discovers Amon. It takes a while but once she learns what he can do: to take away what she considers the most precious for her, what makes her important, valuable as a person, shock turn into fear.

Korra is not a character with a tragic past, instead she is smug, too bold and overconfident, sometimes annoying, someone difficult to relate to or like. While I can't deny her writing is not always consistent and helds other issues, the point of Korra is her journey, the things she must live in order to grow, to become a capable avatar and protect her people when needed but also to learn that being the avatar is not a guarantee to be successful in life nor it is as simple as she thought.

So, keeping in mind all of this, this shock of fear will be the first in a series of unfortunate events provoked by lack of experience will be the first things to destroy her self steem and lead her to breakdown.

Amon was the slap of reality to turn her down, to make her question herself and her skills, if she could fulfill her purpose. Eventually, she begun to see that she was not capable of doing everything in her own. She saw brute strength wasn't enough against numbers snd technique, much less against politics.

This journey, harsh and long, was the reason Korra begun to doubt herself. To understand the world was too complex to solve its problems alone.

In the first season it's just gnawing at her, but as seasons go by, it morphs into something intense, deteriorating her mental stability and trust in herself. The poison was only the detonation of all the stress and internal wounds accumulated since Republic city.

From this breaking point she had to start from zero, healing while thinking about her past actions. We see Korra maturing: asking for advice, being there for others, negotiating, being humble sometimes and trying to help others.

That's what I like about Korra, she is not perfect by any means, not the strongest or smartest but no matter how many mistakes she made or how much weight she had to bear. She always come back to help others no matter if what.

Amorra

Amorra is an unconventional ship, yes but if you give it a chance you will discover lots of possibilities and dynamics that could satisfy the hunger canon left you.

Personally, I like the au's where they have to work together because they compliment each other: Amon is the conscious head, the one who knows how things work and is aware of the dangers lurking in the streets, Korra (on the other hand) is the bold heart who seeks to remain in the good path.

Both are firm in their beliefs, care for their people, want to defend others and prove themselves in their own ways, so these kind of au's are my favorite because we can also test their limits and each fan has their own interpretation of them.

Which is fun to discover!

There are darker variations and (even if I am inclined to the vanilla side) that have a particular approach about breaking them to get the worst part of them. If I am honest I don't agree with certain depictions, but if you find some good fics it's not hard to understand that train of thought and see how they ended in such a catastrophic situation.

There's also crack, which will always give you the loudest laughs for both of them being incredibly shameless, stubborn or horny. A good dose of cackling per day keeps the stress away.

To keep it short if you want a ship with growth, healing, good character study material, mutual learning, opposites working together, some good horny pwp, angst, or power dynamics then Amorra is for you buddie!!!

Apparently, this was her Hat of Intellect! Neat, right? She gave it to him for good luck when he came to the Arcanium, which is why Simon won't ever sell it or replace it. I wouldn't want him to replace it either, because it makes it easier for me to think when he's away and I want to remember all the stuff I forget when he’s gone! 

I usually don’t like to remember everything at the same time, because I don’t feel like I’m the same Kaya. I’m still there, just… covered up in all this other stuff.Plus, it’s nice to take a break from thinking a lot for a while anyways! 

Sometimes we’re brewing something that’s going to take too long for him to be around the whole time, though, and I know a whole lot about alchemy when I’m smarter! 

I love our hat. It may be really worn out, patchy, super wrinkly, and the brim has a lump in it and... no, wait, that one's new, and it's moving!

Sometimes people ask me "How do you sleep at night?!", (usually after I introduce them to a new spell, like Conjure Kidney Gnomes, Banish Citrus, or Baculum Restoration/Boner Literalification, you know, the good ones!) and the answer is... I don't! I sleep during the day when my Master's away so I'll be well rested to do cat stuff at night!

This is a picture in the Arcanium dorms where where me and my master, Simon, live! (If you're not from the area, the Arcanium's the college split between the Fah'erim city of Id'uru on the southern side, and the lowmen city of Thaum to the north.)

The Arcanium is a big deal because there's a lot of leylines, so it's the best location to practice magic without constantly running low on mana! Most lowmen mages who made it through the empire were the weird ones out in the woods, so it's important to have a place for all the druids, witches, noita, and skalds who come here for training.

They dorms are a little grim because they used to be the slave quarters before the lowman kingdom came about and banned the practice, so now they're a place to stay for some of the lowmen mages who aren't already in a Mage House, like us!

There's a lot of holes in some of the dorm walls from the war and age and stuff, but as long as it's not raining and you have a few homey touches, it's actually really cozy! You just have to keep the feral gnomes from getting in!

Lemon Kale Muffins

But Nimbler, I hear you say, why would I do that to myself?

Look. It's an improvement on the lemon blueberry* muffin, and it's bright green. It also happens to sneak vegetables and protein into your diet. Stay tuned! You will need a blender.

*cranberry. Improvement.

100g chopped kale 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, or 1/2 t vanilla powder and 1 t vanilla 1 lemon zest and juice 1/3 c (150 mL) neutral oil 2-3 T honey 1 (110g) stick of butter 1/3 c (70g) caster/granulated sugar 3/4 c (100g) all purpose flour 1/2 c (60g) whole wheat flour 1/4 c (25g) almond flour 1 teaspoon baking powder scant ½ teaspoon salt handful of cranberries

Steam kale. If you want it to be a brighter green, dunk steamed kale in cold water and squeeze out. Add kale, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and juice, oil and honey to blender. Blend till homogeneous. Cream butter and sugar. Beat liquid from bender with creamed butter and sugar. Mix till just combined with dry ingredients and cranberries. Put into greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. These are fragile when freshly baked so wait five or ten minutes to loosen them from the tin.

You do NOT get a picture because I just realized these muffies are half way through baking and I forgot the whole wheat flour. Brain shorted out between the white and the almond flours and I just left it out. Also meant to add more cranberries. SOUP IT IS. And no more baking for me tonight. :(
