I think about kylo slanders on twitter says leia wont speak to ben and reysky stan mocked elisa l for her worst takes on Leia who made her mistakes i never forgvie JJ made han and leia as shitty parents if Rian made Solos as good parents
Theres still drama all these years after the movies ended 🙃
I don't think Han and Leia were bad parents. They just couldn't understand what Ben was going through and didn't know how to help him. He was extremely strong with the force, and on top of that had Snoke/Palpatine in his head. He was a very troubled kid and they struggled to know how to help him. I think Han especially had a tough time connecting with him, Leia could a bit more because of her connection with the force. But they genuinely thought sending him off to train with Luke would be the best thing. But sadly, that is what led to his downfall. And I think Ben resented them, even hated them, for that. If they'd never sent him away, that fateful night at the academy never would have happened.
In TFA we saw how much they loved Ben. Leia wanted him to come home. She didn't care about the horrible things he'd done, or all the mistakes he'd made. She just wanted her son to come home. And Han literally gave his life for him in the hopes that it would push him to come back.
Rian followed on from that in TLJ. Ben thought his mother would hate him after what he'd done, but all he could feel from her was love. Leia still loved him no matter what. She held onto that hope, and when she had a moment of doubt Luke reminded her that 'no one's ever really gone'. It wasn't too late for him to come home.
TROS, on the other hand, for some reason did a complete 180. Leia had trained to become a Jedi, and was now even training Rey. So... couldn't she have trained Ben then?? Why'd she send him away to Luke? And don't even get me started on the whole 'at the end of her Jedi journey she foresaw her son would die, but hoped one day someone would complete her journey'. But that would mean her son would die right??? Makes no sense. The way JJ handled Leia in TROS, especially in regards to Ben, was pretty bad.
Even though it wasn't really Han in Ben's memory, it was him remembering and knowing deep down that his father loved him. That his mother still wanted him to come home. It was Ben finally acknowledging what he'd always known but couldn't allow himself to accept - that his parents loved him unconditionally.

SBG Hunger Games AU
Ashlyn, forced to survive and take on a leadership role she never wanted in the rebellion. Her parents teaching her to survive as best as they could in hopes that she could protect herself if she ever got hurt and refusing to let her put her name more than once for the reaping no matter how hard things got, only to watch her name get picked out of hundreds of others and not being able to do anything as their only daughter was thrown into a death tournament for the amusement of the rich and powerful. Ashlyn doing her best to survive the games and resenting Aiden for stepping all over her boundaries and poking his nose into her business but slowly learning to love him as time goes on. Her being forced into the arena of her nightmares a year after she and Aiden got out, knowing only one of them would walk out alive this time and she wanted it to be him. Her losing him despite doing her best to try and keep him alive.
Aiden, so hopelessly devoted to a single girl it destroys him. Aiden, the son of the mayor and his wife, whose cousin was reaped just two years before him, losing his voice and passion for singing in the process. Him watching the girl he liked (and was kinda obsessed with) get chosen for the games shortly before his name was pulled and finding it vaguely ironic because he'd always wondered what it was like to die but he'd never really expected that he would die this way. He was always testing the boundaries with the peacekeepers, seeking out dangerous things that he knew would get him in trouble. Aiden, who already knew what the outcome of the games would be because he would make sure of it himself-- make sure Ashlyn would come home even if he didn't. Him watching as she offers him the berries-- both of them go home or neither of them go home-- and falling in love with her all over again. Him volunteering for his cousin and swearing to make sure Ashlyn will be the only one to walk out all over again because he knows they won't get lucky again this time.
Ben, big and charming with a love for singing that helped him get sponsors when he was reaped, having his throat heavily damaged during the games by one of the careers. He beat them to death in his anger and his throat was fixed by the capitol but it was forever changed and artificial and Ben hated the sound of it so he never spoke or sang again, getting angrier and more defiant of the capitol until his family's home was burned down and he realized the capitol would kill them at any time if they wanted to. So he kept quiet and remained on his best behaviour, letting his hatred and anger fester inside him as other kids were reaped and then his cousin, his reckless stupid cousin was reaped and Ben knew he would die in that arena while he could do nothing but stand there with clenched fists and poisonous rage. But Aiden survived against all odds and there were whispers of rebellion and Ben began to hope-- until the victors are reaped and Aiden volunteers for him despite all his protests and he is forced to watch from the sidelines all over again, hoping that Jasmine and District 13 can extract them all from the arena in time.
Tyler, hardened and angry from loss, clinging onto the family he has left and volunteering as tribute when Taylor gets chosen so she never has to fear for her life only for her to get chosen again the next year as a punishment for his own defiant nature. Taylor, who manages to survive her games, watching her brother continue to suffer to protect her from the darker sides of being a tribute. Marianna, a victor who had a mental breakdown after the capitol killed her husband, watching her children go through the same trauma she went through and not being able to do anything about it. Tyler and Taylor being pulled back into that nightmare arena and Marianna volunteering for Taylor and dying in the arena to protect Tyler in the only way she could. Taylor, helplessly watching from the sidelines as her mother dies and falling apart at the seams when she realizes they didn't manage to get Tyler before the Capitol got to him.
Logan, intelligent and kind despite all that he went through, managing to get through his games by being underestimated and hiding with the career pack. His parents watching as he used their knowledge of botany (and drugs) to survive in a forest landscape where tributes from District 3 would generally struggle to survive and coming home despite all odds. Him being dragged into the games all over again barely a few years later.
Ashlyn, Aiden, Tyler, Marianna, and Logan being allies in the games. Ben, Taylor and the others working with District 13 to get the victors removed. Aiden and Tyler being the ones lost to the Capitol. Ashlyn, forced to be a symbol. Taylor becoming more angry and vicious because she has lost her whole family at this point. Aiden and Tyler coming back not quite right, not fully human. Alex Laurier taking on a bit of a mentor role for Ashlyn like Boggs did for Katniss, warning her not to trust Maverick.
Ashlyn and Aiden helping each other heal, the gang and their parents coming together in the end and helping each other heal because they were still kids by the end of it all, even if they were never truly allowed to be.
IT FITS THEM SO WELL, I'M GONNA GO CRY IN A CORNER WHY DID I THINK OF THIS? 😭

Why yes, this fic does come with lore, why do you ask?
This is a 'Tennsyons didn't get the omnitrix and shit is being handled elsewhere' au because because.
Fic takes place around when AF would be starting in the proper timeline
The school does not have a name but is a boarding school for mutant kids (yes that old classic trope). While you technically could fit all the mutant teens in the US into one school (with the numbers for my crap there's about 13.6 thousand of them, which would put it sizewise on par with Arkansas State U's main campus) this isn't what's happening here. It's got maybe a thousand students. Teaches the usual school things while also having an expanded list of non-core classes, alongside offering help figuring out one's powers, while also providing the specialized support mutants tend to need.
Kevin is on his third year at the school, attending thanks to a juvenile rehabilitation program. His history is the same, minus the bits with Ben and plus a few extra years of trouble and spiraling before he was brought into custody. None of the other students at the school know what he did, just that he has to see a specialist initially once a week and then three times every two weeks and that a parole officer drops by at random to check on him. Having nowhere else to really go, he stays at the school year round.
Mike is on his second year, his parents were already considering sending him with his mom being far more into the idea than his dad, but then his dad caught him feeding off a neighbor's dog and that sorta sealed the 'clearly he needs somebody who knows what they're doing' deal. None of the other students know about his addiction problem besides Kevin, who he has joint therapy with every other week on top of seeing the same specialist every week.
Gwen, who is also on her second year, got to have a nice summer roadtrip with her grandpa and cousin, managing to develop a weaker but still noteworthy bond with the latter while staying mostly sheltered from the weirder shit that happened with Ben not getting dragged into stuff via heroism and a watch, and didn't encounter or learn magic. This gained her a few more years before her Spark finally really 'caught', which triggered her parents to send her to the school. If anything this has made her perfectionism issues worse, feeling a little like she's been cast aside (not helped by tending to feel like the more friendly Ben is better liked (why yes I do have headcanons about the causes of their issues with each other)). Since her powers have come in late and strong she has to get extra tutoring in managing and working with them, which Mike helps with. Still, she's never felt like she fit in as much as she does at the school.
She and Mike met at the Bellwood Airport heading into their first year and developed a 'how do you friend''holy crap someone like me''holy crap someone like me in my area' bond pretty much as soon as they realized they were going to the same school. They were each other's first friend at the school- to the point where the Christmas before the fic Mike slept at home yeah but was functionally staying with the Tennysons- with Kevin slowing working his way into the group during their first year and Cooper being adopted right off the bat.
Cooper in on his first year, after his mom got a raise that let's them have the money to send him. Met Gwen and Mike at the airport, was immediately adopted into the group when they realized where he was heading. Boy is not complaining about having a trio of older kids accept him into their friend group, and may or may not have taken a while to stop following people (*cough*Kevin*cough*) around like a puppy. He's struggling a little with getting back into the swing of things after years of homeschooling, but is mostly managing especially with the help of his friends.

Comfort Food
BLOSCtober Day 2
Prompt: Cosmo's
"What can I get you, sweetie?"
The gentle voice of Sally the waitress caused Ben to lift his head from the table, where he'd been resting it atop his crossed arms.
"I, um …" The boy glanced around the table at the concerned faces of his parents and siblings before taking one last look at the menu before him. "I guess I'll have an extra-crunchy grilled cheese with a chocolate milk."
"Okay, then." The cat-like alien waitress scribbled the last order for the Lightyear-Nova family into her order book, then headed for the counter to give Cosmo the order, humming along with the cheeful but gentle tune streaming from the jukebox near the diner entrance.
The overall atmosphere at Cosmo's that evening seemed to be one of joy and contentment, with most of the customers wrapping up a successful day with a favorite entrée, side dish or sweet treat. However, this particular day had been a rough one for the Lightyear-Nova family.
Buzz made a bad call during a mission that resulted in another space ranger's injury.
Astrid and her friend Megan Parsec got into a fight with Cordelia Tachyon at school, and the former two were sent to the principal's office.
Alexander was bringing his school project, a part of a model city his class was working on, to his classroom when he accidently tripped and fell on top of his model, smashing it beyond repair.
Ben's pet goldfish, Corporal Fish-Face, had died, leaving the small boy's spirit crushed.
But the one who'd had the worst day, and was the reason Buzz decided to take his family to Cosmo's for dinner that evening, was Mira. After dealing with a fussy and irritable Sophie all morning, the Tangean space ranger and mother of four had finally gotten her youngest daughter to calm down when she received a message from the Tangean royal physician, who informed her that her father's illness had taken a turn for the worse.
"Why didn't you get the cosmic chili, Dad?" Astrid asked, confused as to why her father had ordered something other than his usual favorite.
"Well, sweetie -" Buzz was about to answer his daughter's question when Mira interrupted him.
"Buzz, I know I've been telling you to lay off the cosmic chili for awhile," the Tangean began, "but it doesn't have to be today. You can treat yourself, too, if you want."
Buzz just smiled in reply. "Mira, I understand you're worried about your father and whether he'll recover. I thought I'd do you a favor and forego the chili tonight, since we all know how it messes with my sleep as well as my- "
"Buzz, please!" Mira held up her hand to silence him. "Do we really need to be discussing that in front of the kids? And here, of all places?"
The three oldest kids smiled and began to giggle, for the moment forgetting their troubles. Sophie, not understanding what was so funny, squirmed in her high chair, trying to get a better look at the tiny bug-like car that was making its way across the floor of the diner.
************************************************************************
In the kitchen, Cosmo had just finished preparing the Lightyear-Novas' meals and was about to ring for Sally to pick up the order when a thought occured to him. Sally had mentioned to him when she gave him the order that the family looked unusually depressed that evening; possibly because of an especially bad day or troubling news, the waitress guessed.
If there was one thing the alien chef believed strongly in, it was that there was nothing that helped cheer one up after a bad time like good food.
Cosmo placed six coupons for a free dessert on the tray with the Lightyear-Novas' food, along with a small but steaming hot bowl of cosmic chili. Satisfied, he rang for Sally to pick up the order.
"What-?" Sally looked at the chili, confused as to why it was on the tray when it wasn't originally part of the order.
"Tell him it's on the house," Cosmo explained.
************************************************************************
"Here we are, sweethearts," Sally said sweetly as she placed the family's orders on their table - meatloaf in barbecue sauce with broccoli and mashed potatoes for Buzz, a grilled chicken sandwich with salad greens for Mira, chicken and dumplings for Astrid, pasta with garlic shrimp for Alex, an extra crunchy grilled cheese sandwich for Ben, and applesauce and mixed vegetables for Sophie.
"Thanks, Sally," said Buzz as he and Mira handed out the dishes to their kids. He'd just passed Astrid's food to her and was reaching for his own when he noticed the small bowl of chili Cosmo had included with the order. "Um, Sally, I don't think any of us -"
"Cosmo says it's on the house," the waitress explained. "He also included a free dessert coupon for each of you."
The kids' eyes immediately brightened at the mention of dessert.
"Please, Mom and Dad?" begged Ben. "Can we have dessert?"
"Yes, please," Astrid chimed in.
"Besides," Alex reasoned, "Cosmo was just being polite when he offered us those coupons. It would be rude to refuse."
Buzz chuckled. "He's got a point there, Mira."
Mira sighed, knowing she was outnumbered. "Well, alright. We can have dessert. But as soon as we get home, I want each of you kids to brush your teeth and go straight to bed. Got it?"
Astrid, Alex, and Ben all nodded eagerly. "Yes, Mom."
A ringing from the window, followed by a "Pickup for Quiche Lorraine!" from Cosmo, caught Sally's attention.
"Well, I'd better get going," said the feline-like waitress. "Let us know when you're ready for that dessert."

Despite it being six years since The Last Jedi, the haters are still accusing Rian Johnson of 'demonising' Luke.
I have noticed quite a lot of them are Kylo haters...and argue that the ST 'made the OT heroes look bad' in order to 'make Kylo look good.'
Okay, we are all entitled to our own opinions...but at the end of the day, I, who LOVED the OT characters....didn't think it made them look bad at all.
Let me explain.
Some of the greatest heroes, in fiction but also in real life, have been crap parents. My bro, a HUGE Superman fan, read a comic where Clark was a father, and his son bemoaned the fact that he was never there...instead he was off 'saving the world.'
Many real life cops suffer from failed marriages because they had to put saving lives before being there for their kids. Male AND female cops.
Let's look at the OT characters.
Han - when we first meet him, he's a mercenary who refuses to help save Leia until he got paid. Yes, he did return and save Luke...but he was still a 'grey' character.
Luke - rash, impulsive and with 'much anger in him.' Luke eventually became a Jedi master, but made many mistakes along the way.
Leia - put the 'greater good' before everything else; even when her home world was threatened she lied rather than telling the Empire the truth. Brave to a fault, Leia still was more of a warrior/politician than anything else.
These qualities are why I loved the OT trio - I'd rather have a flesh and blood, human being as a hero, one I could identify with, than a Mary Sue like Rey any day.
The first two films in the ST didn't 'demonise' the OT heroes at all....in fact I believe they were true to character.
Leia candidly admitted that she had made a mistake sending her son away. Han admitted that he 'ran off' instead of doing something to get his son back. Both of them were emotionally scarred by their experiences with Vader - the man who tortured them - to the degree that every time their child had a tantrum they thought it was the dark side manifesting in him.
And then....Luke.
Luke also made a mistake....his mistake was looking into the future. It showed him Ben becoming Kylo....but, just as Anakin's vision of Padme dying was showing him what would happen if he 'fell', Luke's vision showed what would happen if something wasn't done to save Ben. It was a warning of how Ben's family were failing to see what Snoke was doing to him.
'Always in motion, the future.' Yes, Yoda.
'The future is not set' - John Connor, the Terminator.
At heart, the Skywalkers were a family haunted by tragic mistakes. Which is why Ben's survival and redemption was so very important to the final film in their saga, and why the choices made by DLF caused the entire trilogy to spectacularly fail. But, the first two films didn't 'demonise' any of the characters.
TROS did.
With Rey - reduced to an unlikeable judgemental skank. With Poe, reduced from the son of heroes to a drug smuggler. With Finn, reduced to Rey's groupie. With Kylo, whose wonderful development in TLJ was tossed down a garbage chute so Abrams and Terrio could turn him into a Vader clone (ironic as JJ repeatedly insisted he was anything but in TFA).
But most of all....with Leia.
Leia screwed up. She focused on rebuilding the Republic when she should have focused on her child, and what he was going through. But, in TFA Leia admitted it. She desperately wanted her son back. She sent him to Luke because she couldn't train him herself. And yes...she shouldn't have. But, she meant well. This was the Leia I loved in the OT.
I didn't know TROS Leia.
She was revealed as a half trained Jedi who could have chosen to train her troubled son herself. She chose not to. Instead, she chose to train his enemy. To in all likelihood kill him.
Even the scene where she 'reached out' to Ben almost cost him his life. And, at the end, she was 'glad' to take him with her in the afterlife...presumably because she had a nice shiny female virginal replacement.
I'm sorry, but I can't imagine Carrie being happy in how her character was treated. It broke my heart.
And yet years later, it is still the 'treatment of Luke' fanboys are whining about.
The fans that also ultimately are responsible for TROS.
Thanks for nothing.

meet campbell!
Welcome to Aurora Bay, [CAMPBELL BENOWITZ]! I couldn’t help but notice you look an awful lot like [ANDREW GARFIELD]. You must be the [THIRTY-FIVE] year old [PEDIATRICIAN]. Word is you’re [KIND] but can also be a bit [AVOIDANT] and your favorite song is [DO YOU REALIZE?? BY THE FLAMING LIPS]. I also heard you’ll be staying in [SEABROOK QUARTER]. I’m sure you’ll love it!
Full name: Benjamin Campbell Benowitz
Age/DOB: 35 / October 14th, 1987
Hometown: London, England
Gender/pronouns: cismale, he/him
Positive traits: kind, patient, gregarious
Negative traits: avoidant, flippant, private
Hobbies/interests: hiking, guitar, reading, poetry
Family: Maya Benowitz (mother, alive), Joseph Benowitz (father, alive)
abandonment tw
Yes, his real name is Ben Benowitz. Whether his parents just didn't realize what they were doing or simply didn't care, we'll never know. But as soon as he was old enough to realize how silly he sounded when he introduced himself, he was insistent upon using his middle name instead - little Campbell Benowitz.
From the get-go, Camp was a smart kid. He would read every book that passed in front of him, and usually talk anyone's ear off about them whenever he got the chance. His grades excelled in school, always at the very top of his class, despite his track record. He was also known as a bit of a class clown. Never fully disruptive to the point of getting in serious trouble, but enough to where he was labelled as a distraction and would be sent to sit in the hallway until he could calm down. But that was fine with him; he'd be just as entertained counting the tiles on the floor as he would've been in class.
While extremely close with his mother, Joseph Benowitz was a bit of a different story. He worked a lot, rarely being home for dinner and even more rarely being around for any of Campbell's school meetings. Camp didn't understand it as a kid, of course, but things weren't so great between Mr. and Mrs. Benowitz. They'd fight in hushed voices after he'd gone to sleep. A lot of Joseph's "work trips" were really just days of being gone without Maya knowing what was going on. It was textbook toxic until it came to a head. Without saying a word to his then-seven-year-old son, Joseph packed up and left.
Heartbroken and likely in denial, Maya never said a bad word about her newly estranged husband. She always told Campbell that he was working, that he wanted to come home but couldn't, that he'd be back as soon as he possibly could. She even went to the lengths of writing Camp "letters from Dad" to hold him over, something her son desperately held onto. Two years later though, Joseph reappeared in their lives, like nothing happened... until something happened again, and he was gone once more in less than six months.
This turned into an ugly pattern. Joseph leaving, Maya covering for him, Campbell idolizing the "hard work" he believed his father was out doing, and then Joseph returning just for the cycle to repeat. It took Campbell years, well into his teenage years, to accept what was really going on, and to realize the handwriting on his "Dad's letters" was strikingly similar to the handwriting on his birthday cards from his mother. When Joseph inevitably showed up again in his life, when he'd run out of money and needed to come back into their lives, Camp was disgusted by him. Their relationship, as superficial as it was, was over from then on out.
Despite all this, Camp's performance in school never faltered, and he went on to study medicine in university. Again, he excelled, graduating from pre-med and eventually with his MD in pediatrics. He found work at a small practice, not far from his childhood home in London, but as he'd grown older, his patience with his father wore thinner and thinner. He still showed up periodically, into Maya's waiting arms, like a knight in shining armor that was so brave just for coming back around. Campbell wanted to be there for his mother, but she wouldn't listen to him, or to common sense for that matter. It became too much, and eventually, Campbell had to leave.
He accepted a job offer at a hospital in California and made the move at the beginning of 2022. It was a huge move and an even huger adjustment, but so far, Camp's been settling into Aurora Bay gladly. He likes the heat, the scenery, the lack of dreary rain, and the change of pace it's given him. He's still the same happy-go-lucky, goofy guy he always has been.
Some wanted connections I'd like for him are
Friends plssss, he has so many friends. Not many that he's SUPER close with, he tends to keep people at arm's length because of ~trust issues~ from his dad, but he has so many people he's homies with
Patients and whatnot!! If your muse has a kid, maybe Camp can have treated them and they stayed buddies?
Neighbors!! He has a lil house in Seabrook Quarter!
He isn't... wonderful at commitment, but I do think he likes dating, so maybe someone he's matched with on Bumble/Hinge/etc in the last year?
Anything else tbh, hit me up!! <3

Ben 10 AU, One of Everyone, Plumber kids
Some quick background/basic summary of the all the Earth Plumber kids in my AU
All the ages are accurate for the first episode of Alien Force.
Rooters arc retcon? Never heard of her.
Alan Albright-
10 years old half Human half Pyronite.
His father, Solios, is a Pyronite Plumber who met and fell in love with a human called Ayah Albright, while on a mission on Earth, and ended up marrying her and moving to her planet. While they were happily married, they had one problem, they wanted to give life to a baby of their own, which wasn't physically possible with how differently their species reproduce, plus the whole being literal fire and not being fireproof thing going on, so having a biological child just wasn't an option for them… at least not naturally.
There are labs that are advanced enough to allow for 2 different DNA samples from 2 different species, that otherwise wouldn't be able to, to combine and eventually create a child. These labs are still very rare and incredibly hard to access and the couple only managed it thanks to Solios' rank as a Proctor in the Plumbers and having some connections. And thanks to it, they had Alan.
Alan at first seemed to be fully human, like his mother, with only his higher than usual body temperature and resistance to high temperatures giving away his Pyronite lineage. That, however, changed shortly after Alan turned 10, and his Pyronite form manifested and he accidently set his bed on fire while he slept. Unfortunately, his father happened to be away on a rather long mission at the time (which ended up being related to the Highbreed), and while they did make video calls and his mother was still there with him, they couldn't really help with his powers until Solion returned home.
It didn't help things when the local sheriff found out about Alan's powers, after an incident involving said powers, and started watching the boy like a hawk for any sign of trouble. Solios tried his best to get home as soon as possible because his boy needed him, but it would still take a while because he couldn't just get up and leave his team all by themselves. Then the whole DNAlien thing started happening and the Sheriff just kept blaming Alan for all the incidents, despite Ayah proving that he wasn't responsible over and over again.
Things do start to turn around for them when Alan meets Ben. Not only does he help solve the whole fire issue caused by the DNAliens, but he also ended up helping Alan with his powers, even visiting Alan after their first meeting to help him better control said powers. Ben turned out to be a blessing in that department, since not only does he have experience being a Pyronite, but he also knows what it's like being completely human until the age of 10 and then suddenly getting dangerous powers you have no idea how to control.
Alan looks up to Ben as if he were his older brother, and Alan's parents also really like him and are grateful for his help with Alan and his powers when Alan's father wasn't there yet. When he does return though, he returns the favour by teaching Ben some new tricks too.
Pierce and Helen wheels-
Pierce: 17 year old half Human half unknown porcupine-like alien.
Helen: 14 year old half Human half Kineceleran.
Half siblings who share a human mother who is a Plumber. Amara Wheels wasn't the most careful in her youth, jumping from one guy to the next, be it human or not, until eventually she met this Kineceleran named Heskin. She at first treated him like her usual affair before she ended up genuinely falling for him, wanting to have something more serious with him.
Unfortunately, it seems her luck ran out with her last fling, and she got pregnant, and while her ex was going to pay child support, he wasn't going to do anything else. She was more scared of what Heskin would do or say then she was of anything else, because she doesn't want him to leave her, but he actually took it well and not only did he support her, he also took care of her son like he was his own from even before they were married, which they did eventually do before having a daughter together.
The 2 siblings grew up on Earth with their father being the one to mainly take care of them, being a stay at home dad, while their mother was away a lot for her job as a Plumber Agent but Amara always made sure to make time for her family. So the kids had quite a good life growing up, unfortunately, they still weren't fully human, meaning they couldn't really make friends with the other kids, despite still going to school by using ID masks, since they couldn't reveal their identities and fully open up. As a result they grew very close with each other insted.
Fortunately for them, one day, due to an intergalactic war going on, a family of Gimlinopithecus (Shocksquatch) researchers got stuck on Earth and were staying with them until they could leave, allowing the siblings and said family's son, Zitanti, to bond and become friends. Zitanti eventually also met Ben Tennyson, through an accident involving an out of control machine and a gun, and the siblings became friends with him and his friend, another Plumber kid called Elena Validus. Pierce and Helen became very close with those 2 even after Zitanti and his family eventually left.
The siblings were happy to finally have some friends, but at the fear of losing them, when they found out about the DNAliens they ended up keeping a secret from them them, something they actually kept a secret from their parents too, since their mother was away on a mission (also Highbreed related) and they didn't want to worry them and thinking they could handle it, not realizing just how big this entire thing was. During their secret mission though, they eventually met Manny Armstrong, who joined them in their fight against the DNAliens.
Manny Armstrong-
16 year old half Human half Tetramand.
Manny's father, Dante Armstrong was a human who lived for fighting since he was young and even joined the military before joining the Plumbers, so it came as no surprise when he fell in love on the battlefield with a female Tetramand Plumber called Belia. He even challenged her to combat to win her hand in marriage, which, to both of their delight, he won, and the two were happily married and even had a son together.
Their happy life didn't last long however, as Manny's mother was killed in the line of duty when Manny himself was only a baby, a fact his father didn't take well at all. He blamed himself and threw himself into his work to assure this never happens again, which, combined with the fact that simply looking at Manny reminded him too much of his now dead wife, led to him completely neglecting his son.
That led to Manny having a very lonely childhood, and even though he went to school with an ID mask, he had a hard time connecting with other kids, and it didn't help that when his ID mask fell off once in a game, all the kids called him a freak and started bullying him. Not wanting to be treated like that, and thinking this might make his father pay attention to him, he started training to get stronger, to be better, he even started fights with anyone he could, which got him into a lot of trouble and had his dad yell at him a lot but at least now he was acknowledging him.
So Manny continued on fighting everyone including his father and he stopped going to school when he was about to start high school and his dad just gave up on that. At one point, when he was out one night, he came across some DNAliens and fought them off. Realizing this is something big, he decided to tackle this problem to prove his worth, and on one night of fighting them, he met Helen and Pierce Wheels.
Meeting the siblings was the best thing to happen to Manny. Not only does he finally have friends who actually care about him, who want to hang out with him even outside their mission, but he is also the most skilled out of them in combat, since he has been training for years while the siblings never bothered until now. So not only does he finally have people who genuinely want him around, but he also feels useful to them.
It does go downhill for Manny when meeting Ben, because being the strongest was his thing, but Ben is the strongest one, and Manny doesn't know how to deal with it so he refuses to acknowledge it while being snarky and snappy with him. He tries to hide most of negative feelings towards Ben though, since he knows how much he means to Helen and Pierce and the other kids whom he also ends up liking and befriending.
Cooper Daniels-
15 year old mutant Human.
Similar to the Tennyson cousins, Cooper's grandfather is also a retired Plumber like Max, but unlike Max, he did decide to tell his family about his job, so Cooper's mother, Jade Daniels, and Cooper himself knew about the Plumbers and aliens since they were young. Which was especially a good thing when Cooper's powers started manifesting.
Cooper's family actually has no alien heritage, they are all fully human, meaning Cooper's powers are a result of a mutation of some sort, the cause of which is unknown, but his grandfather is trying to research it.
Because of these powers, Cooper always felt more connected to machinery than to people, and at school he could just never make any friends, and was even bullied a lot, which made Cooper turn towards the machines even more, becoming a shut in with very little human interactions. His parents kept trying to help him socialize, but to no avail.
One day, when Cooper was 10, his grandfather invited his friend Max over, to talk about something Max proposed to him over the phone, and when Cooper's parents realized that Max would be bringing 2 of his grandchildren, who are the same age as Cooper, along, they wanted Cooper to meet them and went over as well. Cooper wasn't that thrilled about it, but he soon became curious about Ben's watch, since he has never sensed tech like it before.
That day ended up… being filled with a lot of excitement, with Cooper helping out, but at the end of it he became friends with both of the cousins, who kept visiting him often after that summer, mainly by Ben since Gwen was the busier of the 2. That didn't stop him from developing a crush on her, or atleast what he thought was a crush, even though it was only admiration and respect.
Elena Validus-
16 year old Human.
The only normal fully human child out of the Plumber's kids from Earth. Her father, Victor Validus, was a very respected and talented researcher, who mostly did his work in his laboratory that was situated on Earth. Since Elena's mother died during childbirth, Elena spent most of her childhood in her father's lab, learning all about alien tech and science and becoming an expert in it in the process.
Since her father was busy with his job a lot, Elena tried getting into all kinds of clubs and doing many hobbies in order to make herself some friends to be less lonely, though it didn't really work out, that is until she tried entering her middle school's soccer team when she was 12. The team at first rejected her, but one of the newer members, Ben Tennyson, ended up convincing them to give her a chance. The 2 ended up chatting afterwards and they quickly realized that they were both related to Plumbers.
They continued hanging out and became close friends, and Elena's only friend at first, but she ended up befriending Gwen Tennyson, Ben's cousin, and Pierce and Helen Wheels after Ben introduced her to them. She also ended up going to the same Highschool that Gwen will eventually go to, since she wanted to follow in her father's footsteps. Elena, while being an athletic fighter, is more of a researcher and helps her friend group out with alien related science from behind the scenes.
Things went south for her when her father was tasked with researching some new strange alien nanochips that were found on a trespassing ship, right around when she graduated early from highschool and was preparing to head to the Plumbers Academy. The whole situation went south very fast and her father ended up dying by the end it all.
After the incident she succumbed to her grief and went off to the Academy without keeping contact with anyone. No one heard from her until about half a year later when she suddenly returned asking for help…

"Ben Solo didn't had a reason for turning dark, he had a good life"
Okay first of all, i do agree he did good life, and before you come here and start with Han this Leia that, because, they were not perfect parents but-
Han: was the one that help him with insomnia when Ben was just a toddler, Han was the one who stayed with him when he couldn't sleep or stop crying (reminder Ben was chaced by the dark side). Han was so proud of him just for being his son, just because he was lying in his arms, Han was just so excited to teach him what he knew and Ben even wanted to be a pilot like his dad bc he just enjoyed him being around and his father's friends, we even have more sentimental ties to "uncle lando and uncle chewie". Han was so afraid of being a dad but just the moment he hold him Han protect him.
Leia: Leia leave her jedi path just because of the vision of her son dying, she was the one to be with him in important little things about him when he was a baby (like you know basic stuff like first steps, first words etc). She did had a bussy laboral life but she isn't the mother many of ya'll saying she is. Leia felt the dark coming after him since Ben was in her womb, after his birth she tried to protect him from the dark side until her power wasnt enough (REMINDER THAT SHE WAS FIGHTING AGAINST THE FUCKING SITH LORD THAT TURNED THE CHOSEN ONE TO THE DARK SIDE AND ENDED THE JEDI ORDER). She had so much hope for him to return to the light and didn't even cared about anything that happened, she just wanted him back.
Continuating with the main topic, he did had reasons but just because Ben's case was different from Anakin's doesn't mean he shouldn't had fallen to the dark side, With this, I have this concept that he didn't turn to the Dark side the way Anakin did (we all know that he was indeed manipulated by the same fucking man that ab*s*ed his grandson) but he was pushed and throwed to the dark side. Let me explain.
Let me start with Leia's pregnancy: she literally sensed the darkness and the light fighting for him (proves that Ben's light was so strong that it got him out of the darkness for years and sometimes by his own when his mother didn't notice it).
She literally can feel the darkness watching her and her baby (know we know it was Ben the one they were watching).
Ben had insomnia/sleeping troubles before turning 4, can you imagine what it should be for a kid? Ben was so much forced sensitive that he could sensed his mother and father fear and preocupation (just as normal parents do and normal children sensed things but plus a child that can sense 10 times more than a regular child) he experiment sensations, feelings, emotions and troubles (lonely, insecurity, preocupation, fear and sleeping problems) that many people don't experience until their teens or aduthood.
Summary: Ben Solo was chaced by a creppy old Sith Lord since the womb, his emotions where manipulated in his moments of weakness and experience fear, self doubt and anxiety before turning 5.
"The dark side and the light both claimed me for their own the moment I was born, do you know how that feels?"
This quote breaks my hear because even when I thought he did had a choice in that very moment (he didn't killed luke or the padawans and he didn't wanted to kill hennix) he did thought he was the one who caused it and that he didn't had a choice but to be that, a murderer, but it breaks my heart too bc the firts part it's true the dark and light has been fighting from him.
Then this, again my poor feelings, and again I do think Han and Leia didn't put in him any expectations, LIKE HELL, Han just wanted to travel the galaxy with his son and Leia just wanted Ben to be safe. I do think that his way of looking at things + Snoke manipulation, he came to the conclusion of this (at this point he already knew everything, that his grandfather was Darth Vader one of the most feared Sith Lords, -his uncle the jedi who defeated the Empire and blow up the Death Star, his father the greates pilot of the galaxy and his mother the last Princess of an ancient planet, war general and Republic Senator-)
In conclusion: Ben Solo wasn't a spoiled child making tantrum, he had his own ways very different from his grandfather, even his own parents (again, even thou I do think Ben is his parent's child an Organa-Solo as much as a Skywalker).

Skysolo for “i just wanted to make you laugh.” <3
[prompt list]
Fic features Ben Solo and Luke and Han's kid. Like my last ones with this concept, it's completely ambiguous as to how Ben came into the world, so it's reader preference to imagine that, but he is meant to have both Skywalker and Solo DNA.
~*~*~
"Luke!" Luke rubbed his eyes. They'd glazed over trying to parse some ancient Jedi text that was all too ambiguous on its philosophy of attachments, but surprisingly detailed when it came to patterns for robes. "Luke!" Han yelled towards him again. "Have you seen Ben?"
Luke sat up straight, processing the words, before standing up so quickly he bumped his thighs on the desk, shaking everything on it. He opened their bedroom door, Force senses telling him Ben wasn't far, which was good.
Han was a good dad. A great one, really (and noticeably Ben's favorite parent.) If Ben had gotten away from him ... well, he could have just wandered away, he tried tried to tell himself. Or Imps, smugglers, or Hutts had learned about his existence, and were going to hold their two-year old hostage until they paid up.
He tried to calm himself down as he made his way to the living room. Ben was still close. So probably hiding, Luke told himself, not in any danger.
Han was in the middle of the living room, calling out for Ben.
Ben had his arms around Han's neck, and his legs around his hips, getting a piggyback ride from a dad who was clearly only pretending not to know where he was. Ben giggled every time Han called out for him.
Luke slowly and quietly let out a breath of relief as all the anxiety left his body all at once.
"Did you lose Ben?" Luke asked.
Han nodded. "Can't find him anywhere." Ben giggled again.
"Well, did you look everywhere?" Luke asked, checking under the coffee table and couch.
"He must be using the Force to hide from us," Han suggested.
Luke nodded. He sat on the floor, legs crossed. "Maybe if I meditate I'll find him," Luke said. He closed his eyes most of the way, leaving them cracked just enough to watch Ben wiggle his way off Han's back and run towards him. Ben launched himself into Luke's lap, arms open.
"I'm here!" He yelled.
Luke gave him a tight hug, kissing the side of his hair. "Oh there you are! Do you know how worried we were about you?" He asked, his tone overly dramatic, a smile on his face, so Ben would know he wasn't actually in trouble.
Ben just laughed, until he wiggled quickly trying to stand up. "I gotta go pee," he said. Luke quickly helped him to his feet and pointed his tiny body in the direction of the refresher.
"Alright," Luke said, "do you need help?" He asked as Ben ran off. Ben didn't respond, so Luke assumed he was fine, or they'd get another call in about a minute.
Han held out a hand to help Luke off the floor. "You scared the shit out of me," Luke said. "I thought something had really happened to him."
Han laughed a little, apologizing as he pulled Luke in for a hug. "I was just trying to make you laugh," he said, "and it was all his idea anyway."
Luke flopped backwards onto their couch. "Oh sure, blame the baby," he said.
"He's almost three." Han moved Luke's legs to sit down on the end of the couch. Once he was settled, Luke sprawled his legs out over Han's lap.
"Don't remind me," Luke told him. He wasn't ready to accept how fast Ben was growing, and he was, at this point, hellbent on ignoring it all together. Still, Han had been the one who cried on Ben's second birthday. At least, Luke rationalized, he hadn't done that.
"You know," Luke said, relaxing a little when he heard the refresher flush without either of them needed to rush to clean some mess Ben had made, "when I was seven, I snuck out one night to watch the sunset. Which was strictly against the rules."
"You? Break the rules? Never," Han joked.
Luke kicked his legs a little to get him to shut up. "My uncle was so mad, kept telling me it wasn't safe, and that he couldn't watch me if I snuck off. The next morning he taught me how to use a blaster rifle to protect myself when I went out alone."
"Are you suggesting we give Ben a blaster? Because I think he might be a little young," Han said. There was genuine anxiety in Han's voice that made Luke laugh.
"No," he promised. "I know you think I have bad ideas, but I'm not that terrible. No, I just was ... sympathizing with him, I guess." He thought about his aunt and uncle a lot more now. Getting to talk to force ghosts about the Jedi was helpful there, but none of them were any help when it came to real parenting. He'd spent so much time as a child but remembered so little of it. He could've used their help a lot of the days.
"I worry about him too," Han promised, "but he doesn't get into as much trouble as you imagine. For being our kid, he's surprisingly well-behaved."
Luke sat up, ignoring what Han was saying. "Where is he?" He asked. They stood up and looked around. The 'fresher door was closed. When they peaked inside, they found Ben standing over the sink, soap pump in hand, squirting globs of it into the sink.
"Wasting soap, wasting soap, wasting soap," he sang to himself, not yet noticing he was being watched.
Luke looked at Han as if to say: What were you saying?
Han looked back at him. Oh what the fuck do I know?

Do they believe in ghosts? What are their “ghostly experiences”, if any?
Ollie: The losers of the supernatural scene. She truly can't think of anything more pathetic than ghosts. Wait, no--maybe sorcerers. But at least a few of those nerds can pull off shooting lightning from their hands or something cool like that. Ghosts just mope around places they aren't wanted, like goths if they were boring and had shit taste in music.
Micaela: Poor things. It's terrible how they linger. She's not sure how much it helps, but she tries to leave little offerings for them whenever she spots one lurking around. Candles. A bit of whiskey. That sort of thing. She knows she'd want someone to extend a bit of comfort and acknowledge her if she were in their position.
Elfy: *cracks knuckles* How much time you got? This could take awhile. But if you're looking for the abridged version, she got into ghosts through incessantly asking questions. Like a lot of little girls, she was really into trying to contact spirits and cast spells, among other creepy sleepover games. The difference was she had two parents who had access to real reports on such goings-on. Only those weren't much more satisfying than myths or stories. Though agents had collected descriptions of various spirits and encounters, there were few efforts made to explore or map out the mechanics behind them. What conditions made for hauntings? How did a person wind up a ghost while so many others didn't? What's a soul anyway? Is there some truth behind threads across cultures? Do Ouija boards attract human ghosts or something else entirely? Her desire to both fuck around and find out is what led her to become a field researcher. And to spend many, many hours in old buildings waving dowsing rods or whatever around.
Ben: Never seen one, though he's heard a lot of crazy shit about what they can do secondhand. Sure would be terrible if his first experience was with one of those evil ghosts that slip into people's beds at night and have their wicked way with the living. Yup...just thinking about how defenseless he'd be, all alone, covered by nothing but Arlene's fancy sheets he stole from the closet last week gives him goosebumps.
Tilda: The ghosts of a werewolf's victims supposedly haunt them, but she's only ever caught glimpses out of the corner of her eye. Not of anyone she knew, though. Or ate.
Yi: They have an annoying ass habit of popping up when they're least expected. The ones who just go about their business or look frazzled are fine. It's the spooks who get chatty or clingy you gotta watch for. Sure, everyone loves to think it's Meemaw or Uncle Ted moving the furniture around and leaving all the cabinets open, but it isn't. She played around with spirit boards and mirrors when she was a kid--she knows what it's like to have something show up and refuse to leave. Preachers and airy fairy psychics won't do any good. Her mom had to call in an old witch. Burnt offerings, chants, the whole business. Basically, they may not be as flashy as bloodborn or werecreatures, but ghosts are tenacious and more trouble than they're worth.
Mergus: Ghosts? Why, some of his best friends are ghosts. Ah, he kids, he kids. Really, though, most of them are like just another part of the decor or architecture. Most. *glances around for any signs of mysterious sticky notes* Nothing to worry over.

I didn't watch episode 4 but I saw gifs of Beth yelling at Jane and it got me thinking, what's your view on the Boland kids not being parented?
Lmao you love getting me in trouble🤣
Sorry. It got long but I could rant about this for weeks.
Pre canon and S1
Obviously, we don’t see anything pre canon when it comes to the Boland kids, but you can put together an idea of what their situation was like from the first few episodes. Beth was a SAHM - she made them fancy packed lunches for school, had them enrolled in extra curricular activities, dropped them off/picked them up from school, put them to bed, got them ready etc. She was the main caregiver and Dean was at work. When he came home, he got to be the fun dad.
It seems like they had a decent amount of structure, as far as schedules go, but they’ve never been given any responsibility and didn’t appear to be well disciplined. We had Kenny telling Beth she sucked at math in s1 - something I certainly wouldn’t have gotten away with. Anyway, they had a decent amount of structure and stability, they were used to things being a certain way and that was all disrupted when Dean was kicked out of the house. Then suddenly, Dean was back, but he was sharing a bedroom with Kenny. It doesn’t seem like any of this was really explained to the kids properly or that they were helped through the process, which can have some knock-on effects.
Throughout Season 2
First episode of S2, Dean was shot. The kids were told that he was mugged and were, understandably, shaken up by the whole thing. Once again, nobody truly comforted or helped them through this process and we started to see the fallout of that. Kenny essentially developed an eating disorder and started bingeing, Jane “ran away from home”. But again, nothing is done about it. Beth says they need to be more present, no phones at dinner, they look into a child therapist, but we don’t ever hear about the kids actually getting therapy even though they desperately need it.
Throughout the season, the structure that they still had in S1 rapidly disappears. It goes from Beth being the main caregiver to her handing the reigns over to Dean in 2.05 and he doesn’t do a good job of it. The house becomes a mess, the kids run wild. This would be a perfect opportunity to start giving the older children some chores, helping to re-introduce structure, but it doesn’t happen. From the kids perspectives, they would notice their mother becoming more and more absent from their lives, missing dance recitals, coming home late, missing dinner, missing bedtime and so Dean is becoming the consistent parent (important for later).
Dean decides to weaponise the children, taking them away from Beth and going to stay with his mother for a while, before going back home. Beth and Dean tell the kids that they’re going to be getting a divorce, obviously that doesn’t happen, again creating quite an unstable environment for them. Effectively, they have a roof over their heads and they’re being fed/clothed, but nobody is actually parenting them.
Throughout Season 3
At the beginning of S3, with the dealership gone and Beth no longer working for Rio, they have significantly less money. It’s not clear how much of a knock-on effect this had on their extra curricular activities because Jane still has her piano lessons and Kenny has hockey. Beth’s taking them to the park a lot, it’s also not clear whether this is simply because she’s stalking Rhea and Marcus or genuinely because the park is a free activity for them. Regardless, they’ve been going to the park enough that it’s no longer fun. The kids really don’t seem to have any structure anymore and, once again, it doesn’t seem like they’ve been receiving any emotional support during what would be a challenging time for any child.
Dean has gone back to work, Beth is now also working, so Judith steps in to help take care of the kids. She takes things a little bit far, which pisses off Beth, so Judith is quickly removed from the equation. Again - instability. Then we have the fallout between Rhea and Beth, which means Jane can no longer play with her best friend Marcus for (at least from her perspective) absolutely no reason. Again – instability. Fast forward a few weeks, the entire house is emptied so the kids have to go and stay with Judith for an unspecified amount of time. Again – instability. We can play the blame game to decide who is the cause of this instability, but it’s pretty irrelevant. The fact is, the kids lives are being shaken up and nobody is helping them through it.
Beth buys new furniture, the kids come home, it all seems great, and then Dean gets arrested. So now their dad ,who has been the more consistent parent in their lives for the last year, is out of the picture. Once again, nobody is really offering them support during this time. We see Jane asking for her dad, we see the kids talking about how Dean lets them eat by the TV, because they’re missing things which have been consistent for them, and then we finally get to Janes little stand-off with Beth over the remote control.
That is quite clearly the result of her emotional needs going unmet for God knows how long, so she’s acting like a brat. Instead of taking care of and supporting her child, Beth lashes out. I find the editing choice to mute the yelling and playing music over the scene annoying, because it lightens it quite a bit. It’s pretty obvious that Beth was wildly over reacting to the situation, because she was lashing out at a child over things that had nothing to do with Jane. She was stressed about Dean, she was stressed about Fitzpatrick‘s upcoming murder and taking that out on a kid. Yeah, she felt bad and gave her a hug after, but you’ve still got 3/4 kids (is Kenny coming back??) who’ve been emotionally neglected for at least a year.
Beth’s kids compared to Annie/Ben
We don’t really see a lot of Ben‘s relationship with Greg, it doesn’t seem like he’s a particularly bad parent in any way, Nancy is probably a bit neurotic, but nothing major. Annie, is pretty emotionally stunted and immature, she puts way too much responsibility on Ben, so it’s the complete opposite of Beth. Ben is effectively the grown-up in their relationship, he leaves reminders for his mother to make sure shit gets dealt with and any structure Ben has is structure he’s created for himself.
But at the same time, he trusts his mother and when something is bothering him he actually talks to her. We saw him come out to Annie before Greg and Nancy, he told Annie when he was being bullied. As he gets older, you can see him growing tired of parenting his mother, but I think she’s learning from her mistakes by recognising the way they’ve impacted her son. I think it’s also important to remember that Ben has been largely unaffected by Annies criminal activities, this is predominantly because she has a shitload of baggage to deal with.
Beth’s kids compared to Ruby and her kids
As a whole, Ruby‘s kids have been relatively unaffected by her criminal activities. It doesn’t look like they ever had a rigourous schedule of extracurricular activities, but they’ve always had a stable home life. Not financially well off, but happy. We’ve always seen them be respectful, they have boundaries with their parents, they don’t particularly misbehave etc. They just appear to be good kids with good parents. They witnessed Stan being arrested and Sara especially took that quite hard, but she was supported through it. It’s also quite clear that she’s had a good emotional support system throughout her illness and kidney transplant. When she found out that Ruby was up to something shady in S3 and their relationship became strained as a result, she spoke to her mother in a way which was disrespectful, eventually that behaviour was checked. Because Ruby and Stan parent their children.
Beth’s kids compared to Rio/Marcus
From the very first time we were introduced to Marcus, we’ve seen that he’s very polite, very well-balanced and has a good relationship with his dad. We’ve seen Rio patiently instil important lessons in his son, such as cleaning up his messes, being patient and waiting his turn - things which Beth’s kids still don’t understand.
For the most part, Marcus seems to be pretty well shielded from Rio’s criminal activities, which is why I think Marcus was so heavily affected by his dads absence in S3. But, unlike the Boland children, he was emotionally supported through the process by his mother. He went to her for comfort and he received it. When Rio isn’t around, Rhea appears to pick up the slack and ensure Marcus still has some stability.
I think they’ve deliberately contrasted Beth’s kids with the other children on the show. Her children are the only ones who seem to be truly feeling the effects of choices she’s made during the course of the series. She claims to be doing all of this for her kids, but is completely ignorant to the fact that her choices are hurting them. This isn’t me bashing her character or saying she’s a shitty mom because I don’t like her, this is just stating what’s happening on the screen and right now, whether or not it’s deliberate, she’s being a shitty parent. Dean has always been a shitty parent. So now those kids don’t have anyone😕

So a couple of months ago, I saw a YouTube video that was an audio recording of season 5, episode 6 of Bojack Horseman, “Free Churro.” In the episode, the main character, Bojack Horseman, spends 20 minutes giving a eulogy at his mother’s funeral. There’s one big problem though, his mother was an abusive bitch. His eulogy is him trying to contemplate what she meant by her drying words, “I see you,” and whether or not she loved him. As someone who has a dead parent who was abusive, this is probably my favorite episode of any show ever for how much it helped me understand my feelings. The comments section is filled with people sharing their pain with their abusive families, but one comment stood out to me above all the others by how raw and relatable it was. This comment was by a YouTuber named Moonstruck. At the bottom of this post is a link to her channel. Please support her. After reading this, she deserves a million subscribers. Also please watch Bojack Horseman. (I corrected some of the grammatical errors to make it easier to read)
Disclaimer: Child abuse, bullying, trauma, and mental health:
Moonstruck:
This is a great monologue, but one part of it, in particular, really caught my attention was the 'grand gesture' bit.
When I was a kid, I read this book called "Chicken Soup for the Soul." There's a shitload of them. I don't remember which particular one it was. I hated the whole series because it's just someone profiting off a bunch of other people's stories rather than trying to write their own, in my opinion.
Anyway.
This one story that I remember, the ONLY one I remembered, was sent in by a little girl. She wrote about how her father never told her that he loved her. He never once, in her whole life, said the words "I love you." I don't remember her mom being mentioned, maybe she was dead; it doesn't matter. The point is her dad was basically an emotionless asshole. Well, one day, this girl gets sick. Really sick. Possibly on her deathbed sick. She wrote that one day she woke up to find a necklace sitting on her nightstand that had a pendant that looked like her dog. She said she held it to her heart and cried because that necklace said all the things her father never had.
I thought, "What a load of bullshit."
A cheap trinket doesn't make up for years and years of emotional neglect. Anyone can buy a thing and toss it your way. Hell, he didn't even hand it to her himself, just left it there for her to find if/when she woke up, then left her alone again to possibly die.
A lot of people say that actions speak louder than words, in cases like political protests and shit. While that's true, scenarios that this that girl are different. Gifts can never replace the words, "I love you."
When I was a kid, my father never told me he loved me. My mother didn't either, but she's a whole other kettle of fish. I would say 'my biological mother or father,' but I never got adopted ones, so who gives a shit. Anyway. My father was rarely around, and when he was, he just spent the entire time fighting with my mother and leaving again. He would do and say anything that could get him to spend less time in the house with her. With us. I can't blame him. If I could've left during those times, I would have. I tried more than once. I even earned the nickname 'runaway' from a family friend because of it.
I was told that I was worthless as early as I could understand words. I don't know what it is about me that set my mother off, but she HATED me. I was always told how expensive I was to keep alive and how I wasn't worth it. If I dared ask for anything, she would remind me how much she spent just to keep me from starving to death and that it was too much already. On the rare occasion I was given something, it was so she could use it as a threat. She was like, "Sure, you can have that toy horse since we got your sister a real one, but you better behave or we'll give it to her and let her break it." Or "Oh, fine, we can keep this dog as a FAMILY pet (NOT YOURS), but if you do something we don't like, we'll take it away and kill it."
Oh, yeah. I have a sister. She’s cut from the same cloth as our mother. I don't consider any of them family anymore. She was two years older than me. She was the "we should have stopped while we were ahead" kid. Anything she wanted, she got.
"Mom, can I have an award-winning horse and expensive dressage lessons?"
"Sure!"
"Mom, can I have a car?"
"No problem!"
"Mom, can you pay for my ballet lessons?"
"Absolutely!"
She was the golden child. The one that could do no wrong and wasn't a mistake. Even after she totaled her car, got arrested for an underage DUI, and got pregnant three times in high school, she was still the good one. I never even asked to go to school dances, parties, or go out with the one friend I had. My sister liked to see me in pain. She'd tell our mom that I did things just to get me in trouble. Whether it involved blaming me for things she did or fabricating stuff, she'd say whatever it took to get my mother to beat me while she watched and laughed. Oh, yeah, our mom was BIG on physical punishment. I've been whipped with everything from a riding crop, a wooden paddle, spoons, and especially belts. Anything that was close at hand when my mother got irritated, I've been hit with it.
At one point, my sister had three tall, beautiful show-worthy horses. I was allowed to keep a sickly old pony for all of a week before she was taken away, then I'd get called ungrateful for asking why we had to get rid of HER instead of one of the horses. Even though my mother said it cost too much to keep them all. With horses being obviously too rich for my blood, I asked for something cheaper, and for once, I got it. I was given a baby goat that one of our neighbors' goats had abandoned for being too weak, and they didn't have time to raise. I loved that goat. I bottle raised him, and named him Ben. He was my best friend for a while. When he grew up, he got so big that I was able to stand on his back to grab tree branches and pull them down so he could eat the leaves. I walked him on a leash like a dog every day. I loved him so much. My mother had me enter him in a show, and we won ninth place! I was thrilled to have something to show against my sister's collection of dressage show ribbons. I finally had proof that I could do something right! Sure, the prize money was taken away from me, but I still had Ben.
But Ben didn't come home with me after the show. It turns out he was sold to a slaughterhouse because that show was for meat goats. I didn't know until he was already gone. Of course, my mother punished me for being upset and even forced me to write a thank-you card to the people who bought his meat.
My mother was always like that. Anything I loved was used as a threat. I eventually accepted that loving anything was a waste of time. I learned to detach myself from my feelings, and I got really good at it. I can completely turn off my emotional reaction to anything. One time I had to put down one of the egg-laying hens at work that got too sick to save, and I felt nothing while bringing down the ax. When I lost out on a job that could have changed my life, I told myself how stupid it was to hope for anything good. Any positive emotion I felt got me punished, so I learned to feel nothing at all. To this day, I still have trouble feeling things, even when I want to. I'm taking pills now, and they help, sometimes.
I've had several suicide attempts. I keep a box of razor blades in my desk just to have them close. I got a tattoo of a heart with rainbows on my wrist. Partially for LGBT solidarity, but mostly to remind myself that there is still beauty in the world. I still struggle with wonder if I actually believe it or not.
I've tried so hard to be a good kid. I never partied, never drank, never smoked even when the chances were there, and I would have greatly loved anything to make the pain stop or even just dull it a little bit. I was in the gifted and talented program at school and was able to graduate at fifteen. For a while, I was sent to a children's home where I was passed around to many people I didn't know, including a clown who I may or may not have actually been related to, until I eventually wound up out here where I am now. It's all pretty hazy, and the details get scrambled.
It's been 10 years since I've had contact with my mother and sister. I can't even keep in touch with the one friend I had, even after I lived with her. She's tried to reach out to me, but I just… can't. I try, but I can't. Sometimes, I can almost pretend that my past wasn't real. It's just a hazy fog that isn't really there. I want to believe that if I don't allow something, or someone, who was part of that past, someone tangible and real, into my life again, then the fog will go away. This is why I can't do it. I know I'm a terrible friend. Ariel, if you're reading this, I'm sorry. You're better off without me in your life anyway.
I typed all of this out because sometimes, about fifty dollars or so shows up in my PayPal from my father's email address. I don't know if it's from him or from her using his email, but it doesn't matter either way. The point is I know my mother is the one sending the money.
I know my mother likes to think she's a good person. She went to church every Sunday, and probably still does. She organized a lot of church events and participated in every church function. I had to be an altar server for several years until I aged out of it and was in the choir. She kept going to that church even after the priest got drunk, called me many horrible names in front of everyone, and was revealed to be a pedophile that raped a little boy at gunpoint. She probably still goes to that same church and organizes things. She likes being in charge. She likes having people look at her and say, "That there is a good person."
But are you, though, Mom? Are you really a good person? Were you a good person when you hit me? When you lied to me? When you laughed with my sister about how much I got hurt for things I didn't do? Were you a good person every time you told me you'd kill my cat or leave my dog at the pound? Were you a good person when you sold Ben to be eaten, knowing that I loved him? Were you a good person when you made me read "A child called It" and told me that you'd start doing the things in that book to me if I didn't behave? Were you a good person every time you told my father I was a liar whenever I tried to tell him what you were doing to me? Were you a good person when you told me I wasn't worth the cost of being alive? Were you?
Fuck you, Mom! Keep your fucking money! A necklace on the nightstand isn't enough. A trinket can't heal years and years and years of abuse and hurt. You can't hide these scars under dollar bills. I hope you die alone. I know I probably will, but I don't even care anymore. I lost the ability to care thanks to you. You can't make up for the things you did and the things you didn't say now. Too little, too late!

Okay Hello its me again! May I please have a Obey me and Creepypasta match-up? Tysm in advance and please take your time! :D
Zodiac sign: Leo sun, Aries moon, Leo rising
Personality Type: ENTP
Pronouns: She/her
Sexuality: Straight
I'm 5'4 and I have a very tiny body frame so i'm extremely petite and pretty small. I'm not very curvy and I literally have the body of a cereal box...lol but its fine because I have nice hips and thighs. I have thick brown hair that goes down to my back and it gets tangled pretty easily but its kinda fluffy. I have brown eyes and tiny freckles all over my face and body. I like Flannels, band t-shirts, combat boots, etc. But i'd also always enjoy a nice oversized sweatshirt or hoodie with a pair of skinny, ripped jeans and some converses or something along those lines.
For my personality.....this is where things get interesting. At first people find me very intimidating due to my resting bitch face and cold exterior but I promise i'm not like that ALL the time. When you get to know me, i'm goofy and about everything that comes out of my mouth is sarcasm or some dry humored joke. I'm also that one friend in a group where they literally will do the stupidest shit ever like for an example one time it was super dark outside and my other friend was there, while I was trying to climb a tree and I failed and fell out of the tree, and landed on my back. I got straight up after that somehow it didn't hurt.....like at all? But yeah i'm super reckless and sometimes people have to save me from myself if you get what I mean. I also have a very strong "I don't give a fuck" attitude and I will not hesitate to stick up for myself or my friends....like i'm the type of person where if someone glares at me, i'll glare right back. I'm also a very curious person and a big overthinker.
I have bad anxiety and I can be very self destructive. This is where my feisty, stubborn, hardheaded side comes in. If I want something then i'll fight for it even if it hurts me and i'll get into a bad cycle of putting myself down and trying to do better even if I did great the first time but I always push myself too far and other people have to stop me because I usually can't see it when its happening. I also cover my emotions up and I have a lot of trouble talking about whats bothering me or what problems i'm having emotionally so I put up a wall and I act tough, or happy and sometimes i'll be the exact opposite but I try to hide it.
Weird things about me: I've grown up in the south all my life so sometimes when I talk a few words they'll come out sounding WAYYY more country and southern then I wanted, I don't have an accent but sometimes my words just come out that way. I also love the smell of cigarette smoke....let me explain. When I was a kid my parents smoked a lot and I was used to smelling it and now it reminds me of home and is sort of comforting. I love petnames too like doll, sugar, sweetheart, baby etc.
Things I like: I love swimming (I was on a swim team for about 9 years), I love horror movies, I like rain and the sounds of thunderstorms because its calming to me, I also love the smell of rain, I like cloudy days, cooking, listening to 80's and 90's rock but mainly 90's because 90's is the best, My favorite bands are Bush, Audioslave, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkoln Park, Pearl jam but i'm pretty open to anything.
Things I dislike: Spiders.......I will scream if I see a spider
All right this is my first time doing this so I’m sorry if its not the best TwT
For Obey Me! I chose Satan!!!
(Gif not mine)
Here are some small Satan headcanons for ya!
-Satan would love absolutely everything about you
-If you to were just chilling together he would trace your freckles and try to count them
-He would probably talk about cats and how they remind him of you (ex. They’re cute or He loves them but not as much as he loves you)
-I have a feeling that he would like 90’s rock too and would love listening and dancing to it with you
-I think he would call you baby or babe or something along those lines
-He wouldn’t be scared to be all lovey-dovey with you in front of people, but it would only be small gestures like holding you hand etc.
- He would love kissing you on your forehead, cheek and nose
-He would find your attitude quite amusing, and would always try his hardest to learn things that help with your anxiety, and wouldn’t make you talk about anything if you didn’t want to
bonus!-He would kill every spider he sees and he’s got AIM! Like he could just take a shoe or book and throw it at it and .BOOM! Dead spider.
For creepypasta I chose Ben Drowned!!
(Gif not mine)
- I personally headcannon him to be 5’3-5’4 or so where in between there so he would be glad there was another tiny person there
-I think he would also be intimidated by you at first but then eventually warm up to you
-He would let you go swimming but would Never get within 100 feet of water
-He would watch the horror movies with you because..y’know
-He also hates spiders with a burning passion like if he heard you scream and saw the spider he’d get someone else to kill it
-Y’know a lot of people headcanon Ben to be kinda Pervy, but I think he’s actually kinda shy when it comes to girls
-I don’t now why but I feel like he’d be really really good at handling anxiety with y’know all of the people he lives with (In the slendermansion) 95% of them have anxiety and he probably does to
-He would probably lay his head on your lap (If your comfortable with it!) While he’s playing video games or he’s just sleepy
Bonus!- Sally would persuade you into playing kingdom with her and Ben would always be the prince/ knight that saved you
I hope you like it. This was really fun to write. Request more things in the future bai~~

Being a part of the Core VK's, and daughter to Hades
Relationships with the Core Four:
You and Mal are half sisters - same dad, different moms. Mal hated you for a long time, even when she had yet to meet you, she knew of you and that made her blood absolutely boil. You were the daughter Hades raised, while he just left her and her mother. You both eventually get along, and once you do, you're inseparable, as thick as thieves, partners in crime, the works.
Evie thinks you're cool. She doesn't have a problem with you- then again I don't think she has a problem with anyone really. She likes your style, she wouldn't wear it, but she likes it because you work it and make it look good. She gets to know you more when you and Mal start hanging out and she kinda becomes like your sister as well.
Jay thinks you're awesome. He witnessed your hair burst into flames one day when someone pissed you off, trying to steal something your rightfully *coughcough* found. Definitely asked you about your powers and wondered why you could still use magic. It was kinda hard to explain, but basically on the island you can only do a few things - all of which require direct contact. Lounging/parkour buddy.
Okay, but please tell me why the thought of harmless, got bullied a lot, soft boy Carlos/intimidating, protective Daughter of Hades, just makes me melt. Like, you save his ass a lot. You knew Carlos before you knew the rest of the core four - back when it was Mal and Jay, Evie did her own thing, and Carlos was just kinda left to fend for himself. It's okay though, you'll protect him.
Background:
No one knows who your mother is
Not you
Not Mal
Not even Maleficent
Hades doesn't like to talk about her
She died before you had the ability to retain memories
She wasn't the first or the last of the people that were claimed by the terrible conditions of the Island of the Lost.
Medical care wasn't exactly top notch, and no one really cared about the ones who passed the first few years.
Just ment more supplies for the rest of them
You weren't allowed to wander the isle as a child, he kept you locked away - worried Maleficent might try something (and worried that if anyone found out about you being his daughter, they would have something over his head).
It was thanks to Hades tucking you away, that Maleficent was never able to find you.
You started sneaking out when you turned 10
You proved you could handle yourself, so Hades let you run free.
Besides 10 years had passed since you were born and he figured maybe Maleficent didn't care about you anymore.
It took you and Mal a while to trust eachother.
When you trusted her enough, you told her about your dad.
She didn't say anything and just left you - she was so angry and conflicted, on one hand she wanted to hate you because you were the child Hades' stuck around for, the one he raised, and fathered, and protected from Maleficent.
After a few weeks she found you in your own little corner if the island you carved for yourself, and explained everything.
Suprise, you're sisters!
Evie knows you're sisters
To be honest, you could be leader of their group, and also could be considered one of the most problematic kids on the Island, but you're too laid back.
You could go out of your way to cause trouble and make life on the island even more miserable than it already is.
But that takes too much effort.
Uma and Harry have no beef with you other than the fact that you're Mal's friend.
They try to get you to join their crew almost daily.
"Nah, you guys are good at what you do without me."
You're welcome at Ursula's fish and chips any time.
Uma doesn't even find your rejection insulting, you're just. So chill?
Her crew has rules, training, errands to run, collecting protection fees, and helping her at her mother's restuarant.
No thanks
Too much work
You like Mal's mom's way of doing things, "When you're evil, doing less is doing more."
Mal's crew just kinda hangs out together and roams the island being cats basically - lounging and loitering where you're not supposed to, subtly stealing things, knocking things over, just chilling and having fun doing whatever you want.
Your kinda crew.
Storyline:
When they go to Auradon, they take you with them
You weren't invited because again - no one knows who your parents are.
But you guys are kinda a package deal.
Ben was all for it when they called him.
"The more the merrier!"
He thought it was just an early sign that this was a great idea and he was making a difference.
You dont get to say bye to your dad because it was a very last minute thing.
You just kinda disappear.
But to be honest he's used to you just not showing up for weeks or even months at a time.
It's the reason why you were able to keep who your father is a secret for so long.
You come out the limo looking as cool as a cucumber, with your arms crossed as you stand next to Mal.
"This is more than you said there would be!" Fairy Godmother is not so subtly whisper-yelling at Ben.
"They wouldn't come without her- it was all of them, or none of them."
"Well maybe that should have been a sign, Benny-boo!"
"You know we can still hear you," you say while purposely chewing your gum in an obnoxious manner, just to get on their nerves.
They're already getting on yours.
In all seriousness, you whisper a, "Just say the word and she's toast," to Mal.
Screw Audrey.
Of course they split you all up for the most part.
They're worried if they put all the VK's together in one class, it may be too much for the teachers to handle.
They're not wrong.
To be honest though, you're a handful all on your own.
Your teachers wonder how things managed to burst into flames for no apparent reason all through out class.
Some jerks thought it would be okay to pick on Carlos when Jay isn't around him.
For some reason they think that just because your a girl, you're weak?
Must be the stupid "princely boy needs to save the day" mentality that runs rampant in Auradon.
You set someone's hair on fire.
And someone else duffle bag.
This would probably be a good time to mention that the VK's already know you can conjure fire.
They just think that your parent/parents are witches and you just have an affinity for fire.
Carlos normally either sticks to you or Jay when he isn't practicing with Ben.
You dont see your fathers statue in the hall of villains when you guys break into the museum - mostly because he's in another hall completely.
There's a whole hall dedicated to God's and goddesses as well as Hercules story.
You dont bother to offer up your powers when you're escaping, you know Mal's got it covered.
Helping Mal bake love potion cookies.
While the others are doing this because their parents would have their necks, you're genuinely doing this for your father. You know all he wants is to get off the island.
Causing a small lawn fire when the Sleeping Beauty's family and Chad get in Mal's face.
Your bursted into blue flames when Maleficent crashed Ben's coronation.
Having Mal's back after she was announced to become a new Lady of the Court.
Honestly you dont know what the big deal is about Mal using her magic.
Of course you go with Evie, Ben, Carlos, and Jay when they go to the isle to get Mal.
When Evie goes to talk to Mal you go visit your father.
He's a bit upset with you because he's seen you on TV so he knows you left.
But he can understand you not wanting to be trapped on this island forever.
"I'll find a way to get you out, soon."
"Say 'hello' to Mal for me"
Of course you couldn't.
Harry flirting with you and trying to recruit you again when he snags Ben.
When the battle at the docks ensues, you dont need a sword to fight.
Like Hades with his Ember, and like Mal and her Mother with their eyes, you dont need magic to use your flames because they are a part of you.
Sure the island managed to hold you back, but you can bring just enough to the surface to make any sword you grab on to too hot to handle.
Your powers are useless against Uma when she crashes cotillion.
You know, being surrounded by water and all.
"See ya, Y/N."
"See ya, Uma."
Surprisingly hard for you to make enemies
Except for Audry you know.
Of course you are Mal's planned maid of honor for her wedding.
Evue already has a dress made for you, and it was super hard for her not to gush to Mal about it because that would have given away the suprise.
You pretending to be defenceless against Hades when you all go to pick up the next chosen VK's to come to Auradon.
You keep your flames concealed of course because this would be a terrible time to show that both you and Hades share the same flaming blue hair.
You honestly surprised no one put two and two together sooner.
Definitely not there for the meeting where Mal decides to close the barrier for good.
But you were there for when Mal told Evie.
You were also the first to figure out Mal was hiding something. She wouldn't tell you right out though, but you knew something was up because that pause to answer Evie was too long.
Going back to the isle with the others to get Hades ember after Audrey turn Mal old.
"Hey girls~" was the greeting you both got from Hades when Mal tried to grab his Ember.
"Long time no see, Y/N."
Mal just glares at him.
You sit on the table where the Ember was while you let Mal and Hades have their little musical number. Mal kinda let her anger come through.
"Hey!" You would not be dragged into this, thank you.
You went to stand next to Mal when she asked for the Ember one final time and looked at your father with a shit eating grin, because you know deep down he won't say no to his girls.
"The Ember won't work for you."
"Yes it will. We're blood."
"You're only half Hades."
"Well then I guess two halves make a whole, right?"
"Those are my girls~"
You, Mal, and Uma joining together to break Audrey's attempt to keep you guys trapped in the cabin.
Helping Evie be the peace keeper when you all battle the suits of armor in Ben's castle.
You chase after Uma and Harry when Mal breaks the news about the barrier.
Which means you didn't get turned to stone.
Helping Uma reignite the Ember so Mal can take on Audrey.
Telling Mal you want to go back to the Isle along with Uma, Harry, Gil, and Celiea.
She's heart broken because you're her sister and it was kinda supposed to be you both against the world.
You can't turn your back on the kids from the isle. Like Mal, so many of the younger ones look up to you. On top of that you also can't imagine not ever seeing your dad again.
She understands, and when Hades comes to wake up Audrey, you go back to the Isle with your father.
You finally agree to join Uma's crew when you return.
Shes happy but also let's you know shes sorry you had to leave your sister.
You're hanging out with your new crew at the Fish and Chips when it's almost time for Mal to announce that they will be closing the Barrier forever.
You, Uma, Gil, and Harry are huddles up together around the TV.
But when Mal announces they will be opening the barrier for good you all cheer and you run to go get your dad.
Yay big family reunion!

They write notes in a journal so that they can keep track of what's happening and who did what
It's especially helpful since they all struggle with amnesia
Spooper got his prosthetic arms from the hospital
Bekka often helps Lisa out if she can't see or hear something well
And since Lisa is a ghost, surgery couldn't fully recover her but Lisa isn't mad about it at all and has learned to accept herself
Since Bab can't speak well sometimes they'll just try showing it physically
Flapping arms forward means they need something from you
Flapping arms to the side means they're uncomfortable and/or scared
Flapping arms upwards is a sign of happines
Acci uses sound and smell to know where it's going
Everyone has taken therapy and while it's helped a little obv it didn't magically fucking cure them
Ben often makes dolls that look like the creatures in the mansion and use them to make fun of others
"Hehe look at meee I'm Two I'm shy uwu"
Two is a nervous wreck and just listens to whatever One and Three have to say but when One and Three argue, he just malfunctions
Three is the most normal of the trio and often leader like
The 3s are all capable of laying eggs but choose not to
They make eggs asexually
Hooky has a tounge and teeth, they're made of felt but still feel and act like real teeth and a tounge
Frenzy and Charles used to work as caretakers for the husks
GLA thought they weren't good enough and experimented on them
Frenzy's weapon is the same one she used to try and fend back against GLA
Charles doesn't feel extreme discomfort or pain anymore (or atleast not all the time)
Frenzy mostly tries to keep the peace and make everyone happy but that doesn't work most of the time
Frenzy actually feels pretty soft
Charles usually does reconstruction at the dollhouse as he's the tallest and can reach far away and tall places
Husker mostly spends it's days ignoring everyone and watching TV or reading
It's very emotionally detached from everyone, no matter how much everyone tries to be nice it just would rather die alone
Well.. actually they don't mind the demon child but that's about it
Clicky is still very good at using a gun
She's begun to learn how to use other weapons
She actually doesn't care that her parents were awful, she's not sad and doesn't mind talking about it. Hell she acts like it's a funny story
She loves pissing off Husker
Husker can escape it's husk, although it feels weird to do so but it seems happier being free
Husker only returns when they're tired and just doesn't feel like it
Husker, even in their husk, is still rather strong
Their spirit is a tall, light skinned turkish 15 year old
Just like with the demon child, it stopped aging randomly
Husker sometimes goes to talk to the demon child, they seem to get along very well (not in a shipping way ew)
The demon child is only scared of Eyth out of all the hospital monsters
Her favorites are Jon and Bekka
She also finds comfort in Lisa because of how motherly she is
Sometimes she'll leave the mirror but is afraid to leave the hospital without either Jon, Bekka, Lisa or Husker
She doesn't think Taker is a bad guy at all, but still is afraid
She hates Spooky and thinks he's the reason for all of this, which, if you think about it, eh kinda
Some of the others call her Lilly and she's accepted the name (Spooper was the one to come up with her name)
Despite how mean and harsh Kat can be, Lilly thinks nyan's nice and cute
Fleshy likes to babysit her and usually causes mischief with her
As does Taker
Bekka has other outfits (in black)
Ben doesn't know why he became a puppet or why he's had evil tendencies to attack people and turn kids into dolls
Bab and Ben came from the same town
It was Bab's ritual magic that made him like this
Bab doesn't know that though
Ben does feel bad for the children
He's constantly reminded with Tirsiak's existence
Tirsiak has barely forgiven Ben, he just makes small talk at best
Idk how you manage to think of all those headcanons, but I envy you for it! ( ╹▽╹ )

i'm the bad guy
Summary: Ben and Rey's daughter goes missing. The reader has a dark ending as she then realizes who she is deep down inside.
Pairing: Ben Solo x daughter!reader
Word Count: 1800+
Warnings: Violence (nothing too bad)
Author's Note: Sheesh. Sorry this too so long...
HIS heart stopped faster that what he could've possibly imagined. He sat in silence and fear as it dwelled over his body.
Rey stood next to him feeling his and her own emotions. She wondered where their beloved daughter could be.
"Where was she last seen?" Ben finally spoke to the palace guards.
"Just outside the palace gates." He paused, "My King, there was a note left in her room next to a dagger covered in blood, saying Ben Solo owes me a life."
Rey eyes slowly grew wide as she touched Ben's shoulder. He knew who it was. What he didn't know is where he would've taken her.
Ben dismissed the guards and order half his troops to search far and wide across Alderaan and other planets.
When the two royals arrived in their chambers, Ben slowly sank down into the bed and tears fell down his face. Rey wiped his cheek and kissed his soft skin and she removed to crown that sat upon his soft wavy hair.
"She's stronger than she looks" Rey encouraged. Although Ben seemed as if he didn't even hear the words that came out of her mouth.
"Something is off. The palace guards would've never let her get close to the palace gates without our consent" Ben trailed off.
"Are you suggesting there is a mole upon our troops?"
"[Y/N] loves to be adventurous, but she wouldn't leave" he thought harder, "and if that was her blood than she wouldn't have been able to make it all the way to the gates with out dying. The palace is ways away from the gates."
"Unless the blood wasn't hers" Rey suggested.
"Or she used the force to heal herself" Ben continued after her.
The two stared at different places of the room.
What really happened?
---
"I didn't know the Princess of Alderaan was so beautiful" the man walked behind your tied down body as he touched your hair gently and slowly crept his hand down your neck.
"What do you want Arius?" [Y/N] questioned firmly and he pulled his hand away.
"Ben Solo, I hate that name. It sounds too heroic."
"Are you suggesting that my father the King of Alderaan is a foolish man?"
"He was leader of the Nights of Ren. Kylo Ren had everything except the feeling of love. That is why he has become Ben Solo." He spat the sentences in [Y/N]'s face. This angered her because she knew her father, the King, was more that a ruined man who's parents have died.
"So why did you want me?"
"When your father first joined the First Order he was thriving in darkness. He had no ounce of pitty or care for anyone. He was absolutely ruthless."
He paused and looked at the wall. You could tell by his facial expressions that he was going into the real details about the story.
"When he was developing the Knights of Ren, he searched different planets to complete his Knights. Although, when he burned down the temple he took some kids with him. That night I was planning with him how we were going to convince other students to join us, he left me there in the fire to die."
Your eyes slightly widen. You wondered if his story was completely true. You know that your father burned the temple and took a handful of students.
"Why didn't he let you go with him?" You asked, breaking the silence.
"Because I wasn't dark enough."
"So what your going to kill me to get back at my father?" You wanted to know the real reason why he took you.
"No" he smiled wickedly then continued, "I heard from a palace guard that your a kind, adventurous, and loving princess. I heard that your so kind that even though your palace guard attacked you and you stabbed him, you healed him."
You wondered where he was going with this.
"Do you want me to do something dark?" You suggested.
"Yes, actually if you truly want to leave and reunite yourself with your family, you'll have to do it on my terms."
"Your terms? Who the hell do you think you are? I am Princess of Alderaan. You are just my pathetic subject who can't seem to get what he wants." You raised your voice in authority. It took you a second to realise what you said but even when it hit you, you didn't want him to see you surprised with your choice of words.
"Me? Pathetic? Look at you! A stupid Princess tied up to a chair!" He mocked. Your body was starting to boil in anger.
"Look at me girl! You will do as I say."
He pulled out a lightsaber from underneath his garments and you could recognize it as Kylo Ren's crossblade.
"What are you going to do with that?" You asked, a bit of shock as to how it has it.
He walked behind you and quickly ignited it and he slashed the ties that held you down. "I won't be doing anything with it," then he walked back in front of you and handed it to you, "you will."
"What do you want me to do with that?"
"I want you to take me back to the Kingdom and I will surrender myself. All I want you to do is take the lightsaber with us."
You frowned. Why would he do all of this just to take him back to Alderaan? Something was sketchy.
"You won't try to kill me on the way there?" You asked the obvious.
"How could I kill you? You will have the lightsaber in your hands."
You decided to take him back to the Kingdom and quickly boarded the ship. You'd rather let the King decide what to do to him.
---
You landed the ship a little ways from the town. And walked behind him to ensure you kept your eyes on him.
As you walked through the town the crowd seemed to recognize you and they bowed in respect.
Although something didn't feel right. You senced something was wrong. Taking him to your Kingdom seemed like a stupid plan.
BLAST
You were shot by Arius and he stood there with his blaster pointed at you. You feel on one knee and yelled in pain. The crowd around you seemed too terrified to watch, so some left to find guards to assist you and other stayed to watch incase you absolutely needed help.
You healed yourself within two seconds and stood back up. You ignited the lightsaber he gave you and its vibrations almost made you feel terrified and frightened at the same time.
He shot you again but you deflected it. Then he kept shooting constantly as you tried to keep up with dodging the blasts.
Arius' gun overheated and you turned the lightsaber off and ran to him.
The punching between [Y/N] and Arius was harsh and neither held back on hitting each other. On both faces small spots of blood and bruises could be seen.
In the distance you could heard the Royal Guard and you felt the distant presence of your parents. Although it didn't stop you from holding back. The one thing they both forgot was the small crowd watching their beloved Princess get beat and be aggressive back.
You rapped your arm around his neck and held him tightly. The Royal Guard and your Parents stood there in shock.
"Let him go [Y/N], people are watching" your mother, the Queen, warned.
You didn't care. You thought about everything he said about your father and it angered you. You wanted to kill him.
"Do as your Queen says [Y/N]" your father said sternly. It sounded as if he was mad at you.
You released him and stood up. After you dusted yourself off, you sent a force push at him as it made his lungs hurt. Arius felt as if something stepped on his chest.
Arius stood up. And you gave him a death stair.
"Stupid girl. Did you really think it would be that easy? I thought a spoiled little brat would be smart enough to realize the man in front of you."
The tension was rising and you could feel your body wanted to do something rigorous.
He kept talking but you were so caught up that the words were no longer going through your ears.
You quickly force pushed him to the wall and ran to put your forearm against his throat.
"Keep talking and I'll make sure you won't be able to say another word" you threatened.
"[Y/N]!" You were slightly shocked to hear your father in that tone. He never raised his voice at you because you never given him the reason to.
"You will release this man and retire to your room immediately!" He added. But you felt so rebellious and you didn't want to listen.
"Oh look the little princess just got in trouble by her daddy." He mocked you. That was it for him.
You used the force to choke your parents and the guards. With your other hand you used the force to bring the lightsaber to your hand and quickly ignited it and brought it against his neck.
"So what are you now? The little bad Princess?"
"I'm the bad guy"
With that you sliced his head off and everyone ran away screaming.
The Royal Guard and your Parents were released and they stood there in shock. They were only able to see your back because you weren't facing them.
"What did he do to me?" Your tone was unrecognizable.
"Baby, put the saber down" your mother suggested.
Ben felt as if it was his fault. He could see himself in her the night he burned down the temple.
"How did he make me feel this way?" You started to lightly cry in horror.
"Its okay. We can help you overcome these feelings." You heard you father say with a loving tone.
You mumbled somthing but they couldn't heard you.
"What did you say" the Queen asked.
"I don't want to overcome these feelings. I feel so different and powerful now."
They were so shocked. They couldn't believe what you just said.
"I will miss you dearly" you say before running off quickly towards Arius' ship.
They all tried to run after you but you were far younger and they couldn't keep up.
"What is she going to do?" Ben asked Rey almost terrified to even ask in the first place.
"She will try to conquer the galaxy as you once desired. Then if she needs to, she will return back here to seek revenge" Rey replied.
"What revenge does she want with us?" Ben questioned.
"The dark side tends to make you do things you didn't want to do before. You should know that."
They both looked up at the direction that your ship left and they wondered if they should go looking for you ever again. Or if they should wait for the day of your return.
