The Infinity Arm by Curls In The Rack can be used for many exercises.

In this case I set it up as a belt squat with the lever arm attachment and kickstand.

The kickstand comes in clutch during belt squats (and calf raises) because I can start the exercise from a standing position.

This makes it easier to start with the right form.

Once done, I set the kickstand back and I can disconnect myself from the lever arm without having to kneel down.

Definitely makes belt squats and calf raises more enjoyable.

Compared to other belt squat machines, the lever arm does take on some of the weight and does not give you full vertical resistance but it is a home gym belt squat alternative for power rack.

This belt squat machine was built by @vwbrian83 and I had the opportunity to try it today. I'm back after hurting my wrist over a week ago. My like a safety bar squat, much more emphasis on the quads. I was able to go up to two plates for 3x5. That was followed by 40lbs leg curls for 3x20, 10lb dumbbell flyers for 3x12 and 60lb lat pulldowns to the bottom of my chest for 3x12. My hand felt ok for the most part, a major relief! I'll probably keep things light for the next week, just happy to be training again. Never let an injury keep you down, the battle never ends.
