New personal best on squats!
165 lbs. Starting the year, I was squatting 135 lbs. I bet I could attempt 175 lbs. considering I did 165 for 3 reps and I was a little nervous doing it without a spotter. Safety bars gave me enough confidence to attempt 165 though.
Thinking about growing my hair out while I grow my muscles 🤔

Yooo not gonna lie I didn’t expect to be looking like this while just standing. I’d post the vid, but turns out these leggings aren’t squat proof 🙃
Squatted yesterday with no intention of hitting anything heavy...ended up PRing with 175x3 👀
This was unexpected because I underate for two days AND drank alcohol (first time trying moonshine and omg no) sooo I feel confident about hitting 225x1 by the end of the year. Of course that’s if they don’t end up closing the gyms 😭
