Idea for a peacock villain: a villain that finds beauty in decay and rot. Maybe they could be a landscaper that creates these beautiful gardens and then just let's them go wild and eventually wither and decay. They would probably have the warped versions of the peacock's powers you mentioned in that one post about being able to make things ugly and horrific, which they use spread their verison of beauty.

The Zeti were the humans of the prehistoric era; there were many of them and had known about the old earth before humans came.

The shooting star species (+misc species)were on earth when humans were just living in villages.

Maybe some Zeti harnessed the ancient technology and combined it with some magic!

Magic in this AU is in the earths core.

I would like to incorporate the twilight cage in my AU ( as a history dump)

This is the only AU that has the Zeti as a species.

The Zeti were varied magic users.

Most Zeti (bc era) were very tall.

Danny’s on the Suicide Squad. He’s the defacto team moral compass and ray of sunshine. He plays the role of the camp counselor that keeps everyone in line. He’s not afraid of working with even the gnarliest of baddies.

Everybody on the team wonders how he ended up locked up with the villains- he never talks about what he did to end up behind bars no matter how much they pester him. Then one day they’re out on a mission and Harley or somebody is caught and tortured. Danny snaps. It’s the opposite of brutal- he takes down everyone in the room with clinical, dispassionate efficiency.

After it’s over and the team is safe he comes back to himself and is almost sheepish. He radios Belle Reve.

“Whoops. Add another couple notches on my power dampener collar, would you Waller?”

“Can’t, it’s already at max.”

“Ah. Well. I’ll have a look at strengthening it when we’re back then.”

The team just stared at him slack jawed. Good thing he’s on their side.

(I have no idea if this has been done already, but i cant stop thinking about this)

In lamb culture, gifting jewelry signifies a relationship between the gifter and the reciever. Depending on where the jewelry is worn, it signifies the type of relationship formed.

Gold given by family is to be strung on the horns, or woven into the wool on the head. These are more permanent and intricate, with larger pieces being passed down family lines. Marriages are usually sealed with a ceremonial exchange of this type of jewelry.

Close friends give things that will be worn on the hands and arms. Small tokens that can be swapped out when friendships come and go.

Tokens from those outside of friends and family are usually charms that can be affixed to staffs and clothing, or placed around the house to be admired from afar.

Those that have been slighted put the respective jewelry affixed to the end of robes and staffs, or tied to the ankles, to metaphorically and physically drag that person through the dirt.

Only lovers exchange jewelry for the neck, and each piece is symbolic. It is tradition to propose with a bell, of which the quality is reflective to the love of the giver. Higher quality bells chime the most beautifully, and have a unique sound.

When The Lamb was given their bell, it was flawless, for it had been handcrafted by a god. When the Red crown was fitted on their head, the marriage was sealed. The Lamb did not protest, for who were they to deny their god? They were executed, engaged, married, and resurrected all in the span of a few mintues; loving their sudden husband came just as quick.

The one who waits was not suprised by his vessel's unflinching devotion to him. He accepted the golden jewelry they showered him with, as offerings were expected. He humored their honeyed compliments and long winded ramblings; they fought harder and worked longer when he'd done so.

The one who waits was completely surprised, when upon their betrayal, he still felt devotion from them. The Lamb still loved their husband, even if Narinder had no idea they've been married for the past 250 years.

Belle - Fairy Tale

            I traveled through the catacomb tunnels to the cooler area where I kept the fresh cut flowers. I turned into a room and paused as I always did. I leaned against the archway as I stared at a glass coffin surrounded by roses. Sorrow pooled in my heart as I approached the coffin and gazed upon the girl inside.

            Dulled golden hair that once shone like the sun. Lifeless gray skin that once was so fair. Eyes shut to never see the world again when they were once so open to everything, even the wonder. A heart that was once overflowed with love to never share that love again. Someone once very dear to me, but taken before her time.

            I rested on the glass coffin as I stared down at her. The only corpse I used the mortician tools to mummify her. She would have looked even more beautiful as she joined the others in the rot and decay, but I wasn’t ready to watch her wither away. I wasn’t ready to let her go. She deserved so much more, but had it all taken away from her.

            I bowed my head as tears fell. There was so much I longed to say in life when she was here. So much that I left in my heart unsaid, spoken only to a corpse. I regret not telling her when she was alive. I regret what I missed out on, but how could I be with one such as her? I was the villain she always read about in her fairy tales. I was the force of evil that needed to be thwarted by a hero, and she was the princess to be saved by her prince. A prince that didn’t deserve her but would win her regardless. So the villain I will be.

            I stood as I looked down at her. I would keep her preserved in a coffin for all to see her beauty, even in death. Cursed to never wake again unless saved by a prince that would never come. Surrounded by the very roses that were her namesake. Here she would remain waiting for that day when her prince would never come. Until that day, the villain would watch over her. The Belle would watch over her. I would watch over her.
