You and Trafalgar D. Water Law, notorious pirate and doctor, stand side by side in the bustling marketplace, trying to blend in as a newlywed couple. Law, wearing his usual stoic expression, is clearly out of his element, while you can’t help but smile at how ridiculous the whole situation is.
"Stop grinning like that" he mutters, adjusting the fake wedding ring you insisted on putting on his finger. He glares at you, but you only giggle louder.
"Oh, come on, it’s not so bad. We’ve got to make it convincing" you tease, leaning closer to him with exaggerated affection. His irritation is almost palpable.
"I don't need you hanging off me like that. We're here for a mission, not for you to play around." His voice is calm, but the faint redness creeping up his neck betrays him.
You smirk, knowing exactly how much it bothers him "But I love how grumpy you get when I do this. It’s like a whole new side of you."
You look at him with playful eyes, wrapping your arm around his, deliberately snuggling closer, and watching the slight twitch in his jaw.
"You're insufferable" he grumbles, but you can tell from the way his eyes flicker to yours that he's secretly enjoying it. Even if he won't admit it, you know this act is something he didn’t expect and now he can’t stop thinking about it.
You wink at him “You know, you’re really cute when you’re angry.”
Law scoffs but the tips of his ears go red, which only makes you smirk wider.
The two of you continue to walk through the crowded streets of Wano, and the people around you don't seem to pay much attention, at least not to Law. But you, on the other hand, draw plenty of stares. It's almost laughable how you're both playing the part of a loving couple so well. You’re sure the act would’ve made some people second-guess themselves, if not for your obvious affection for Law.
“Do you really have to hold my hand like this?” Law mutters, trying to keep his face neutral. His tone is deadpan, but his hand doesn't pull away, even though he clearly wants to.
“Yes, I do. It’s important for the cover, we're married, remember?” You tighten your grip slightly, watching him try his hardest to stay composed, and you can’t help but relish in how embarrassed he looks.
“...I’m going to regret this” he mutters under his breath, his voice barely audible.
“No, you won’t,” you say sweetly, squeezing his hand with a grin “You like it.”
Law doesn’t say anything for a moment. His face remains impassive, but you can see the little vein in his forehead twitching. It’s clear that he’s not nearly as indifferent as he’s trying to make himself seem.
Before he can retort, you pull his arm, dragging him towards a stand with fresh produce "Look! They have strawberries!!"
You start picking up the plump, red fruit, inspecting it with exaggerated curiosity. Law watches you, his arms crossed, a frown on his face.
"You’re acting like a child," he observes dryly, clearly disinterested. But you know he’s watching, and deep down, you know that he’s silently amused.
“You’re just mad because I’m having fun. Don’t worry, I'll buy you some too” you say, but the moment you say it, you know he’ll probably refuse it.
Law doesn't respond, but you catch the tiniest glimmer of amusement in his eyes, just for a moment. His mouth tightens, but it’s not out of frustration anymore. It’s something else, something softer, though he’d never admit it.
You turn to him and offer one of the strawberries "Want one? You might smile for once."
He takes the strawberry reluctantly, muttering under his breath, "You're impossible" but you can see the corners of his mouth twitch, as if the smallest hint of a smile might want to escape.
The night comes, and you’re both sitting around a small campfire outside of town, eating a simple meal. Law’s still in his pirate garb, but you’ve managed to dress him up in something a little more traditional, at least in a way that blends with the locals. He looks even more irritated now that he’s out of his comfort zone, but you can’t help but stare at him.
"You know, you really should smile more," you say casually, picking at the food in front of you "You’d be less grumpy."
Law shoots you a glare, his gaze cold but somehow fond "I don’t need to smile."
“You say that, but you do smile sometimes, even when you don’t mean to,” you tease, leaning your head on your hand "Like when you're all annoyed. It’s cute."
His eyebrow twitches, and you immediately know you’ve hit a nerve.
"I do not get 'annoyed'," he hisses "I’m just... trying to survive being stuck here."
“Oh sure, but I’ve noticed something,” you say, leaning in with a smirk “Every time I annoy you, you get this cute little angry face. It’s the best part of the day.”
Law scowls harder, trying to maintain his composure, but you can see the way his face softens ever so slightly, as if he’s secretly enjoying your teasing.
“I’m not cute” he mutters, but his voice lacks its usual edge.
“Oh, trust me, you’re definitely cute. Especially when you try to hide it” you say, reaching over to poke his cheek, making him flinch.
“Don’t touch me” he warns, his patience thinning, but there's no real heat behind it.
You pull your hand back with a grin, trying to hide your glee “I bet I can get you to smile before this mission is over.”
“You won’t" he says, though there's a hint of challenge in his voice.
You wink at him “Wanna bet?”
Law looks at you for a long moment, his eyes narrowing. But you both know it’s a challenge he’s already lost.
The next morning, the Heart Pirates gather. You and Law make your way back after a quick stop in the town. You’re both still playing the role of a happily married couple, though your grin and the slight blush on Law’s face tell a different story.
"Morning, you two" Bepo greets with a wave as you approach the group. He gives you both a curious glance but doesn’t comment right away. You notice his ears twitch slightly, as if he’s trying to figure something out.
"Morning" you reply sweetly, wrapping your arm around Law's waist. You can’t resist leaning into him just a little, making sure everyone notices.
Shachi and Penguin, standing nearby, exchange a quick look.
Law doesn't want to draw attention to it, but he's well aware of the curious stares from his crew.
"What's going on between you two?" Penguin asks, crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow "I thought we were supposed to be working undercover, not pretending to be... a couple." He says "couple" with exaggerated air quotes, making sure the whole group hears it.
You giggle, looking up at Law "Oh, we are, don't worry. Usopp said we should go undercover as a freshly married couple, right, honey?" you say, dragging out the last word with far too much affection, but you actually did it to tease him. In facts, Law’s face tenses, and you can almost see the steam coming out of his ears.
Bepo looks between the two of you, his expression softer than the others "You’re really convincing" he says, a faint blush creeping up on his cheeks. He clearly doesn’t quite understand the situation but seems to be happy for you, or at least trying to be supportive.
“You’re making him uncomfortable, y/n” Shachi teases, nudging you playfully.
“Well, it's a fake marriage after all” you reply with a grin “If he likes it or not we have to make it seem real, especially because we almost got caught”
Law huffs, crossing his arms tightly “We’re not really married. It’s a cover for the mission. And you...” He points at Shachi, who seems way too entertained by the situation “...don’t have to comment on it.”
"Sure, sure, but tell me this," Shachi continues, leaning in as though he's unraveling a great mystery "How come every time I look over, you're so close? So touchy-feely for just a mission. There’s gotta be something going on.”
Penguin snickers in the background, enjoying the show “Shachi might be onto something, Law. You sure you’re not falling for y/n?”
You wink at Law, watching his patience fray a little more “Oh, I think he’s already there” you say, making sure to be extra teasing.
Law narrows his eyes, clearly not thrilled at the idea of his crew picking up on this “I am not! Stop messing around, all of you. We have more important things to focus on.”
But you can tell that beneath the irritation, there’s a hint of something else, embarrassment? Maybe even… a little fondness?
“I’m just saying,” Bepo starts, his voice soft but sincere “you two look so natural together. It’s kind of adorable.”
Your eyes soften, and you offer Bepo a warm smile "I’m glad someone sees it that way," you reply, winking at Law again. He’s practically fuming now, but there's a twinkle in his eyes that he’s not quite able to hide.
“Adorable?” Law scoffs, his face now an unmistakable shade of red “I swear, you’re all insane.” He glares at his crew, but even the glare doesn't hide how his heart's racing just a little.
Later that evening, as you and Law sit around the campfire again, this time with the rest of the Heart Pirates on watch duty, the teasing continues, though now it’s less playful and more knowing. Everyone’s fully aware that something’s up between you two, and it’s clear that you’ve been having a lot of fun with the idea.
“Alright, alright, let’s just get this out of the way," Shachi starts, taking a seat beside you and leaning in conspiratorially "Who fell first?”
Law doesn’t even look at you, but you can feel his discomfort radiating “We’re not doing this” he mutters with an exasperated sigh.
But the teasing continues, the Heart Pirates are all looking at you two with amusement in their eyes. Bepo and Penguin are now watching you closely, seemingly trying to pick up on every little interaction, while Shachi just can’t stop himself from pressing the issue.
“You two are definitely more than just a cover story,” Shachi says, grinning from ear to ear “You’re always so close, so... affectionate.”
“Yeah!” Penguin chimes in, clearly enjoying the drama “It’s like you guys are really a thing.”
Law remains silent for a few beats, his jaw clenched, clearly holding his frustration in check. But you notice the tightening of his fists and the way his eyes flicker with irritation.
You glance over at him, but before you can even tease him again, you notice his patience clearly running out “That’s enough” he snaps, voice low but sharp.
The whole group falls quiet, the sudden intensity of his voice making them look at him with wide eyes.
“I don’t like this attention, alright?” Law’s voice is colder now, his usual calm demeanor replaced by something harder, something… serious. His gaze shifts to you, and you’re caught off guard by how harsh his words are “I don’t like you hanging off me all the time, I don’t like being treated like your husband, and I don’t like you constantly teasing me. We’re not a couple, y/n. We’re not even close enough for you to call me your friend, let alone you husband...”
The words hit like a slap, and for a moment, all you can do is stare at him in disbelief. His face is set in a frown, his usual stoic expression replaced by something colder, more distant. You feel a pang in your chest, your heart sinking at how genuine he seems.
The rest of the crew falls silent, unsure of what to say.
You take a step back, your arm slipping as you pull away. Your eyes flicker down to the ground, trying to hide the hurt that's suddenly swelling inside you.
You’re not sure why, but the way he said it, so blunt, so final, makes you believe him. Maybe you had been too forward. Maybe you pushed him too far, even if you were just jocking around.
You try to force a smile, but it feels weak, forced "Right," you say quietly, your voice barely above a whisper "I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you feel this uncomfortable."
Law doesn’t respond, too focused on his crew and the way they’re looking at him. The awkward silence stretches, and you find yourself drifting further away. You can’t bring yourself to joke anymore, to tease him as you had before. The sting of his words cuts deeper than you want to admit.
The rest of the evening goes by in an uncomfortable silence. You eat your meal, your eyes occasionally flicking toward Law, but you can’t bring yourself to look at him for long. Every time you do, you feel the weight of his words echoing in your mind.
The next few days feel... different. You’ve stopped teasing him, stopped getting close like you used to. Whenever you have to interact, you’re careful to keep your distance, avoiding any unnecessary physical contact. You act as professional as possible, keeping the focus entirely on the mission.
It doesn’t escape the Heart Pirates’ notice, though. They watch as the dynamics between you and Law change. You’re not the playful couple anymore. Instead, you seem more distant, more reserved—especially around Law.
Shachi notices first "Hey, y/n, everything okay?" he asks one morning as you sit near the ship’s edge, watching the horizon. He knows something’s off, and though he doesn’t want to pry, he can’t help but ask.
You force a smile, but it doesn’t reach your eyes “Yeah. Just tired, that’s all.”
Bepo, who’s been quietly observing, speaks up hesitantly “You haven’t been... teasing him anymore. Are you two—”
“We’re fine,” you interrupt quickly, too quickly. You don’t want to explain. You don’t even know what to say "Just focusing on the mission, as it should have been from the very start"
The conversation ends there, but you can feel the weight of their concern. They’re noticing the shift, the sudden distance between you and Law. But none of them, especially not Law, know how to fix it.
Days pass in Wano, and you continue to keep your distance from Law, though the tension between the two of you feels thicker than ever. Every time you’re near him, the awkwardness is palpable. But something else is happening in the background.
The Strawhats are back in Wano. After all the time you’ve spent apart.
It’s in the middle of a bustling market square, where you and Law are walking around trying to gather some supplies for the mission, when you spot them. You freeze, your heart racing. Your breath catches in your throat when your eyes land on Sanji.
Without thinking, you let everything fall from your hands and sprint toward him. Sanji’s back is turned, so he doesn’t see you coming until it’s too late. You throw yourself into his arms with tears in your eyes, overwhelmed with relief.
“Sanji!” you exclaim, your voice muffled against his chest as you cling to him.
Sanji’s eyes widen in surprise, but then he smiles softly, his arms wrapping around you “Hey there, y/n” he says, his tone warm “It’s been a while, huh?”
You pull back slightly, wiping at your eyes with the back of your hand “I’ve missed you so much” you admit softly.
Sanji raises an eyebrow, but his smile softens “It’s good to see you too. Looks like you’ve got a lot on your mind, though. You okay?”
You hesitate for a moment, then give a small nod “Yeah... I’m fine now. I just... I’ve been through some stuff. But I’m glad you’re here.”
Law watched everything, staying back. As soon as he saw you hugging the cook, he took everything you dropped and left you alone with them, even because it looks like you forgot about him.
The next day, you find yourself meeting up with Sanji at his little noodle shop. You’ve told him everything, how you and Law have been pretending to be a married couple, how your feelings have gotten tangled up, and how, after Law’s harsh words, you’ve pulled away to keep things professional. You tell him about the emotional distance between you and Law, and the complicated feelings you’re dealing with.
“I don’t know what to do anymore,” you admit, your hands twisting nervously in your lap “I feel like I’m losing him. He doesn’t want me around, and it’s driving me crazy. But I don’t know how to fix it.”
Sanji’s expression softens as he listens to you, his gaze gentle
“I thought it was just supposed to be a cover” you murmur, “but somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like one. And now... now it feels like everything’s falling apart.” You pause, looking down “I think I care about him more than I thought I did.”
Sanji reaches out, giving your hand a reassuring squeeze “You’ve got a good heart, y/n. And I know Law is a complicated guy. But if you care about him, you need to figure out what you want. You’re not just a cover story, okay?”
You meet his gaze, feeling a sense of clarity you hadn’t realized you were missing “You’re right. I just wish I knew how to fix it.”
Sanji leans in, his voice dropping lower “It’s okay to take things slow. And if you want to... maybe you could start by not hiding from him anymore.”
Before you can respond, you both hear some footsteps approaching. You quickly stand up and walk away from the alley, but you notice people beginning to gossip behind you.
“You heard about y/n and her husband, right?” one woman whispers to her friend.
“Yeah, I heard she’s been cheating on him with that blonde guy. Can you believe that? I mean, the nerve!” another woman replies, her voice dripping with gossip.
The words hit you like a punch in the gut. You feel your face flush with embarrassment and frustration. Cheating? How did they come up with that?
You try to ignore it, but it’s hard. The whispers follow you as you walk back to the group, and you can feel the sting of their words deep in your chest.
Later that evening, as you rejoin Law and the rest of the crew, you notice his usual cold demeanor has shifted. He’s standing by the fire, his back to you, as if he’s been waiting for you. When you approach, he doesn’t immediately acknowledge you.
"Are you... okay?" you ask softly, but you can see the frustration in his posture. He doesn’t respond immediately, but his jaw tightens.
“I don’t appreciate people talking about my personal life like that, true or not...” Law says, his voice low and clipped “You’ve been avoiding me for days, and now I hear rumors? What’s going on?”
Your stomach twists in knots “Law...”
“I don't care about you and the blondie but...” he cuts you off, his gaze icy “I can’t focus when people are talking about me like that, especially if we're supposed to be undercover here.”
You feel your throat tighten, the weight of his words sinking in. He’s frustrated, and his anger makes your heart ache “I didn’t mean for any of this to happen, you know Sanji is my friend, people just don't know the truth and make things up” you admit, your voice shaky.
Law sighs, running a hand through his hair, looking as if he’s about to snap “Then stop avoiding me. We’re in this together, but if you keep pushing me away, I’m not sure what we’re doing anymore... we can't bring so much attention on us.”
The atmosphere between you and Law is still tense. You don’t want things to spiral even further, so you suggest an idea, something that might distract from the tension and let everyone cool off for a while.
"Why don’t we go grab some food?" you suggest, your voice a little hesitant but hopeful.
Law turns to you, his expression neutral “You think food is going to help?”
You shrug, trying to lighten the mood "Maybe. Besides, I’ve been hearing about this noodle shop... the chef is called Sanji, I think?... I’ve heard it’s good..."
Law’s brows furrow, but his interest is piqued "Sanji? You think going right to him won't worsen things?"
You nod "Maybe if people see us all together, as three good friends, they're going to stop talk about me cheating..."
He looks at you for a moment, then sighs, clearly not wanting to be left alone with his thoughts any longer "Fine. Let’s go."
The small noodle spot is tucked away in a corner of Wano, busy and filled with the warmth of the cooking. When you and Law arrive, you’re greeted immediately by Sanji’s bright smile, but there’s something in his eyes that softens when he sees you. He’s not as flirtatious as usual, and there’s a sharpness in his gaze as he sees the tension between you and Law.
"Well, well, if it isn’t the infamous 'married couple'" Sanji says, his voice light, though there’s an edge to it now.
You try to smooth things over, grinning at him “Yeah, we’re here to eat...”
It’s time to kill the rumors.
“We’ll sit over here,” you say quickly, guiding Law to a seat “Make it clear to everyone that we’re... still a team.”
Law sits down stiffly, clearly not thrilled, but it’s obvious he’s playing along. He keeps his eyes ahead, refusing to acknowledge Sanji’s deliberate coldness toward him.
Sanji brings over bowls of noodles with flair, but his attitude towards Law remains distant, even a little antagonistic. He makes sure to place the food right in front of you, offering a special smile "Just for you, y/n. A little something extra special, like always."
He looks at you, and his smile softens just a bit. But when his eyes flick to Law, the warmth vanishes, and the tension in the room grows thicker.
Law doesn’t react right away, but you can feel the change in him. His jaw tightens, his body language growing even more tense than it was before. He clenches his fist under the table, clearly irritated.
"Stop playing games," Law mutters, his voice low and tight with barely contained frustration "Just serve the food and stop making this weird."
Sanji, clearly not intimidated, shrugs "If you don’t like how things are going, maybe you should take a look at how you’re treating her. It’s obvious you’ve got no control over the situation"
You flinch at the words, but Sanji’s eyes flicker to you in a way that makes you feel a bit guilty. You didn’t want this to turn into some kind of game, but now, it’s getting harder to keep things under wraps.
You look at Law, hoping to redirect the conversation "Let’s just eat," you say, trying to keep things casual "We need to look like a normal couple to the town. We don’t want any more rumors."
Law gives you a long, searching look before nodding "Fine. But we’re done with the theatrics, understood?"
As the meal progresses, the silence between you, Sanji, and Law grows thicker. The tension is almost unbearable, but it’s working, people around are starting to get the message. Law and you are a team, no matter the rumors, and the gossip about you "cheating" slowly starts to fade as the focus shifts to you two sitting together.
Sanji seems to settle into his role. He occasionally glances at you, making sure you’re taken care of, but the icy distance he’s putting between himself and Law is unmistakable. Law notices it too, and while he’s trying to keep his cool, it’s clear it’s starting to get under his skin.
Finally, Sanji returns to the counter, his back turned, leaving you and Law in silence. It’s the perfect opportunity to clear the air, but neither of you speaks.
You glance at Law, noticing the frustration in his eyes. He doesn’t like this. Doesn’t like the way Sanji is treating you, doesn’t like the way he’s feeling about the whole situation.
You try to lighten the mood, but it’s hard to ignore the tightness in his shoulders "You know, we’re supposed to be a married couple, not a couple of kids at a playground."
Law narrows his eyes at you "I didn’t sign up for this. The mission’s getting complicated."
You try to ignore the tug in your chest, a bit of confusion creeping in "It’s just a cover, Law. Nothing’s changed. We’re just doing what we need to do."
But the words hang there, and even though you say them, you know that things aren’t so simple anymore. You feel it, and you know Law does too.
As you leave the shop together, the streets of Wano no longer seem as welcoming as before. The weight of the situation presses down on you, and Law’s behavior is starting to affect you in ways you didn’t expect. You can’t figure out if it’s the mission weighing on him, or if it’s something more.
After the meal at Sanji’s, the rumors finally start dying down, but the damage between you and Law lingers. The tension is unbearable, Law barely looks at you, and you, still hurt from his earlier words, keep your distance.
Sanji notices. The crew notices. Even the damn town notices.
One evening, as you sit outside the inn you and Law have been staying at for your undercover mission, you overhear some locals whispering.
“They say that woman is still in love with her husband, but he doesn’t care for her.” “Shame. She looks miserable.” “She was always all so cute and clingy to him but she stopped entirely, he must’ve pushed her away.”
You clench your fists. It’s one thing to suffer in silence, but another to hear strangers pitying you.
Law suddenly walks past you, pausing for a second before speaking, “Go inside.” His voice is firm but quiet.
You don’t move “Why do you care?” you murmur, not looking at him “You made it clear I was just a nuisance to you and it's just a mission, which is almost over anyway given Zoro and Luffy are making trubles after trubles...”
Law exhales sharply “I never—” He stops, frustrated, before running a hand down his face “Listen, I was trying to stop myself from—” He cuts himself off again, jaw clenched.
You finally turn to him “From what?”
His silence is enough of an answer.
Your heart clenches, but you shake your head “You don’t have to force yourself to tolerate me anymore, Law. We’ll finish the mission, and after that—”
“Enough,” he snaps, suddenly grabbing your wrist. His grip is firm but not painful, just desperate “You don’t get to decide that.”
Your eyes widen as he pulls you toward him, his voice low but intense “I was a damn coward,” he mutters “You—you were always in my space, always teasing me, and I—” He exhales sharply “I pushed you away because I—”
You hold your breath.
“I fell for you” Law finally admits, looking at you with something raw and vulnerable in his gaze “I fell so hard, and I didn’t know how to deal with it.”
Your heart nearly stops.
“You what?”
He groans, looking away “I can’t stand you ignoring me. I can’t stand watching you with Sanji, even though I know it’s nothing. And I hate that I made you think I didn’t care.”
The words hit you like a storm, leaving you speechless. He looks genuinely frustrated, at himself.
You swallow hard before whispering, “So what do we do now?”
Law looks at you, his grip tightening slightly “You tell me,” he murmurs, voice quieter now “Because if you still want me, then I—” He hesitates, then sighs “I don’t want this to be fake anymore.”
Your breath hitches.
For the first time in weeks, you grin “I mean... I think it's too soon to talk about marriage, isn't it?”
Law groans, rolling his eyes “Unbelievable.”
You laugh, and before you can stop yourself, you tug him down into a kiss.
And just like that, the mission doesn’t feel so complicated anymore.
Back on the Polar Tang, the Heart Pirates immediately notice the change.
Law still wears his usual scowl, still grumbles under his breath whenever you tease him, but there’s no real bite behind his words anymore. The biggest difference? He lets you get away with it.
You lean against his side as he studies a map, chin resting on his shoulder. He doesn’t shove you off like he used to, he just sighs heavily, pretending to ignore you.
“Oi, captain,” Shachi calls out, smirking “Didn’t you say you hated being touched?”
Penguin snickers “Yeah, man, what happened to all that complaining? Because right now, it looks like you like it.”
Law doesn’t even look up, but you can see the way his jaw tightens, the tips of his ears turning pink “Shut up” he mutters, flipping a page of the map aggressively.
“Oh, come on, it’s adorable,” Bepo chimes in, tail wagging “You used to be all grumpy whenever she clung to you, and now you just accept it?”
You grin, tilting your head up to look at him “Aww, so you do like my attention.”
His eye twitches “I didn’t say that.”
“But you didn’t deny it.”
Shachi and Penguin lose it, laughing while Bepo beams like a proud parent.
Law exhales through his nose, rubbing his temples. But despite the grumbling, he doesn’t move you away. And that’s when it clicks.
Shachi leans back, crossing his arms “Y’know, I think we all got it wrong before.”
Penguin nods, smirking “Yeah. We thought y/n was the lost cause, but—”
They both turn to Law, who immediately tenses, as if he knows what’s coming.
“You actually fell harder.”
The room falls silent.
You blink up at him, waiting for his reaction.
Law glares at his crew, looking about two seconds away from using Room just to teleport them out of his sight. But instead, he lets out a sharp exhale, shutting his eyes for a moment. When he opens them again, he just mutters “Unbelievable.”
You beam and press a quick kiss to his cheek, watching as his face turns bright red.
Yeah. Maybe being undercover in Wano wasn’t such a disaster after all.

There's three things for why you draw: how you ask this makes this incredibly clear this is free time so three things:
Why.
Why are you doing this.
Why are you so slow
Why do you want to be fast.
Da first one. Simple enough: just identify a goal. Write it down or sm, just put I somewhere you'll remember so you keep going forward.
Da second one. Identify why you're so slow, see 1.
Da third one. Because mental health is important, on a meta ish level. Why do you wanna go fast? Is there any other reasons you wanna do it?
Eg; you wanna be fast, because you wanna make random faces or whatever fast. So like. What parts are you slow? Everything? Cool, write that down.
Why do you wanna draw features faster? Because it takes too long and you get frustrated.
Cool, next question.
What.
What's your current knowledge?
What can you put in?
And example;
You're an artist who's been drawing for a few months now, your knowledge of faces is. Minimal. It's ok, but it's not enough and you don't know where to start and stuff.
Next, how much time can you/are you willing to put in?
Third question. Can you use google? Or other search engines? Do you know how to follow and repeat exercises; continuing example.
You can put in effort everyday, five decent looking faces. Just grab a stopwatch, time it from starting to finish.
Another thing; in this scenario. It's faces, what's the knowledge you have on faces, there's like. Five key emotions you should hit first. Happy, sad, angry, afraid and neutral.
Face, eyes, eyebrows. Etc.
Break down the problem, both in your head and what you need to do.
Drawing ain't need to be a chore, but if you wanna get good you need to catch up on your basics. And just have a go at it.
Worst case scenario, you'll end up with hundreds of pieces of sort of shitty sketches and you'll gain several knuckle disorder things.
But you can, technically, draw faster.
Do u have any advice for artists who draw ridiculously slow???
draw faster

You wake up with a jolt. Somewhere, a door slams shut, but the noise comes from someplace a lot closer than you'd like when living in Blüdhaven. A string of soft curses float through your apartment, something falls and breaks, and by then you’re sat up atop your mattress, reaching for the knife Dick always insists you keep nearby. It could be him, it probably is, but since when does your acrobat make this much noise when coming back home in the middle of the night?
Dick stumbles through the doorway, one of his hands resting on the wall, seemingly to keep him upright. The lights of the city that bleed in through your bedroom window illuminate his face, and you know instantly that he’s been hit with something, whether that's a gas or some pollen, you’re not sure. His skin is glowing under a sheen of sweat, his cheeks flushed pink. He growls in frustration when a strand of inky black hair falls on his face and he pushes it away with a bit more force than necessary, chest heaving up and down with short and shallow breaths.
You push the blanket off your legs, ready to stand up and walk over to inspect him for any injuries, possibly force him to take a bath with you when a throaty whine makes you stop in your tracks. He shakes his head and you look at him with furrowed brows, tilting your head in confusion.
“Ivy hit us with a.. ah, a pollen. Bruce sent me home right after, but that was before…before the effects showed up.” He rests his head against the doorframe, eyes squeezed shut. He swipes his tongue over his lips, the pink muscle heavy in his mouth which went dry the second he spotted you on that bed, waiting for him.
“What effects, exactly?” You ask him, the little crease of displeasure between your brows that Dick has a habit of soothing over with his thumb making an appearance. You cross your arms on your chest, both to show off your worry and to protect your body from the chill of the bedroom. “Are you in pain?”
As if on cue, another wave of something hits him and he lets his head fall back, his Adam's apple bobbing before he lets out another one of his drawn out whines. The sight of him like that makes something turn inside your gut, a dull ache in between your legs making itself known. “In pain, yes. Just not in the way you might, fuck!..think.” He claws at his Nightwing suit, seemingly desperate to get it off his heated skin and that's when it clicks. Ivy, pollen, not letting you come near him, sweaty and flushed as if…
Dick Grayson is currently standing in the doorway to your room, desperate to get his dick inside you and fuck his brains out.
The sheer absurdity of the situation almost has you barking out a laugh, but it dies down in your throat when a soft plea leaves his lips, now slick with spit, reddish pink from his teeth abusing the soft flesh.
"There isn't an antidote for this. Not yet, anyway. 'N I was wondering if you'd maybe, shit, help me uh, get it out of my system? If you'd want, of course. 'S all good if not, sweetheart. Not really sure it'd be safe for you if I can't really, ngh, control myself."
His eyes stay locked on you, the usually light hues of blue tinted dark as the flush on his skin deepens, the worst of the pollen only starting to take effect. You don't say anything, but instead take a few quick steps towards him and before he has a chance to open his mouth to protest, you cup his cheek with your hand, other one laying flat on his chest. His heart is practically vibrating inside his ribcage from the sheer speed of it beating but that quickly leaves your mind at the absolutely obscene sound that leaves Dicks mouth at the feeling of your skin against his. It's a sob of pure relief mixed with agony because somehow even more blood pools at his groin, making him harder than he has ever been in his life. He turns his head and nuzzles his face into the palm of your hand, his heated lips nipping at your skin like flames of fire.
You coo at him, moving your hand up so you can run your fingers through his hair, now curly from the moisture of his skin. You grab a handful and gently pull his head back, letting your lips leave a trail of open mouthed kisses all over his jaw. His mouth has fallen open, spewing out soft pants and incoherent sounds.
"Wait, wait, baby," he hiccups softly, pulling away from you. "Don't know if m'gonna be able to control myself. Promise me that you'll tell me to stop if it gets too much 'n if I don't listen you'll punch me in the face?"
"Promise, Dickie." You nod, letting your other hand fall down to rest on his waist. You can feel the muscles of his core flex at your touch, and you gently drag the tips of your fingers through the divots of them. His eyes never leave yours and he's looking at you so earnestly, so devotedly it makes you feel sick for a moment. It's as if you are a god, a divine creature who has seized his ability to think, to breathe, and who he needs to guide him, tell him how to do the simplest things in case he even dares to think about doing them in a way you dislike.
You pull him down into a kiss, one slow, sweet and earnest. He has your face cradled in his hands, not daring to let them wonder in case it gets him punished later on. You gently guide him backwards with you, pulling him along by his hip, until the back of your legs meet the edge of the bed, and you fall back on it, pulling him with you. It's as if a switch has been flicked - the once languid and adoring kiss now turned messy, needy, desperate. His mouth is hot as it parts against your lips, tongues brushing against each other in an erotic dance. He tastes sweet, he always has, like honey and mint from the gum he seems to chew at any given moment.
He pulls away to catch his breath but somehow his hands have wandered under your shirt and are now tugging it over your head, throwing it over his shoulder. Your chest is bare in front of him, skin glinting under the light of the night, and he mewls, desperate. He brings his mouth down on your collarbone, leaving open mouthed kisses down until he reaches your breast, and before you can react, his sharp teeth have pressed down into the supple flesh. It hurts, and you keen off the bed with a soft cry.
He slides his tongue over the bite in a soothing manner, pressing a kiss on it as well. Despite the initial pain, by the fifth bite (which has your breasts positively red), your back is arching off the mattress for a different reason, and you're sure that if he'd try to slide your panties off, they'd stick to your cunt in the most obscene way possible.
Your insides are aching by now, desperate to be filled to the brim by his cock. You let him know by tugging on the top half of his Nightwing suit, pulling it over his shoulders. His hair is sticking up in every direction after that and you can't help but giggle, his lips silencing you with a playful kiss. He gets the lower half off by himself and is left just in his boxers, the visible tent in them making you unconsciously part your legs further.
Dick, however, decides that he needs something and he needs it now because another wave of pollen is tugging on his insides and the pain of it makes his stomach cramp up. He starts to slowly rut against your thigh, riding it like he has many times before as a punishment for being bratty. Each movement of his hips has him panting out soft ah! ah! ah! 's and his face is pressed against the crook of your neck, where he's desperately mouthing at the skin, drool soaking it up. You coo at him, masking the degrading terms of endearment under the guise of your sweet tone, but it's still just egging him on, and before he can realise that he's close, he's already come inside his boxers with a high pitched whine. His whole body shakes as the orgasm crashes over him in waves, and his arms give up, making him fall on top of you. You slide your arms over his bare back, pressing small kisses around his hairline.
"You did good, baby. So good for me, aren't you? Gonna fuck me now, pretty bird? Get your cock inside me, fuck yourself stupid 'til all the pollen is gone?"
He keens again, baring his neck to you in an act of submission. His head is fuzzy and he can't really understand what you're saying, but he heard "pretty bird" and "fuck" and suddenly his cock is all hard and leaky again, desperate to be surrounded by something warm and wet and tight. The pollen is making his skin itch unbearably and he needs you to bite him just like he bit you, marking you with pretty shapes and colours. You lean down and do just that, digging your canines right above his pulse point, sucking on the flesh until its angry and purple and so, so pretty, just like the man in front of you.
His body goes seemingly more lax at that, though his hips are still squirming. Somehow, you manage to tug your panties down and off your legs and you slide your fingers into his curls, harshly tugging on them to bring him back to the real world.
"Fuck me, Dickie." You purr, bringing him into a kiss. He can't seem to catch up with your pace, but his instincts speak for themselves, and although the kiss is way sloppier than it should be, all the happy noises he's making makes it worth it.
He cages you between his arms and you help him guide his tip to your opening, clenching around nothing but air. You hadn't noticed when exactly he'd gotten rid of his now soiled boxers but there's nothing exactly to complain about. Your arousal mixed with the cum thats covering the length of him make it easy for him to slide fully inside you with a single thrust, the feeling of so suddenly being filled to the brim punching all the air out of your lungs.
He starts fucking into you like a madman, incoherent whines and pleas and moans spilling from his swollen lips like wildfire. You can't understand anything, but you hold him close, pressing kisses on top of any strip of skin you can reach. "Good, birdie, just like- fuck! that. Fucking me so good, you're the best boy."
You wrap your legs around his, digging your heels into his thick thighs, letting your head fall back in bliss. You can feel a few droplets fall onto your skin and then trail down, and you can't help but giggle e. "Is my pussy so good that it's making you cry, baby? You're so pathetic, Dickie, it's embarrassing. Just look at you."
Your voice is sickly sweet in his ear and he just cries harder, cheeks burning red from embarrassment, but it's as if his body has a mind of its own, continuing to fuck into you like a dog, a dog in heat. He doesn't want to feel stupid and incompetent, and he hates the fact that you're laughing at him, making him feel like he isn't doing a job good enough, but despite your cruel jokes, you're choking on moans of your own, and he also knows by the wet sounds of your cunt that he's fucking you better than anyone ever has and anyone ever will.
He brings one of his hands between your two slick bodies and starts to rub aggressive and tight circles on your clit, eyes locked on you as your face scrunches up, mouth falling apart at the mind numbing pleasure. He knows you better than anyone, so when your muscles start to tense and the pitch of your moans is getting higher and higher, he knows you're close. He picks up the pace of his hips, the sound of skin slapping echoing all around the bedroom. One, two, three snaps and you're coming on his cock with a loud cry, body convulsing painfully. He follows you not even a moment later, coming in the tight heat of your stomach with a loud whine, his whole body shuddering. Despite your vision swimming, you let your hands wander all over his skin, pulling his shaky body to your chest, where you shower him with kisses, touches and soft praises.
"Good, good boy, birdie. You did good, fucked me so good. How are you feeling?"
He just, whines softly on your chest, looking up at you with glassy eyes, blinking owlishly. You pepper his face with tiny kisses until he comes back, and when you feel his nose scrunch up under your lips, you know he's with you once more.
"Talk to me, baby. Are you good? Do we need to go again?" You run your fingers through his hair, letting your nails scratch over his scalp. He leans into your touch and you're pretty sure that if he could, he'd be purring.
"M'okay, I think. At least for now. I feel good, but I can tell that it's not completely gone from my system. Might need to do another round later." His voice is scratchy, and you reach for the water bottle on your bedside table, making him drink half of it. He thanks you with a soft kiss and settles back down on your chest, arms curled around your body.
You can't help but smile at him, heart overflowing with affection. "We should take a shower, pretty bird. You're sticky and I'm sticky, and we could do another round there. That sound good?"
He perks up at the mention of showering together and you laugh, pulling him up with you.
"Come on, then. If you're good then I'll use my mouth on you."

Solas repeatedly explains that things are not so black and white and the fandom's response to the nature of his relationships with Mythal and Felassan etc are weirdly reminiscent of what he finds frustrating about modern Thedas.
He explains repeatedly that the distinction between spirit and demon is not that black and white, that there's always an element of choice involved. Likewise, he cannot be so easily defined as wisdom or pride. He is a mix of both and will lean into one or the other depending on how he is perceived. Over and over again he tries to make people see that it's our expectations that create the dynamics of our relationships and therefore how we perceive others. If we respect others in the way they would like to be respected, you can come closer to an authentic and equal partnership.
Likewise, he says that he is not defined by his body, a point Trick said came from their own thoughts around their gender and figuring out that they were nonbinary. Solas chose a male body, seemingly because he had to choose one, not necessarily because he felt like a man. In fact he repeatedly explains that he sees himself as a spirit i.e. genderless
The romance or friendship with the Inquisitor is special because it is the first time that he's branching out of his comfort zone of bonding like a spirit bonds (reflecting) and trying to bond like a person does instead (meeting them on their level, sharing his heart with them and being vulnerable). This is why one of my favourite lines from him is 'You are unique. In all Thedas I never expected to find someone who could draw my attention from the Fade. You have become important to me.' This is the first time he has fallen in love, the first time he has actually relished being a person and not a spirit, because he's able to be with Lavellan this way. He can't fall in love as a spirit as spirits don't bond that way, as is repeatedly stated throughout his story. I personally think the relationships he forged before Inquisition were all done using the attachment style of spirits, which is apparently quite abstract, and not as a man, which is more understandable to mortals and us, the player.
What's especially pertinent about this is that says this line right before he's about to abandon his plan to tear down the Veil by telling the Inquisitor the truth, a plan that symbolises his attachment to his spirit-self and the world he inadvertently destroyed. Once he does that, there's no coming back; likewise, once you take a body, you cannot go back. When you fall in love in a way that makes all the parts of you line up perfectly for the first time, you can't go back.
What is so beautiful to me about Solas's love story with Lavellan is that we witness Solas in a chrysalis state between spirithood and personhood, past and present (and future), on the precipice of metamorphosis. At the very moment he's about to take that final leap like The Fool his romance card is based on, he backs out, because of guilt, trauma, grief, duty and the rest.
Even with a befriended Inquisitor, he bonds with them on their level. He doesn't try to elevate them to his level; he comes to theirs. He is the opposite of Pride in their friendship, which is why he respects them. They allow him to be himself.
It's because of this change in nature that I think Solas and Lavellan's love story is so compelling--Solas's world quite literally changes when he falls in love, as he states multiple times, in various ways. I mean, look at the way he needs time to think about a potential relationship with Lavellan. He probably knows that it's a bad idea, but at this point he has no idea how much of a bad idea it is with respect to his plans because he has no idea that it will make him want to give it up. If he had, he never would've entertained the idea of a relationship. His romance card in Veilguard explains that he didn't know what it would mean to fall in love, because he's never actually been in love. He has loved countless friends and companions, like Mythal and Felassan, but he has not fallen for someone like he falls for a romanced Lavellan; Lavellan, who is deified like he was deified, who sees him for who he is (as much as they can) and doesn't shun him or punish him for not doing as he was told like a good lapdog.
Once again there's more of the irony that pervades Solas's story at every turn. It's in falling for a mortal that Solas becomes a more complete person, more of the man he says he is and not the god others have revered him as. That is the deepest change of all and the one that reflects his earlier statements on the delineation between spirit and demon not being so black and white, and involving a level of choice. Solas chooses to be more of a man in a similar way to how Cole chooses to become more human. He knows deep down that he's already in too deep to stop, and this is why, despite knowing he has a job to do and a duty to fulfil, he leaves clues for the Inquisition to follow him. Because he's already gone too far, and now he can't go back, and deep down he wants to be stopped, like Varric said. Solas, as a former spirit, doesn't simply feel love, he embodies it, and so he is helpless to that emotion. Of course he left clues.
Because that is what falling in love meant for Solas. It meant going into that chrysalis state and emerging as a totally new being with an experience that is quite far removed from his spirit self and all the limitations that come with that. Mythal and Felassan etc predate this experience, they're intrinsically tied to his nature as a spirit and then as a manifested spirit. While he loved them, that love was tangled up with a simpler nature, and the love he shares with Lavellan is coming from a totally new place. For that reason, the two can't really be compared.

You marked his back with your nails pretty bad
Pairing: Cocky!Rafe Cameron x reader
Warnings: explicit content, rough/intense smut, scratching, possessiveness, toxic dynamics, mentions of arguments, morning-after intimacy.
Summary: after having argument you make it up only way you know. Rough sex. So when you wake up next morning and find his back all red and scratched from how hard you went. Only for him to love it.
-----
The first thing you register is warmth. Not just the soft, golden hue of the morning sun breaking through the blinds, but the heat radiating from the body beside you. Rafe. His skin, bare and warm, pressed against yours beneath the tangled sheets. Your limbs feel heavy, the lingering exhaustion from last night still weighing on you, but there’s something else too—a soreness between your thighs, a faint ache in your muscles, a reminder of how things unfolded after that argument.
You shift slightly, turning to face him, and that’s when you see it.
His back.
Your breath catches for a moment as your eyes trace over the angry red marks slashed across his tanned skin. Deep, raw, and unmistakable—the aftermath of your nails dragging down his back, your body clinging to his as he fucked you through your frustration, through every unspoken word and every unresolved fight. The scratches stand out starkly against his skin, fresh and undeniable proof of just how wild last night had been.
You bite your lip, feeling a mix of pride and guilt. You hadn’t even realized you were digging in that hard, but looking at the way the marks line his back, there’s no doubt you claimed him in some way.
Rafe stirs beside you, shifting slightly before letting out a low, sleepy groan. His voice is thick with sleep, muffled against the pillow as he speaks.
"Mmm… you awake?"
He’s still half-asleep, his face turned towards you but his eyes barely open. Without thinking, he leans in, pressing a lazy, drowsy kiss against your shoulder, his lips soft and warm against your skin.
You hesitate before speaking, your fingers lightly grazing over one of the red streaks down his back. "Rafe…"
He hums in response, not fully awake yet.
"You should see what I did to your back," you murmur, running your fingers along another set of scratches. "It looks bad."
That wakes him up.
Rafe shifts onto his side, cracking one eye open as a slow, lazy smirk spreads across his lips. "Yeah?" His voice is still rough with sleep, but there’s amusement in it now. "You worried about me, sweetheart?"
You roll your eyes, but the heat rising in your cheeks betrays you. "I didn’t realize I went that hard."
Rafe finally opens both eyes, his gaze dark and amused as he watches you. Then, without warning, he flips onto his stomach again, stretching his arms above his head, completely unbothered as he settles back against the mattress. "How bad is it?"
"Bad," you admit, tracing one of the deeper marks with your fingertip. "Like… I might’ve actually hurt you."
Rafe chuckles, and the sound is low and smug. "You didn’t hurt me." He turns his head slightly, giving you a lopsided grin. "I like it."
Your stomach tightens at his words.
"You like it?" you repeat, raising an eyebrow.
He nods lazily, completely unashamed. "Hell yeah. It means I fucked you good enough to make you lose control." He glances over his shoulder at you, his smirk widening. "That’s kinda hot, don’t you think?"
You huff, but there’s no real annoyance behind it. If anything, his words send a rush of heat straight to your core.
Rafe must notice because his smirk turns more devilish as he pushes himself up on one elbow, his free hand reaching over to tug you closer. You don’t resist as he pulls you against him, his lips brushing against your collarbone before he trails them up to your neck, his breath warm against your skin.
"Next time," he murmurs against your throat, "maybe you should leave them somewhere I can actually see them."
Your breath hitches, and you hate the way your body immediately responds to him, how the heat from last night still lingers between you. But that’s just how it always is with Rafe. The fights, the passion, the way you always come back together in the most intense, all-consuming way.

paige bueckers x azzi fudd
wc: 3k
summary: paige and azzi confront their fears and reaffirm their deep commitment to one another
It had been a long, tense few days, and the silence between Paige and Azzi had become a weight too heavy to bear. The usual hum of laughter and gentle teasing that defined their relationship had been replaced by an uncomfortable quiet that neither of them knew how to fill.
It had started so innocuously, just a small misunderstanding, a passing comment that should have been forgotten, but it had festered. Neither of them had backed down, neither of them had apologized. And now, sitting across from one another in their small dorm, the space between them felt wider than it ever had before.
Paige ran her fingers through her hair, the familiar motion one of her many nervous habits, but this time, it only served to irritate her further. She could feel the frustration building in her chest like a slow burning fire, the heat of it rising with each tick of the clock on the wall.
"Why do you always do this?" Paige's voice was quiet but sharp, the words cutting through the heavy silence.
Azzi's head snapped up, her eyes narrowing slightly. "Do what, Paige?" she asked, the edge to her tone betraying the calm front she was trying to maintain. "What exactly do you mean by always?"
Paige swallowed hard, the lump in her throat growing, but she couldn't stop now. The words had to come out, even if they felt like daggers. "Why do you shut me out every time something happens? You just... retreat, and I have to chase after you, but you don’t let me in."
Azzi looked away, eyes dropping to her hands. The confession struck a nerve, one that had been tender for a while now. “I don’t shut you out. I just... I can’t deal with everything at once, okay?” she murmured, her voice betraying a hint of vulnerability that she rarely showed.
Paige felt the sting of those words, the realization hitting her that, perhaps, Azzi wasn’t as strong as she appeared. But that didn’t make it easier. "I can’t always be the one trying to fix things, Azzi. I can’t keep doing this. You say you need space, but all I’m asking for is to be there for you when you’re hurting. Why is that so hard for you to accept?"
The silence stretched between them, heavy and thick, suffocating. Paige’s heart raced, her breath shallow as the emotions swirled around her. She had never felt so... powerless. The intensity of her feelings, hurt, anger, confusion, flooded her.
Azzi stood abruptly, walking to the window as if the view could offer her some relief. “You think I don’t want you there? You think I don’t want to be open with you?” Her voice cracked, and she quickly swallowed, her back to Paige.
Paige stood up, the impulse to move toward Azzi like a magnet pulling at her. "Then why do you push me away?" she asked, her voice breaking as she stepped closer, the tears she’d been holding back threatening to spill over.
Azzi’s shoulders tensed, but she didn’t turn around. Instead, she stared out the window, a tremor in her voice as she spoke. "Because I’m scared, okay? I’m scared that I’m going to hurt you, that I’m not enough for you, and I don’t know how to be everything you need me to be. I don’t know how to love you the way you deserve. I never learned how to be... this vulnerable."
Paige froze, the words hitting her like a physical blow. "Scared?" she repeated softly, her eyes welling up as she processed what Azzi had just said. “Azzi, you’re not gonna hurt me. But pushing me away, keeping me at arm’s length... that’s what hurts me. It breaks my heart every time.”
Azzi’s breath hitched as she finally turned to face Paige, her eyes wet with unshed tears. "Please can we just stop talking about it right now," she whispered, her voice fragile, barely above a whisper. “I need to think, please give me space.”
…
The sound of a basketball echoed through the empty UConn practice gym. The steady rhythm of dribbling, the squeak of sneakers against polished hardwood, the sharp breath of exertion everything about Paige’s movements screamed frustration.
Her blonde ponytail bounced as she moved, her body working on autopilot. Dribble, crossover, step-back jumper. The ball swished through the net with perfect precision, but she barely acknowledged it. The burn in her muscles wasn’t enough to drown out the ache in her chest.
She was angry. And hurt.
She and Azzi had argued before, sure. They were passionate and stubborn, so sometimes that led to disagreements. But this? This had been different.
This had felt like a crack in something she thought was unbreakable.
The gym doors creaked open behind her, and Paige’s grip on the ball tightened. She didn’t need to look to know who it was. The air shifted, her entire body reacting to the presence of the one person who could unravel her in an instant.
“Paige,” Azzi’s voice was soft, careful.
Paige exhaled sharply, bouncing the ball once before tossing it aside. She finally turned around, her blue eyes locking onto Azzi’s.
Azzi looked hesitant, arms crossed over her chest like she was bracing for impact. “Can we talk?”
Paige scoffed, a humorless laugh escaping her lips. “Now you want to talk?” Her voice was laced with bitterness, but underneath it was something more vulnerable.
Azzi flinched at her tone. “Paige, please.”
Paige shook her head. “You don’t get to do this,” she said, voice rising slightly. “You don’t get to shut me out, walk away, and then just show up like nothing happened.”
Azzi looked away, guilt written all over her face. “I know,” she murmured. “I messed up.”
Paige let out a shaky breath, her frustration bubbling over. “Do you even know what it felt like last night? To stand there, telling you how much I need you, and then just watch you walk away?” Her voice cracked at the end, and she hated how raw she sounded.
Azzi took a hesitant step forward. “I didn’t mean to hurt you.”
Paige let out a bitter laugh. “But you did. You always do this, Azzi. Every time things get hard, you shut down. You don’t talk to me, you don’t let me in you just leave me standing there, wondering if I said something wrong. Wondering if I’m too much for you.”
Azzi’s face crumpled. “Paige, no—”
“Then why do you do it?” Paige interrupted, blinking rapidly as the emotions threatened to spill over.
Azzi swallowed, looking down at her hands. “Because I’m scared.”
Paige stilled, her breath catching in her throat. “…Scared of what?”
Azzi’s voice was barely above a whisper. “Of losing you.”
Paige felt something in her chest tighten.
Azzi exhaled shakily, finally meeting Paige’s eyes again. “I love you so much, Paige. It terrifies me. Because what if I say the wrong thing? What if I mess this up? What if I hurt you so badly one day that you decide I’m not worth it?”
Paige’s heart ached at the sheer vulnerability in Azzi’s voice.
“I shut down because I don’t know how to handle it,” Azzi admitted. “But I see now that walking away only hurts you more. And I never, ever want to be the reason you feel like you’re not enough. Because you are, Paige. You always have been.”
A tear slipped down Paige’s cheek before she could stop it. Azzi’s face crumbled at the sight, and she took another step forward, closing the distance between them.
This time, Paige didn’t move away.
Azzi reached for her hand, lacing their fingers together. “I’m so sorry,” she whispered.
Paige let out a shaky breath, squeezing Azzi’s hand like it was the only thing grounding her. “I don’t need you to have all the answers, Azzi. I just need you to let me in.”
Azzi nodded, her grip tightening. “I will. I swear.”
For a moment, they just stood there, wrapped in the quiet intimacy of the gym.
Azzi’s eyes softened with understanding, and she reached out to touch Paige’s arm, her fingers light, barely brushing against her skin. “You’re not alone,” Azzi said, her voice steady now, filled with determination. “I’m here. I always will be. I just—” She faltered, her lips parting slightly. “I just need you to know that I love you. I’m sorry I haven’t shown it the way I should.”
Paige’s chest tightened at the sincerity in Azzi’s words, and before she could stop herself, she stepped closer, closing the distance between them. “I love you too,” Paige whispered, her voice low. The words felt like they’d been stuck in her throat, but saying them now, with Azzi standing so close, felt like an exhale she didn’t realize she needed. “I need you to show me though. I need to know you’re here.”
Azzi looked into her eyes, her gaze searching. Slowly, Azzi’s hands moved to Paige’s face, gently cupping her cheeks, her thumbs tracing circles on her skin. The softness of Azzi’s touch made Paige’s heart flutter, but it also made something inside her stir a longing that had been building for so long.
Azzi’s eyes softened, and she leaned in, her lips brushing against Paige’s forehead in a tender kiss. “I’m here,” she whispered. “Always.”
And then, without another word, Azzi’s lips found Paige’s in a kiss that was everything Paige had been craving. It started slow, tentative, like they were both testing the waters. But soon, the kiss deepened, becoming more urgent, more desperate. Azzi’s hands slid into Paige’s hair, pulling her closer, and Paige responded in kind, her arms winding around Azzi’s waist, bringing her even closer.
Every kiss, every touch, felt like a promise. A promise that they were here. That they were in this together.
Azzi pulled back for a moment, her chest heaving with breath. “Paige, I… I need you,” she whispered, her voice raw with emotion. “I’ve needed you so badly, but I’ve been afraid. Afraid I might push you away.”
Paige’s breath caught in her throat, her hands moving to Azzi’s back, feeling the warmth of her body through the fabric of her shirt. “You won’t,” Paige murmured. “You never will.”
Paige’s hands slipped lower, resting on Azzi’s hips, her touch gentle but insistent. There was a tenderness in her movements, but also an undeniable hunger. The way her fingers traced the curve of Azzi’s body made her heart race, her body reacting without thinking.
Without breaking the kiss, Paige guided Azzi toward the bench at the side of the court. She gently sat down, pulling Azzi to straddle her lap. The position felt intimate, natural, but there was something else, a need between them, an unspoken longing that was growing stronger with every moment.
Azzi’s hands slid down to Paige’s shoulders, her fingers lightly grazing the fabric of Paige’s shirt before pushing it up, inch by inch. Paige lifted her arms, allowing Azzi to pull it off completely, revealing her arms, the soft glow of her skin in the dim light of the gym. Azzi couldn’t stop herself from running her hands over Paige’s bare skin, her fingertips tracing the lines of her muscles, feeling the warmth of her body.
Azzi leaned forward, capturing Paige’s lips again, the kiss deepening as Paige’s hands moved to Azzi’s shirt, tugging it up over her head. Their lips never parted, their movements eager but tender, as if they both wanted to savor every second.
When they finally broke apart, both of them breathing heavily, Paige’s gaze was intense, filled with both love and longing. “Are you sure?” she asked, her voice trembling. “I need to be sure, Azzi.”
Azzi nodded, her hands caressing Paige’s face. “I’m sure. I want this. I want you.”
Paige’s lips curved into a soft, appreciative smile before she kissed Azzi again. This time, the kiss was filled with a deeper passion, a more urgent desire. Paige’s hands explored every inch of Azzi’s body, memorizing the feel of her as if they had all the time in the world. But neither of them could deny the tension that had been building between them for so long.
Every touch felt electric. Every kiss was a promise, a reaffirmation of their love, their bond. Paige’s hands slid lower, tracing the waistband of Azzi’s shorts, tugging them down slowly, deliberately. Azzi shivered at the sensation, her breath hitching as Paige’s fingertips grazed over her skin, sending sparks through her body.
“Paige…” Azzi gasped, her body arching into Paige’s touch.
“Shh,” Paige murmured softly, her lips brushing against Azzi’s ear, her hands steady and sure. “I’ve got you.”
Azzi sighed contentedly, resting her head against Paige’s shoulder as they stood in the quiet gym, wrapped up in each other.
Then, Paige hesitated before asking, “Can I hold you?”
Azzi’s defenses crumbled completely. Without a word, she stepped into Paige’s arms, burying her face in the crook of her neck. Paige wrapped her arms around her, holding her tightly, like she never wanted to let go.
Azzi closed her eyes, inhaling the familiar scent of Paige’sd skin—vanilla and something undeniably her. The warmth of her embrace, the steady rhythm of her heartbeat against Paige’s own, was more comforting than anything words could provide.
Azzi pressed a lingering kiss to the side of Paige’s head, murmuring, “I love you.”
Paige exhaled against her, nuzzling closer. “I love you too.”
For a long time, they stayed like that, swaying slightly as if they were the only two people in the world.
Then, Azzi pulled back just enough to cup Paige’s face in her hands. “I’m never walking away from you again,” she whispered.
Paige searched her eyes, looking for hesitation. There was none.
A slow, soft smile broke across her face. “Good.”
Because at the end of the day, no matter how messy things got, they would always find their way back to each other.

is it that hard? - jww

pairing - wonwoo x f! reader
genre - fluff, idol au
warnings - none
summary - you know wonwoo likes you, but for some reason, he doesn't say it. not until you're frustrated enough to play a game on him.
author's note - kekekeke @wonkierideul // this is for you my mochi cheek-ed baby!! i hope you like it 😭 i tried, okay? i just hope it makes you smile at least, you're so dear to me my oomf (pls remind me again what it means) may you fulfill your MUA dream one day and may you get to doll wonu up 🤍 love you sm :)
-------------------------**~~**--------------------------
Being a successful makeup artist had been your dream since you were a teenager. Your love for makeup only grew with your age, and you made yourself proud after finally landing your dream job.
Being Jeon Wonwoo's makeup artist, however, was certainly not your dream. It might be a privilege, never been a dream.
It isn't that you mind seeing his beautiful face every other day while you doll it up with makeup that suits his outfit of the day. Never that. It's just that you're always too distracted to focus on your job. And Wonwoo doesn't help.
It falls out of your realm of professionalism. You've never been someone who struggles with balancing your personal and professional life, but with this man? You're terrible. Miserable.
He is too good looking for his own good, and being so close to his face half the time serves you no good. It takes everything in you to not just kiss his lips everytime you swipe some lipstick across them.
Wonwoo is not very expressive — that's a known fact. But what people might not know is that Wonwoo is a tease, a little close to a flirt. At least towards you, he is.
You hate how he licks his lips right after you're done applying lipstick just to make your job harder. What's worse is that he does it with a straight face, muttering an aplogy within a second like he didn't realize what he just did.
But you have seen it far too much to know that he does these things deliberately. You don't know if he likes seeing the huff of annoyance you let out, or if he just genuinely hates you.
Either way, you've decided that your work ethics have been compromised enough. You don't like these feelings you've harbored for the idol overtime, and if nothing is down the drain, you'll take your shot today.
When Wonwoo arrives on set an hour before his schedule, you're glad that the whole group isn't here. It's his solo schedule for the day — a photoshoot for his brand deal.
The look for today has to be a little bold, and requires more time than usual. So you start slow, focused on work and trying your best to make him look exactly like the concept demands.
And you're also focused on another task today.
"I'm quitting." You say as nonchalantly as you can, dabbing some concealer to hide a tiny acne mark on his skin.
"Huh?" He raises his brows, unsure if you talked to him.
You meet his eyes for a few seconds before focusing back on his cheek, watching the acne mark slowly disappear. You hope your game plan can work, and if it doesn't, then you're really never seeing this place again. "I said I'm quitting this job."
He continues to look at your face while you turn back to the vanity, fumbling through some eyeshadow palettes. Your heart is throbbing at the weight of his gaze, but you keep going. "I'm telling you because I know you don't get used to changes easily. You'll be more prepared when you see another MUA starting tomorrow."
You turn back, meeting his surprised gaze and you smile a little. "Close your eyes."
He takes a little while to process what you said, and you gladly wait till he does. You can see the effect of your game, and you like it so far.
He closes his eyes slowly, exhaling through his nose. It's quiet for a while till you play with a combination of two dark shades on his eyelids.
"Must you leave?"
You almost don't catch it with how quietly he speaks. Keeping the palette away, you stare at his face with his eyes closed, his question echoing in your head. Your heart swells, and a smile forms on your face. "Did you say something?"
He mutters a quiet no without opening his eyes. You know he's doing it because you haven't asked him to open them yet, and involuntarily, you feel a flutter in your chest. Usually, he would open them before you're even done, but right now he's trying to not upset you. How cute.
"I heard you, though." You say again, leaning against the vanity with your arms folded. He slowly opens his eyes, looking at you with eyes full of uncertainty. "Do you have an answer then?"
"Must I leave?" You echo his question, humming thoughtfully. "Good question. The problem is—" you pause, grabbing an eyepencil and leaning down on him. He instinctively closes his eyes, and you smile. "—that my professionalism is threatened here. I can't properly focus on my work with you, Wonwoo."
His eyes snap open before you're even done lining the pencil on his eyelid, earning a sharp wince from you. "See! This is what I mean."
"Sorry," he breathes. "I don't understand. What do you mean?"
"I don't know," you say, folding your arms neatly once again. "You tell me."
He stares at you blankly for a while, unable to pinpoint exactly where you're coming from. Then his expression shifts, as if he's reminded of something. "Scratch that. Just don't quit?"
You arch an eyebrow despite the little victory dance your insides do at his statement. "Hm? Why?"
"Because—" he pauses, trying to find words. "Because like you said, I'm not good with accepting changes. I am used to you."
You sigh, shaking your head. "Is it that hard?"
"What?"
"Saying the truth."
"What truth?"
"That you like me."
Suddenly, there's pin drop silence in the makeup room. Even the humming of the aircon feels distant, as if coming from a faraway land. All you can hear is your own pulse beating wildly in your ears.
Then with calculated certainty, Wonwoo speaks. "It is."
You feel your throat running dry, and though you know you orchestrated this little game, you have no idea why you're nervous. Do you like him that much?
"But if I say it Y/N, will you stay?"
You can't help but smile. He's cute, and you'll do anything to make him happy. You nod. "I will."
He inhales a mouthful of air, and deeply exhales it all. Licking his dry lips, he looks up in your eyes, taking your hand in his large one hesitantly.
"I like you." He says, as quiet as the room. "I've liked you since the day you first put an insane amount of blush on my cheeks and I complained about looking cute. Please don't quit on me."
You've known that Wonwoo likes you, but nothing could've prepared you for the way he admits it in his low voice while holding your hand gently. You feel your pulse quickening even more if it's possible, and a blush dusts your cheeks.
"You did look cute, though."
"I didn't want to!" He groans, and you end up giggling. He sighs then, smiling along with you nevertheless. "Is that what you say to my confession?"
You shrug, grabbing a lipstick and turning to him. "If you don't mess your lipstick up this time, I'll think about going on a date with you."
He smiles, fingers hooking in yours to tug you closer. You lean closer to him as a result, eyes widening slightly. "Whatever happened to professionalism now?"
"I can compromise a little if I get a boyfriend as handsome as Jeon Wonwoo." You answer, poking his forehead so his head rests back before you begin applying lipstick on his lips.
He does mess his lipstick after your first attempt, and it leads to you kissing him, but you go on a date with him on the weekend anyway.

*̩̩̥͙ -Your Tears Kill Me-ˏˋ⋆
Jason has seen you cry before.
A misty-eyed sniffle when you watched a sad movie. A few stray tears when you laughed too hard. That one time you got frustrated over something stupid and wiped your eyes before you even realized you were crying.
But this? This is different.
You’re sobbing.
Not quiet, not composed. It’s ugly, gut-wrenching, heartbreaking—the kind of crying that makes your whole body tremble, the kind that says this isn’t about one bad day, or even one bad week.
This is everything crashing down at once.
And Jason doesn’t know what to do.
He just stands there, stiff as a board, watching as you clutch your arms around yourself, shoulders shaking, breath hitching violently between sobs. You’re trying to talk—he can tell—but all that comes out are broken, gasping hiccups.
His heart clenches, because fuck, did he—?
"Hey, hey—" He steps forward, hands hovering awkwardly. "What happened? Did I—? Shit, did I say something?"
You shake your head wildly, but it does nothing to stop the tears.
Jason curses under his breath. "Then what? Talk to me, sweetheart."
But you can’t. Not yet. You’re still unraveling, like a dam finally bursting after holding back years of pressure. And Jason—who’s so good at fixing things with his hands, with his weapons, with sharp words and sharp instincts—doesn’t know how to fix this.
So he does the only thing he can.
He pulls you in.
You collapse against him like you were waiting for it, hands fisting into his shirt, your weight pressing into him like you’re afraid he’ll let go. He won’t. He won’t.
"Shh," he murmurs, running a hand over your back, his touch uncertain but there. "I got you. You’re okay."
You shake your head again against his chest, a choked noise escaping your throat. "I’m not."
Jason’s breath stutters.
Because he knows what it’s like to believe that—to feel like no matter how many times someone tells you you’re okay, you never are. And knowing you—someone who always smiles, always finds the light in things, always keeps going—are feeling that way?
It guts him.
"Fuck," he breathes, tightening his arms around you. "I—" He swallows hard. "I don’t know what to say, babe. I don’t know how to make this better. But I’m here. Okay? I’m right here."
You just sob.
And Jason? Jason just holds you through it. Through the shaking, through the gasping, through the way your fingers clutch at him like he’s the only thing keeping you upright.
He wishes he had the right words, wishes he could take whatever weight you’ve been carrying and break it over his knee like he does to every bastard who deserves it. But he can’t.
So he stays. He holds you, rocks you gently, presses kisses into your hair, murmurs reassurances even if he’s not sure they help.
And eventually, eventually, the sobs quiet. Your breathing evens out. Your grip on his shirt loosens, just a little.
Jason leans down, voice soft. "You back with me?"
You nod weakly.
"Yeah?"
A sniff. A small, fragile, "Yeah."
Jason lets out a breath he didn’t know he was holding. "Good." He presses his lips against your forehead. "Now, you wanna tell me what’s going on, or you wanna just sit here for a while?"
You don’t answer right away. But you don’t pull away, either.
And that’s enough.
So Jason stays. He holds you tighter, presses another kiss into your hair, and lets you breathe.
Because if you ever start breaking again, he’ll be right here to catch the pieces.
Every damn time.

TENDER LOVE AND CARE

Caitlyn x Worried wife!Reader
Warnings ♡: fem!reader, reader has a breakdown, Caitlyn gets hurt in the beginning, reader can't communicate, reader avoids caitlyn for a bit, reader gets hurt from sewing while crying, they talk it out, angst, petnames (good girl, darling, the like), Caitlyn gives kisses
Word Count ♡: 915
You always scolded Caitlyn after work for her recklessness, always getting caught in the crossfire of fights simply because “she was curious.” You knew she cared about her people, but you hated the stress of her coming home hurt simply because she was sticking her nose where it didn’t belong. And today, that fear has become a reality.
When you got wind of a patrol accident that injured Caitlyn and her group, you were petrified. You had convinced yourself something terrible had happened. That she got injured and would never work again. The thought made it hard to function at all, so you quickly made your way over to the hospital where she was being treated.
But all that fear faded the moment you saw her. She was only scuffed up with a cut covering the expanse of her arm. It was disgustingly deep, you heard the doctor mention the layers of skin and what needed treatment but it all slipped in one ear and out the other. Some gross morbid thought made you think it looked a lot like a honeycomb.
You almost vomited at the thought. She smiles over at you as a nurse begins to wrap her wound. You want to slap her. “How did it happen?” You ask softly, your voice almost failing you from the leftover fear of losing her. She frowned at the sound of your voice and spoke quietly in return. “I had to break up a fight between two people down by the bridge. Two people from Piltover. One of them broke loose and started attacking everyone with a shard of glass.
Nausea takes over you, but you nod in response, turning away so she won’t see. You can see her frown out of the corner of your eye, so you try to put on a brave face for her. She can tell, you know she can, but neither of you says it aloud. You turn to the doctor. “She’ll be free to come home today, right?”
When the doctor nods, relief hits you like a tidal wave and the nausea makes it’s round again. You excuse yourself outside and vomit in the trashcan right outside the door. Your nerves, especially when it came to Caitlyn, were never good.
Being home is somehow more tense than the hospital. Neither of you talk about it. You throw yourself into housework immediately to avoid it. How are you meant to talk about it when you know it won’t change anything? She tries her hardest to talk to you, to ask about your day, but your short answers lead to her building frustration. When you find her ripped-up uniform from the day of the attack you finally break down.
Through tears and sharp gasps, you attempt to stitch up the rips in it, but you keep pricking your fingers. By the time she finds you, your eyes are puffy and red, your fingers looking almost the same. She rushes over to your side, gently pulling the needle and thread out of your hands. She shushes you as you blubber out an apology and gently takes your face in her hands.
“Oh, my dear… What’s happening? What’s going on?” You shake your head. You try to deny it, but as her thumbs rub the side of your face, you give in. “I’m sorry… I wanted to fix it… I wanted to make it better.” At the sound of desperation and attempts to please her, she starts to cry as well.
“This is because of the attack, isn’t it? You not talking much to me, you not being around the house as much, all this housework.” When you nod your head she kisses the side of your mouth. “Your hands too… Darling?”
“I’m sorry. It kept slipping and I kept crying and now it hurts.” As another sob escapes you, she shushes you again and nods. “Let’s get you cleaned up.” She mutters, guiding you to your feet and over to the bathroom. She runs your bloody fingers under the sink and then puts soothing cream over the tips of them.
“Do you wanna talk now?” She pushes gently, looking up at you from where she sits on the floor. You breathe deep, still sniffling from your crying. “I’m scared…” And her heart breaks. She rubs your hand tenderly. “Because of my work?” When you nod, it only solidifies the fracturing in her heart. “You always get into these fights and I’m scared you won’t come home.”
She rises to her feet and holds you gently, stroking your hair. “It’s my job to diffuse these things, but I can admit, I get more involved than I should. I promise I’ll reel back. Would that make you happier?” You nod into her chest, clinging to her shirt.
“How about you take a break for the rest of the week? I’ll make it up to you. You won’t have to cook a single meal or do any housework. You’ve been working yourself to the bone and you look so tired these days. I’ll get started on dinner soon and we’ll eat together.”
You sigh deeply, humming in agreement as she lowers to peck your lips. “Good girl. Go take a nap. I’ll take care of everything.” She brought you to your feet once more and took you upstairs. Once you were lying down, she kissed you again and closed the door. For the first time in a long time, you finally felt at peace.
Thank you all for being so patient yesterday ♡ I was incredibly tired after a long day, but I promise another post again tonight ♡ Reblogs and likes are most appreciated ♡

dilf!art x tired!reader for everyone who needs it </3
2,2k words
you’ve been seeing each other for a while now, and your friends say that it’s stupid that the two of you still haven’t moved in together — after all, it’s not weird at all. he seems to like you so much, and you like him too, love him even, because he is the best thing you could ever have, you know that for sure. you live in the most inconvenient part of the town, renting a tiny flat, which is not even that close to your university, and even further away from art’s place — he lives out of town, completely alone in his enormous house, except for days when lily stays with him. he never presses you into staying with him, moving your stuff to his place, or even lingering there for longer than you’re comfortable with, but his eyes always speak for himself — he wants you to stay there with him. he wants his home to become yours too.
life for you is routine, because you’ve built it this way; and while it obeys your rules, working like a finely-tuned machine, you can handle it just fine — i mean, there was nothing impossible, right? the schedule is tough, but you’ve already got used to it, still managing to submit your assignments just in time and getting excellent results, even though your part-time job is taking much more of your time and energy than you thought it would — but it feels nice to be appreciated by your professors, to stay one of the best students, even though it feels like you’re on the verge of losing it because of your job. you don’t have much time for living your quiet and slow life anymore, and it was difficult for you, to the point of a permanent exhaustion, of aching pain all over your body even after a proper rest. but life is never easy, is that what people always say to you? you should adjust to this rhythm, because you think that that’s how adult life works.
and you can handle it just fine, till the moment when this algorithm just stops working.
this day, everything went completely wrong since the very beginning — you overslept, simply because you’d forgotten to set your alarm the night before, and the whole process of getting ready and running to the campus brought you immense anxiety; by the time you got to the classroom, you felt a thick lump of nausea in your throat. you were answering questions on autopilot, thoughtlessly writing down words that couldn’t even form adequate sentences, and you could swear that by the end of this class you were on the verge of crying or losing your consciousness, because you felt so stupid and helpless, not being able to try your hardest, to focus and get a grip. you hadn’t had enough time to have a proper breakfast, you had forgotten half of your notes at home… god, you couldn’t even find it in yourself to answer art’s messages — as always, he sent you ‘good morning’, wishing you a nice day, reminding you about your plans for the evening. why was it so hard for you to just answer?
then someone accidentally pushed you with their shoulder in the cafeteria, and you stained your skirt with sprinkles of coffee that fell from your hands right to the floor… you were sure that you heard someone laughing behind your back, while you were frantically pushing through the crowd to make it to the bathroom. first of all, you were frustrated, terribly embarrassed and mad; second of all, you missed art so badly, that you teared up in the bathroom stall, because you still hadn’t answered his messages, and you knew that he would worry about this silence. he always worries, you know it, but he always pretends that he doesn’t, because he doesn’t want to seem overprotective or overly sensitive; right now a concerned expression of his loving eyes is the last thing you want to witness.
now, when your classes are over, and art’s car is finally waiting for you in the parking lot, you want to cry again — because he’s looking at you through the window, giving you the sweetest smile, with his thumb absentmindedly rubbing the leather surface of the steering wheel, because this very hand is waiting for its chance to settle on your thigh, or caress your cheek. art has missed you so much, you know for sure; he’s so excited about having dinner with you tonight, because both of you’ve been so busy recently, that you didn’t have a chance to spend some quality time together. and here you are, without any makeup on, with these ugly coffee stains on your skirt, and the same anxiety and suppressed emotions bubbling underneath every inch of your skin, that were making you sweat through the day. what if you smell bad? what if you snap at art, just because you feel like falling apart in front of him?
“how was your day?” art asks in this soft, soothing tone of his. as you’ve expected, his hand settles on your knee, gently rubbing your skin; you’re afraid that he’ll say something about this damn skirt, but he doesn’t even look down at it.
art smells like his usual cologne — such a faint note of it, because he’s already washed it off in the shower after training his tennis players under the scorching heat of the sun on the tennis court; you want to bury yourself in his chest and inhale the familiar scent of his skin, to nestle your nose in his neck and make him giggle, the way he always does when you’re together — so boyish and sweet, despite the age. god, he doesn’t seem much older than you at all.
but you can’t even speak, biting your lower lip, with that gloomy crease between your eyebrows. art notices almost immediately, and out of the corner of your eye, you can see his smile fading. is he no longer happy with you? what if you’ll upset him with your attitude, ignoring him just because you feel terrible? he just asks you about your day, and the next moment tears starts falling from the corners of your eyes; you can feel it prickling in your nose, and suddenly the morning nausea is back again.
art’s heart sinks into his chest, stopping its steady rhythm and falling down to his stomach, slowly dying from the sight of your reddened nose and cheeks, the faint traces of tears on your beautiful face — god, he only wishes to never see you upset again, to make you the happiest person in the world. he’s noticed everything about your busy schedule, your exhaustion and those dark circles under your tired eyes — this life is slowly pushing you to the limit, and you don’t even want him to help you. because you think that it’s completely fine, that you can handle everything that you’ve weighed down on yourself.
you think that he’ll be upset with you? the truth is, art will never leave you alone with your pain, and much less judge you for it — if anything, art will make your pain his own, too. he’s ready to absorb it, erasing the line between your difficulties and his own, because as far as he’s ready to share his bed with you, he will always share your worries, your anxiety, your bad days and overwhelming feelings.
“bunny, come here,” he whispers into your hair, already pulling you into his arms, shielding your trembling figure from the world, from all these people passing by his car — he kisses your soft hair, your rosy cheeks and lowered eyelids, wiping your tears away with his warm lips. his thumb catches a hot salty drop right in the corner of your eye, brushing it away before it rolls down your reddened skin. “that’s okay, don’t worry… no, don’t apologize, sweetheart. we’ll figure it out, i promise”
he’s rubbing your back with his firm, calloused hand, grounding you, silently promising you safety and comfort you desperately need, the same quietness and slow pace of life you miss so badly. he whispers that he’ll take you home now, that the restaurant can wait, that you can order takeout later. at this moment, you know that his home is your home, and nothing else matters anymore.
once you get there, he runs you a hot bath and ends up kneeling on the tiled floor, running his fingers through your shampooed hair and massaging your scalp with his fingertips — you’ve already calmed down enough to speak to him and tell about your day, detailing every single thing that has happened to you. he mutters his little “you did nothing wrong, sweetheart”, “they’re just a bunch of stupid kids” and “you’re still my genius” in your ear, occasionally smiling at your choice of words; to be honest, you can make him smile without even trying, and when you joke? he’s giggling, of course he is.
afterwards, you put his old shirt from one of those tennis events and his boxers on. he leads you to the large couch in the middle of his light, spacious living room, and you both settle in the mess of pillows and a blanket that he’s brought from the bedroom; you rest your head on his chest, while he’s looking at his phone screen, quietly listing what you can order for dinner — as always, he’s the one who does it, because he knows how difficult it’s for you to decide what kind of food you would like to eat.
“you aren’t listening, are you?” he notices with a slight grin, and his voice requires this attractive hint of hoarseness. he traces wet hair on the top of your head with his lips, lazily drawing invisible patterns, finalising them with a firm kiss — more like an attempt to immerse himself into the scent of your (his) shampoo.
you’re half-listening, with your eyes blissfully closed, but you’re smiling at his question — it seems like food is the least important part of being next to him right now; you put your hands under his shirt, drawing small circles on his toned stomach with your fingertips, and you know that it was calming both of you down.
“i love you, art” you whisper against his chest, sending these words right to his heart — literally and metaphorically.
“i love you too, bunny” he adjusts his position to kiss your cheek — gently and lovingly; it always feels even more intimate than making love, because at these moments he touches your cheeks like priceless gemstones, or the finest silk.
“you know that i can do anything for you, right?” his tone changes, but it’s barely noticeable, because he’s still so soft with you, treading carefully to not scare you away from him. “i know how much you value your studies. just focus on it, and i’ll help you with the rest”
you shift in his arms, only to look up at him, resting your chin on his broad chest — you seem uncertain, as always. art’s already got used to it, because you’ve never liked talking about money — his money, particularly.
“i don’t know, art. it’s embarrassing,” you admit, lowering your voice to a whisper, and you feel his hand on the back of your neck, gently massaging your tight muscles — never able to keep his hands off you. “i don’t have enough money, and i can’t give anything in return. don’t mention love, because it won’t be enough”
“love is always enough, y/n,” he doesn’t give you a chance to belittle yourself, to underestimate the value of your love. you both know that you saved him, that you healed him with your very presence, your shy smiles and and the way your cheeks flushed when his lips first touched yours. “i want you to be here, to do things that you love, to not worry about money”
art knows that money can’t buy happiness, but ever since he met you, he wishes to have a chance to buy this precious piece of pure joy, to have it on the palm of his hand, to give it to you without a second thought — and when he’s ready for such things, does money really matter? do you really have to worry about it, when he only dreams about you putting your clothes in his wardrobe, leaving your makeup products on the sink in the bathroom after getting ready for your morning classes, marking the edge of his favorite mug with your lipstick?
you’re so quiet that it almost feels eerie, as if you’re not with him anymore — but then you finally break this foreign silence.
“we can try,” you whisper, and you both smile at the same time — his boyish grin, again. ”i'll call the landlady tomorrow”
trust me, just by looking at his face, it’s obvious that at this very moment he already starts thinking about rearranging his entire house to make it the perfect place for you — dressing table, secluded corner for your bookshelves, maybe even entire room just for you… well, give him some time to think about it, and he’ll make you the happiest person in the world.
thank you for supporting this idea! i hope that the result isn’t too disappointing :( just needed some emotional support from dilf art calling me a bunny, please don’t judge me for trying 🐇

"i thought it was you."
those words hung heavy in the air, like a slap to the face.
you blinked, trying to process what he had just said. “what?”
rafe exhaled shakily, his fingers twitching at his sides. “i- i was wasted, y/n. i could barely stand, top said i was mumbling your name all night and then when this girl came up to me, i thought-” his voice cracked, and he ran a frustrated hand through his hair. “i didn't see her face, she just came up to me and pulled me in. i thought no one else would do that but you. i thought it was you."
you stared at him, your breath caught in your throat. “that's bullshit.”
rafe shook his head quickly. “it’s not. i swear to you, y/n, i wasn’t thinking. i wasn’t there.” his voice was desperate now, eyes glossy with unshed tears. “i closed my eyes, and in my head, it was you. it was always you.”
you sucked in a sharp breath, something inside you fracturing. “do you have any idea what it felt like?” your voice wavered, but you forced yourself to keep going. “to wake up, check my phone, and see you with someone else? to have everyone sending me that picture? you made me feel like i was so easy to let go of. like everything between us meant nothing."
he flinched, his whole body tensing.
“because that’s what it felt like, rafe.” your voice finally broke, and the tears spilled over before you could stop them. “you made me feel like i was worth nothing."
his face crumbled. “you're not nothing y/n. i hate myself for making you feel that way. i hate that you think that's how i see you."
you wiped your cheeks, shaking your head. "then how do you see me rafe?"
"i see you as my everything," he took a step closer, "i see you as the most beautiful girl that walks in any room. i see you as the girl who can cheer anyone up in seconds. i see you as the person who makes me a better version of myself. i see me only with you."
you avoided his gaze, not allowing him to see that he was getting to you, “i needed you. i needed you to fight for me, to show me that i wasn’t crazy for loving you.”
rafe took another step closer, eyes pleading. “you were never crazy for loving me.”
“i needed you." you choked out.
his face twisted in anguish. “i’m so fucking sorry.” his voice cracked, a tear slipped down his cheek. “tell me what to do. tell me how to fix this. i'll do anything.”
you squeezed your eyes shut, trying to will away the ache in your chest. but then you heard it—his voice, barely above a whisper.
“y/n… please don’t shut me out.”
you swallowed hard, nails digging into your palms.
he hurt you. he broke you. he let you walk away and didn’t come after you.
but he was here now.
and for the first time in weeks, you weren’t alone in this pain.
your resolve cracked, just a little.
“i don’t know how to do this without you.” his hands twitched at his sides like he was dying to reach for you.
you let him.
his fingers grazed yours, hesitant, like he was scared you’d pull away.
you should have.
but the moment his skin met yours, a shiver ran through you, and every wall you had spent weeks building started to crumble.
rafe’s breath hitched, his grip tightening just slightly, like he was afraid you’d disappear if he didn’t hold on. every touch more intimate than anything you'd experienced before.
“i’m sorry,” he whispered again, voice thick with emotion. “i’ll spend the rest of my life proving it to you if that’s what it takes.”
your throat burned, the weight of everything pressing down on you. “i don’t know if I can trust you again,” you admitted, voice barely above a whisper.
he nodded, swallowing hard. “then let me earn it.”
you searched his eyes, and for the first time in a long time, you saw the rafe that was yours. the one who used to make you feel safe. the one who used to play the guitar and sing to you to help you sleep. the one who looked at you like you were the only thing keeping him breathing. the one you fell in love with.
you should walk away. you should tell him it’s too late.
but instead, you did the one thing you told yourself you wouldn’t do.
you let him pull you into his arms.

➤ 𝐉𝐉𝐊﹙ 脹相 : CHOSO KAMO ﹚ ─ the death painting cw ─ MDNI. canon!choso, óràl (m. receiving)

"and don't get me wrong," choso huffs, his breath puffing out like steam escaping a kettle. pale pink lips pouting, "i know yuuji's got a heavy burden on his shoulders, but he could really stand to try and take my advice a bit more, don't you think?"
huh. no response. choso's scowling now. cinnamon-hued eyes thinning into slivers, searching for where on earth you disappeared to.
thin brows furrowing, "my love?" the end curling into a question as uncertainty colours his tone. choso's had a long day training thus far, and it didn't help that upstart who shoulda' stayed in that damned box — gojo satoru, seemed to occupy most of his younger brother's attention. diverting his attention away from the important lessons that his petulant older brother was trying to teach him. eso and kechizu were never so stubborn.
with a sharp exhale, choso pushes himself up from the seat, smacking his thighs in frustration, but not before —
"sit back down, cho."
choso's mouth goes bone-dry, nerves going into some twisted form of sensory overload as he tries to calm the blood rushing through his pounding heart before the muscle explodes. but it's too late for the blood rushing down south, already pooling in a satisfied coil over his groin.
he hasn't the faintest clue on where you managed to swipe away his robes, but he thinks he may yet be the luckiest man (no, wait, let's not unpack that yet) alive. amber eyes raking over how the cream linen drapes your form so perfectly, clinging to every curve that he loves to worship.
but choso is sharp, he doesn't miss the mischievous glint in your eyes nor the way that your teeth sink into the flesh of your lower lip. teasing, watchful. he should have known better than to be caught off guard like this, but choso truly cannot even bring himself to care about how much of an effect you have on him. how you unravel him to the core.
"you're lookin' pretty frustrated, baby," you're purring, already stalking closer so choso has to tear his eyes away from the swell of your chest and back to somewhere more polite and acceptable. think, choso, think of something smart to say. something that isn't sleazy, and something that hasn't been concocted by the heat throbbing and pumping straight outta' his cock.
but there's some awful lag between his brain and his tongue, and choso can only let the crimson flush build up, painting the back of his neck awash. watching as you snicker, knowing that the half-curse is practically one touch away from trembling in your hold. well, you can truly give him something to quiver about now.
"had a rough day, is all," choso rasps, and he doesn't even seem to be aware of how his vocal cords have turned to a husky granite. loose strands of chestnut-dark hair falling over his eyes as his pink tongue comes out to moisten his lips, mind whirring on how to turn this loss of composure into a win, "uh, it really sucked, you could say. mhm, i guess that's how i'd describe it."
you're already seated between his knees, head gently leaning against the broad muscles of his thighs. hands already pawing at the loose waistband of his ivory martial pants. unimpressed eyes blinking up at him, "what did i say about bad puns, cho?"
"that they're no good," choso murmurs, doing his best not to shudder as your nails lightly skim over the thatch of dark curls past his hips. but because he truly can't help himself, he has to add on, "that they blow."
he's really a natural born comedian, choso thinks to himself, it's just a shame that no-one else can really see past the gloom and doom to appreciate his natural wit.
you're pressing a gentle kiss to the base of thick shaft, and choso has to muffle a loud groan to prevent himself from coming undone already. fuck, he was far more sensitive than he anticipated but how could he not be? when you're proving personal love and care to each thick, throbbing vein that spirals up his cock?
choso shuffles in his seat, muscles already twinging as he parts his thighs. giving you more room to giggle and slot yourself into that gap, allowing you to firmly reach for his shaft and giving it a firm one, two! pump. already managing to pull out slick beads of translucent precum from the pink slit.
"sooo, how's that feel, baby?" your tongue barely brushing against the tip of his cock, applying the most gentle and teasing pressure that makes choso press his lips together firmly. your mouth parting to try and take as much of him as possible past your lips.
"g-good, real good," choso breathes out, tawny eyes already reaching skywards to thank the heavens for bestowing this upon him. he's panting, hands flailing in the air to clutch at the air, then at the thin material of the seat before settling at your scalp.
but he's gentle with it, determined to not apply too much pressure, to not delivery any sharp stings of pain. not when you've lavishing him with such attention, your fingertips now resting on his bare thighs as your mouth steadily bobs and releases with a sticky pop! each time you pull back.
and god, choso's entirely obsessed with how you press against the underside of his cock with a lil' more firm pressure. laving right up against the girthy veins in a way that makes his muscled abdomen tense and flex with each new wave of pleasure.
"m-my love?" choso's eyes are shut now, dark lashes fluttering against splotched skin as he feels something creeping up on him. he's sensitive, so sensitive now and each caress of your loving mouth has his thighs shaking, "i think 'm gonna, hah, i'm 'bout to — what the fuck?"
choso does pride himself on being an exemplary role model and a high standing member of whichever society will have him, so he doesn't actually curse quite often. but this situation entirely calls for it, and he can only swing his hazy eyes open to blink down at you. dumbfounded as you're already smiling like a minx. pulling yourself up, and up and —
oh. well, choso's never been one to complain. not when you're gently positioning his large hands against the ties of the robes, nudging him to pull the linen off so your bare skin can be lavished by him. a gentle kiss being pressed to his bite-stung lips, "wanted you to cum in me, silly."

Your bestfriend, Yuuji’s older half-brother Sukuna, who always had this grudge towards you and you can’t pinpoint why.
You first met him during summer break. Your couldn’t keep up with your dorm fees anymore and happened to mention it to Yuuji one time.
“You could stay with me! I have a spare room nobody’s using.”
“Are you sure Yuuji? I don’t want to impose on you.”
“Of course I’m sure. You don’t even have to pay rent or anything.”
A home that’s close to uni and has no fees? It was heaven sent for a broke college student!
“That’s the last of them. Thank you Yuuji, I really appreciate the help. If there’s anything I could do around here just let me know.” You told him after dropping your stacking your last moving box into your new room.
“No problem. Just a heads up though, my brother also lives with me. Is that okay with you?”
“Sure, it’s fine with me.” Your famous last words.
You should’ve headed the red flags when Yuuji tried to warn you about his brother.
“Sukuna can be..difficult sometimes. But it’d be nice if you two would be friends. If not, ehh, just avoid him if you can.”
You should’ve headed the red flags when Yuuji tried to warn you about his brother.
To say that Sukuna had a bad day at the tattoo shop was an understatement. His new assistant never arrived, he was dealing with a shit client plus, his ink almost ran out.
His frustration echoed throughout the two-storey house when he slammed the front door shut.
He was confused by the smell coming from the kitchen as he walked in. Is Yuuji cooking? Nah, his idiot brother would burn the house down if he even tried to get near the kitchen.
Instead, he finds a woman’s figure busy behind the kitchen counter. It made him stop his tracks.
Beautiful, he thought. But too young for Sukuna’s taste. Plus, he doesn’t like it when a stranger touches his favorite spot in the house.
So great, his bad day is about to become worse.
“Who. The. Fuck. Are you?” You almost screamed when your eyes went to the man that appeared behind you.
He looked similar to Yuuji, but the aura was very different. His build was larger, jaw sharper, and he had looked furious.
Oh, he must be Yuuji’s brother, Sukuna. You tensed up unintentionally while his eyes wandered on what you’re wearing.
“You one of Yuuji’s girls? I told him not to bring his hookups here.” He uttered, eyes not leaving yours.
You wore a tank top with cotton pajama shorts. You looked too comfortable just to be visiting.
“No! I-I’m Yuuji’s friend. It’s nice to meet you.” You said nervously.
“Can’t say the same sweetheart. I’m not so fond of strangers in my house. So open the front door and walk outside.”
What? Is he kicking you out?
“Wait! Yuuji didn’t tell you? He allowed me to stay at the spare room down the hall.”
“He what?” Sukuna was fuming. Every step he took closer to you looked like he was going to eat you alive.
“YUUJI!” His voice thundered all over the house.
“I-I think he’s sleeping in his room.” You winced at the string of curses that came out of his mouth.
“Whatever conversation you had with my dumb brother, it’s not happening. You can’t stay here.”
“But it’s the start of the semester, I can’t find a new dorm in a snap!”
“You shouting at me, girl?”
“N-No, I mean-just please, I can take care of the house. I can even cook for you. I can’t afford to leave, not right now.”
Before Sukuna could open his mouth, Yuuji’s footsteps rang out from the stairs.
“Sukuna, you’re back! Wait, did something happen?” Yuuji looks at your nervous face.
“Yeah we’ve met alright.” Sukuna muttered, arms crossing to his chest.
“Yuuji, your brother’s kicking me out.” You tried to hide behind Yuuji’s form.
“What? You can’t kick her out!”
“I can because it’s my goddamn house. If don’t want some girl in here, she’s got to go.”
“You can’t! To be fair, I did tell you that my friend’s staying with us for a while and you agreed.”
Yeah he did agree but he thought that black haired kid was moving in, not you.
“Oh, for fucks sake,” Sukuna exclaimed and you could tell he’s about to lose it.
“I’ll stay out of your way all the time, I promise. You won’t even notice I’m here.” You pleaded him.
“Yeah, I doubt that. Clean up your damn mess.” He said harshly and glared at you before stomping his way upstairs.
“I’m so sorry. My brother’s not so good at making first impressions.” Yuuji pouted.
He’s an asshole, you wanted to say.
“Don’t worry about it. I’m just glad he didn’t kick me out.” You exhaled in relief.
If that was his reaction during your first meeting then what about the upcoming months?
“He won’t. I’m sure you’ll grow on him, you kinda have that effect on people.” Yuuji tried to cheer you up but you just gave him a faint smile.
Yeah, somehow you doubt that would work on Sukuna.

hiii! this is my first time requesting but could you write a story with angst where enhypen basically takes you ni-ki’s gf on a trip for work purposes and he was excited to travel with you but ends up calling you clingy for wanting to be around him angst to fluff
like i need you - reader x ni-ki
warnings: very little suggestive, cursing, etc.
the idea of traveling with you, his girlfriend, along with his group members for their overseas schedule made ni-ki really excited.
he had begged you for weeks just to join him, promising it would be fun, promising you'd get to experience what he does, everything, together.
you felt ni-ki's hand held yours, the plane landed and you were really here together now.
a staff member approached the two of you as you stepped into the terminal, they reached for his arm and instructed to exit in a different gate before completely pulling him away.
your fingers slipped from his as he turned to look at you with a conflicted expression.
"go... i'm fine."
tight schedule, everyone moved from one place to another, and ni-ki was always preoccupied.
there's also these endless meetings, rehearsals, and interviews... whenever you tried to be near your boyfriend, it felt like you were being pushed aside.
you really understood that it was busy and you're not about this life, but it also felt like you were losing part of the excitement you had for this trip.
you saw ni-ki walking alone through the hotel lobby after a long day, so you ran and held his hand, and instead of holding too like he usually did, he sighed and pulled away.
"y/n, can you stop being so clingy?"
you froze in place, blinking at him, not sure if you heard him right. y/n? clingy?
"excuse me?"
"so- sorry..." ni-ki ran a hand through his hair, clearly frustrated. "i'm just... i want to sleep."
you swallowed hard, nodding slowly before you walked away.
later that night, you wanted to check on your boyfriend. after all, he wasn't being his usual self earlier.
but he wasn't in his room.
you made your way to the next door instead, heesung opened the door and smiled.
"hello uhh... is riki here? he's not in his room."
heesung nodded, stepping aside to reveal ni-ki sleeping peacefully on his bed, hugging his pillow. "want me to wake him up?" he offered.
you quickly waved your hands. "n- no, don't, please."
"but i don't want him here..." he teased, making you chuckle. "just kidding."
you bowed slightly. "i was just checking on him. thank you, heesung."
he smiled, pulling out his phone. "here, i'll let you know once he woke up."
you quietly left after exchanging number.
and ni-ki spent his free time gaming the next day, his focus were sharp until they started losing. he let out a frustrated sigh before glancing over at heesung, only to see him texting someone.
"wha- hyung!" ni-ki groaned, but his hyung barely reacted to their defeat.
"calm down bitch."
just then, a notification popped up on heesung's phone, ni-ki caught a glimpse of your name.
"is that my girlfriend?"
heesung rolled his eyes. "yeah. check it, dumbass."
he grabbed the phone, scrolling through the messages, smiling slightly when he saw that every text was just also about him, asking if he was okay, if he had eaten, if he was sleeping well.
his irritation from losing the game faded. he locked the phone and tossed it back to heesung.
now, watching him from afar, you weren't sure if he even remembered bringing you here.
you stood near the back of the hotel's lounge, watching as ni-ki laughed with the members and staff, smiling so wide.
he's completely in his element and exactly where he wanted to be.
you didn't know if your eyes saw it correctly, but you swore his smile dropped when he saw you.
you glanced around, searching for someone else he could've been looking at, maybe it's not you because he didn't greet you or at least wave at you.
and if that look was because of you, then it felt like your presence had disrupted whatever joy he had in that moment and that hurts more than anything.
you went back to your hotel room, closing the door behind you before frustratedly collapsing onto the bed.
and when heesung texted you that they were done and just hanging out, you waited for hours.
you: are you gonna talk to me?
riki: what's wrong? everything okay there?
you: no, it's not okay. what's wrong with you?
you: you kept asking me to come with you, and you're acting like you don't even know i'm here.
you felt your chest tighten as you typed.
riki: i'm just busy.
you: i know you are, but you're also done already. i just saw you with everyone downstairs. no cameras.
riki: i can't talk to everyone first?
you: you know that's not what i meant.
it took him longer to reply this time.
riki: okay. just let me know if you need something.
fuck this.
you: i wanna go home.
riki: what? you can't.
you: i can.
riki: stop being stubborn.
a knock echoed through your room minutes later, ni-ki opened the door, and walked straight to you.
"y/n," he called out. "you can't just go home anytime you want when you're in a different country."
you ignored him, reaching for the remote to turn on the tv instead. keeping your focus on the screen, pretending he wasn't there.
"you might wanna think about everyone around you."
that made you scoff, think about everyone around me? like that wasn't exactly what you had been doing this entire time.
you gave him space, let him have his fun, not forcing yourself into his world then it would feel like he really didn't even want you here.
ni-ki exhaled sharply, stepping forward before shutting off the tv.
you glared at him. "seriously?"
"did you hear anything i just said?" he asked, he wasn't angry, just annoyed.
you didn't answer. instead, you turned your back on him, pulling the blanket over yourself, holding back all tears threatening to fall.
he's just really right there, trying to reason and argue when you just really miss him.
at least assure me that i'm still being appreciated here...
ni-ki sighed before running a hand through his hair. he should just leave and let you do whatever you want but stopped when he heard a faint sniffle.
he sat on the edge of your bed, unlocking his phone and started scrolling through your messages, the ones you had sent over the past few days.
you've been so patient.
you've been waiting for him, reaching out, and asking if he was okay.
and he had time... so he could've really replied too, he could've come to see you even for a little bit but for some reason, he didn't.
not because he doesn't love you, not because he doesn't care but because he had been so secured, so caught up in enjoying his life as an idol that he forgot you were part of it, too.
ni-ki felt guilty.
he reached over and squeezed your arm through the blanket. "baby…"
now, it's baby.
you didn't respond again. he sighed, wrapping his arms around you despite the blanket being a barrier. "i'm sorry."
"please talk to me."
you shushed him. he let out a sigh again and did the only thing he could think of. he slid under the blanket to hug you.
and ni-ki's usually not one to wake up right away but he was hugging you tightly in his sleep, that's why he also stirred when he felt you moving.
you stood up.
"where are you going?" he said quietly, his voice were still groggy.
he watched as you stripped off your clothes, stepping into the bathtub and sinking into the warm water.
he rubbed his eyes, standing up to follow you, then sat on the edge, watching you quietly before reaching for the shampoo bottle.
he poured some and rubbed it in his hands, gently applying it to your hair slow and careful.
then, he leaned down, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. "you're so pretty."
you didn't respond.
"i'm sorry for calling you clingy," he kissed your forehead again.
"i'm sorry for not replying to your texts," he kissed your cheek.
you finally looked up at him, your lips slightly parted.
"i'm so sorry for making you feel like you're alone." he said before kissing you on the lips.
you sighed, "...are you not excited to be with me anymore?"
his heart ached, you're looking at him like you're scared of his answer.
ni-ki cupped your face, "of course not," he murmured. "i'm always, always excited to be with you."
you bit your lip, eyes glistening as you were about to cry.
"riki... i can't keep up with these..." you sobbed. "i can't relate to you..."
ni-ki knelt down on the floor, wrapping his arms around you. his hands roamed, rubbing your arms, cupping your boobs, just holding you close as he tried to chase away the bad thoughts clouding your mind.
you felt sorry too, thinking about he barely had a moment to himself, let alone to be with you, and he looks so tired too... "riki, sor-"
he chuckled, reaching out to wipe away the tears falling from your eyes. "don't, please." he whispered, "i'll cry too."
you sniffled, rolling your eyes. "no, you won't"
"i will." he grinned, wrapping his arms more gently around your neck, not caring that his shirt was getting wet or that shampoo was dripping onto him. "...i'll force myself."
you let out a small laugh, making him finally breathe in relief.
ni-ki looked at you with a soft smile before pressing a kiss on your temple, "we could go wherever now," he murmured. "let me make it up to you."
a/n: i should've made it more angsty but it's so hard omfg TT hope you like it! also, i realized i fucked up because the request was "wanting to be around" and i think i did it wrong??? SORRY

"You don’t fucking listen!" you snap, voice sharp and unforgiving as you glare at Rafe from across the kitchen. Your hands are clenched into fists at your sides, nails digging into your palms so hard it stings. "You never listen to me!"
Rafe lets out a sharp, bitter laugh, shaking his head as he paces a few steps. He looks wrecked—jaw clenched, chest rising and falling fast, blue eyes burning with something dangerous. "That’s rich, coming from you," he shoots back, running a frustrated hand through his already messy hair. "Like you’re any better? Like you ever actually walk away?"
You scoff, rage bubbling up in your chest. "Maybe I should."
His head snaps toward you, and just like that, the air shifts.
Something about the way he looks at you now—predatory, possessive—makes your stomach flip, but you don’t back down. Not yet.
"You think you can?" he asks, stepping closer.
"I know I can."
"Really?" His voice drops lower, more taunting now. "Because last time I checked, you were the one crawling into my bed, acting like you needed me."
You bristle, the words striking a nerve. "Screw you, Rafe."
He exhales sharply through his nose, shaking his head again like he can’t believe you. Then, before you can react, he’s right there in front of you. Close enough that you can feel the heat radiating off his body, close enough that when he leans in, you have to tilt your chin up just to keep eye contact.
And then—he does it.
Cuts you off.
His mouth crashes against yours with force, swallowing whatever argument you were about to throw back at him. You make a muffled noise of protest, shoving at his chest, trying to push him away, but it’s useless. Rafe doesn’t let you go.
His hands clamp onto your hips, pulling you against him, pressing you back into the counter as his lips move against yours, relentless and consuming. Your palms push against his chest, but his grip only tightens, one hand snaking up your side to fist the fabric of your dress.
You want to fight him off—you do. But the second his tongue parts your lips, sliding against yours in that way that makes your knees weak, your resolve starts to crack.
And he knows it.
He feels the moment your body betrays you, the way your fists loosen, the way your grip on his shirt shifts from pushing to pulling.
"There you go," he breathes against your lips, smug as ever.
"Fuck you," you whisper, but it comes out weak, breathless.
He grins. "You will."
Before you can even process the words, he’s gripping the backs of your thighs, lifting you up with ease. A small gasp escapes you as he hoists you onto the counter, standing between your legs, lips back on yours before you can catch your breath.
His hands slide up your thighs, pushing your dress up, bunching the fabric at your waist. He tugs at your panties, yanking them down just enough to slip his fingers between your legs, finding you already warm, already wet, despite how angry you were just moments ago.
"See?" he murmurs, trailing his lips along your jaw. "You like this. You like fighting with me."
You shake your head, trying to resist the way your body reacts to his touch, but it’s impossible when his fingers start moving—sliding through your slick folds, pressing against your clit just right.
"You gonna lie to me now?" he taunts, his voice low, breath fanning against your neck. "You gonna pretend you don’t love this?"
A whimper slips from your lips before you can stop it, and Rafe grins against your skin.
"That’s what I thought."
His fingers push inside you, stretching you open, working you up until your breathing is ragged, until your nails are digging into his shoulders. His other hand fumbles with his belt, unbuttoning his jeans, shoving them down just enough to free himself.
You don’t even get a second to brace yourself before he’s lining himself up, dragging the tip against you, teasing you.
"I’m sorry," he murmurs.
You barely register the words before he thrusts into you, burying himself deep in one sharp movement that knocks the breath from your lungs.
Your hands fly to his arms, gripping tight as your head tilts back, a strangled moan slipping from your lips. His hand finds your throat again, fingers tightening just enough to make your vision blur at the edges, while his other grips your thigh, holding you open, keeping you in place as he fucks into you.
He’s rough. Fast. Merciless.
Each thrust knocks you further back against the counter, your body arching into him, mind spinning from the force of it all.
His forehead presses against yours, lips brushing against your cheek as he mutters, "You make me do this, you know."
Your breath hitches, fingers trembling against his skin. "Rafe—"
"You push me," he cuts you off, punctuating his words with another sharp thrust that makes your body jolt. "You start these fights, and then you act all surprised when they end like this."
You know what he’s doing—twisting the blame, making it seem like this is your fault. And maybe it is.
Maybe you like it too much to stop.
His grip on your throat tightens just enough to make your head spin, his other hand sliding down to your ass, gripping you hard as he drives into you again and again. His lips brush against your ear, voice thick with lust as he whispers, "Tell me you hate me now."
You dig your nails into his shoulders, trying to hold onto whatever shred of defiance you have left, but all it does is make him groan, thrusting even deeper, hitting that spot that makes your body betray you. His hand on your neck loosens just enough for you to gasp, but before you can say anything, he steals the words with his mouth, kissing you hard, swallowing any last protest you might’ve had.
"You always do this," you manage to get out between kisses, though your voice lacks any real bite. "You make everything worse."
He chuckles darkly, pulling back just enough to meet your gaze, his eyes wild and filled with something unreadable. "And you let me," he murmurs, punctuating his words with a sharp thrust that makes you whimper. "Every. Fucking. Time."
"You wanted to fight? This is how we fight," he breathes, pressing his lips to your jaw, trailing down to your neck, biting just hard enough to leave a mark.
He’s still moving inside you, deep and rough, never slowing down. Your head tilts back, giving in just like you always do, letting him pull you under, drag you into the mess that is him.
His fingers tighten around your throat again, his lips brushing against your ear as he whispers, "I’m sorry." It sounds almost real, almost genuine, but the way he’s still fucking into you, the way his smirk lingers against your skin, tells you exactly what he means.
Because when his fingers slip between your legs again, rubbing tight circles against your clit, you’re gone. Completely lost.
Your body tenses, thighs trembling as pleasure builds fast, overwhelming and all-consuming.
"Come on, baby," Rafe coaxes, his voice soft despite the brutal pace of his hips. "I feel you. Just let go."
Your whole body locks up as your orgasm crashes over you, your nails digging into his back, legs wrapping tight around his waist as your vision goes white.
Rafe groans, his pace faltering as he chases his own release, his breath ragged as he buries himself deep one last time, spilling inside you with a shuddered gasp.
For a moment, the only sound in the kitchen is your heavy breathing, the distant hum of the fridge, the faint creak of the counter beneath you.
Then, Rafe leans in, pressing a slow, lazy kiss to your lips, one that almost feels too soft after everything.
"Still mad?" he murmurs, a smirk playing at the edges of his lips.
You roll your eyes, pushing at his chest weakly. "Shut up."
He grins, brushing a stray strand of hair from your face. "You love me."
You don’t say it back. You never do.
But he doesn’t need to hear it.
It always ends like this.

ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤJOURNAL ! READER.
meet lore . . . again, because she's not someone that you should be unfamiliar with, if you know the winchester boys ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ a lonely baby leads to an extravagant adventure involving a witch and a family journal ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ knowledgeable and kind, outgoing and adoring, lore is happy to help the winchester brothers on their hunts, while also being the best friend to a car-turned-girl ㅤ — ㅤ so long as she gets to know her favorite winchester in the process, sam.

PUT IT IN MANUAL !! it is hard for dean to ever say no to baby, as much as he likes to pretend in his tough exterior and firm stances that he can. this is the beginning point in lore's story, the "once upon a time" in her pages. baby wanted something, baby got it; and baby wanted a friend who didn't smell like old spice & use two-in-one shampoo . . . other than sam. taking it upon herself & making dean do the driving, the two end up in a witch's humble home to cast the same spell that made baby into a human — on john winchester's old journal.
THE WORLD SLIPS AWAY !! lore is a bank of knowledge when she comes to life. she is made up of every thought and scribble and scrawl. whereas baby is learning the ropes of humanity, a lot of john's ideologies & thoughts are embedded into lore's psyche. because of this, there are few things that need to be taught to her about the world & all of its dark and sinister secrets. the downside? a lot of her thoughts and knowledge comes from john winchester's research, including bias & theories that centered from him.
DROWNED IN PERMANENT INK !! like baby arrived in only a leather jacket, lore arrives in a faded, worn brown jumper, similar to the one sam's iconic bomber jacket that he often sported around in the beginnings of the reunited brothers' hunting journey. though, beneath the sleeves of hers is something more surprising than the fact a journal became a woman. her skin was littered in dark ink; rough sketches john did in his research of creatures and monsters and everything in between, alongside some off-handed doodles in the blank spaces. it is not known if the ink extends beyond her arms & over the rest of her body, but it is a theory that dean encourages sam to find out.
AN ANGEL WITHOUT HER WINGS !! if baby was lovingly deemed the hellion of the growing collection of insentient objects becoming mortal, lore was the angel on the winchesters' other shoulder. she is quick to want to help them, offering any information that she has in any instance she can. sometimes, it is endearing how desperate she is for their approval and validation. other times, her diluted knowledge on things ends up sending them down wrong paths or simply being more of an irritation than help — but at the very least, it is known that she only means well.
FRAGILE HEARTS !! the last thing sam winchester wanted was another baby trailing the brothers & their journeys around the country. though lore proves to be less of a hassle and chaotic disaster than her car companion, it isn't easily that sam opens up to lore, even though baby had the idea to spring her to life for sam . . . and because she wanted a girl best friend. as closed off as sam is from her in the beginning, it's hard to fully shut out a girl who knows how to weave her way into his heart, even when it still feels so broken from the losses he carried.
GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS !! lore and baby are polar opposites in every way, but that does not stop the two from getting along as easily as anyone could. it turned out that, yes, sometimes baby was right, and a lot of her overwhelmed frustration could be solved in having someone next to her that was in the same boat. even though that meant the winchesters now had two object-turned-girls to watch over, it was much easier when lore seemed to domesticate baby's impulses, and baby was overjoyed to show off all of the fun exclusive features that came with being human.

notes. i wanted to introduce u guys to my beloved lore asap even though i have nothing written for her ( clearly ) because she's been living in my head !!! just like baby!reader !!! i hope u all agree it is very baby-like to get lonely and manipulate dean by being pretty to go and take her to another witch to make another girl. this is honestly his & sam's fault for telling her how she was made !!! can't blame baby ever !!!
biggest shoutout ever to @jollyhunter for bringing up this concept & for helping shape it !!! what an angel girl we have brought to baby!nation <3 !! and of course once again layout inspired by my pookie twin @deansbeer <3 !!!
