there are many hidden benefits to being a mash fan. for instance, a couple weeks ago I walked into a room where 2 coworkers were arguing about when the Korean war took place but they were both wrong. I said "it's 1950-1953" and both of them started arguing with me so I said "trust me, I've seen all 11 seasons of mash multiple times, and I've read several books about it. it's 1950-1953" then I got to stand there and watch them google it to prove me wrong, only to learn that I was right

So. Netflix brought the Lorax (2012) as a movie on the site, and because I am a child — given I’d listened to some of the songs almost religiously (Thneedville, How Bad Can I Be, and Let it Grow), well, I gave it a rewatch. Now I am a very emotional pup, which means naturally I was crying in certain parts of this movie.

I’ve been contemplating if I should just write The Lorax fanfic? Like a heathen /lh (literally I have no idea what the fic will be about but I might as well tack it onto the other projects)

Also! For my RC9GN peeps, you literally can’t convince me otherwise: Aylocious O’ Hare is McFist in a different font, though that’s just speaking for itself pfft.

The movie isn’t that perfect, but it’s doable enough that I can make something with it- I just need to think, but this stupid (/aff) movie, and a few others on my watchlist have dragged me back into nostalgia kicking and screaming, so… who knows I might take to talking about them — also the meta I could write on the Once-ler and his family…

See, I value internet safety, especially in a fandom like the one I started this blog in, the dsmp fandom. There are some crazy people there!
