As a young 10 year old, my parents bought me the divergent series before the Hunger Games, so needless to say, i was a divergent nerd first

Obviously, when I turned twelve and read the Hunger games and began to understand what good world building looks like, I denounced the divergent ways.

1. Can sew and cook a good deal, but guiltily finds those ordinary tasks now easier with magic to help chop and pre-prep her ingredients and cast a quick Reparo on torn and broken stuff. She still likes to keep her hands busy by doing arts and crafts tho...

2. Would rather take her chances with Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans than eat a chocolate frog.

3. Was taught ballet and most of the classical dances but does not like to dance as much as necessary.

4. Was part of her convent's church choir but would rather not sing for an audience anymore, would much rather choose writing as her form of craft these days...

5. Had an imaginary bestfriend when she was younger.

GOOFY FUN FACTS:

Allan is prone to finding things like rocks and giving them to people he cares about- like friends

He HATES putting metal in his mouth and has a special set of wooden utensils just to avoid that sensation

He knows how to use a sword from his father- sorta- or at least- however much someone might retain from being five years old. (The age his parents passed)

He has a sword he shrinks and uses as a brootch, as his muggle weapon of choice is a cane to wack people with.

He’s hit his head on small doorframes before (6’1 ft tall my poor boy)

I suppose there IS a LITTLE comedy to be had in regards to the whole...*gestures vaguely towards Edward and his parents* situation

because he worked REALLY hard to make sure his kids knew absolutely NOTHING about them so...

Cathy and Joseph have no idea they're part German. The only reason they know they're part Italian is because Beatrice is Italian.

So, just this fact alone makes the Valley Forge saga all the more comical when Freddie starts speaking in German and Joseph is completely lost, just angrily trying to guess what he's saying and staring in frustration to try and "learn" the language (a language which he had no clue his father was secretly fluent in but never spoke it around the manor).

EDWARD KNOWS GERMAN?! I didn't know that lmao

Anyway, since Freddie also isn't aware about Edwards fluency in german (he guessed since Edward was a Nobleman he'd have to know at least basic french), he'd very probably mutter some insults under his breath during the boys visit in the Hayes manor, thinking that Edward didn't understand him.

I also just remembered that, recklessly, Freddie often uses terms of endearment like for example "mein Geliebter" (lit. My beloved), "Mein lieber" (lit. My dear), etc. for Jonathan when they're among people (only whispered ofc)
