She's been working with ivorst for a while now but she has no expenses apart from whenever she wants to buy new sewing supplies and equipment

Added to the fact that her ghoul self is building a reputation in the neighbourhood (spoke about this before will elaborate in tags for anyone who hasn't seen me talk about this) she kind of wants to build up a reputation for her actual appearance just so in case someone ever sees and remembers her ghoul self well enough to connect aelynn to being a. Undead cannibal creature. They'll be like oh. Well. We all have our flaws*

Today is mine and @h00mb00 's 3rd anniversary! Three whole years with my beloved little birdy and it's been the happiest I've ever been. We decided to do this cute little anniversary day collab with our longest had fantrolls! Basically our first ever fantroll ship we ever made! Salsia Seskal [Burgundy] - @h00mb00 Ptoemy Lexler [Violet] - @windy-trickster Kenku did the sketch/lineart while I colored and shaded it! Again, another fun little collab with my dear boyfriend and future husband. I wouldn't be this happy if I had anyone else as my beloved. I hope for many more happy years with him <3

Cirava Hermod

They are a DJ who mainly works at raves, but also gets hired in parties. They stream their own songs on Grubtube and Slaughterify, and they also got their own podcast channel. They also stream themself reacting to videos, too.

Kuprum Maxlol

An insane boy with an absurd amount of physical strength, despite his seemingly looking skinny body. He's still a gorechanner, and his main hobby is violently trolling lowbloods with his moirail. He's extremely dangerous, he's able to smash a brick without much effort, yet he genuinely cares a lot for his palemate. He aspires to become a threshecutioner someday and is obsessed with the fuchsiablood Daraya.

Folykl Darane

Contrary to every other indigoblood out there, she is extremely weak, due to a rare disease called Muscle Leech, in which the troll has all of their muscle mass and strength drained away from them, leaving them weak and defenseless. Her incapability to defend herself almost lead to her death, if it wasn't for her moirail Kuprum and her mediculler Marsti, whom she often has check ups with so she can properly treat her condition. Being a highblood, trolls tend to worry about her and this disease a lot more.

Azdaja Knelax

An engineer with a passion for building and inventing things. If his canon counterpart is supposed to be a parody of Vegeta, then his indigo version is a lot more like Bulma. He often gets fancy gifts from his seadweller quadrantmate.

Zebede Tongva

He has a stable and is the owner of a hoofbeast riding school. He likes all of his horses and takes care of them all with much love. He's big into troll kpop and wishes to someday be able to go to his favorite group's concert.

Do you think there was "caste specific neighborhoods" in alternia/beforus? idk I just feel like the kind of thing they would do (maybe not state mandated on beforus case), I'm already pretty sure no lowblood would settle near the coast not only bc of hostile highbloods/seadwellers but also the eldritch monster at the bottom of the ocean that can kill them with one psychic tantrum

neighbourhoods on alternia don't seem to be strictly divided up by caste so much as they're divided up by purpose, like you would expect them to be on earth. there are dense suburbs and high rise stem colonies with the purpose of housing the large populations of the lower castes, and then wider expanses of land where highbloods can set up their mcmansions a la vriska and equius. proximity to the sea, where antagonistic sea dwellers make their home, certainly plays a role in this.

iirc friendsim talked a lot about highblood zones or blue blood districts or what have you but i never really saw this as a realistic depiction of what an alternian metropolis would be like. this makes sense for a game where every caste is represented just about equally, but you gotta remember not only that the castes are actually staggered in population size but also that troll kids just choose wherever the fuck they want to set up their houses when they're still practically babies. so while it makes sense that neighbourhoods dominated by a particular class or culture would exist, i don't see it as being practical for the inner cities to be stratified in such a strict way, and i don't think any authority really exists on kid-alternia to enforce it. to my mind an alternian city's population is basically going to reflect the population of trolls at large: for every few hundred lowbloods, a few greenbloods; for every few hundred greenbloods, a couple bluebloods; and so on. but that's just me

I made these adoptable fishtrolls based on aquarium fish! Are they seadwellers with fancy coloration? Lowbloods with seadweller mutations? Some kind of fancy pet breed? Who knows! You decide!

They’re 25$ apiece except for the clownfish, who’s $65 and comes with some extra premade art and variations.

For an extra $35 I’ll make an illustration like that for any of the fish. Once I get watermarks on them Ill show off the solo images of all the fish so you can appreciate the details.

troll who's hemospectrum is comprised of three bloods instead of twelve (rust, jade and indigo (aka RGB)) and is confused about the other 9. cuspbloods arent recognized as actual trolls, either being culled (alternia) or culled (beforus).

human who's so deep in their own head and so deeply into the internet and stuff like that that they dont even realize everyones being 100% serious and thinks that Grumblr is just one big roleplay community

sgrub dead session troll that just wants to go back to before they played sgrub, but they can't, so they spend the last few moments (minutes? months? years? who knows) just chatting to other timelines and universes before their inevitable death. the bomb ticks, and theyre so, so tired.

human trapped on alternia, trying to escape. they have a troll disguise and everything. the hive they reside in is abandoned, and the fear of outside makes them somewhat safer then the average person. they get stubbornly adopted by a lusus who lost its grub.(aka the meme of "my dad vs the cat he didnt want" type situation)

grubtuber (troll youtuber) who gets called out by their fans for fake-casting because of their clothes being their supposed blood color. turns out, a bronzeblood CAN wear blue without being a cerulean/indigo.

tin-foil hat conspiracy theorist human who somehow DOESNT believe trolls exist. this is the only conspiracy theory ("aliens are real") that they dont believe.

^ opposite of above. troll skeptic who is adamant that humans dont exist, and that if they did, wouldnt they "be in contact with us?", not realizing that they are.

troll who is for the empire 100% but is a lowblood that the empire treats like shit.

troll who somehow has three blood colors, all never mixing with one another. depending on where you cut, youll either get rust, violet, or olive.

troll pretending to be a confused human whos just found out about trolls. for fun and chaos :3

a seadweller who's had surgery to remove their fins and gills to live a life like a lowblood... but like, the way a rich person romanticies poverty, yknow?

The version of the Alternian language in my place and time was a bit different from the tongues I now speak.

There were separate first person pronouns for seadwelling highbloods, landdwelling highbloods, midbloods, and lowbloods. Second person pronouns were similarly separate by how far above or below you someone was in caste. No specific caste pronoun was used to refer to mutantbloods, who were referred to in the same way as objects.

Separate first person, second person, and third person pronouns existed for every caste, but this was growing outdated even in my time and was only used on formal occasions or by particularly pretentious individuals.

- a Alternian troll, speaking uncharacteristically out of a wish to remain anonymous. Suffice to say I am a member of the group referred to as the ancestors.

Topher is violet. Him being pretty high on spectrum plus a seadweller made sooooooo much sense to me! He’d proclaim to be woke with landdweller and lowblood related matters. He’s got freckle-like scales in a darker color of his skintone because I thought it’d look neat. His sign is 1492.

Cleo’s fuchsia and seadweller. She’s cleopatra. It fits. I gave her freckle-like scales in the color of her blood. Her sign is supposed to be VII, could only think to make it work as IVI / (V)

Van Gogh is gold. I just wanted draw him with a tail and a minor double mutation, a headcanon I have for glod bloods. His sign is a subtle reference to Starry Night, that swirl in the sky.

does anyone else find the extended zodiac stupid? not the concept of it, but how it works. the fact that each caste has 24 symbols based on aspect and lunar sway and that castes have "true" aspects or sways just goes against everything that homestuck had established.

first off, true signs. each caste has an associated aspect and lunar sway that coincides with the twelve beta trolls (e.g prospit/blood for lime caste, derse/void for indigo, etcetera). does this mean that there is something special about these specific signs; some twelve cornerstone trolls, pioneers of the caste sign system? this implies that the beta trolls just so happened to be the representative trolls of the entire species (which yes, they ended up being, not because of their signs but because of the circumstances of sgrub), which further suggests that the caste system is not bullshit and isnt entirely based upon oppression which is like. WHAT?? the ENTIRETY of hivebent supported the idea that the alternian caste system was created to exploit the gifted lowbloods and keep highblood nobles and seadwellers in power!! but hiveswap comes and models every troll after their equivalent blood color troll in homestuck, which makes every bronzeblood related to animals, every purpleblood a clown, and the wordt one being that every goldblood is a powerful psiioniic which is STUPID because psiioniics are meant to be a rare mutation special to goldbloods but wgatever! make em all laser blasting gamers cus who gives a shit!!!! just make em all batteries why not!!!!!!!! ANYWAYS. true signs also imply that every caste has a special, deeprooted connection to a sburb aspect and moon? why? it just implies that every troll has some sort of quality about them because of their blood color! does a purpleblood HAVE to be connected in some way to rage and prospit?

perhaps true signs are simply a matter of perspective. the beta trolls all left an imprint on the human universe with the constellations, and calling them "true signs" is 1. because they line up with the traditional zodiac, and 2. because the trolls presented in homestuck are those signs. that still doesnt fully explain this little tidbit, but whatever.

one other mystery is how the signs are assigned? excuse me if i missed anything explained in homestuck/hiveswap, but how does a troll get a specific sign? are they just assigned based off a categorization system? do the signs define what your role as a troll is to alternian society? true sagittarius is given the title of "Sign of The Engineer", but taurus is "Sign of The Unfledged"? what is "The Unfledged"? it's clearly based off of tavros, as he was never able to spread his wings, so does every other taurus troll considered "unfledged"? this brings up another question, would two trolls of the same sign be generally similar? how many leo trolls out there live in caves with their lusii, making ship art? or facist bootlicking hipster aquariuses, desperately seeking a relationship with the heiress?

or maybe, just maybe, the extended zodiac is just bullshit. nothing to be taken seriously; empirical propaganda designed to put trolls into molds. an in-universe system, just like castes or quadrants. thats what i want to go with now that i think about it. the aspects and sways were replacements for other troll concepts our human minds cant comprehend, and there's no real purpose behind the extended zodiac. thats probably what it is. in-universe, of course.
