Pinterest does NOT upload the art itself, who the Hell is saying that??? It has to be manually uploaded by users!

I use it mainly for memes and occasionally I’ll find art and tell the artist if I can trace it back.

But there is ALWAYS a username attached to the stolen art in question, and it is very much a real person.

See I've never been familiar enough with pinterest to know how it actually works but even I with my small amount of knowledge on how pinterest works knows it doesn't sound right that there's no one doing the re-uploading

This post is gonna make me look like a maniac but

The SPG experience on Tumblr is a lot different than the SPG experience on Tiktok bc I follow very few people, but most of the people I do follow are the primary posters in the fandom. So whenever I wanna see if someone made a new post about SPG, I get to see it right away, and I rarely end have to look at the tag (though I still do anyway).

On TikTok, every day is a scavenger hunt. I check each SPG account separately. Then I check my or their own followers to see if anyone posted even a little bit of SPG on their accounts. Then I find accounts that don’t use the tags but post SPG semi-frequently through follows and comments. Then I go through the tag and sort the videos so that it shows me videos posted within the week (Bc sorting by unwatched doesn’t work), then I look at my own videos, and then I either end feeling elated that someone posted something entertaining, or sad that nobody did.

Then I go on YT and watch random live performances and other little videos on their channel

"Oh, darling," Sarang twirls the origami between her fingers, turning it this way and that. She's been practicing. Caught herself brushing her fingers over all sorts of paper, pamphlets, magazines, even the stiffer napkins of some restaurants, mind subconsciously drawn to the forensics expert and the life she exudes.

She's not admitting it to herself yet. That would be detrimental to her cause, wouldn't it? Knowing someone is leaving an impact.

Her smile tastes like poisoned vin brule when she lifts her head to smile at Suki. Her origami is no more than a bookmark, butterfly-shaped, once she'd find while mindlessly scrolling through short videos over short videos, trapped in the pretense of someone fallen deep enough into that she wouldn't possibly notice approaching danger.

She'd been waiting.

She killed her target.

And yet, after getting rid of everything that belonged to that persona, the video had remained.

Suki had remained.

Beyond the personas.

Beyond Sarang's understanding that losing is better than gaining, in terms of connections and people to think of. It's easier when she holds onto something with the excuse she likes to get a rise out of them, or with curiosity justified by the potential of the answer helping some of her endeavours.

But Suki?

Well... maybe... wouldn't be a bonus to have someone like her on her metaphorical, expendable team? Forensic specialist, tough cookie, investigative penchant, assertive and sweet.

Suki would be an incredible asset.

Alas... Sarang isn't putting a lot of effort into... trying to adjust her to perfection to fulfill some sort of task or the other. She doubts someone working for the police department doesn't have anything on her registered somewhere. The occasional mumble or knowing look from her colleagues, because no matter how tight-knit, someone will always talk, really, would it be that difficult for Sarang to start digging?

She crumbles the origami she made in a tight fist.

it's finals season which means i'm writing sooo much fanfic. i'm working on three (consistently but poking around all of them) rn, the twin au which i've posted about before, the pike au which is so depressing no one wants to hear about it, and the azgeda!clarke au which i posted about once and got no notes which means everyone wants more info. i just wrote this scene for it and i think it's probably the funniest thing i've ever written. spoilers for a fic that will likely never be written lol. clarke was raised by the ice nation so speaks fluent azgedasleng which is in italics.

“She’s in there,” One of the guards pointed to the door both groups were standing around. 

Clarke nodded and for a moment let herself hope, she clenched her hand around the doorknob and imagined that it was Lexa in there, waiting for her. 

Costia smiled as they made eye contact. She sat casually at one end of a long table, boots kicked up. 

“What the fuck do you want?” Clarke asked, plopped down at the other end of the table. Abby shut the door, and leaned against, eyes narrowed at Costia.

“I am just so delighted to see this,” Costia said. “It’s better than I could’ve dreamed. I mean, you? Wanfisa, healer of death, azgedakru supremacist, Lexa’s biggest weakness, now here? Traitor to Lexa and Azgeda? Wearing the clothes of the mountain? It’s almost too good to be true. You even brought your real mom to meet me too, that’s so cute.” 

“My real mother is dead,” Clarke said quietly and Costia’s face went blank. 

“I did hear that. And I’m sorry. She didn’t deserve that.”

Clarke nodded. “What is it you want, Costia?” 

“Mostly this, revenge,” Costia shrugged. “But unfortunately, I’m not here just for pleasure.”

Clarke crossed her arms. 

“Skaikru is fucking terrible at this. Strategies, negotiations, plans. If we lose this war Lexa’s gonna get deposed and we might not have a big enough force like this again to take on the mountain. They need to shape up.”

Clarke nodded. “So, you need me to…” 

“Come back to the war table,” Costia said and stood. Clarke raised her eyebrows as Costia made her way over. “I might hate your guts but you’re smarter than your mother by a longshot. Or any of her people. We need you to win this war.” 

“Lexa won’t be happy with that.” 

“Unfortunately,” Costia said, “she will.” Clarke’s breath caught and she stood. “Consider this a chance to prove your loyalty to the coalition. Maybe even to azgeda.” 

Abby cleared her throat and stepped forward. “Clarke doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone.” 

“The sky people have killed hundreds of innocent trikru, and Clarke is the daughter of their leader. She has a lot to prove,” Costia said. 

“She doesn’t need your people,” Abby said. 

Costia raised an eyebrow at Clarke. “I have been taking your place not just at the war table, you know. In a lot of respects.”

Clarke scoffed. “Impressive. Desperate whore goes after a heart broken woman. It’s never happened before, they’re gonna be talking about you at bonfires for generations.” 

Costia slapped her, hard, across the cheek. “You kiss your skaikru mother with that mouth azas? Lexa didn’t sound all that heartbroken when my fingers were curled inside her.”

“Away from my daughter, now,” Abby got between them. Clarke rolled her eyes and ignored the stinging on her cheek. 

“You’re a skilled hunter Costia, I can’t deny it. Maybe one day you’ll even manage to find some dignity.” Clarke said. 

“Better a failed hunter than a failed healer,” Costia said. “I’ve never hurt her the way you have.”

Clarke thought about returning the slap, but Abby grabbed Costia’s arm. “You’re out of here. Now.” Clarke stayed behind as Costia was escorted to the border and Abby soon returned, arms crossed. “You going to tell me what that was?”

The golden bell on your bakery’s door chimed late in the afternoon as you swept, getting ready for closing.

Your back was facing the entrance as you spoke up, “Perfect timing. I was just about to lock the door. What can I get for ya?”

“A strawberry shortcake.”

You spun around, recognizing the man’s voice instantly.

It was Oscar.

You hadn’t seen him in about a decade, but you still occasionally took time to follow his racing. You were hoping that one day he’d find his way back to you.

“Hi,” you greeted him with a warm smile.

“Hi.”

“It’s been a while.”

“It has,” he responded, shoving his hands in his pockets.

You reached down to grab the small cake from the cold display case, “You know, your mum reached out to me.”

“She did? What’d she say?”

“Just how she wants us to reconnect and all. She visits me pretty often.”

Oscar hummed, as you set the cake on the counter.

“…To-go?” you asked.

He shook his head no, “Would you like to sit down with me?”

You nodded, plating the treat and walking out from behind the check out. You locked the door and he grabbed two small pink forks, handing one to you as you took a seat across from him.

“My mum, she would uhm…” he stabbed the utensil into the cake. “At every race she got to see in person she’d bring me a pastry from here. She’d make sure to tell me it was made by you and how your business was doing and all. I always performed better when she brought me them, too. It was always nice to know a piece of you was with me everywhere I went.“

You practically melted at the confession.

“That’s really sweet,” you dragged the tongs of your fork through some of the icing.

“I see that you’ve made a name for yourself in the Formula 1 baking community.” you both laughed.

“I had a great teacher.”

The two of you stared at each other for a moment, both taking bites from the cake.

“I’m sorry i didn’t visit sooner,” Oscar apologized.

“I’m just glad you’re here now.”

-Australian Grand Prix-

At your bakery Oscar insisted that you attend this year’s Australian Grand Prix. You finally got the privilege of meeting so many amazing people such as Leo the famous paddock puppy and none other than Oscar’s best friend, Logan.

You stood in the Mclaren garage with Oscar’s parents as the team prepped for the race. You brought some cookies for Lando to which he complained that he wouldn’t be able to eat them until after the podium ceremony.

How do you make interesting male character designs, male fashion is so fucking boring and bad, and you seem to have a good sense of fashion, please help im suffering

two important tools you must remember:

1) there is no such thing as 'mens clothing' and 'women's clothing' theres just clothing and if you see something a lady is wearing and it looks good you dont have to say 'aww but a guy can't where that' yuuuup buddy you can. draw whatever and wear whatever you want forever. my wardrobe is completely mixed in terms of 'men's' and 'women's' clothing bc it's just MY clothing not anyone else's

2) pinterest

almost went on this entire rant about 'women's fashion is more expansive in part due to misogynistic double standards of appearance and men's fashion is only bad/boring because of years of being funneled through capitalism patriachal expectations of power homo/transphobia and racism' but if i do that people will start throwing rocks at me with the intention to kill and if i write multiple paragraphs of reflection on the false gender divide within fashion and the patriarchy and someone only reads 2 sentences to get mad at ill start blowing things up gotham city style

anyway these are the secrets to good mens fashion there is no brand that will save you there is no purchase that will save you utilmately you must study what you like blind to gender and then mix and match what you believe looks good. because i cannot just tell anyone 'this is fashionable' it is about going and finding what you specifically feel reflects yourself (or a character in this instance)
