okay so i played some more outerwilds today (with a friend for company), and uhm!!! i doubled my play time in one session (not anything extreme, but i played about 4 hours more to a total of 8 so far)
[spoilers below the cut]
im REALLY liking it, still in the stage of finding stuff, but i was able to figure out how to warp to the hanging city from the ash twin (then proceeded to lose grip of the gravity warp thingies and fling myself into space via black hole)
hoping to continue to find a warp or someway to the southern observatory on brittle hollow next!! very excited to continue this
also i found.. egg. the stuff about the supernovae i actually noticed right before talking to chert :D! theres a lot of that happening!! woohoo

cons of having a 900+ post queue: sometimes i realize that the artwork i just queued away is an unsourced repost/ai generated and i have to scroll down all 900 posts to delete it
#i try to do my due diligence upfront but some things sliP PAST MY RADAR#in the past two days alone ive gone hunting through notes of at least three posts to reblog a version with the source listed...#just now i got tricksed by a rendition of la belle dame sans merci which seemed legit with the description sourcing an artist#but i kept squinting at it bc it didn't Feel quite right#googled the artist: seems like a real artist that lived. but the only source for that particular artwork was tumblr#and the horse was missing a leg so i have strong suspicions it's ai. the texture is grainy which makes look more legit#anyway I hope my sideblog followers appreciate the care i take to share properly sourced art u_u#i cannot guarantee that i never slip up because evidently i do. but i try !!!#i also prefer to not reblog from meme content farms#yes i have ocd why do you ask#thank GOD nfts have fallen out of style. i used to double check so many artists for just that#still do when something gives me the Vibe and i hate how many times im right

#cause me today#tmi below if you’re a pussy#but here’s my day so far#woke up with a uti#AWWWW 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭 killing myself#went to urgent care to get antibiotics#97 minute wait and my only airpod that i brought dies abt 20 minutes in#the book i kept in the car for exact situations like this wasn’t there so i had to read my second backup#bc my phone was dying obviously why wouldn’t it#went back peed in the cup got my rx#got to the pharmacy the minute after they close for lunch#so i said fuck it im getting comfort food#as im driving to this local chain that has my comfort food jm waiting at a light#at this light there’s a turn lane that’s a little cramped and i’m in an suv right now#this elderly man nearly hits my car and then WAGS HIS FUCJING FINGER AT ME#LIKE IM THE ONE DOING SOMETHING WRONG#WHAT ARE YOU LATE FOR YOUR DYING APPOINTMENT???#then the restaurant has a line out the door so i say fuck that not getting food i guess#as i’m driving back to the pharmacy my low tire pressure light turns on#i inflate my tires (the last one i checked was the one with low pressure btw i know you were curious)#pick up my prescription#and then almost hit a squirrel as i pull out#HOW#HOW DOES THIS HAPPEB#i’m going to lie down in the dark and just try again tmrw#off my rocker

i had so many repeat dreams from years ago when i was sleeping it was so strange
#it is interesting seeing the difference in my reaction though#before it was like. a horror fream#i cant remember why we're there but its like an apocalyptic scenario and we have to get into this grocery store#and someone is helping us who knows it and i guess stays there a lot#and we have to go through the freezer to get into different levels#and u have to be So Quiet and stay inside the shopping cart#because theres like. people . but not ? theyre like. zombies or ghosts but neither#they just walk slowly around#and theres the threat theyll rip you apart if you tip them off#but also at some point they talk about how annoying it is people r coming into their space#its like sacred to them#i think. the point was to save someone#im not me in the dream im some older guy but i know i need something from in there#but anyway it used to be the scariesr dream and it still was but this time i was im the cart trying to stay as still as possible#and they were walking around bumping into me and pushing the cart#specifically there was a kid that kept doing it#and every time id get knocked into other ppl id have to stay So Still so rhey dont notice youre there#and . that is something i cant do irl and i guess that trancends into the dream universe BHAAJ.. but i Shake i Tremble#not even if im scared just in general i cannot be still#but anyway i was like. u know if i was high this would be so easy BABSHAJAJ#bc that is the only way i can be calmed n stilled#like woag this would probably be enjoyable n calming.....#also tho. later we were wizards#and there were wolf ppl who were specifically . wolves first and then became werehumans#but they were cool after we killed this one guy#and then . i had to join them to go out and hunt#and sneak away from a human farmer#but anyway#during all this i was waking up in a panic every 30 or so minutes just. as i do due 2 irl anxiety 2 check things#but somehow i kept returning to the same dream

wow just had the worst sim of my entire nursing school career and it’s bc my classmates are stupid 😭
#the instructor better not be judging me with them bc i was just assigned to do assessments and vitals#it’s not MY job to check labs and do weight-based drug math calculations and decide the priority of care#but these girls fucked it up so bad like they spent 15 minutes alone trying to figure out the dosage for acetaminophen#and they weren’t even RIGHT#meanwhile i had nothing to do but stand around bc i had nothing to reasses when they did everything wrong#and ive been hangry the entire time bc i only had a cup of soup from panera bread for lunch and i want my freaking leftoveeeeeers‼️‼️‼️#ok rant over that was just. a 2hr disaster#not to mention it was a pediatric sim and these girls kept talking to a 5 year old mannequin like she was a college graduate#my sisters in christ that child does NOT know what electrolytes are just tell her the yummy water will make her tummy better#sorry im just. #its especially funny when its some norwegian metal band my brother likes or something#like are your tour managers actually trying to kill you who planned this#but also a reason i barely go to concerts bc its like lol pay 180 bucks to stand in blaring heat 🫶#um.... im okay#i went to florence and the machine a while back and while it was a great concert and she did amazing#it was a 40 degree day and even tho she didnt come out til the sun was setting it was still 37° out and there was no seating#so i ended up stripping half my dress off and just having the underskirt and my bra on and so did p much everyone else bc we were dying#and she kept stopping the show bc she was seeing people faint in the audience and would ask security to go check on them#also winter here is perfect??? like it doesnt snow it doesnt rain much its often 20-23 c during the day so im just ?????#do a winter show and leave the summer shows for places that are ice tundras in the winter or something idk#if skz does come here this yr which they might not i mean there was 4 years between the first concerts here and the last#but i hope its in autum winter early spring lol

hey general public. if someone is fostering your cats for you while you're between homes + you were unexpectedly homeless for like 3 weeks + you haven't been able to get to housing that will allow your pets to come with you yet, and you're in regular contact with that someone discussing those cats and paying for their care needs, and then that someone messages you saying they decided they're just going to keep your pets because they decided that's what's best for them, that's stealing, right? that's stealing? the general public of reasonable people in the world agree that that is theft? yes?
that's what these bitches did to my godsister fuck them!!! but they got threatened with criminal theft charges and handed them over ^_^ and my aunt already pressed trespassing charges on them lol. but when I texted them to yell at them about it they lied saying they never stole any cats but like. what they did was stealing. my mom had to take it all the way up to the police but I kind of don't feel bad because it was their own damn fault. I hope their lives aren't ruined forever but I do hope they learn what a consequence is
