It’s becoming very apparent to me that I should have been using lump charcoal in my Vortex from the start. It still takes the same time to cook wings but after 45 minutes the coals burnt so efficiently the top two big lumps didn’t even burn. #weber #weberkettle #webergrills #webergrillsca #charcoal #chickenwings #wingnight #vortex #bbqlife #grilling #foodporn #grillporn #bbqporn #foodie #bbq #bbqcanada #bbqlovers #bbqseason #bbqchicken #bbqtime #royaloak #royaloakcharcoal #webersmokefire #wingwednesday (at Ontario) https://www.instagram.com/p/ClzmAvYOxz-/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

the fact that BBQ sauce isn't even an option is just messed up
For myself, it depends on where the nuggies are from. Most I dip in ketchup, but sometimes I'll use mayo, or the nuggies are good enough to not need dipping sauce.

Enjoy BBQ chicken that is soft and full of flavor that was cooked to perfection in a slow cooker. On days when you're busy but still want to make a tasty meal, this simple recipe is perfect.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Sliced green onions for garnish optional.
Instructions: In the slow cooker's bottom, put chicken breasts. Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Then add BBQ sauce and mix them all together. Cover the chicken breasts with the sauce mix. When the chicken is done, cover it and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. Use two forks to shred the chicken after it's done cooking. If you want, you can put the shredded BBQ chicken on buns or over rice and top with sliced green onions.

These Grilled BBQ Chicken Skewers are a perfect addition to your tailgating menu, combining the bold flavors of BBQ sauce with the charred goodness of grilled chicken. Easy to prepare and a crowd-pleaser for any football party!
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: BBQ sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl to make the marinade. Put the chicken cubes on the skewers that have been soaked. Brush the chicken skewers all over with the marinade that you just made. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. For 12 to 15 minutes, flip the skewers every so often, until the chicken is cooked all the way through and has a nice char. For extra flavor, brush on more BBQ sauce in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Enjoy the smokey goodness while it's still hot!

Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 4 cups mixed vegetables e.g., bell peppers, onions, zucchini, diced. 4 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put chicken breasts in a bowl and coat them evenly with barbecue sauce. Place one chicken breast on top of another piece of foil. A tasty meal that's great for parties or busy weeknights is toasted buns with shredded chicken tossed in a smoky, spicy chipotle BBQ sauce.
Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced. 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from the can of chipotle peppers. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 8 sandwich buns. Optional toppings: sliced red onion, coleslaw.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Once chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks directly in the slow cooker. Mix the shredded chicken with the sauce in the slow cooker to coat it well. Toast the sandwich buns if desired. Assemble sandwiches by placing a generous amount of the chipotle BBQ chicken onto each bun. Top with optional sliced red onion or coleslaw if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

With this delectable smoked chicken recipe, smoky flavors and Huli Huli go together in an irresistible way. Every bite of the chicken is enhanced with a deep smokiness from the slow smoking process, and the marinade infuses it with the ideal balance of savory and sweet flavors.
Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, about 4-5 lbs. 1 cup Huli Huli sauce. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup pineapple juice. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Wood chunks for smoking applewood or hickory.
Instructions: Combine Huli Huli sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, smoked paprika, and black pepper to create the marinade. Place the whole chicken in a large zip-top bag or a marinating container. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated. Reserve the remaining marinade for basting. Seal the bag or cover the container, then refrigerate and marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight. Preheat your smoker to 225F 107C and add wood chunks for smoking. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Place the chicken on the smoker grates and smoke for approximately 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. During the last hour of smoking, baste the chicken with the reserved marinade every 20 minutes for added flavor. Once done, remove the smoked Huli Huli chicken from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

With these tasty grilled chicken wings, you can enjoy the perfect mix of smoky bacon, spicy hot honey, and tangy barbecue sauce. The bacon wrap gives them a crispy and savory layer that makes them a hit at any barbecue.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1 lb bacon strips. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tbsp hot sauce. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden toothpicks.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Smoked paprika, honey, hot sauce, and garlic powder should all be mixed together in a bowl to make the glaze. Add salt and pepper to chicken wings. Put a piece of bacon around each chicken wing and use wooden toothpicks to hold it in place. The wings wrapped in bacon should be put on a hot grill and cooked for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked all the way through. During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the wings with the glaze. Get the wings off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Then serve them.
