Experience the wonderful flavor of slow-cooked pulled pork with this easy Crock Pot Pulled Pork Roast recipe. The savory dry rub enhances the taste, and you can enjoy it with or without your favorite BBQ sauce.
Ingredients: 1 pork shoulder roast 3-4 pounds. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 cup chicken broth or water. Your favorite BBQ sauce optional. Hamburger buns for serving.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub. Rub the dry rub evenly over the pork shoulder roast, ensuring it's well coated. Place the seasoned pork roast in the crock pot. Pour chicken broth or water around the pork roast, avoiding washing off the rub. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork. Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks. Remove excess fat as desired. Serve the pulled pork on hamburger buns, and optionally, drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce. Enjoy this Crock Pot Pulled Pork Roast for its wonderful flavor, whether you prefer it with or without BBQ sauce!

It's very simple to make these Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Sandwiches, and they taste great and are juicy. Slow-cooked pork shoulder in a sweet and sour BBQ sauce until it falls apart, then piled high on toasted buns.
Ingredients: 2 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 hamburger buns.
Instructions: Put BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them all together. Put the pork shoulder in the crock pot. Make sure the pork shoulder is evenly covered with the BBQ sauce mixture as you pour it over it. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the pork is soft and can be shred with a fork. Use two forks to shred the pork after it's done cooking. It's possible to toast the hamburger buns. Place shreds of pork on top of toasted buns. If you want, you can serve it hot with more BBQ sauce.

Enjoy the deliciousness of The Best Pulled Pork that was cooked just right in a Crock Pot. A blend of spices is used to season this recipe's pork shoulder, which is then slow-cooked until fork-tender. This makes a dish that is both savory and flavorful.
Ingredients: 1 boneless pork shoulder roast about 4-5 pounds. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon ground cumin. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 onion, finely chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken or beef broth. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup tomato paste.
Instructions: Ground cumin, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Cover the pork shoulder with this spice mix. Put olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. On all sides, sear the pork shoulder until it turns brown. Put the pork in the slow cooker. Put the chopped onion and garlic in the same pan. Then add the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and broth. Cook until the vegetables are soft. Stir the ingredients together as you bring the mixture to a simmer. Spread the sauce on top of the slow-cooked pork. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low. Cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the pork is soft and can be pulled apart with a fork. When the pork is done cooking, use two forks to shred it and then mix it with the tasty sauce. You can put the pulled pork on buns or serve it with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy the taste of The Best Pulled Pork that's easy to make in a crock pot!
