Alright so one of the DCxDP Aus:
It's vaugley inspired by another post I can't find where Amity jumps around the country and sometimes field trips turn into week long road trips. Only vague because I saw: Fentons make the school buses turn into alien invasion shelters and brain went burrrrrrrr.
Anyways, so Superman is fighting off against aliens who have kryptonite. He's trying his best but he's failing, he can't get up.
Meanwhile, a school bus full of kids are watching. Amity Park, after their own world nearly killed them all being led by the GIW who managed to convince everyone ghosts were evil, had displaced itself and now bounces around dimensions. Usually it stays for a week so it's safe enough for trips but this time it didn't. No big, Danny can sense a portal in a city called Gotham so they were on their way when BANG invasion.
Danny thinks it's fun and frankly so does everyone else but Lancer who is exhausted.
Then they see Superman being hurt and…
Danny’s Obsession is both Protection and Space. They know Superman is an alien. He is the Ghost King and the class has become his Fraid through time. They all feel the need to protect.
So they do.
Danny bursts out of the bus first as Phantom and starts blasting. Sam is next, vines erupting from the ground to grab and drag aliens away, one of which she drags to Tucker so he can steal their tech to start hacking. Paulina is out with teeth bared and breathing fire, scales appearing. Dash is using his enhanced strength as Kwan using his super speed. Other kids pour out fighting. Then Star shouts: “KRYPTONITE IS HARDENED ECTOPLASAM! WE CAN EAT IT!”
The kids start snatching and chowing down as other heroes arrive. There are no adverse affects so they let the kids have their fun as they help Superman stand up.
At the end of the invasion, Mr. Lancer (who had come out to with a Blastor in hand) sighed. “Is there paperwork? We were trying to get to a portal in Gotham.”
Que: What?
Danny: “Yeah our home town we had to displace from our him dimension after they wanted to experiment on all of us. Amity pops up in a lot of universes and it's fun!”
Star: “Sometimes our field trips end with us finding the nearest portal though. Danny can find them.”
This just gets questions but like, Lancer is filling out paperwork and the teens are chatting with heroes happily so it ends up they just kind of roll with it.
The conversations are weird though.
Danny: “Ranking for this world?”
Sam: “Top ten. Not higher then Faerun.”
Tucker: “You just liked how you got involved in that one cult and helped summon a Nature God to murder a bunch of polluters.”
Sam: “And?”
Paulina: “I like that one world where everyone had some sort of power. That Midoriya kid was cute. To bad we got caught before we could sneak him on the bus.”
Lancer: “No kidnapping anyone to Amity!”
Tucker: “I liked the time we ended up on that one planet- Palaven? That was fun.”
Danny: “Yeah it was!”
The kids move on and Batman escorts them to Gotham. The portal turns out to be the Lazarus Pit (oh joy) and then life moves on.
Until a month later when Flash sees the kids at a Museum and learns Amity Park came back. The city begins hanging around more and we discoverAmith likes this dimension. It eventually settles near Gotham and Metropolis. Sometimes it vanishes but it always returns.

I think a " No Robins" AU would be really cool, because while yes, there's no Batman without Robin, can you IMAGINE the cuteness?
By " no robin" I don't mean the boys (Dick and Jason, but later everyone else) stay home, completely unaware of their Goth rat father fighting crime. They absolutely know he's batman and they ABSOLUTELY want kicks in.
But Bruce won't just let his children dive head first in Gotham’s crime pool. So he does what he does best; Pretend.
" B! Are we there yet?"
" Almost. Finish your chocolate milk so Jason can finish his."
" He's always copying me!"
" No I'm not!"
" nO iM nOt, "
Jason kicking his little legs in the child seat? Adorable. "B!"
Bruce is simply blocking this out. He's been driving in circles for two hours and when they finally fall asleep, he takes care of business, gets the robbers tied up, and by the time the boys wake up, he's like,
" You caught them. Good job."
The GCPD has to be useful SOMEHOW, so Gordon and Martinez take them to help look for "evidence." Yes, the evidence happens to be at the park
Even the Rogues are on board? Selina doesn't mind playing hurt when Dick hits her with a "batarang" from the local toy store. She decides to take it over the top and play dead, going limp,
" You killed her!" Jason screeches, because they LIKE Selina,
Bruce, completely calm as Tim pokes a shaking Selina with a stick, " Robin. What have you done."
Naturally, Dick wails, but luckily, she miraculously "comes back to life" and tells them cats really do have 9 lives. " You owe me so many diamonds, baby"
Bruce shrugs, patting Dick on the back, " You owe me therapy money,"
" Tch. Rich prick."
Harley and Ivy "fight" the birds a lot, but it's just Harley complimenting and hyping up Dick's gymnastics while Ivy swings them around with vines like carnival rides,
When Harley's "arrested", she pulls Bruce aside and is like, " Hey, maybe look into ADHD and autism, pretty sure they all have it, "
" Impossible? That's genetic. I have neither."
" ...1) They're adopted. 2) I have some news for you."
Harvey WILL kill Bruce on sight if he ever tells ANYONE he helped Jason and Tim tie him up with jumping cords. It's already bad enough that video of him slipping on bubblegum bombs (deactivated) is viral
" Okay, now three loops and around, -- Jason, that's a cat bridge."
" I'm NOT Jason Mr. Dent!"
" Right, ROBIN, -- can you at least gag this motherf-- this jerk? Jesus, Oswald, what'd you eat, death?"
Oz, tied back to back with Harvey, with marker all over his face, " Your MOTHER. I'M tired, KID, When's your old man coming back?"
" Dad says that if you miss bed time, you explode. Are you gonna explode, Mr. Penguin?"
"... I'm concerned that you're excited about it."

Batfam X Encanto AU, with powers decided by their ages (it kinda got away from me at the end)
As the baby of the family, Damian gets Antonio’s animal speaking powers and absolutely is living his best life
Skipping Duke since he has his own powers already, we have Tim as Mirabel and Steph as Camilo. As tempting as it would be to switch them, I think there’s great angst potential in Steph never being sure if Bruce actually values her or just finds her powers useful.
Also angst in Tim being the only one without powers having to work to prove himself and Bruce being terrified as Jason has Luisa’s strength and was still struck down.
Outside of that Jason’s power doesn’t change that much, neither does Dick with Isabela’s powers, just now uses vines to swing around. Cass is a bit weird because she’d have Delores’ power, so now you have a girl who hears everything but can’t understand it. I mean it’d be helpful in the field, but I imagine it would get overstimulating quickly, especially trying to focus on one conversation while she’s just starting to learn English.
Finally we have Alfred, Barbara, and Bruce. I picked a random triplet for each since they’re the oldest, so Alfred gets magic healing cooking, obvs, Babs gets Bruno’s powers to match her Oracle branding (we’re not gonna talk about how this affects the killing joke or how Bruno made prophecies for others but never for himself ok?), and Bruce gets Pepa’s powers.
I mean like in a meta way Gotham was literally made to reflect Bruce's mental state, but what if that was true in universe? What if it's rained everyday since that night in the alley? What if you're trying to fix a city and you can't even fix your own brain? What if you're just making it worse? Worse weather, worse conditions, worse things you're willing to do to get out.
What if you're Batman, with an unreadable face, yet your emotion can be read on a thermometer?
What if you can't feel it in the Watchtower, but the weather warms up when you tell that old Bat a joke? What if the skies clear up when he knows you're flying to him?
What if you're Dick Grayson who can make the sunshine with your smiles? What if you're used to getting rained on when you try to talk?
What if you're Jason Todd, and the rainbow you once made only come out in the reflection on the hailstones he drops every time they mention your name? What if you once wanted nothing but thunder clouds, but now you want lightening to strike at everything but you?
What if you're Tim Drake, holding back a hurricane? Stephanie, reasoning with fog? Alfred, who's given up trying to change him, just grateful when it drizzles instead of snows?
What if you've mastered control as best you could and it's still not enough? What if you're trying to be some sunny playboy when all you want is to be a kid again? Could you keep it from pouring down on everything you love? Could you stop your rain from eroding everyone down?

Hello guys!!!
First of all, English is not my firts lenguage (i'm argentinian!) soo, forgive any spelling errors (all the English i know comes from vines, avengers cast interviews and ao3 fics, and my super sexy best friend who help me whit this xd)
Anyways, i drew a lot of Tim/Peter because i think they're really cute and i love them, but something i love even more is peter being Matt's adopted son
So from this au (idk how call it) Peter is the adoptive son of Matt (And Clint, bc in this Au Matt and Clint are married, i love HawkDevil) and for some reason Peter ends up in Gotham.
I love the idea of Peter being scared of Batman until he meets him (in his spider suit) and think "Oh, he's like a goth version of my dad" So he starts messing whit B cause its funny. And at the same time he meet Red Robin, and, well, he fall in love (and Tim to). He tells RR about he being from another universe and RR decide to help Peter to come home (and help him to messing with Bruce)
And in the other universe Matt is freaking out because his son desapear, and make it problem of all the defenders (and Frank)
I'll probably go into more detail in other posts but for now this is what I have about this au!
(I tried to write this text without Google Translator, so if you see any errors, please correct me, it helps me learn!!)

Taylor’s Guide for Getting into DC Comics
decided to make an official post for my method on getting into DC Comics
I don’t know anything about DC Comics and comics continuity scares me
if you’re intimidated by how many comics there are and all the different timelines and continuities and oh my god there’s so many characters then i suggest starting with watching Batman the Brave and the Bold
what it is: it’s a three season 22 minute cartoon from 2008. it focuses on Batman teaming up with a bunch of different heroes and is generally episodic in nature
why i recommend it as a starting point: at this point pretty much everyone has heard of batman in some shape or form. so this gives you a familiar character while being exposed to an enormous cast of different characters. it doesn’t give you the origins or much explanation for many of the characters or how they all know each other which is much like reading modern comics! so it helps you get used to not knowing who everyone is and not getting an origin story every time someone shows up. it also shows you pretty much every corner of the dc universe so you gain some passing familiarity with someone from every niche even if its by name only
some of its flaws: since its an adaptation there are things (many things) that don’t line up with how things are (or ever were) in the comics. which brings me to my next step
READ THE WIKIPEDIA PAGES OF CHARACTERS YOU’RE INTERESTED IN
i’m not talking about the wiki/fandom pages. i’m talking about wikipedia. this will give you some broader context for the characters both in universe and in the cultural landscape. also if you don’t feel ready to read the comics yet/don’t know where to get those comics it will give you other adaptations of that character if there are any. it could also mention another character that you also think is interesting and then you can read their pages
when you’ve done that then you can move onto
I know what character I want to read but how do I know what to read?
your two best friends are going to be googling “[character name] comic vine” and “[character name] dc wiki”
both comic vine and the dc wiki keep lists of character appearances. the dc wiki has them linked at the bottom of each character page while comic vine has them linked at the top
whats the difference between them?
comic vine keeps every appearance of the character under the same list even if its from a different continuity. they also list trade paperbacks and other language reprints under the same page. comic vine sorts it by series so you will see the series that your chosen character has the most appearances in first. which might not always be issues about them
the dc wiki separates out the character appearances based on which continuity its under. so characters will have multiple appearance lists depending on when it was published and if it was for an au or not. for example: bruce wayne (new earth) and bruce wayne (prime earth) are two of the MANY different pages with appearance lists for batman on the dc wiki. vs comic vine where they’re all under bruce wayne. the dc wiki does not include reprints and trade paperbacks under the appearance lists and sorts it alphabetically
so which one do i use?
personally i’d start with the comic vine list. its easier to get the relevant info from and then use it to answer these questions
does your character have a solo series?
a solo series is anything that’s named after that character. sometimes they’re duo series (batman & superman, blue & gold, fire & ice: smallville etc). if yes start with one of those. if you plan on reading everything and don’t mind older writing styles pick the oldest one and move through the list of solo series. if you are turned off by the older writing styles start with the oldest one published in or after 1986. if you just want to read more modern/current stuff start with one labeled “rebirth” at the top
is your character on a team book?
if your character doesn’t have a solo or you read the solos and want to read something else see if they’re on a team book! team books are just what they sound like. books that focus on a bunch of characters that are operating under the same team name. if you read their wikipedia page it probably mentions if theyre on a team. you can also double check with the dc wiki (check the [character name] new earth and [character name] prime earth pages to see if they’re affiliated with anyone)
if they’re in multiple volumes of the same title team book i would generally start with the oldest. again skip any from before 1986 if you can’t handle the older writing styles. and if you only want the really new stuff start with ones with the rebirth label on them
my character doesn’t have a solo or a team book!
so you’ve got a few options.
look up a reading guide (which honestly you couldve done for the other characters too but i think it’s better to learn how to choose which ones to read yourself since they don’t always have reading guides)
start at their first appearance then go from there (if comic vine has your character listed with 250 or less appearances this is a decent choice especially since anywhere from 10 to 25% of those will be reprints)
choose based on the artwork (good art/art you like can get you through a lot of bad writing)
generally all of these are good options to take. with option three just be wary if the writer is tom king since he is known to take extreme liberties with characteristics
tips and tricks
if you really like the writing or the art on a book take note of who wrote it or who drew it. if you search “[creator name] comic vine” it will pull up a page similar to the character ones and you can check what other stuff they made. following a creator’s career is a good way to branch out your reading list and helps you identify what you do and don’t like
if there’s a specific kind of character you want to read (divorced, fire powers, alien, etc) you can check the category pages on the dc wiki. just find the page of a character you know fits that category (maxwell lord for divorced for example) scroll to the bottom. expand the categories and click on the one you’re looking for. you’ll find a list of characters with that tag on them
some characters are just confusing so don’t worry about it. hawkman, hawkgirl/woman, and supergirl have three of the most confusing continuities in dc comics. so if it seems confusing don’t let it stop you
you really don’t have to understand the nuances of continuity in order to enjoy comics. that has never stopped a writer before. so it shouldn’t stop you!
you can read comics with the dc universe subscription or comixology or going to your local comic shop. some used bookstores also have comic bins. if you google “read comic online” you should probably find something. make sure you have a good adblock though
thats basically it. just rinse and repeat with however many characters you want!
final notes
personally i think reading stuff from oldest to newest is the most interesting way to read comics because then you can see how the character has evolved over the years and find out which writers like to collaborate with previous ideas and which ones like to bulldoze it all down
1986 is chosen as a dividing point because that is when DC’s first MAJOR continuity reboot happens. it’s Crisis On Infinite Earths and basically just combines all the different DC earths into one. so there’s a lot of explaining whats going on in those earlier books. you CAN start with the 70s stuff if you want but generally its easier to start with the late 80s if you don’t want to go all the way back
books labeled rebirth are chosen for the people who want to start with the now because that is the start of the last major reboot and will introduce you to the modern interpretation of the character. which imo isnt always the best since a lot of the modern interpretations are more shallow. but to each their own

Hiiiii, this is a snippet of a SuperBat Hanahaki AU I wrote up - it’s a bit weird and I don’t really know if I’ll go forward with this. It’s in Poison Ivy’s POV (lmao don’t ask me how I got here) and I LOVE this but I think I would have to go with a different version of the story I want to write if I keep this. So I’m posting this here for posterity and whatnot and I’ll probably re-write aspects of this into an existing project later. This has been lightly edited and is not beta’d. Enjoy!
Ivy doesn't get a lot of visitors. She gets plenty of wayward children and adrenaline-seeking teenagers that really liked to push the limits on her patience and graciousness. However, that plea deal she made with the city kept her a short, short fucking leash. And despite how easy it is to flick her wrist, send thorns and vines and venom towards intruders and disrespectful punks - she likes having the greenhouse. She likes keeping Robinson Park evergreen and yes, her sordid, traitorous heart was kept alight when she saw the young kids of Gotham gently step over tree roots and gaze in awe at her azaleas. That all being said - she's not quite a people person. And most people aren't approaching her unless they have a masochistic streak running through them.
"Ivy," grunts out the too familiar voice.
Ivy has a running theory that the Batman was, indeed, one of those people with said masochistic streak.
"Whatever mystery you're solving, I have no part in it," Ivy drawls, gently misting a particularly sad looking plant. She frowns. "You can check with your little Oracle - I'm sure she can scrounge up the camera footage somewhere. I've only been in my greenhouse."
"I'm here on business."
"And I just told you - I had no part of that business," Ivy says, sharper. The plant - the Passions Vine, maypop, Passiflora incarnata - begins to bloom anew beneath her fingertips. "You can't implicate me in anything."
"I wasn't planning on it," He says, with a strange lilt to his voice. Her ears twitch.
She turns, only slightly, in order to look at him. He's as imposing as ever, more of a shroud of inky darkness than a man. The white of his lenses and the faint curve of his pale jaw the only real visible parts of him in the dim greenhouse, especially in the shadows where he liked to linger. It's a familiar sight, which gives her a faint burst of nostalgia. How disgusting.
"Here on business, but not here to drag me off to Arkham?" She hums. "Color me intrigued. Do make it quick, though, you're interrupting my bedtime routine."
He only grunts. Ivy rolls her eyes, wondering how earth she found herself at the beck and call of this wretched creature. He finally steps under the blinking overhead light, awash in an orange glow. Without a word, he raises an upturned fist. When she arches a brow, he slowly unfurls his palm.
Three petals. Yellow, slim, long - flecked with blood. Helianthus annuus.
"Sunflower petals," Ivy remarks. Her eyes dart up to him. "But you already knew that."
"Yes," He says simply.
"Well, what do you need me for then?" Ivy asks, disdain coloring her tone.
"These were collected from an individual who appeared to have an upper respiratory infection," He says. "All the symptoms of a standard viral infection were present - sneezing, coughing, congestion. After five days of a normal course of cold medicine, symptoms began to evolve that indicated a lower respiratory infection. After three days of worsening symptoms -"
"Get to the point."
"The individual eventually coughed up these petals."
"...Excuse me?"
"The individual coughed up -"
"I heard you right the first time," Ivy puts her hand up.  "But what in the world could cause that to happen?"
He curls his palm again, arm disappearing underneath his cape once more. "That is why I'm here."
Ivy blinks. "You thought I would know something about lower respiratory infections?"
"I assumed that, perhaps, in your tenure as an ecological terrorist, that this is a phenomenon you may have come across." He says, dryly.
"I can't tell if you're trying to be funny or not."
He just hums. "Can you tell me anything about this?"
Ivy stares, one part dumbfounded, and another part itching with the familiar sensation that comes with a near encyclopedic knowledge of plants and the urge to know and be right. How dreadful that the remnants of a competitive, perfectionist PhD student still lived within her bones somewhere.
"One moment," She says, and turns on her heel.
He waits, patient, like one of the city's many faithful gargoyles. She sits on a sturdy leaf with a little thank you and calls other vines to bring her old books out to her workshop table. She flips through a folder with old articles on diseases and infections, but that path is not fruitful. She skims a textbook, a section on herbal medicine and quickly shoves it away with a dissatisfied as another set of vines brings out her laptop and lab instruments.
Her eyes shoot to him. "Come here."
He moves, like shadow, like a piece of the night come alive. He hovers by the edge of the table, a curious tilt to his head. If she had any little bit of affection left, she would consider it adorable - he seemed like one of the many fruit bats that tried to nibble at her gardens.
"The petals." She holds out a glass microscope dish.
He shifts, then stops abruptly; there's an odd strain to his already grim face. If she hadn't known any better, she would've guessed he was hesitating. But the moment passes; he gently places the petals in her dish.
She adjusts the microscope, taking note of the regular aspects of the petals - protrusions she notes that are pollen tubes, the very odd cell structures - and briefly examines the blood specks. When she lingers too long on that aspect, her impromptu lab partner grunts disapprovingly.
"Do you have a problem?" Ivy asks, not taking her eyes off the microscope.
"Are they any irregularities with these petals?"
Ivy taps a green finger against the table. "Well, since you mentioned it - yes."
With a great of amount of self-convincing, she vacates her spot and gestures to the microscope. She can't tell what his eyes are doing under the mask but the air around him seems to fill with a general distrust. He looks into the microscope anyways; while he does, she motions for a come to pluck a petal off her own sunflower.
"Thank you for your service," She says to the little petal, and puts it into another dish. "The sunflower is a dicot, which means there are a number of expected cells within its makeup."
She switches the bloody petals for the standard one.
"Parenchyma cells, epidermal cells, xylem and phloem," Ivy waves her hand. "Things you would've learned in your elementary science class."
"However?" He prompts.
"However," She slides the bloody petals back in. "There is a mutation within these cell structures."
"Elaborate."
"Don't make a fuss, I'm getting there," Ivy says, as if speaking to an impatient toddler. "Patience is a virtue, you know."
Once more, he grunts.
"Do you see the spiraling vessel next to the xylem? They look almost identical. The difference, however -"
"This one is filled with blood."
"Not quite like a photosynthetic plant to absorb blood."
"What does this indicate?"
"Right now? Nothing," Ivy turns to her laptops and begins a new file dedicated to this particular sunflower petal. "I don't have a definite answer for you on what this is or what it means - or why your little friend is coughing up petals."
He grunts - one of the ones that clearly signals his dissatisfaction. "How soon can we know what exactly this is?"
"You'll know when I know - which is whenever I feel like it."
"This could be life threatening, Ivy," He says, urgency in his tone. She could scoff; everything was so urgent with him. Now or never. Save the city, save the world and all that bullshit. "I'd advise you to not waste time."
"Yeah?" Ivy puts her chin in the palm of her hand. "I'd advise you to take that stick out your ass."
"Ivy -" He stops abruptly. He takes in a deep breath and lets it out in a world-weary kind of way that makes him seem less like a statuesque figure of nightmares - and something more like an old man. She blinks.
"What would it take for you to...prioritize this?"
Let me out and let me raze the world in order to stare anew - and then that stupid, awful little voice that sounds suspiciously like Dr. Leland's comes in to grab her gently and say 'what can you change in front of you, right now?'
"Harley is out, but she's not allowed within Robinson Park," Ivy says. "Change the details of her pardon."
"You know I can't do that -"
"Bullshit," Ivy hisses, hands slamming against the table - and she feels it. The edges of her vision going green, how the smell of the poison in the very stems of the plants around her are present, how she could send the thorns of rose flying at his throat. How hungry her fly-eaters were for blood. It would be so easy. So easy.
"Aw, sugarplum, just think of all the good things when the green gets too big! The smell of roses, lavender, or um...um - I dunno much about flowers. Or maybe me! I'm as comfortin' as a daisy, aren't I?"
She breathes out. Slowly.
It would be easy. Getting freedom was not.
"That's all I ask," Ivy says, voice strained. "Just - let me see her. Somehow."
He stands so still. It's irritating. She despises this - how desperate she feels, all the power he has, and the embarrassment of it all. There was a time when she would send him flying to the rafters, wrapped in her vines. The poisons, the toxins, the pollens - all of her knowledge and power dedicated to trying to knock down the immovable force that was the Batman. And now here she was. Bargaining with him in order to see the woman she loved. Pitiful.
He shifts. His hand hovers in the air between them and she feels an edge of paranoia curl at the back of her mind. But then his hand settles, lightly, with his fingertips gently brushing her hand. It's...surprisingly gentle.
"I will see what I can do," He says. "
For a moment, Ivy thinks she can see his eyes. Behind the glare of those lenses, she thinks there's a human somewhere, underneath all of this. It makes something curl uncomfortably in her gut. But as soon as the moment has come, it is gone - and his hand is back beneath his cape. He's just a figure, a piece of the night, and the blight upon her existence. Familiar.
She doesn't say thank you. She already doesn't like how much of her current existence is in due part to his relentless crusade against violence - and the repeating, endless cycle of it. She doesn't want to admit that within the many hands trying to pull her away from her endless spiral downwards, his was amongst them.
She just juts her chin out, vines curling around her shoulders. "Scram, Bats. I've got work to do."
For once, he decides to take the normal way out. She watches, intently, as he makes his way to the greenhouse door, and without so much as a look back her way, disappears into the night. When she finally turns away, back to her work bench, the blood specked petals are gone.

Here's an idea for the Arkham AU
Could we have some notes about Miss Bustier as their teacher? I assume she works at the Asylum.
Caline Bustier is one of the top psychiatrists at L’asile d’Arkham, specializing in children and teenagers. She soon meets fifteen villainous teenagers
While she may seem unassuming, she knows how to dodge a bullet, knife, and acid hurled at her. That’s why she got hired
Mlle. Bustier: Hello, I’m Caline Bustier, and I’m your psychiatrist. *Dodge’s Adrien’s sledgehammer, Rose’s vine, Juleka’s knife, and throws one of Myléne’s fear gas grenades out of the window before it can explode* Now, let’s all go around and share our names, pronouns, and why we’re here.
She has access to very detailed files on each of the young villains, listing things such as their past home lives, psychological history, any emotional trauma, etc. to get a feel on why they’re all the way they are
For some like Marinette, Adrien, and Kim, it’s pretty obvious- chemicals warped their minds or society was just being a little bitch
She’d like to pick Nino’s brain a bit more to find out what went wrong when his mothers created him
After reading up on Sabrina, Nathaniel, Myléne, Kim, and Ivan’s files, she’s wondering if there’s any way to press charges against their respective abusers
She really wants to have a few words with Audrey Bourgeois. She just wants to talk, that’s it.
Alya has high levels of intelligence, but uses it in a destructive and rather disturbing manner when she’s bored
Also, Max clearly has some sort of superiority complex that went undiagnosed for years, leading to his robot uprising at school
When she’s not giving therapy, she’s making sure her kids patients are treated like humans by the guards. That means making sure they aren’t all doped up, getting Kim out of the basement, making sure Alya has access to twelve-sided rubix cubes, letting Juleka and Rose spend time together, helping Ivan with his ptsd, and helping Nathaniel with his anger problems
So, she doesn’t care for this Lionel Bolton character (Brownie points for whoever can guess this reference)
Bruce Wayne himself felt Bolton was right for the job, but it seems he doesn’t know what’s going on behind closed doors
When going to check the security footage, Mlle. Bustier became suspicious when she saw that any footage of Bolton was gone
So, she goes to the villains one by one to get their sides of the story
Adrien: … I got nothin’ to say.
Mlle. Bustier: But, surely, you must have something-
Adrien: Ya got a hearing problem or somethin’?! NO! Nada! Ixnay! Zero! Zilch! Bupkis! Nothing! Okay?!
Kim: I told you for the tenth time! He didn’t do anything! You think I can’t take care of myself?!
Mlle. Bustier: … Then, would you care to explain how you got that scratch on your arm, Kim? It doesn’t look much like an accident.
Kim: … Happened before I got arrested. Just some kids from school, alright?
Marinette: I ain’t. Saying. Nothing.
Mlle. Bustier: Marinette if you’re afraid of M. Bolton-
Marinette: What’s there to be scared of?! I’m the Harlequin of Hate! The Clown Princess of Crime! I scare people! Not the other way around! Got it?! He’s just some lousy do-good cop you chuckles hired! Nothing else! OKAY?!
Mlle. Bustier: Myléne, you’ve been sitting there quietly for ten minutes. Surely, you must have something to say, dear.
Myléne: … No.
Mlle. Bustier: And yet, yours’ was the loudest voice of protest. You must have some misgivings about his methods.
Myléne: I-I was mistaken.
When they aren’t talking, she decides to pull a page out of Batman’s book and do a gambit
Mlle. Bustier: Well, then, based on your testimonies, I suppose I’ll send M. Wayne a letter of recommendation on M. Bolton’s behalf, proposing an extension of M. Bolton’s contract for an additional eighteen months.
Alya: NO! You can’t! You don’t know what he’s doing to us!
Lila: *Slaps a hand over Alya’s mouth* Shut up! Just shut up! Don’t listen to her, she’s delusional! We’re fine!
Adrien: No, it’s all true! If we don’t speak up now, we’ll never get another chance! He threatens us, takes away our privileges even when we’re good!
Max: He says scum like us must be kept in line! That’s why he chains us down in our cells at night and electrifies the door!
Lila: He threatened to send me away to get a lobotomy!
Nathaniel: HE’S AN ANIMAL!
Ivan: A monster!
Juleka: Keep him away from us!
So, yeah. No one messes with her kids patients

Actually I’m curious with the Mama!Harley au how would she react to vol9 jaune?
"Hattah, Imma give ya one chance!"
"Tsk, tsk, Miss Quinn!" Said the strange man in a green hat.
Jervis Tetch, or The Mad Hatter for you few Gothamites reading, wagged his finger at Harley. Same gag as he always pulls; kidnap innocent girl, roleplay his obsession with her, snaps because she isn't a fan like him, then kills her to find the his next 'Alice'. Harley managed to get the girl out, but Tetch had to be taken care of. When she chased him, his trap caught her. Hey, we all have our off days.
"You should know better than to chase the White Rabbit, don't you?"
"I wasn't chasin' a rabbit." Harley snapped. "Only thing I'm chasin' is a creep who got way too into his story books."
"How rude!" Hatter balked. "Clearly, a readjustment must be made, post-haste! Wouldn't you agree, my March Hare?"
The poor goon behind him simply drooled and nodded behind in his brown rabbit mask. Hatter turned to him and snapped his fingers but was only met with the same drooling face as before. From his pocket, he produced a small sitch. With a point and click, he electrocuted the henchman who was gratefully too numb to scream as he was shocked to death.
"Now, what will you be?" Jervis took a mask from a box at random. He clapped his hands with glee at the face that stared back at him. In his hand, he held a mask shaped like a cat. "Oh, my dearest Cheshire! It's been too long!"
"Keep the hell away from me, you creep!" Harley thrashed against her restraints.
"Oh, Harley, I wish you could see things my way." He shook his head. "If you only could see things as I do..." His voice became faded and distant. "Through... the... look... ing... glaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..."
---------------------------------------------------
"Ugh, what the hell?" Harley looked around and found herself in a strange location, even by Hatter's standards. Was she about to meet the Walrus and the Carpenter, because that was the only place she could think of that had a beach like this. Still, the colors were way off. "Okay, just gotta find a way out."
As Harley walked, she noticed the scenery was wildly different. Floral gardens had been replaced with lush jungles. She saw a tribe of mice work together to water a bush of thorned vines. As she passed through the village, she noticed all of the characters were pieces from different board games.
"Jaune used tah love board games." She sighed. It felt like forever since she last saw her baby boy.
One day, all of a sudden with no warning, the transdimensional gate between Remnant and Gotham broke and couldn't connect. It was like the gate on the other side was broken somehow, both at Beacon AND in Atlas! Without another portal, mother and son couldn't reunite, no matter how much she wanted to.
Until then, she had to wai-
"M-Mom?"
Harley froze. The voice was different, but she'd recognize it anywhere, anyway, anyhow. It's a real power. Just ask your mother. Jaune could.
"Jaune?" Harley turned and tears flowed on sight. Her son, her baby boy, her little cupcake. He was right in front of her.
But he was so old. His hair, once bright like spun gold had now dulled and filled with white streaks. He'd grown an inch or two, too, and was wearing armor so covered in rust, she felt like she need a tetanus shot just looking at it. And she would after she was done crushing Jaune in her hug.
"M-Ma!" Jaune whined. "You're crushin' me!"
"I don't care!" She laughed and sobbed. "You're my baby boy, and I'm nevah letting you go!"
"What are you doing here?" Jaune asked as he hugged her. "How are you here?"
"It's a long story, sweetie, but I can tell you later." She pulled away. "Right now, I need to find a creep in a green hat. If I don't find him, I'll... I'll..."
"Mom?" Jaune asked.
Harley was conflicted. On the one hand, Gotham needed her to come back. Hatter was still loose, which meant a lot of innocent people were in danger. Batman could handle it, but he wouldn't be around forever.
But neither would Jaune. After so long, she finally meets him again and it's in a fantasy world. She would never get this chance again would she?
"Jaune, I... I don't know what to do." Harley shook her head. "I need to go back, but I... I'm not sure if I can leave this time. Not when I have you in my arms."
"I know, Mom, but... you'll have to let me go some day, right?"
"If I had it my way, you'd be my baby forevah."
"I always will be, Mom."
Harley was crying with a smile. This would be the most painful she'd done since she gave birth and brought him into her world. Not a close second, but a second regardless. She stepped away.
"Jaune, I'll nevah fuhgive you fuh breaking yuh mothah's heart..."
---------------------------------------------------
"...but I'll always... love... you?" Harley looked around and saw the Dark Knight standing over a beaten Jervis. Panic filled her mind as she found the cat mask in pieces against the wall. "NOOOOO!"
---------------------------------------------------
Jaune stood there. He stayed where he was, unmoving as the world continued to move silently around him. Some who passed stared as they went about their lives. Children. Parents. Sons. Mothers.
Harley's last words to him rang on a loop in his mind.
'Jaune, I'll never forgive you for breaking your mother's heart.'

All Tied Up
read it on the AO3 at https://archiveofourown.org/works/48281950 by BeautyInTheLibrary “You know,” Stray purred out the words, flexing his hands the best he could with how his wrists were tightly restrained and pulled up above his head. “Most people who get me all strung up like this have at least bought me dinner first. If you had wanted to play with me, you only had to ask~” “Uh-huh, I’m sure.” Mandrake muttered. He observed the cat closely that he had caught up in his vines, the ones that had slithered up the nearby tree to dangle the cat up by his wrist and down his arms. While more vines climbed up from below the cat, tangling around his legs and up to his waist to properly restrain him, Mandrake wasn’t taking his chances; this wasn’t exactly their first encounter. “Tell me what you’re doing here and maybe, just maybe, you can leave here with most of your limbs still attached.” Mandrake offered and was not surprised when Stray rolled his eyes. “You know exactly why I’m here.” Stray said, not bitterly but not as playful as before. “Must we fight? Hm? Our mothers are close.” Stray gave Mandrake a sensual smile. “We could be close too~” ------- JayTim Week 2023 Day Six: Different Mentors Tim: Catwoman is his mentor.
