I helped out with making a couple of bathouses at an event on campus today

On the one that I did mostly by myself (I came in late and joined someone who was already halfway done), a couple people came by my station and remarked at how precise my crafting was done.

🛁 Gorou giving Aether a bath

“Guess I can’t say that hot springs like were present anywhere in Mondstadt or Liyue.” 

One of the first things anyone said whenever Inazuma was mentioned, aside from the obvious decrees that had come to pass in the nation as of late, were the hot springs that were popular among the people. It was even mentioned by Zhongli in passing, so Aether knew it was something that he would have to check out whenever he had the time. Unfortunately though, the springs in Inazuma City seemed to be reserved for those in the Tri-Commission... and while he was pretty sure someone could convince the bathhouse keepers to let him in for a soak, being in someone else’s debt for something like that didn’t exactly sound the best for the traveler. 

So when he had lamented a bit to Gorou and the general perked up with a suggestion to partake in some of the springs over on Watatsumi Island... well, the choice was obvious. Gorou offered too to hop in the bath too with him, just to go over some of the stuff that the springs offered visitors and get Aether in the peak of relaxation. Skin fresh and hair loose, the whole being naked in front of another person thing melted into the background as he practically melted into the bath.
