Currently Implementing A Lets Play Option into the Save File

While going through the Lore for all the townies and having built this based off my home and important community spaces that played a role in my life I decided I would include a Optional Lets Play at the end of this for those who enjoy lets plays and are interested in playing out a bit of my own history! Ironically enough the lets play happens to mesh a few existing Lets Play which will make this interesting enough and challenging enough for seasoned players.

WIP: Waterfront Night Market

Based off of Richmond Night Market in British Columbia

Game play testing I have set the lot as Bubble Tea and Thrift store as I found it attracts more sims that are spread out through the lot and also pleasantly enjoy that the Ferris Wheel is functional!

WIP: Real Estate Agency & Travel Agency Update

I based this one off of Century 21 Realty, and Jet Lag Voyages. These will operate as retail lots. In the save one of the Landgraab brothers owns this area.

For gameplay your sim (s) would come and talk to an agent and purchase the picture of the house/ world they would like to vacation to.

I've had this idea for so long and although i've implemented the travel agency in a different save it's nice to have both of them on the same lot. Sim's can also purchase snowglobes here but unfortunately I was not able to set the post cards for sale.

SO happy to see this coming to life the way I envisioned and with that being said Magnolia Promenade is almost done! Just San Myshuno and Granite Falls after this. Almost done setting the clubs for all of Willow Creek, Newcrest and Copperdale.

Building is set as a retail, however I did build 4 apartments above. Doors have been blocked off so sims dont auto default to trying to access them. The sim's that own this building live in the top right unit. If you find there is a lag it is recommended to delete the furnishings in the other two apartments as I did leave one empty / move in ready.

I'm really hoping to have phase one done by end of December, but I also don't want to rush myself. I like going back several times to builds and families to make sure I havent forgotten any important details I wanted to add to have it all come full circle.

The Pancake's House

Bob & Eliza's Home - 7 Courtyard Lane, Willow Creek

When Bob and Eliza purchased this house on Courtyard Lane 10 years ago she envision that her and Bob would get married and start a family.

Bob & Eliza - Young Adults

After five years of trying to concieve a child and Bob still unmotivated to tackle his ambitions, she started becoming frustrated and started spending more time at the gym. Her frustration led to wandering eyes and in an attempt to keep Eliza happy he proposed to her.

Bob & Eliza's Wedding Day - Adults

Shortly after getting married Bob's parents Ben & Bernice passed away, leaving him their resturant "Giggling Pancakes". Locals knew and loved Benny & Bernie and the resturant was always successful because of the locals who wanted to support their buisness. Eliza hoped that this would would motivate him to be successful and carry on the Pancake's family name.

However the passing of his parents only led to further depression and the resturant has been on a decline ever since. The staff who knew and loved Benny and Bernie stayed and Bob keeps the resturant open late in hopes of catching those leaving Sixam Cinemas at the end of the night.

On Eliza's 30th birthday Bob brought home Mini, hoping that would ease her need to nuture since they've been unable to concieve. Eliza fell in love with Mini but as the years kept passing and things getting worse she grew resentful of Mini.

Eliza has grown frustrated over the years and has been trying to focus on staying fit and working hard at Tellama. She recently was promoted to Assistant Manager. However, Eliza is tired of carrying the burden of being the sole provider and when she's not at the rec center's gym you'll find her confiding in her best friend and neighbor Kate. On the tough days Eliza will reiminisce on the life she always imagined when her and Bob purchased the home.

These two once madly in love - are still in the same spot they were ten years ago and as Eliza approaches her 40th birthday she's been thinking its time that she is better off on her own, her only hope is that her best friend and husband will turn a new leaf as she's run out of suggestions after ten long years together.

San Myshuno Meadows Mall

This build is based off of the Eaton Center in Toronto Ontario.

The mall is decorated for Christmas for Christmas gameplay shopping.

All items have been marked for sale. *While play testing I noticed that even with 3 employees it was still rather difficult to get to customers to ring them up as there are 3 retail floors.

The fourth floor is a food court that offers a cafe, 2 resturants, and 6 vendors. Looking online it states that only 4 vendors can be on a lot at a time. * However While play testing I found that only two vendors will allow for hire. Little Ms Sam's has a mod that will add a lot trait to auto hire vendors. If you play with mods this is highly recommended. *If you decide to change the lot type to community market place from eco lifestyle it will auto hire up to 3 vendors. This would be recommended if you are looking to use the lot mostly as a hangout opposed to retail.

In this save file the lot is owned and operated by the Landgrab Shopping Centers. This is the second location opened (the first one from Del Sol Valley)

This lot was placed in San Myshuno replacing the Art Center on a 30x40 lot at 546 kb - it is on the gallery as Landgrab Shopping mallV4

As I work towards finishing off Willow Creek of my Save file I thought I would give a sneak peak into some of what I am working on. My builds come to me in the moment, this past week it was building a Christmas decorated mall.
