I'm not sure if its the updates, or reward events. But i've had to start a new save due to several crashes. Because of this I'll be going back in to dial back on items and clutter to ensure for a smooth gameplay.

My game is always vanilla. I dont plan on using mods until my file is complete because i want to know that it runs smoothly without first.

I am making sure to include a university residence in each major cities of the worlds and hotels in some worlds that would be considered worthy enough imo to have sims vacation there.

Ill have apartment buildings and multiple community lots in each world as well so there will be lots for your sim to do and the clubs system will be active with locations so that townies from that area will be seen around town.

While I would like for this to be complete by New years I dont think that will be possible now that I am having to load into a new file. I am hoping to finish all the lots soon so i can upload them to the gallery and but im afraid i will have to look at offline mode soon.

Tackling San Myshuno

All apartment buildings have the same level of build items. For example Medina studio's I made into a loft style building so all interior apartments look similar with different layouts.

The apartment buildings start out rough and slowly increase in luxury the higher up you go.

I've added Canadian celebrities into the world so that they will show up in the city similar to represent in real life where they are often seen.

Everytime I think I have a favorite, the next one always ends up being my favorite. SO I am very happy to put this out there when its complete!

Foxbury Institute

Really love how this one came together! I wanted it to blend in with some of the other buildings so the siding is very similar and cut edges. The institute has a cafe, gym, science lab in the basement, outdoor basement seating and a university hangout, debate room and computer room.

I did have a vendor on the bottom floor but when play testing the vendor wasnt spawning the cafeteria worker. Once I removed it - there were no issues. So there is a gap on the lowest level to add a vendor should you play with the more vendors mod by lilmissSams

Algonquin Kids Summer Camp

Algonquin Information Center and Resturant

Based off of the Algonquin East & West gate and St. Andrews Resturant Interior

Lot offers a Gift Shop, Resturant and Summer Camp Stage. Currently in the process of making a kids summer camp and Lake.

I really wanted to combine Algonquin mixed with the world of Granite falls which is why I decided to surround the stage in rocks opposed to trees which most stages are in Canada. Theres also a cafe in the information center in case your sims are not on the high end scale. In my save the Leader of Willow creek funds the center with corrupt money and has a luxury cottage here.

Alto Estate - WIP

Based off of a $27 500 000.00 CAD home in Vancouver.

Alto Condo

Figured I would go in and try and grab some of this cute holiday stuff since i still use the holiday pack every season!

This condo is actually for Vita and Nick. Vita (will be) a grinch who goes all out for Nick. They purchased this condo initially so Holly could attend Copperdale, they eventually moved in permanently when Holly went off to University in Britechester. They have kept her room the same.

While Nick prefers a classy home Vita is slowly trying to modernize it. The apartment is warm and cozy with browns and reds and deep greens but Vida will time to time make changes to modernize it in cool greys, whites and blacks. The Alto's still own their home in Windenburg and are debating about moving back their when Holly graduates from University eventually giving the condo over to her.

This build consists of mostly of basegame, get famous, cats and dogs, modern luxe, growing together, get together and the holiday kit.

A deeper plot twist remains, but youll have to wait for the save file!

Mayor's Manor - WIP

Worked on this one all day! Still have three more rooms to do. I really struggled for a while to do this lot - its very out of my comfort zone. Once I started going though it wasnt too bad. My goal is to get this house to a million dollars so far im only just under half a million. I'se used so really tacky but expensive items. I'm not 100% sure if I will keep it so far, but I will reasses when i hit my marker.

The story line for this lot is that it is a historic peice of property. Every Mayor ends up living here. However the family that is currently in power has reigned for generations and the current wife is seeking to modernize the home a bit more, so some sections are kept in-tact.

I'm excited to get everything done so I can go in with tool and move the limo onto the road. I'm also really excited to make the Butler's room and play with that pack :D

Currently Implementing A Lets Play Option into the Save File

While going through the Lore for all the townies and having built this based off my home and important community spaces that played a role in my life I decided I would include a Optional Lets Play at the end of this for those who enjoy lets plays and are interested in playing out a bit of my own history! Ironically enough the lets play happens to mesh a few existing Lets Play which will make this interesting enough and challenging enough for seasoned players.

WIP: Waterfront Night Market

Game play testing I have set the lot as Bubble Tea and Thrift store as I found it attracts more sims that are spread out through the lot and also pleasantly enjoy that the Ferris Wheel is functional!

WIP: Real Estate Agency & Travel Agency Update

I based this one off of Century 21 Realty, and Jet Lag Voyages. These will operate as retail lots. In the save one of the Landgraab brothers owns this area.

For gameplay your sim (s) would come and talk to an agent and purchase the picture of the house/ world they would like to vacation to.

I've had this idea for so long and although i've implemented the travel agency in a different save it's nice to have both of them on the same lot. Sim's can also purchase snowglobes here but unfortunately I was not able to set the post cards for sale.

SO happy to see this coming to life the way I envisioned and with that being said Magnolia Promenade is almost done! Just San Myshuno and Granite Falls after this. Almost done setting the clubs for all of Willow Creek, Newcrest and Copperdale.

Building is set as a retail, however I did build 4 apartments above. Doors have been blocked off so sims dont auto default to trying to access them. The sim's that own this building live in the top right unit. If you find there is a lag it is recommended to delete the furnishings in the other two apartments as I did leave one empty / move in ready.

I'm really hoping to have phase one done by end of December, but I also don't want to rush myself. I like going back several times to builds and families to make sure I havent forgotten any important details I wanted to add to have it all come full circle.
